The gardens are amazing and worth visiting. The glasshouse gets very warm in the hot weather .All the staff are very helpful. My husband particularly enjoyed the birds of prey demonstration. The staff are so knowledgeable and make the demonstration very interesting. We enjoyed a wonderful afternoon tea at the stable restaurant. We felt very spoilt.

Gardens is beautiful, cafe Is good the old man who serves is 10/10 the only thing that lets this place down is one of the female staff older lady very rude has no respect for the customer and comes across very rude and anything you ask for Is a problem and too much, I thought maybe she just having a off day but went back few days later and she was even worse. I asked for my meal which she messed up I told her I asked for tuna and I didn't receive tuna she stuck her fingers in my plate and said there's your tuna. I was so embarrassed and shocked I left my food and went. She kept shouting at the other staff Infront of customers she needs to take a course or something in customer care because this was beyond disrespectful and very unprofessional. Never have I ever felt so out of my comfort zone, Infront of my children too. I go here 2/3 times a week which me and my family will no longer be returning.

Had the absolute delight of finding this hidden gem of a place when we were on holiday with our dog. Not only are the staff (who are all community volunteers) are lovely and friendly but our furry son was made to feel very welcome too. The menu for breakfast and lunch is not only tasty but offers great value for money in a beautiful setting. The park is immaculate and its a must visit.

I have visited this cafe at regular times with my sister, niece and dog, however during our visit yesterday an elderly gentleman came in with his two well behaved border collies, one of which was clearly old and struggled to walk far, this dog lay on the floor (unleashed) and did not attempt to follow his master into the main cafe area, the Gentleman was told to put it on a lead, the Gentleman explained the dog has been told to stay, she was old and in pain, she would not move, or bother anyone else, but needed a rest, the lady working there was rude, lacked understand and compassion. This Gentleman and his dogs felt obliged to leave. This might have been the only human company he will have that day. I will not got there again

The volunteers at the Cafe are lovely and the food was freshly made and good value. Even better was the fact you could take your dog into the conservatory side which on a rainy day meant we could eat and enjoy a relax all together. Definitely worth a visit.

Popped into to Rhyl for the day and decided to stop off at the Botanical Garden Cafe for a late lunch on my way home. I had a mug of tea and beans on toast. Really well priced and it certainly filled a hole. The weather was horrendous so there were few walkers around apart from me and a couple of other locals. Always nice to have a stroll around the gardens when the weather is more clement. Plenty of freshly made cakes available and I heard one customer praising the lemon meringue pie.

On a rain lashed Saturday afternoon, refuge was sought in the Botanical Gardens café. The café has a basic menu, but everything is home made. Carrot cake was excellent. Burgers had grated cheese on, not a slab. Toasted tea cakes were divine. Don't expect anything fancy, but just enjoy good home made fare. As a bonus, dogs are allowed in the conservatory.

Botanical garden cafe is a hidden gem in rhyl. It is run by volunteers and they make home made cakes. We turned up as a group of six and had assorted toasties, beans on toast etc. Drinks and cakes. I was informed by one family member that the the ginger cake was utterly amazing and they can't wait to call again. We call in every few month or so to take a walk around the gardens, followed by a cuppa. Dogs are allowed in the conservatory, which is fantastic for us. The cafe are trying to raise money for a variety of local projects so please please support and visit.

We visited the cafe and gardens on a pleasant October afternoon. Dogs are welcome in the conservatory part of the cafe. The cafe serves soup, sandwiches, cakes, scones, ices, drinks. It's very well priced. There were doggy treats available when we called! There are normally plants, secondhand books, table sale on going. There are public toilets attached to the rear of the cafe. There is plenty of seating inside and park benches outside. The cafe is run by volunteers from one of the local residents association, friends of the gardens. Well worth a visit to the gardens and the cafe when you are in Rhyl.

We went to this café based on the TripAdvisor reviews, and were extremely pleased we did. The café is in a pleasant conservatory setting, comfortable, with books etc for sale for charity. It is excellent value for money - we had two paninis, teas and scones with jam and cream for just over £5! Our dog was able to sit with us, too. Well worth visiting this café.

First time visiting and we had a fantastic afternoon tea - absolutely delicious! The service was absolutely excellent and the staff were brilliant with catering for children. Nothing was too much trouble! We were so impressed with our experience and will be back. I didn’t get her name unfortunately, but the blonde waitress who served us the most was absolutely lovely and we can’t thank her enough for making us feel so welcome and looking after us. Thank you!!

This is now called Boba Geeks Cafe. We went in expecting the usually greasy cafe food with frozen chips . We were pleasantly surprised. Home made chips with sausage, egg and beans all cooked to perfection. The chef uses all fresh ingredients in all his food and does a traditional roast on a Sunday. We paid £21 for 3 meals and 3 drinks which I thought was a real bargain.

I visit here quite regular. They do so many choices and it's so tasty. Made to tour choice and they are a very reasonable price. Would never go to another sandwich bar. My personal favourite is Chinese chicken.
