Great little place for tacos 🌮 😋 👌 friendly staff and clean establishment.

Fair play, the staff were lovely and I suspect they have to work really hard, but the food is in no way authentic - it's a MacDonalds-like interpretation of tortillas and burritos. I found it overly expensive for what it was and would not go back. The toilet could have been cleaner too.

Their burritos are great value and really fill you up

Mid food. Literally same as Boojum but less flavour.

Don't waste your time, energy, or money. The food is tasteless, idca Mexican rice bowl, and it was binned. Very disappointing experience, even tried it again, and watched them pour water from a kettle into the food to keep it moist. The staff hadn't a clue what they were doing and it was extremely disappointing. Go to boojum, it's cheaper and it actually has flavour.

No quesadilla come on!!! All you serve is Mexican!!

This place does really delicious and flavourful food, and I really enjoyed my meal. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a quick and tasty meal in Belfast centre. I also really appreciated the staff member who agreed to make a quesadilla for my son, even though it was technically too early for them. I will definitely be back.

If you want Boojum but with flavour, care and attention this place is where you should go. Fresh carefully made food well presented by attentive staff in an authentic feeling atmosphere. I seem to be eating here with increasing frequency. It’s delish, fresh, clean full of colour. Tasty and well priced with a loyalty app and offers. Best in the area by far. Robyn is a spectacular rep for the restaurant and clearly knows what to do with food and customers alike. 10/10. Superb. Mexican.

Awful service just went for a late lunch @2.30 just a few diners in there. My partner ordered a salad bowl and I ordered a quesadilla watched her make it and put it in the grill was told it would take 5 mins to cook. We sat down and waited another member of staff came by after a few minutes and said it would be 2mins. Skip to my partner finishing his meal when I went to ask what was happening then was the start of the drama. They lied about my order just being made that I didn't see her put my food in the grill. If they just said sorry we fecked up I would have been cool. They were rude as f

This is the worst food I've eaten in a long time - honestly just go to Boojum. This was watery slop. You'd be better off with an Old 'el paso meal kit than eating this food.

Me and my partner are actively looking for places to eat in Belfast that serves tasty, spicy, tangy and mouth watering food. This place serves no doubt the best quesadillas we have had. Thanks a lot to staff for making friendly experience and amazing food.

Tried here 1st time, was very tasty, and will be back to try again. Girl serving the food was great. had lots of advice for our 1st try. Little awkwardness between owner and staff front of house over more meat needed and closing times instead of discussing in private. All in all, it was really good and will be back. Thanks, guys

Got from here tonight for the first time. Delivered from just eat and we were really impressed. The burrito was packed with ingredients which all tasted fresh. Delivery didn’t take long at all and all the food was really nice. Neither of us liked the dips (spicy salsa and another green one which was guacamole). We got the meal for two which we thought was good value. Would defiantly recommend and would order again.

First time here and I actually liked it. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable about the ingredients. Only negative was that I ordered the beef (at £1 extra) and the Guacamole (at 1.30 extra), and found both portions to be miserable. I wonder if the default pork was a better option. All in all, it was tasty but if charging extra for certain items....make it worth it. Maybe next time 🤔

We were just wandering past by chance, thought we'd give it a go, and are very glad we did - the food and service are terrific. I have to give special mention to the guy who looked after us - Dylan - as he genuinely made us feel at home. One of those guys in whose company you can't help smiling. We both had quesadillos - a first for us - and they were gorgeous, full of beef/chicken, something like ratatouille, and loads of melted cheese. We will become regulars for sure :-D

They don’t accept cash but apparently only tell you that after you’ve waited 5 minutes to be served, please put up a sign xxx

I was in quite late in the day. The staff member asked had I been in before and when I said no, proceeded to explain and recommend, so great friendly service. I did enjoy my choice and would buy again. However if buying for a family I would say it is quite expensive for what you get.

Came in here for some dinner on a quiet Sunday night which was perfect time for the happy hour between 5-8pm. Tasty food, £2.50 margs and excellent service from Isabelle, Robyn and the other staff! Everyone was super friendly, made us feel welcome and were very helpful and attentive. Thank you so much guys for a lovely night, I will definitely be visiting again soon :)

Staff friendly and helpful, but the food was really disappointing. Three corn tacos. Cold, wet and soggy, not much flavour.

I'd love to give this place a chance again but everytime I stop by they're always out of so much on the menu, even when it's a week day and not late. Called by on Thursday evening after 6pm and after queuing for 10+ minutes, was told they were out of rice this time, so couldn't make burritos or burritos bowls. To avoid waiting further for the rice to be ready; I asked for a quesadilla, and was told they were also out of those, again. I give up with this place. What kind of a burrito restaurant runs out of rice or stuff to even make a quesadilla?

My first visit and I would highly recommend. I went for the regular burrito bowl which was well filled. I payed extra to get guacamole on it. I also got the bag of chips with pico de gallo dip and a frozen margarita. The total came to just over £15 it was well worth it and everything was delicious. Will definitely be back.

Pretty average burrito for close to £10. Service was friendly though. Mexican food in Belfast is on its knees between here and Boojum. Just so average for what's supposed to be affordable fast food.

Superb little Mexican eatery in Belfast City Centre with very friendly & efficient staff offering great value for money & very tasty food! Manager Robyn is always checking that all customers are content & happy with their meal. If you’re looking for great value food in a very warm & pleasant atmosphere then Tortilla is the place to go..

Really tasty, healthy and balanced Mexican food. I loved the vegan options, respectively the no meat chilli, veggies, guacamole, vegan mayo etc all in a fresh burrito. Burrito available in two sizes, medium and large; I went for the large, would have been full with the medium but continued eating for the taste. The location is very nice, in the city centre of Belfast, for us as tourists and having found the window table available, it was an attraction in itself. Staff were very friendly and we could tell they cared about the customers' culinary experience.

Just Wow! Went on Wednesday 18th October, and my 1st time there with my son and his girlfriend. I'm not from Belfast but will look for a Tortilla local to me if the level of customer service is like this. I cannot recommend this place highly enough, in particular the staff!! Food was great too! 😁

I am a native Californian and lover of Mexican food. The food we were served was good and fairly true to Tex-Mex cuisine. But it was flawed by rancid and broken tortilla chips (ironic, given the name of this place). I hope that by the time I return for my free Birthday Burrito, they will have cleared out their chip hopper (food maybe fit for the pigeons outside), and established higher standards of sell-by dates from their tortilla chip supplier. Better, they should deep fry their own chips from fresh corn tortillas, as all autenticos do. And monitor the oil for rancidity!

So disappointed with this place.... Overpriced food which has no flavour.... Ordered the tacos, spent £10 for essentially 3 tiny wraps with very little filling...not the best service staff seemed very uninterested in customers instead having conversations among themselves. The girl with black hair and tattoos I felt was quite rude. Pretty sure the margaritas where watered down... probably why they were so cheap!!! Should have went to subway!!!!

As a born and reared Californian I found it tasty and authentic. You can tell the difference with their all fresh ingredients. The salsas could be hotter for my taste, but that would scare off the Nor'n Irish.
