I have received someone else order

Staff are SO rude! Didn’t even say hello, didn’t even ask me what I wanted. Just glared at me as if I was an inconvenience - will never be back! Tortilla is nicer anyway xx

The delivery driver was super fast from he left the restaurant but was waiting quite some time when there, food was nearly cold when it arrive but delivery driver very quick so I assume was sitting in the restaurant getting cold

Just absolutely nowhere near as good as it used to be. The bowls are half full now, they used to struggle to close the lids.

Store person said the order stolen, may be they are lying then the order was delivered at 5 pm around which is very late than expected

Ordered food at 5 food did not arrive until 20 past 7 was cold. Was simply unacceptable 30 pound for that is a joke.

Food ok but if there is more than 1 drink per order Boojum can’t seem to fulfil the order in full. It’s really frustrating this keeps happening. Sort it out

Good taste great as usual. Staff have a terrible bad attitude as usual. No sauces out, place feels grubby.

The burrito is huge. Haha, it's hard to eat it all by myself. Just go ahead and order it. Delicious

I ordered a burrito and drink via Deliveroo from Lisburn road store on 2nd jan to my disappointment the burrito was stone cold due to the drivers putting cold drinks in the same bag as hot food I rang the Lisburn road store and spoke to sorscha the manager and she apologised and told me she would leave a free burrito card in my local store 14-16 great Victoria street boojum I called in today to speak to them about it and the manager said “I haven’t heard anything about that let me go on and double check” she came back with the card and didn’t say a word to me but looked very pissed off at me and I asked for my safety when it expires and she said in a very cheeky tone “it says n/a it doesn’t expire “ and then rolled her eyes and went back to work I’m not happy with this behaviour from a manager as I was getting back something that I was very much rightfully owed it’s not as if this comes out of her pocket??I am a big fan of boojum and I do hope that the manager changes her tone with customers as it isn’t very welcoming or pleasant!!

Absolutely a disgrace, asked for no beans in my burrito and got more beans than meat . Haven’t had a boojum in months and don’t plan to get another again . Only give one star because it wouldn’t let me submit.

Over an hour for delivery and food was completely cold. Can deal with that but two burritos bought and the meats and other ingredients were mixed up.

Esta noche mi amiga y yo fuimos a cenar y perdonar a mi amiga que no sabe hablar un inglés fluido llamado boojum as wrap , lo cual no me pareció gracioso ni un motivo para burlarnos de ella y que nos corrigieran que era boojum no wrap (comentario innecesario por parte del personal) se rieron de nosotros y no se alegraron de servirnos porque tenemos acento y no entendemos el de ellos . Cuando u r en un trabajo para hacer frente a los clientes uno necesita paciencia y empatía que Boojum Victoria calle Belfast carecía. ¿Volveré a Boojum otra vez y me sentiré cómodo como todos? No lo creo cuando no le enseñas a tu personal, eso es Ok para que los clientes caminen y pasen aunque sea unos minutos , hagan preguntas , pueden estar confundidos y tener un color de piel diferente o no hablar ingles así como no lo hacen nadie tiene derecho a maltratarnos ni a nadie de esa manera , no nos sentimos bienvenidos y esas miradas nos hicieron sentir que no pertenecemos , Fue la peor sensación y no pude comer y tiré la mía a la basura donde pertenecía ! !

Ordered a vegetarian bowl at 9pm - no peppers, no onions, no sweetcorn, no mild salsa, no guacamole, no Chipotle. Basically they actually gave me extra rice to 'bulk it out'. Sadly Great Victoria Street boojum has gone downhill.

Ordered meal for 4:00PM at around 1:00PM . Meal arrived 5:15. If I wanted it at 5:15 I would have ordered it for then. Terrible service.

The driver handed me the wrong order. He was trying to argue with me saying its right, and I can take it or leave. Its completely wrong and the customer name one the receipt is wrong .

