Books N Cup in Edinburgh, City of

I visited this morning. There are no options for breakfast because they do not have a kitchen. I ordered a delicious slice of avocado, cheese toast, and coffee. It was crowded, but the atmosphere was nice.

Really cozy and cute cafe. They have good coffee, especially their seasonal drinks (their pumpkin spice lattes are better than Starbucks). Very kind and friendly staff. Will be my new go to when in Edinburgh ♥️

Really tasty food and coffee. The selection of cakes and baked goods are to die for so do help yourself to some when you’re here (the lemon drizzle is our favourite). The girls behind the counter are very friendly and quick with preparing your order. Would really recommend a visit here :)

Super cosy cafe with a wonderful vibe! It's my second time here and I didn't write a review last time but it is a must visit. Had a latte and the carrot + pistachio cake and they were both amazing. Also the staff is extremely friendly and super accommodating :))

Third time coming to this cafe. Not planning on stopping anytime soon. The coffee here is absolutely delectable and the staff's energy radiates with such warmth and enthusiasm, it immediately elevates my mood. Highly recommend any other coffee enthusiasts to come by and give it a try. You won't regret it.

Chai latte with oat milk is really delicious and the cheese toasts are really full of cheese, I liked that. The menu is simple but very solid.

Fantastic coffee and a great atmosphere to sit and chat or get work done! The student discount is really nice also. The group I was with ordered a variety of things— coffee, tea, hot chocolate, a couple pastries— and loved everything! Highly recommend!

It is a very cozy place where you can have a little coffee or very sweet piece of cake. The service was very friendly and had a really great taste in music :) I definitely recommend this Café!

The oat flat whites and cinnamon swirls here at 10/10. They also allow for laptop work at some tables which I love.

I'm also from Asia, but I don't understand why a staff with an Asian face in the shop is so unfriendly and speaks so fast that it's hard to hear clearly

It is my first time trying out Book & Cups, as it's always full every time I walk past. I adore the cabin, feel interior and low lighting. It's a perfect little haven to sit and read your book, or draw away from the hectic-ness of the city. AND, the guys behind the bar were so so friendly and sweet!

Came to the cafe to wait for our movie at The Cameo which is right across and I am very happy for the chain of events that led me here. Everything about this cafe is cosy, heartwarming and homely from the staff to the atmosphere. The perfect place to relax in rainy Edinburgh as there is comfortable seating, Lodi playlist and free internet. I ordered an oatmilk flat white and an apple tartlet and both items were perfect. They have plenty of vegan options available in pastries and sandwiches as well which I did not try but looked great with an excellent selection of cheeses.

All of it is really good! The service so kind and fast. The coffee and toast just incredible! And the place, decoration and atmosphere is superb. They are Pet friendly!!! Please, stop here and have a latte. You will not regret it.

Love it here! I am planning to come back many times while I'm in Edinburgh. It's perfect for reading or working late into the night. It's very cosy and offers delicious food and drink options. However, if you're sensitive to noise while you work, I'd still recommend bringing some headphones because depending on the other guests, there might be some talking going on.

Perfect place for breakfast, they have savory and sweet options. Nice atmosphere, the staff too and lovely place.

We stumbled upon this Café and had the most pleasant experience! The staff was lovely, the sandwiches we had were great - melted cheese of your choice plus tomato, avocado and humus - and the atmosphere was really cosy. Although the Café is located right at the street the tables are in the back and you can sit without being disturbed. We also had some cake after the sandwiches - the red velvet cupcake and the apple Tartelette were suuper delicious~ We can only recommend paying this sweet Café a visit; it's definetely worth it :)

Nice cozy cafe with amazing coffee and food. They got a small selection of food but it was really good. Would have been nice to have brown breads option instead of white else it was all really good. Had a great time there.

Slightly off my expectations as most people were more socialising there. The noise from all surrounding, the street, the work station and all the other chatters were a bit too much for me. Anyhow the decor and the cups are really cute, plus the staff are real nice too.
