Boston Burgers & Shakes in Bradford

We enjoyed the food! Service was pretty quick, we ordered a bacon cheese burger meal and 2 kids burger and nugget meals. We would definitely come back again!

We ordered pizza 🍕🍕🍕 and burgers,doner. Pizzas was burn,dry, very small amount of the display. Chips was also dry,cold. Burgers not taste as burger 🍔🍔. Very much disappointed. Would not like order again.

Ordered some burger box with donner and only received two pieces. When I called the person said that’s the normal serving.

Got the variety box meal. Absolute bargain. Food is always good. Chips were really crispy and flavoursome. I recently placed an order for pizzas - HONESTLY, they were the best I have had in years! The delivery took a while but as soon as i took my first bite, all was forgotten. This place is a little gem, they have maintained standards.

A little late but all was forgotten once i tasted the food. One of the best burgers ive goten from a takeout. And the customer service from lady on the phone was beyond lovely.

Definitely worth a visit. Been there 4 times & the place is always clean & staff are friendly. No loud 🎶 playing anywhere 😊 can't wait for lock down to finish cos then you'll be able to enjoy your time even more 😄

Quality of the food isn't the best and neither are the portion sizes for the price you pay. The chicken wings are supposed to be grilled but I'll be honest they smelt a little wierd and still had the chicken hair on it showing its not been cooked properly. Not worth the £6 price tag for a few chips, some nuggets and a stale lettuce burger. Sorry but not again for me.

This is an amazing place for burger and shakes in Bradford. Every time i try a new burger, i get more addicted to the mouth watering taste 😋. Also i liked the quick service. Staff was very friendly. Thumbs up and go for it!!

Good quility food fast delivery

I remember when this place first opened, it was the best thing since sliced bread. But the food they do here now is disappointing. Me and my brother both ordered some food, and had it delivered. Apart from the prices being the first kick in your teeth, this was swiftly followed by a punch to the throat because of how tasteless the food was. The chicken in my burger climbed out of the bun, criticized it's self and climbs back in again. But that wasn't the worst of it, no, no, no. The worst part was their "cheesy fries" which was basically a portion of fries with a slice of cheese melted over it all for an eye watering price of £2.49. I don't usually take pictures of my food, but I did on this occasion because of how sad it was to see this.

Delivery- Meat was dry and cold, Chip were dry and cold.

Ordered food from work been waiting hour and a half then told will be another 10 mins cos delivery driver took a wrong turning

This was my first visit and it was quite honestly faultless.On my first visit the waiter explained that it's a New York style diner and to order a couple of taster meat and chicken burger meals along with some sides. Service was attentive, yet personal and really quite delightful The food was innovative and beautifully cooked and presented. Staff were knowledgeable and rather fun, it's lovely to see people enjoy their job! Food was promptly served and cooked to perfection. A nice selection of drinks were on offer in a lovely atmosphere.

We are from boston USA our daughter started bradford uni. she wanted us to try boston burgers. It was a brilliant experience.

Never again , delivery service is appalling, let's say the delivery never even showed up. We placed a paid order around 9 and waited forever. After ringing we find that it's past 11 and the place is closed.

It's joke. We had to wait for Our order two hours!!! Two burgers - two hours! And we still wait!!! Never more! Never.

Not very happy with level of service. Ordered through Just Eat app which should be priority. Got given delivery time of an hour. An hour later we called to chase up order and were told by rude member of staff waiting for delivery driver to return. Finally got dispatch message with eta 30 mins after first phone call. Thus leaving our food waiting for 30mins on side going cold. Rang again and had phone put down on us. Rang back and rude staff member answered again and got shirty when we told them that we were cancelling order. Waiting over hour and half and no food. A real shame that we were unable to try food which from menu sounded really appealing.

Staff very rude!! I have never wrote a review about any place but this place needed reviewing. Nice food don’t get me wrong but she first of all charged £1 extra and on receipt it said the right price... then she couldn’t do half payment for some reason which everyone can... and also no staff at the counter which is strange I mean what if we need something? Also no thank you or your welcome from the staff member (we were served by a young looking Pakistani lady) Wanted a meal packing and heard the staff shouting in back “pack it up? Why?) like errm okay?

