Good service good price, manager Jack B was friendly, happy to come again

On the 13th of September 2024, I walked to the boost as usual opposite mark and Spencer meadowhall to buy mango magic and banana bread, saw a staff called Charlie who took the payment, and Immediately after payment I changed my mind to pick a different order, she refused because the payment was gone through. I have never seen anything like this before, terrible staffing, very rude. I asked other staff and she agreed to changed it but Charlie jumped into her and said No, very bad treatment.

Slow, sour faced, service - I had to remind them that inhale paid for double fruit. Never again! I am a serial juicer too.

Kody served me my order which was dealt with promptly, efficiently and politely. Lovely drinks, fab service, will be returning

Bought a drink this afternoon from lily, Marshall and kacie were great and the drink was amazing would definitely recommend. Marshall served me and my family and his customer service is impeccable what a great young man he is

Came to boost for a little treat on my weekend with my siblings. Was served by a lovely young member of staff called Brenna really lightened the mood with her smile when serving us. Good drinks definitely would try again and would come back with the incredible customer service that Brenna displayed

The young lady called Jess served me and was amazing and so friendly. Made me feel so welcome and took her time explaining ingredients to me, would highly recommend her to anyone!

Rude staff can't handle customers couldn't give order for 25 mins and upon asking they refunded and was so rude as did a favour on giving refund.

Went to the Boost in the Meadowhall Arcade and the experience was great. staff really friendly, really efficient service and especially nice drinks/smoothies. Would 100% come back gere and would reccommend for all!

Disgusting “service” from the blonde girl working there. Didn’t acknowledge me even though I’d said hello to her when I got there, but continued her conversation with her colleague, even though I was stood waiting to be served ( I was the only one there). Seemed like she had better things to be doing than serving me. If I ever return to Meadowhall, I definitely won’t be returning to the lanes boost bar due to her poor attitude. Sad to be served by someone who looks and sounds like they hate their job so much.

Came with my friend to get her birthday reward. The girl with the blonde pony tail couldn’t have been in a worse mood. Clearly only has the job for a bit of money but would’ve been nice for her to crack a smile instead of looking so miserable:

Lovely fresh juices, however this branch is let down by atrocious customer service, disinterested, rude and unhelpful staff & unfortunately I will not be purchasing again from here for that reason. Basic customer service training is needed.

I just ordered from the ground floor branch, two strawberry squeezes and one mango magic, which contains bananas. I was shocked when she used a black banana that seemed spoiled and rotten. ( I promise if this drink is her she will not drink it). I threw them out and lost £20.

They serve you 3/4 cup and when you asked why it is not a full cup, she then gave you a super diluted one!! Don’t even apology! This branch has a horrible customer service. Despite this has been mentioned in the reviews several times over a year now, nothing has improved. Shamefully.

Got a seedless mango passion from another branch in the oasis and decided to go to the other one and complain about my mango passion and Joe reassured and sorted it out for me. What a very nice gentlemen :)

Charlie and Joe were absolutely amazing. The service was second to none, and the flavours are to die for. I'll be coming back for more soon :)

Went to boost today, Harrison was lovely but unfortunately his college let them down. As Lily was really rude towards us. I don’t think Harrison was aware of this.

Went not too long ago and assistant manager Erin was working at boost stall near m&s was rude and stood chatting the whole time and when a que was growing instead of stopping her gossip to help she instead turned to someone who was already doing something and went 'are you gonna serve them' maybe next time the assistant manager should help rather then standing there doing anything but what she's paid to do....

Went today, ordered 3 drinks which were lovely but the customer service from the staff member with 2 plaits in her hair was terrible. Rude, did not crack a single smile and mumbled our orders when they were ready.

A few days ago I ordered a smoothie from here. And it was well good yo, but it was lumpy so I would like it if you made it smooth for me to drink. I suggest you hire a big strong man to squeeze ur fruits and and make sure there’s no lumps. Thankyou. Other than that it was scrumptious 😋

Gone massively downhill. The young girls are very unprofessional and rude which I’ve experienced quiet a few times lately however this time it was the worst and it is the last time I will come here. This also goes for the quality of the juice which is very hit and miss and most times is of poor quality. I have experienced crunching small bits of ice to the juice tasting very off or an ingredient being added extra, it’s as though they just don't bother trying. On this specific occasion I ordered two of the same juices. The ladies had made too less for two so gave us one of them and remade the other one. Again for a second time it was too less, only about half of the cup and this time gave it to us. We noticed this and complained straightaway and the young blonde girl just dismissed us and said that is how it is and nothing can be done. We went away from the area where the juice is prepared and we’re very upset with our experience. We then decided to go to the main counter and we could see the ladies behaving like teenagers amongst themselves and dancing to the music playing in the shopping centre. We told another member of staff about this experience who was very defensive about everything and tried justifying how the taste we we’re describing is ‘normal’ even though this was not the first time we were getting it. It is the only juice we get and have tasted it when it’s been right. All in all a very awful experience which happens every single time now we come to this shopping centre at this shop, will not be coming again as I mentioned. The girls really need a lesson in customer service. They come across very rude and bitter. Im very surprised they’ve managed to land employment with this kind of behaviour.

Worst experience ever in Meadowhall, the product is ok , but the manager Sophie JH was rude, racially judgmental and dismissive, despite the fact she charged me £0.35 extra. The price was £6.15 however she charged me £6.50. Will never go there again. 28/05/ 2023.

Waited 40mins for drink, asked if it was being made just to be told it’s coming and it never came. Had to ask for a refund after wasting my time

Today Saturday 15th October 2022 at 10:30am I have received one of my worst experiences with the lady serving smooths , it is a shame because the drinks are super, but this customer success destroys any single experience. Rude and working without any respect for the customers, leaving the smooths at the desk and turning around without a single word, I had to ask: Is that the one I'm awating for? She looked at me disrespectfully not telling me a single word... No education at all, no "hi" ,."bye"..."thanks".... a shame to serve like that.

Drinks were mediocre and overpriced

After taking an age to decide what I wanted, my drink arrived only to be told its card only. Very disappointed another sellout. No card, no drink. Wasted fruit. Hope a lot more people do the same and wasted products out weigh the financial gain from being cashless.

Awful. Strawberry squeeze with extra fruit. Super thick he had to force it out of the blender. Tasted of nothing. Complete waste of money. Wish I had taken it back but was travelling home and did not have time. Don’t bother. 5 quid + for a tasteless drink

They girl who served was very rude and i had my usual passion mango howevere the smoothies tasted rubbish.

They might have decent reviews on juices and their sister company shake lab but as for interviewing and trial shifts, attitudes are disgusting.... no response which seems to be the norm these days, but to email for an update and be totally ignored I find rather rude from a company who pride themselves on the public to make money.

Absolutely love Boost juice drinks, I get one almost every time I go meadowhall. They are a little expensive being just under £5 for one drink, but they are healthy and super nice!
