Not great, very expensive for the portion, rice was mushy and chicken was inedible. Although the cheese sauce was nice. Not for me.

The food was good but the driver got lost and it was difficult to communicate because he didn't understand English very well and I couldn't explain to him that I was somewhere else. With the time wasted and the terrible weather, it seems like a terrible service to order by delivery through this app.

3 hour for a delivery . We never got the food . Have to order in Uber eats arrived on time . Never again . Very bad service

Burnt rice and a stingy serving of your protein, salad and salsa for £9??! A good adaptation of a more popular franchise but this was just mediocre.

The quesadillas wouldn’t feed a mouse… tiny portion for £11 and the tortilla chips were stale.

Got the new quesadila. Was in shock at the tiny portion size for the price of it. For £6.95 you get half a spoonful of meat with some cheese and either Pico or sweetcorn. No other toppings or sauces. I mentioned to the girl working could she leave my feedback about the size/portion but she just said she didn't make the prices and was very unhelpful. While I was in store eating my pitiful meal, another customer ordered a quesadila as well and asked the servers to put more in it of everything (proving it wasn't just me expecting more for this price). They have obviously been told they have to stick to strict portion sizes and so refused the customer. It was basically just cheese and a tortilla. The servers are lackluster and unenthusiastic at the best of times, never mind when trying to solve an issue. Probably won't be back. Too expensive for what it is.

Ordered 1 veg and 1 chicken Burrito, but got 2 chicken Burrito. This is ridiculous. Vegetarians please don't order from this place.

The food was good and the price is ideal. There was a person who served us who was very friendly, he spoke a little Spanish, but we don't remember his name, thanks from here. If you order the large, it is very big and fat, we recommend ordering the medium hehe

The food here was decent, pretty tasty, but the beans look dried up and unappetising which is unsurprising given that I was waiting roughly 40 minutes to order with only 4/5 costumers in front of me. Possibly training new staff, possibly several orders for delivery, but without doubt the longest I've ever waited for fast food and a local competitor would have served 50 people in the same time. The staff were helpful and friendly when it came to service but the wait was criminal and did also lead to people leaving.

Ordered a Chicken Rice Bowl with Chorizo - arrived with no chicken no chorizo just rice and salad!! tried to resolve over the phone and 8-9 times no answer, voicemail - One to Avoid

Nice enough food but really expensive for the little food I got.

I visited for lunch today and unfortunately my experience was somewhat spoiled by the initial customer service. The older gentleman at the counter was quite rude and didn’t inform me about an additional charge for cheese sauce until I was already at the register. However, the younger staff member was lovely and the blonde-haired woman provided excellent service which turned out to be a bright spot during the meal. Unfortunately, the chicken was dry and overcooked, which was sure a disappointment for the meal.

Burrito was delivered on time and it was delicious, however, it arrived cold.

Food on my end was great, slightly stale tortilla chips but burrito was lovely with chorizo. Service was nice and fast, Antek at the till was friendly and great to talk to as he put through the orders. Atmosphere is nice with nice music and a calm environment, a little cold in places but good other than that.

The service was great. It was my first time coming in and the person working there was very helpful and kind in explaining the different options

One of my favorite places in Belfast for a quick bite. Chipotle-style food with a cafe-esque atmosphere. Staff are extremely friendly. Great rewards through the app and fast Wifi!

Delivery driver never delivered it. Says delivered but it isn’t. Restarting closed, It seems to be a running theme with these reviews so probably shouldn’t have placed an order. Probably best to consider getting another courier.

Really small portions, 10.10 for medium box half empty salad bowl. No queues for a reason

Has really went downhill. Went on a Friday night at 7:30 for two bowls. Only two other tables in the restaurant. To start off the counter was covered in salsa and food which just looked very dirty. We were given the last scrapings of rice and only enough beans for one bowl. I got the last bit of beef and then the only other option was chicken for my partner as they had no pork left. There was no queso left either and the young guy went to check and we were advised kitchen had said this would be another 15minutes before it would be ready. We had finished our bowls before this actually came out of the kitchen otherwise we would have went up and paid for the extra portion to put on our bowls. Once paid we were handed our bowls and drinks as they had no trays left.. to be fair the young guy did offer to carry our drinks to the table as we had a pram with us. He was very apologetic and seemed embarrassed at the amount of things they didn’t have available, although the supervisor just seemed like she didn’t want to be there, more focused on app orders instead of those in-front of her or restaurant quality. Pouring the majority of the salsas all over the counter than in her actual tubs for a take away order, again adding to the mess for everyone to see. Bins overflowing and just very unappealing tonight. Really disappointed as we used to be regulars here and due to a house move we hadn’t been in for a bit so really missed it but based off what we got/the experience I’m not sure we will hurry back

Went to get burritos and soft shell tacos never been to a Mexican restaurant that doesn't have guacamole And having to pay a £1.00 extra cause I chose beef 🤔🤔. Needless to say extremely disappointed in the whole experience

if i could give 0 stars i would. no fault of the restaurant, but the delivery driver never delivered my food. i was waiting for it to arrive for over an hour and a half before it said it was delivered, when the driver wasn’t even near my house on the map. absolutely ruined my saturday night in.