Food was appauling and the delivery came an hour late and we paid £26.00 for cold food. The burger had a bone inside it and the chips were cold and soggy the chicken wrap practically falling apart. The cheesy bites were digusting. Would 100% not reccomend this place

Will not order from here ever again. Food was awful. The burger was shocking and the patties are what you would expect from a burger van. Also ordered a waffle and they couldn't even be bothered to send it toasted. It was freezing cold and not what you would expect. Order elsewhere and save yourself the disappointment.

Not gourmet burgers disappointed

I recieved leaflet through door called up to place order for collection, was not told total charge for order so I presumed prices on leaflet recieved day before were correct however when collected order was overcharged for a standard regular choc milkshake was charged price of their ferrero roche milkshake and the cheek was they had the same leaflets at the till and popped one into my order bag which clearly showed price of standard shake £2.99 but on reciept they charged me £3.99, anyway that aside the waitress also let me walkout without taking the can of pop you get with the meal I ordered, had to go back and get. Food was ok the steak was a bit chewy with fat (charbi). Bestway to improve is sort out your service your staff need to be on it like it used to be when you first opened period.

We got a menu through the door and thought it looked nice so rang up to order and they said they're not taking orders. The website says they deliver until 12 and we called at around 10:30.

I was charged more than the prices that were stated on the menu because apparently they had increased recently including our water bottles which had also increased even though they had labels on them saying 80p. My nephew also slipped and hit his head because the floor was wet near the tills and they didn't apologise or even acknowledge him falling. Overall the service sucked I wouldn't ever go back again and my burger didn't taste of anything and their toilets were filthy (smelt like sewage) and full of flies

Terrible disgusting place ordered food at 8pm lady on phone said will be with u in a hour food came a hour and half after stone cold and wrong burger and few things missing and soggy chips so rang back she tried telling me the burger was right when it clearly wasn’t cause I’ve ordered here before so after 10 minute chat she said would send a different burger including the missing food , within 40 mins a hour and 15 minutes past rang back asking where my food is she told me it had been sent out driver on way waited 35 mins rang asking where my food was she told me driver knocked on my door 10 minutes ago I didn’t answer so he left which was a complete lie cause I was sat in my car in my garden for 20 minutes no one came am 38 weeks pregnant I’ll and my 2 year old was sat hungry since 8pm waste off money no refund didn’t even bother to say sorry husband had to go out and get some food disgrace disgusting people should not be able to treat other human beings like this poor service useless cooks useless person answering the phone your mistake not your customers u should solve it not tell lies and have people waiting hours will never order again very ignorant woman on the phone who cuts u off really does not care has money now doesn’t care if people are hungry !! Disgrace!

I've never left a negative review for an establishment before but I had such a bad experience and I won't be going back there again. I was overcharged for my meal because apparently the prices in their system had gone up and they hadn't changed their menus yet (legally they have to charge the price advertised. The food took over 30 minutes to arrive and the burgers were very bland. I had a burger with mushrooms in and was charged a few pounds extra just for the mushrooms which I overlooked but the worst part was that my son slipped on the wet floor near the tills and hit his head on the fridge and the lady behind the till didn't even apologise or react to his falling. She didn't really understand some of the questions I asked her previously as well. I am still waiting for a call back from the manager after leaving her number to speak to him about the fall. We definitely won't be going back again.

