Food was hot and had plenty of flavour, the seasoning of the chips was really nice, we all enjoyed them, staff were polite and seemed to be enjoying thier job, staff were happy to give extra dip when asked, will go again.

Good music, incredible food and great staff, the staff who served me was generous on Mild sauces. I had the beefy burrito, with extra sour cream, and they stepped up and gave me the extra sour cream, nice chips, good seasoning, lovely nacho cheese sauce. Everything was amazing 10/10!! And I've been here a few times, still incredible! ❤️❤️

Burrito cost me £5.30 for what looked like a starter. Better yet I now have food poisoning and so does my partner. We have been up all night throwing up and feeling very weak. Rubbish food and company.

Food was not what I order choose chicken and no tomatoes that was written in receipt was sent beef and tomato. Apparently this is ok and no refund given.

If I had to be critical, then I have to say the meal was a little cooler than I expected, but the delivery driver was a great guy , so over all a good experience, perhaps a little pricey, but that’s because I am on a small pension so I try to watch

There was a strange unpleasant smell as we entered we nearly walked out but were hungry so stayed. This company really need to up its portion size, I was so shocked when we received ours I honestly thought we were given someone else's starter! However there were only the two of us and 3 other people in the place....this should have been a warning sign! This company really need to up its game , sadly its appears a lots of American eateries like this Oare out to make maximum profit for minimum outlay. They need to take a few tips from Tortilla in Lincoln Corn Hill fabulous food good quick service value for money. Also staff looked totally miserable. Says a lot for the company.

Not pleased with order at all… very disappointed…Cheese roll up was basically a plain tortilla wrap rolled up with no cheese, complete waste & cold.Taco was crushed up & cold. Quesadilla way too much sauce in, also cold. Wasted majority, won’t return

I like Taco Bell! Just this time I'm probably not lucky because i customise my food but still get it wrong . Pay for extra but receive standard. Missing all adds. Drink cup but no straw. Small fries. ( And i found out this only after driving away. ) Maybe the young team was busy ( only 3 customers there lol) .It's the second time I'm coming and it's the second time again something happened wrong. Most of the time I'm going to Taco Bell on the high street, there are big differences in customer service. I'm gonna give it another chance and come back next week, i know that they are worth 5 stars! Just need read orders,no mobile phones ( if checking the phone please immediately wash your hands,because i saw your phone on a table ,for me its mean that your phone can be in any place and later contact food ) if the customer is at the till it is priority instead of a story about Kelsie's friend's new boyfriend lol. Sorry,you're talking too loud. Today there is a working young team,not all of them careless. But there are so many little things needed to improve. Thank you all. See you again.

Food was pretty much cold when it finally arrived

Drive through service appalling. Not uncommon to wait fifteen minutes with only one or two cars in front.

Delivery time kept changing between 15 minutes and 65 minutes. Driver rang when at top of drive - too lazy to open gate and walk to house, terrible service.

We ate very tasty tacos! The naked chicken taco in particular was great and definitely recommended for anyone who loves chicken.

Food was nice but I was missing my drink. Not happy about this at all especially considering I called up about this I don't understand how it hasn't been refunded I asked the driver if he picked it up he checked his car and it wasn't there so it was never given to him.

It was a quiet day, and I like the idea of mexican food and this was probably as good As Taco Bell gets. I was hoping for a gang of sombrero-wearing desperados to call me "gringo" and threaten my village, but all I got was a beef burrito. It was tasty.

I visited at about 4 a-clock, it seemed almost silent as I walked in but that would change soon. I rode my food the price was okay and so was the food but it took about 45 min for my food to be ready and I had to go up twice to check where it was as it had not appeared on the screen. Just as I received my food and sat down at a dirty table, a rude gang of youths walked in and made it very uncomfortable for everyone there. I felt like I couldn’t even eat in peace. I’m never returning.

Utterly horrible. Tried to treat the children and our order was ignored and I had to chase it twice, and a disgusting gang of youths made the whole thing very unpleasant. Feel the staff should have apologised or said something. Would never come again.

Describing the food as gruel would be charitable. I decided to be fair to it and give it a second try as surely it couldn't be as bad as i remembered a year prior, I wanted to be wrong. I was subsequently upset with myself for making the same mistake twice. The place was dead both times, this alone should be indicative of its worth. Quite honestly I think it should be against the geneva convention to serve this to prisoners of war let alone paying customers.

About 30 minutes late and all food was cold.

Wouldnt waste ya money. You have to wait 15 minutes before they even answer u at speaker then another 45 minutes before you get your food with no apology for the food to be freezing!

The delivery driver called to say he was outside the door, which we could see. I answered my phone and asked him to bring it in as I can’t leave the shop, also very busy in the telephone and serving a customer at the time. But he just sat outside for ten minutes on his mobile phone making a private call. As I had to get one of my technicians to go out to collect the food. To which it was cold at this point. Any other time we have ordered the driver has always brought it in the door.

Food was very disappointing. The Mexican food I cook at home is much better. There was so much orange powder on my fries and nachos that they were inedible. It's not like it's cheap either. On a positive note it was clean and tidy and the staff were well presented and polite. I'm sure the Taco Bell at York had bigger portions and was more tasty. I will not be visiting Taco Bell again.

Love it so so much. Food is unbelievably delightful, delicious, delectable, luscious, juicy, and scrumptious. Indoor seating and also a drive thru. Love this restaurant so much. Couldn’t recommend taco bell any more.

Super disappointed, staff were too busy with each other, even though the restaurant was empty. Burrito was almost with no fillings, chips super cold and overcooked. If I stayed to eat in, would ask for a replacement order. Took food home literally 2 minutes down the road, and chips went cold, really ?! I'm not even surprised that the establishment is always empty. With service and food quality, I can only see it going one way. Just to add, burritos are much smaller than they are shown on the pictures! After a "meal" didn't even feel like I had much to eat at all !

Order was once again missing items. I don’t think I’ve had a single order from the Lincoln Taco Bell with everything correct. Better to make the trip to the drive through, so you can at least check what you’ve been given, rather than wrestling with JustEat’s Byzantine customer service processes.

Apart from delivery driver ringing me asking me to come out to his car to collect when he had parked right outside the office door. To which I shouldn’t of left the office to go out as I was on my own. Any other driver brings the food into reception

Wrong food delivered. Ordered for 5 people got food for one person. Sent it back as they said they would change it for me. For them to never come back

I am a massive fan of Taco Bell, it’s my favourite fast food franchise to eat from. Due to living in Skegness this would be my closest destination. I’ve ate Taco Bell for years now but this certain establishment is quite disappointing. The staff mostly seem not invested in the job at all, as if maybe a customer coming in is an inconvenience for them. An empty restaurant with 4 staff members on shouldn’t really have several dirty tables. The food is not up to the normal standard of Taco Bell, most things seem just thrown together. It’s quite upsetting as I took my girlfriend to experience Taco Bell for the first time. Her first taco had beef sat on one side; the other side was completely empty. Toppings thrown on with no purpose. It seems maybe this restaurant lacks strong management, the staff seem bored and uninspired. Definitely take the trip to cleethorpes instead if you’re ever craving a Taco Bell in the Skegness area.

They do these like bits of chicken that are almost cut into strips with breadcrumbs on the outside and they are really tender! They are good to be fair! 👍🏼

Spent 25 quid on two of us and I feel like I have had a appetiser.. I need to order else where now for my main meal. Food wasn’t bad but like i say not enough food.

As per usual order is missing items. I know it’s stressful working in hospitality but to forget a whole box set meal is concerning.
