I'm a regular at Acapulco. The food is delicous. It's not too loud and has a cos, family feel. Perry is a superb waitress who always makes my guests or my clients welcome. Highly recommend this wonderful Mexican restaurant.

Beautifully Delicious! A great little Mexican restaurant in Belfast that offers a fantastic menu that really feels as authentic as it’s theme. The food is fantastic, service is excellent and the portion sizes are enough to feed a family. They offered left over takeaway for us for what we couldn’t finish which we thought was a brilliant touch and really gives you tremendous value for money!

My first time ever in a mexican Restaurant. I dont really like to try new food because Im very picky. The waitress helped me to pick, the food was beautiful, big portions and very delicious 💕 I got dessert too. Like Omg 💕💕💕 The waitress was very kind too. Deserve 5 star. Thank you. Defo will be back and recommend this place ☺️

We were over at Belfast on holiday and found this restaurant on a web search. We're so glad we found it. It's about 15 outside of the city centre but worth the travel. The food was amazing, and the portion sizes were big. I can eat...but I couldn't eat all of this. Frienldy and helpful staff. Made our last night here a one to remember. Thank you.

Best place to eat whenever I’m in that side of town. Please don’t go there thinking you’re gonna get your meal in 5 minutes, they pay close attention to every plate they put out and that’s why their dishes taste incredible all the time. If you go there, enjoy a beautiful signature margarita cocktail, promise, it’ll be worth the wait. My favourite: The Combo Fajita (prawn, chicken and steak) with sweet potato fries and ginger beer. *chefs kiss.

First time here and it didn't disappoint. The food was amazing. It's a hidden gem. Will definitely be back again. The food was so tasty and the service was excellent.

Absolutely love this place. Food is delicious. Staff are friendly and always willing to explain the menu if there's something you're a bit unsure of. Haven't actually sat in the restaurant to eat, have only used the take away, can't imagine the restaurant being much different, as the take away food comes from the same kitchen as the restaurant. Love it, love it, love it.

Just got a take away from here and I'm a bit disappointed. We phoned in our order and, after begin told they were not doing delivery, were informed there would be a 45 minute wait. No problem, we arrived at the time specified and still had to wait over 20 minutes for our food. We order a vegetarian chilli chimichanga, which was nice (although the veg was a bit undercooked); a pork burrito pot that had FAR too much cheese in it; and a mini beef burrito pot - the beef was over seasoned (too salty). We didn't have time to go back and say anything in person because we had an upset child. Overall I'd be hard pressed to recommend getting a take away from here.

Running late and rang ahead, first time going here and from the initial call from us running late the service was 10/10 Prompt service and honestly the best Mexican I’ve ever had ! We drink a lot of margaritas and these were again 10/10

This place is a real knock out! Not only was the food seasoned to perfection but everything down the presentation was absolutely incredible. Our margaritas (which we may have had one too many😉) were simply the best my wife and I have tasted. As regular Mexico visitors I can confidently say the food in here is better! Not to even mention the staffs attitude towards us. No task was too big. A special mention to the lovely young brunettes who were nothing but attentive, pleasant and overall made our experience comfortable and fun(always there to provide another marg😉) My wife also suffers from ibs and they accommodated us and her needs outstandingly well(Mexican food can be a challenge for her iykyk) Thank you to Acapulco and the team you are stars!!!!!!

Friendly, tasty, relaxed. The menu kept everyone happy in our group. We booked ahead for a Friday night after leaving it too late one previous Friday.

Just arrived home after spending a delightful night at this establishment! From customer service to food I was incredibly impressed with the love, effort and dedication put into the service. Front of house members Freya and Becca made my night an absolute pleasure and no task was too difficult! Among the restaurants in ballyhackamore I am yet to experience such care and kindness. The food was also delicious, many thanks to the chef!! I am yet to visit the burrito bar but from what I saw when looking in there was immense effort and dedication put into each order, even though the staff member seemed young he did not let this show in his work greeting every customer with a warm smile! Thank you to all in this establishment!

There were 5 of us in a family group. The food was very good with lots of options. The staff were very good at giving advice on what is hot from a spice point of view. They were very attentive and helpful with out being on top of us. Very good food good service great atmosphere.

Absolutely loved it. Huge portions, so tasty and great service with friendly staff. Accommodated non-alcoholic cocktails easily and dietary requirements. Went mid week so was quiet but nice atmosphere.

The food was tasty but a portion of calamari (4 small rings) was £8.00.. (£2 per ring!) also the chicken fajitas came with 4 small bits of chicken and was £19.00. I liked the food but can't help feeling a little bit disappointed with the portion size given the price paid.