Gave them 1 star cause had no choice order from here at 7:19 it is now 8:48 and the order is not here my son was suppose to eat and go bed as he has school but he can’t as his dinner not here and they ring me back after a hour to tell me they don’t have chicken popcorn this is just really rubbish will not be ordering from them stick to mr t from now

Ordered on a monday and was told selivery time is 1hour. Waited 2hr 40min for my food, because aparantly they were really busy. Food was cold and milkshake was nasty. Avoid this place absolute joke

Absolutely disgusting, do not order from here , we waited 40 minutes over the waiting time and waited over an hour and half in total. The staff were rude on the phone and kept lying saying the order was on its way when it clearly was not and three phone calls later we were no closer to getting our meals

Ordered via just eat on 24th April 2018. My whole order was not sent, what had been sent 1hr 25 mins later it was stone cold. I called them and a guy gave his name as Siddique and said next time I can have my order free of charge . However I called today and they said no one by that name, no previous orders found. Find that strange as it shows on my just eat. They told me to get lost and did not want to know. To be honest reading peoples reviews it shows this is a cow boy company. NEVER EVER WILL ORDER FROM HERE AGAIN!!! NO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS. SHOULD BE REMOVED FROM JUST EAT. FOOD IS NOT REALLY NICE. Love food from pizza del maestros. BEST FOOD IN BRADFORD!!!

DISGUSTING COSTUMER SERVICE! Rang to order food at 10:46. Rang back at 11:40 to see where my delivery was, I got told the driver had set off 10 minutes ago. By 12:17 I had still not received my delivery, called again and was told to " look outside at the traffic, it's a busy night ". Disgusted at this I looked outside onto the main road and did not see a single car.

Tried to order online and couldn't due to being outside the delivery radius. someone from the company clearly posted a menu through my letter box. I ring the number for an explanation and didn't get one. Why post a menu if you wont deliver

A 2 star generous rating considering the quality served. Don't expect to get what you read on the menu. One of the burgers I ordered was the meat feast but instead of getting a homemade beef patty I was given a standard processed lamb burger. Disappointing especially as I was looking forward to it.

AVOID, THEY WONT DELIVER YOUR FOOD AFTER CONFIRMING THE ORDER!!! Having ordered at half 11, I was told my delivery would be in an hour by the manager! 1hr 30mins later, 3x unanswered call attempts later I realised I wasn’t getting any food I’d already paid for!! I’ve had late deliveries, but none where having confirmed the order over phone, it didn’t show!!! Disgusting, and was too late to order from anywhere else!!! Not one to leave a comment but when such poor service is provided, please be warned!!! They didn’t have the courtesy to tell me I wouldn’t be receiveing my food I’d paid for nor did they answer my call!!!!!

I would rate them zero stars if it let me. I thought the food was okay until the next day i had food poisoning for 4 days. I know it was the meat feast burger i had from here as it was the only meal i had all day. DO NOT EAT HERE!!!!

Food wasn't bad to be honest , what annoyed me was the service , took 25 minutes to make my food and still got it wrong , ordered and payed extra for curly fries and didn't get any at all , it's really simple how can you forget that , the chilli burger had literally no chilli inside and to be honest the chips were flat cold , it was like they'd been sat there waiting for the burger to cook , pretty poor considering you pay a little more than usual in this area , the burgers were made nice and tasted okay.

Can't describe it anything more than average. Flavours were so bland it just didn't taste of anything. It's probably best described as a stomach filler for when you have no where else to go.

Lousy slow staff service - really disgraceful to see counter staff 'chatting up' customers. Even worse to see amateur inexperienced staff trusted to serve customers at the front (recommend to train them in the back or train them efficiently before trusting) to struggle with making milkshakes. Literally made my eyes water watching them and feeling sorry for them. Was told food takes 10 minutes, although it contradicts the sign on the wall which says 15 - 25 mins... Luckily the food was good. Very lucky to earn the extra star otherwise this place is dragged down enormously by staff service.

Bostons serves special menu items such as medium rare chicken burgers. Must be why the food is so cheap; they save on the gas bills. If possible i would give 0 stars.

Really nice place to eat, cheap and really clean. The service is really good and polite as well. I often eat there either when i'm in a hurry or just looking for a nice place to eat

Come here regularly with my flatmates since I moved to Bradford. We've tried every burger on the menu and I can honestly say it's impossible to pick a favourite. Food is always served within 10 minutes and service is friendly 🙂
