Amazing Spanish restaurant in London! Food was Incredible (Galician steak ) and burn cheesecake my top favourite. Team very friendly, we will be back soon.

Great food. Every plate was delicious, and we've been back a couple time already. Would definitely recommend. A hidden gem :) Croquetas were great! The Venezuelan waitress was fantastic :) gave us all the details, and very accommodating. Thank you so much!!

Some of the best tapas I have ever eaten

We came for a date night meal, it appeared busy but staff members were helpful to find us a table. Once seated, service was appalling and we completely ignored after ordered our food. My boyfriend asked if we could add a dish to our order and we were told ‘no, you’ve ordered enough’. I’ve never, ever been told we cannot add food to our order, it’s a tapas restaurant, the whole point is to try lots of different dishes. It’s really unacceptable and we are adults, not children, and deserve to be treated like adults when we are out for a meal. The food was nice but had been sitting for a while, for example the taco bread was stale. Really disappointing and if they were too busy, staff should not have seated us. We won’t be returning as it’s not the first bad experience in this restaurant.

Great food, great vibe, affordable and definitely a place I would come back too! The paella is definitely the highlight of the evening.

Excellent tapas and kind, efficient service on a Sunday

A bit disappointed. After reading reviews I was expecting something special but I found the Tapas very ordinary. Service was good and portions large but nothing to write home about.

Lovely and great atmosphere to eat and had especially good service from Junior. The bar girl Atriella was also fabulous. Every single dish was so yum and I couldn’t recommend it more!

We picked this spot for dinner because we were craving some good tapas, and wow, it did not disappoint. This place is fantastic for Spanish Tapas. The staff—Jaime, Junior, and Anett—were simply incredible. They were attentive, kind, engaging, and knowledgeable, all while maintaining a friendly and relaxed vibe. Seriously, take the time to chat with them; it will enhance your experience. The food was outstanding. We tried what felt like most of the tapas plates, and everything was delicious, especially the croquettes. We also sampled several different bottles of wine, each one better than the last. If you're in the area, you have to add this place to your itinerary. Highly recommended!

Chose this place for dinner as we had been dying for some tapas. What an amazing place for Spanish Tapas. The staff, Jaime, Junior, and Anett, were absolutely amazing. Attentive, kind, engaging, knowledgable, and professional without being stuffy. Chat with them. Engage with them. You will be better for it. The food (we had most of the tapas plates it seemed) was on point, especially the croquettes. We tried several different bottles of wine and each was better than the prior. Put this on your itinerary.

We had an amazing tapas experience with the best that a Spanish Restaurant can offer. The Seafood Paella was absolutely delicious and I do not even want do mention about the cheesecakes. Without exaggeration Boqueria is the best tapas in town, super friendly service, great atmosphere. I go every week. Highly recommend the crispy aubergine with spiced honey and the tuna tartar with avocado . It’s all delicious. It’s a hidden gem! And Junior the manager is hilarious.

We visit Boqueria regularly. It’s an exemplary local restaurant: the food is excellent but it’s also great for casual drinks and a couple of snacks. The staff are always friendly and welcoming, and the music is great! Rare in London to find a place that balances a casual environment with superb food, great service and welcoming staff so effortlessly.

Great food and even better service.

5 stars all the way. Food was amazing, we ordered way too much and everything was delicious. Especially the aubergine and prawns. Service from Junior was exceptional.

We love everything about this restaurant. We come at least twice a week.

I have lived in Battersea for over a decade and often driven past this restaurant and wondered what it would be like inside. Today, I finally took the plunge and was disappointed... Disappointed that I did not try it sooner!! Everything was so delicious and great attention was paid to everything on every plate. The bread, for example, is perfectly crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside - perfect for soaking up the garlic infused olive oil that the prawns are served in. The tortilla was juicy, eggy and delicious. I can't wait to come back and try the other dishes.

Second time going and it wasn’t a let down. I definitely recommend their fishy risotto. A cute spot for a date night I would say their broken noodles are average but the fish in it was really tasty and fresh.

This is one of the best places I've been to for tapas - including many tapas places in Spain. They obviously have a Spanish chef which means they have the most authentic dishes. We went twice in three days as it was so good. We had the bellota ham with wonderful tomato bread along with albondigas, croquettes and really good tacos with suckling pig on our first visit. On our second we tried the shellfish paella which was great. Service was really friendly and I highly recommend it.