Amazing authentic Mexican food. Had a meal with my partner last night and we both left stuffed and satisfied. Habanero hot sauce is extremely spicy, I got too big for my boots! Staff were friendly and helpful!

Tacos are amazing! Don't let the size fool you, they're incredibly filling. The cocktails are delicious and the service is quick. Highly recommend! Best to book a table though, it's a small restaurant and always busy.

This was a great restaurant with friendly knowledgeable staff. Clean and great service. The food was amazing, very large portions and so very easy to consume!! I can't wait for my next visit.

It's fair to say we had the best Mexican food we have ever eaten outside of Mexico today at Acapulco. The staff were also super friendly which added to the already great experience. We tried both the chicken and pulled brisket quesadilla along with chipotle chicken wings. The flavours were sensational and the meat cooked to perfection. Our daughter had the kids steak burrito which she absolutely loved too. We finished off with churros which were fluffy with just the perfect mix of sugar and cinnamon. We will definitely be back the next time we come to Belfast.

A top notch Mexican restaurant in Belfast. The customer serive is excellent and they have varieties of mexican foods and drinks including non-alcoholic ones.

Nice ambience in restaurant and decent waiting service.. Waited one hour for mains. Apology was offered and received. Mains was smaller than most starters and very expensive...meals were tasty and well presented but really overpriced

Food is always 10/10, so much flavour and great portion sizes, lots of cocktail and alcohol choices. Would recommend booking in as it is very hard to get a walk in table.

We called for a last minute table for 6 people tonight and thankfully it was possible. The food was unreal and margaritas amazing. Will definitely be back!

Have had lovely meals here several years ago. We were back in the area last night so popped in for late meal. Nacho starters were average. Mains - chilli con carne and rice and prawn fajitas were well below previous standards. Chilli was tired and dry with a slight crusting perhaps from waiting under a lamp or lights. The prawn fajita mix was very oily and prawns rubbery textured and almost tasteless. The salsa and guacamole were quite tasty but given the quality of chilli mince and prawns, over use of oils and lack of a sense of freshness, we won’t be rushing back.

Ridiculously good, the flautas were to die for. Very savoury, not very spicy either but so much flavour!! Nachos todas were stunning too + the service was great. Lovely staff!

good food but it says on their website that they close at 10. I turned up at 9:30 and they said they were closed which was a massive inconvenience for me.

An excellent choice for food if you're feeling some very authentic Mexican food! I've tried many of the tex-mex and Mexican restaurants in Belfast and I must say that Acapulco is top of the charts to eat in. The food is absolutely amazing, a fantastic atmosphere, great staff who are helpful and with everything. I had the chilli del diablo, a rich smoky flavour, with some fresh Mexican rice. Even gave me a beer on the house for my birthday! Definitely somewhere I will come back to time and time again to try different menu items.

Visited last night and the food was sublime, and the service welcoming and attentive. It’s genuinely the best Mexican food I’ve had outside of Mexico. I’s recommend the enchiladas with beef brisket, side of sweet potato fries and a frozen margarita to finish.

A small place but nice very colourful well it is a Mexican restaurant staff seem to be very friendly and helpful and good at the job they do, yip would go back again 😀

Used to love this place. Prices have went up and standards have went down. The attached pic is a 'burrito' which I had cut in half. Can only be described as slop. You couldn't even identify the textures of the different ingredients. Why have you closed the takeaway bit on the side?? Had to go into the restaurant to order and then had to wait outside for 15 minutes on that burrito. Its certainly not fast food. Also feel like you are in the way when you are in the restaurant ordering. People are sitting in trying to enjoy a meal and people are constantly in and out ordering takeaway. Would definately put me off sitting in. So disappointed as I used to love this place. Had slowly been slipping, but that takeaway just takes the biscuit. Sad to say but I won't be back. Would have gave 0 stars if it was an option.

This place does Mexican staples like fajitas enchiladas burritos chimichangas with veg chilli opposite. Great chicken wings and squid . They have Mexican soft drinks which are amazing and Mexican beer. Unfortunately you haven’t much of a chance eating here without booking. I always get...

Been several time can’t fault Acapulco,quality food, intimate atmosphere, courteous staff and exceptional value. Excellent can’t recommend highly enough.

Prefer to sit in but usually just get a takeaway and you can't go wrong. The food is fantastic and the prices are very reasonable.

This restaurant was vibrant, very Mexican, even down to the artefacts around the walls. The food was some of the best Mexican food that I have ever eaten, and to think that none of the chefs are of Mexican decadent. The Margaritas were perfect, but...

I love this place, they do burritos and fajitas and deep fried burritos called chimichangas. But I always get flautas which are mini chimichangas. The price is on the high end for Mexican but it’s money we’ll spent.
