Been today and tbh a few times can I just say that Marshall who served us today it absolutely fantastic and always is he’s so polite and funny what a guy!!

Marshall was very helpful and friendly when helping us decide what shake to go for.

I had an extremely disappointing experience at Boost recently due to the behavior of one of the team leaders, Chelsea. She was shockingly rude, dismissive, and made me feel like an inconvenience rather than a valued customer. As someone in a leadership role, her attitude was completely unprofessional and left a really negative impression. I’ve always enjoyed Boost, but this experience genuinely made me reconsider returning to this location.

After a busy day we went to get a drink and wow, Skye was an absolute delight, she was so polite and welcoming, definitely comeing back

I don’t know his name, but I’ve been to Boost at Meadowhall a few times. I usually use the kiosk to pick my smoothie since I like to add and subtract ingredients, but the young man who works there always goes above and beyond—offering help, checking in, and asking how my day has been. He’s a breath of fresh air, always so pleasant, and a real credit to your team. It’s clear he genuinely enjoys his job and takes pride in offering great service, which is rare these days!

Visited today , firstly the positive the shake was great and would return for this, if the second wasn’t important. Second, and actually most important the service. Served by a young girl , no Hello , no what can I get you in fact no communication at all , no customer service what so ever. Muttered cash or card , and the price when I asked. No thank you when I handed her the cash or any exchange upon receipt of my change. No enjoy your drink when she gave them to us , or should I say put the top on , straw in , and pushed them to us. Great product , rubbish customer service .

It’s orange season yet they used cheap extremely border oranges which gave me am ulcer in my mouth due to the sour acidity