No update on my order after placing it for an hour. My delivery time kept on changing. I had to phone the restaurant to check on my order but had no help as it was JustEat’s problem apparently. Finally had my order after an hour and a half from ordering, but my burrito was soggy and leaking from the bag. I also ordered extra meat but it doesn’t seem like extra meat was added..

Looked like someone ate my burrito contents then spat it back into the tortilla. Was like cold mush. Also ordered one burrito and one burrito bowl and got two burritos instead. Both all mushed up and absolutely freezing. Deffo not usual boojum quality.

the delivery time upon placing the order said 15-30 minutes, the food then took 60 minutes to be delivered. Whoever made the burrito layered every ingredient sectionly entirely separating any hope of an enjoyable burrito as none of the burrito was a mix. it was either all rice, all meat or all jalapeno. missing cheese and sour cream as ordered

Mock al pastor burrito was amazing! Great vegan option that doesn't skimp on taste or texture. Have tried burritos in the home of Tex-Mex (Texas, US) and Boojum still comes out on top, we are lucky to have em!

Food not good. Meat full of fat and rice tasted as if it was cooked a week ago! Last couple times I’ve had boojum, hasn’t been great at all.

Love this place, and if you use the app you'll get a free meal eventually. Burrito bowl and salad option great for gluten free. Staff work incredibly fast and with a smile

Delivery driver said food was stolen from his hand while walking to my front door. Told me, my daughter & my partner what happened. "as I was walking to the door someone when past on a bike and took it out of my hand and is now gone"

Both orders arrived wrong, one of my orders stated no cheese as the person eating it has an intolerance to dairy and arrived covered in cheese as well as no chicken when chicken was ordered. My other order came with guac, sour cream and salsa when this was ordered too!!

All the food was cold, even the cheese didn’t melt. It was like they didn’t even heat it at all. Very dissapointed.

excellent timing, portion sizes leave something to be desired. the burritos are described as large. but are very small. bowls are half filled so you don't actually get what you pay for unfortunately.

This place has gone down hill massively. The food used to be almost addictive it was so nice. Now it’s bland and flavourless and you get so much less. Won’t be back. The place was empty and it used to have a queue down the street. Says a lot.

Gigante. Sabroso. Deliciosa. Este es en serio el mejor burrito que he comido. El chile con carne era excelente, al igual que el guacamole. Las verduras sabían frescas. La salsa era picante. Me encantó. ¡Burrito masivo por solo 8 libras! Debo haberlo hecho en Belfast. Gracias a todos los involucrados en la preparación de mi burrito celestial.

Great food, great price and it can be a healthier solution.

Great value for money (less than £9 for lunch, no drinks) But when eating in place, I prefer avoiding plastic bowl and wood fork The food was barely warm, cheese didn't even melt

I’m not sure what happened today as I’ve ordered from here many times & the food has always been good. But today was disappointing. They put the wrong rice in the burritos and it was stone cold. It was delivered pretty quickly so I’m not sure how it was so cold but it was really cold and I had to reheat it. Please pay attention to the order before making it, as reading through other reviews here, it seems to be a regular occurrence that orders are being made incorrectly.

Food was good quality, but smaller portion than I'd usually get at Botanic Boojum

Portions seem to be getting less and less and prices higher and higher as time goes on. Loaded with rice , little of everything else. Shame.

There’s no option to not have beans/veg and only way to avoid them is putting it in the requests at the end, but half the time the staff don’t seem to read it. Got a quarter of the way through before getting veg and had to stop eating as there was too much to even pick out.

I ordered this to my work and I got a notification that the driver was outside and we i went to get my order it said delivered and the driver was nowhere to be seen

The best Boojum by far, and 90% of that is the staff. Cross contamination is still a little but of an issue, as with all Boojums, but still great.

The food is cold and my order is completely WRONG! After ordering 2 times and then the second time it’s just not what I ordered! I also payed extra for jalapeños etc and I received NONE OF IT! I want my money back asap !

Order was over an hour late. Phoned up at 20:33 to find out what happened. Staff said it was on its way "according to her tab". Driver arrived and I asked him when he got the order which was at 20:35. Lied right through her teeth to me... goat.
