Boojum - Great Victoria Street in Belfast

Love this place, and if you use the app you'll get a free meal eventually. Burrito bowl and salad option great for gluten free. Staff work incredibly fast and with a smile

All of Boojum is running a reduced menu from how they started. But it's still OK.

This place has gone down hill massively. The food used to be almost addictive it was so nice. Now it’s bland and flavourless and you get so much less. Won’t be back. The place was empty and it used to have a queue down the street. Says a lot.

Gigante. Sabroso. Deliciosa. Este es en serio el mejor burrito que he comido. El chile con carne era excelente, al igual que el guacamole. Las verduras sabían frescas. La salsa era picante. Me encantó. ¡Burrito masivo por solo 8 libras! Debo haberlo hecho en Belfast. Gracias a todos los involucrados en la preparación de mi burrito celestial.

Great food, great price and it can be a healthier solution.

Great value for money (less than £9 for lunch, no drinks) But when eating in place, I prefer avoiding plastic bowl and wood fork The food was barely warm, cheese didn't even melt

Food was good quality, but smaller portion than I'd usually get at Botanic Boojum

There’s no option to not have beans/veg and only way to avoid them is putting it in the requests at the end, but half the time the staff don’t seem to read it. Got a quarter of the way through before getting veg and had to stop eating as there was too much to even pick out.

I ordered this to my work and I got a notification that the driver was outside and we i went to get my order it said delivered and the driver was nowhere to be seen

Portions seem to be getting less and less and prices higher and higher as time goes on. Loaded with rice , little of everything else. Shame.

The best Boojum by far, and 90% of that is the staff. Cross contamination is still a little but of an issue, as with all Boojums, but still great.

The food is cold and my order is completely WRONG! After ordering 2 times and then the second time it’s just not what I ordered! I also payed extra for jalapeños etc and I received NONE OF IT! I want my money back asap !

Didn’t receive food and didn’t get refund

Order was over an hour late. Phoned up at 20:33 to find out what happened. Staff said it was on its way "according to her tab". Driver arrived and I asked him when he got the order which was at 20:35. Lied right through her teeth to me... goat.

Busy wee spot. Good for people watching. Food was really tasty. And good size portions. Handy for a quick stop when you're about.

Unfortunately my Burrito was missing Sour Cream, Cheese and Salsa as I requested. Very disappointing as I am a regular customer.

The service is terrible, they don’t care about people who are in the queue and their time , every time I’ve been regretting to go there but i fogot after a while and i just hope they changed their staff or taught them to how to give services but i promised myself never go back after this awful experience with some rude people who don’t respect to people’s time

Missing items, no chorizo, half filled burrito bowl…Boojum has gone so downhill, it’s sad. My burrito just had all the cheese in one big lump at the bottom. The burrito bowl didn’t come with the chorizo and had four slices of pepper in it.Really bad!

Good sized burrito and fast service. Excellent sauce selection.

Delivery was 100% , food was also 100% , my only issue is that i asked the restaurant for cutlery and napkins which wasn’t included, i work remotely and don’t have these things on site which made it very difficult to eat and enjoy the meal.

an absolute disgrace. ordered for delivery for 12.30 pm as on lunch from work. didn't arrive until 13.40pm lunchtime over and don't have time to eat it !

I would recommend that no one orders online from Boojum. In store is great but their JustEat orders are horrendous. Cold, lacking items, and minuscule portion sizes.

The burrito bowl was nice, bar the guacamole it was poor, I had to scoop all of it out. It tasted horrible as if it had been left out for too long, even the color looked off.

Nos recomendaron ir aquí como el "mejor burrito" y fue exactamente como se describe. La única falta que pude escoger (y me estoy burlando!) fue que he tenido burritos mejor envueltos. Tuve la carne de res y mi compañero el cerdo - ambos con salsa media y fue simplemente brillante - combustible para una tarde de exploración.

1st time trying boojum and can honestly say I will not be ordering again not only were the wraps stone cold but I put a note on my order asking for no onions and the wrap was covered in onions clearly they did not read the order correctly

Poor portion size compared to usual and Mexican rice had very little flavour. appreciated staff catering to my request tho.

The food looks lovely the staff seem chill but the place was a complete mess and counters were really sticky when I shown up. When staff let a place look like that it makes you wonder what the kitchen has to look like.

Exceeded expectations. A Mexican walks in thinking it’s going to be flavorless and everything out of the can. But the barbacoa tasted good. Salsa was ok needs more heat (buy online some chile guajillo and arbol) veggies not the freshest but the meat was the key, tasted good. Would go back.

When food arrived, it was missing the Chips and Dips that were meant to come with the meal as well as the additional 8 dips I had ordered. I reported this in which I have heard nothing back. When leaving my house today I found the drive had dropped these all outside my house, he didn't tell me and there was food lying all over the front of my house. Poor Poor standard JustEat.

Waited over an hour for the food, arrived cold and unwrapped (usually is delivered in a protective plastic bag, but the wrapper of the burrito was actually hanging open). Courier was at the restaurant for most of the waiting time. Very disappointed and want compensation for this.

Food was phenomenal. But what was better still was the service by the delivery driver, I accidentally selected the wrong address and he was so understanding and delivered my food without complaint. All I can say is what a guy 20/10. Will Definitely Order Again.

Honestly what has happened to Boojum… it was a quarter full - shockingly empty and the Alt Pastor was tough/burnt to crisp & basically inedible. Poor.

Bowl number 1, Paid for 2 meats, only got the pork no beef, tiny bit of sour cream too dry! Bowl number 2 had white rice not Mexican, tiny bit of beef (must’ve sold out and that’s why wasn’t any in bowl number 1 and tiny bit in second bowl). Both in bin, rotten

Pretty much as good of a place for Mexican that is in the city.

Service was good, however the food was not very disappointed, plastic container was not sealed as normal, food was cold, dry and rubbery not fresh such a waste as it went in the bin!!!!

Boojum was once one of the best places to eat in Belfast. Huge portions, massive burritos at a very reasonable price. Having noticed a steady decline in the standard and overall quality of their food I have visited less often. I called in today 14th May 2024 for lunch. The restaurant was not busy, however the member of staff serving me couldn’t have been less interested in providing any form of customer service. I have now found that I have to order double portions of meat as the amount in a single portion is not nearly enough. I honestly felt like the portions in my burrito today were coming out of staff wages. Half a spoonful of rice, two half ladles of chicken, a small amount of salsa and very little cheese or sour cream. The chicken was totally undercooked when I bit into it and the rest was bland and tasteless. I don’t think I’ll be back any time soon. Overpriced, bland and tasteless and the staff look as miserable as the portion sizes are.

Driver was nice. Burrito was watery, cold and no flavour. The guacamole was brown. Overall not good at all.

Rice had hardly any meat, fajitas were badly crushed , no chorizo and freezing cold... its really not usual .. Probably last customer of the day.. 😒