A really good menu with many classic Spanish dishes and options to choose from. I personally enjoyed the tapas and seafood paella! Would certainly recommend if you are in south west London and looking for something close to truly authentic Spanish gastronomy

When we arrived restaurant was quiet and just 2 other tables, we was seated and then Waited almost 20 minutes for someone to come to the table and ask what we wanted, after I went to ask for some service. The food was ok but the 4 plates we ordered came out 10 minutes apart. Service wasn’t good considering the restaurant was empty.

Great tapas restaurant. Really enjoyed croquetas and salad with goat cheese. The huevos rotos were not my favorite as the chips were quite hard and the jamon wasnt to my personal taste. Chipirones , the little squids were quite good. Id love to see the outside area with a little more open space and airy. The service was really nice! Thanks

Place is nice and cosy, service is attentive. Food was a bit of a letdown, ups and downs. It all felt a little bit on the heavy side, not "fresh" or authentic enough. My favorite dish was probably the pan y tomate, the freshest, less overcomplicated or overseasoned. Not really sold on this, had better tapas in the city.

We love our tapas and visit all over Spain including San Sebastian to enjoy tapas. Boqueria is the closest that we have found in the UK who not just has the traditional tables and bar to eat from but most importantly captured the true flavour of Spain. Service is attentive and friendly, prices very good for the quality of the food and drinks but recommend that you book. Bravo to the Boqueria and Jaime 🇪🇦

Very affordable Spanish restaurant, compromise on service and atmosphere (very tight tables) but food was decent. We enjoyed the paella and chipirones (baby squid). The whole seabass was too sour - I think it was marinated in vinegar before fried, which is completely unnecessary!

The best of the best of the best in Spanish food. The best patatas bravas not even in Spain. Croquettes that make you drool. Extremely nice staff. An employee, Úrsula, a real charming girl. It was a pleasure and I would repeat it daily. Due to the quality of the products, it is NOT expensive at all. All real Spanish. They put Torrada tapa with tomato and ham.

We love this tapas restaurant and have been a number of times as we live in the area. Any friends we have recommended it to have had similarly excellent experiences. Great quality food, friendly service and overall some of the best tapas I've had outside of Spain. Their sangria and cocktails are delicious and the outdoor space is lovely for dinner in the summer.

The food overall was far too salty , with the steak and chimichurri almost inedible , service was slow despite there only being four tables , one being clearly filmed for promotional footage , receiving dishes quickly despite not being eaten , whilst other tables were left waiting . We were left waiting in between individual small plates - some arriving lukewarm, and it was difficult getting table service despite staff being huddled around the bar area unoccupied. I was disappointed as I’d enjoyed the food previously , but this experience has put me off .

Recommendation from my son, absolutely delicious food, think my favourite was the duck, avocado with tuna, the dishes were all exquisite, as for the baked cheesecake wow! Attentive waitress, shall be back!

Really tasty tapas, slightly over priced but lovely service and food to make up for it

We have lived in the area for years and I now wished we had discovered Boqueria earlier! We had the papatas bravas (so crunchy!) and the tortilla (with creamy egg yolk inside) for starters - so simple but so perfectly executed! For mains, we ordered the chicken paella which was very generous but maybe a tad too salty and the pork, which was paired with an unusual lemon sorbet (it works!). For desserts, we had the cheesecakes (burnt and pistachio), which were a perfect way to finish off our meal. The meal was really fairly priced for the quality of the food. I have been to many tapas/Spanish restaurants in London and this one is definitely up there. We will come back!

Really enjoyed the food and wine

This was without doubt one of the best meals of my life. I came here earlier in the week with a party of ten, the wine was excellent, the service was friendly, funny and enthusiastic and the food was just delicious. The pork cheek and sorbet was incredible! I will without a doubt be back 😋😋

You can enjoy delicious Spanish cuisine at affordable prices. It has a great atmosphere and is in a good location, right next to Battersea Park. It takes some time for the food to be served, so we recommend that you eat with plenty of time to spare. It was a shop that I would definitely like to visit again :)

Dining with family. Excellent service and good wine choice. As a vegetarian thoug, the menu was sparsely populated with veggie options. Fine for meat eaters though.

Food is decent, nothing amazing or remarkable, but not bad, price is ok compared to other Spanish restaurants nearby, but tortilla was quite dry and small, Brindisa just 10mins away has better quality and flavours in my opinion for pretty much the same price.