IMHO, the quesadilla was a soggy mess. The filling lacked flavor and the tortilla was far from crispy, making the entire dish rather unappetizing. It was definitely not what I expected, especially for the price. Unfortunately, I won't order it again.

Almost chipotle, if you are craving it

I have tried many Latin food places and honestly "Tortilla" has one of the best seasonings. The food was at the correct temperature, and the different types of toppings give it a unique experience and very similar to the flavor that any Latino is used to, however there is something for all types of palates. Very good service, the Manager was excellent and explains everything in great detail for anyone who is new to this experience. The prices are according to the service. Regarding the decoration and atmosphere, I leave you some photos so you can judge for yourself.

Forgot half my order, I wasn't given the tortilla chips or the drinks. This isn't the first time this has happened:(

When I entered the establishment, the employee who was there gave me such a strange look. After looking at the menu for a while, she didn't even bother to ask me what I wanted. She just looked at my face, really strange. So I told her what I wanted. She answered quietly in broken words, saying that I should choose. It was like she was there looking at my face as if I was an idiot who didn't know how to order! She told me that I could choose any of those things for my tacos, but everything I chose was £1 EXTRA! YES EXTRA!!!!!!! The worst part came, which was the guacamole. £1.35 I think, FOR HALF A SPOON OF NOTHING! I was shocked! £16 for a salty food and everything extra!

The meat in the burrito had been burnt and not shredded. Last quarter was inedible other than the rice and veg. Very disappointed

What an absolutely awesome find in the heart of Belfast! I couldn't ask for a better meal, with all the boxes ticked for a fantastic feed. Filling, flavoursome, fabulous staff, good value and options galore for any pallet. Tortilla will see me again, again and again, without doubt!

Had the large burrito which was a good size and quite filling. I wasn't a big fan of the mexican rice- tasted like the microwave pouches. I will be shocked if this is scratch made in store. Everything else was fine but nothing special. Service was decent and the restaurant itself is clean with plenty of sitting space

For its prime position in corn-market Belfast this should be a gem, however it’s far from it. The food is very underwhelming, the staff could not care less and the price for this experience is disgraceful - such as £8 for Tortilla Queso ….. cheese sauce over a small bowl of tortilla chips. Hoping for something different we visited and was asked by the server if this was our first time, which we confirmed. Hoping then for some guidance we were met with silence, before stumbling through the menu. The tone of the server and volume which he spoke showed a real distaste and lack of interest. One of our meals chose the Mexican rice which was the scraps scrapped from the bottom of the container. It looked so dry that we had to ask the server to change it and give us fresh rice, and we were met with a frustrated sigh. Not to much to ask for fresh food I’d have thought. Food was bland, considering it’s Mexican themed, and in no way comparable to the other well established Burrito restaurants in Belfast. Knowing that one such establishment is just around the corner in Victoria Square you’d think this would keep the A-game live … nope !! One Burrito, One Bowl, One Tortilla Queso, Two small bags of Tortillas with two soft drinks and two beers …… £40. Half the meal ended up binned. So disappointing and place to be avoided.

Honestly was really disappointed with this place as it looks the ticket but unfortunately the taste wasn’t great , the guac and salsa was extremely salty and we tried them all and the beef wasn’t seasoned more than salt it seemed , they had no cilantro (coriander) which is a staple to have with tacos, the chicken was nice but wouldn’t recommend as overall it was disappointing we had the tres tacos, nachos to share and naked burrito we had a mix of chicken and beef and paid for all the extras to be disappointed

I have wanted to try this place for a while. Was surprised they would not accept cash and had to leave but came back a week later. I had the 3 tacos and my wife had a burrito. My tacos were so soggy they were not easy to lift up and eat. I would definitely not order again as they were not even filled up. My wife's burrito was average. Was not worth the money we paid. Staff were nice.

Bland not much taste or spice didn’t taster like there was any salsa in it at all. Wrap was soggy and had fallen apart. Opened it up and it was mostly filled with rice and not much else.

The GOAT burrito was just wonderful, exactly what I needed, and the tortilla chips with spiced Cher’s dip were a perfect accompaniment. The food arrived 10 mins earlier than estimated and I was able to track the delivery all the way here, which was very handy. Also useful that I was able to purchase a bottle of Cholula chipotle hot sauce directly on the app too, as I was all out of it at home. All in all, 100% recommend and will definitely order from them again.

Staff deserve better management. Carl should be running the place tbh. The inappropriate actions that get swept under the rug is ridiculous. Food is also microwaved not fresh like it’s advertised.
