Rock hard chicken and burnt veggies. The only good thing was that the medium serving portion was so small I didn't have to suffer too much. The box wasn't even half full.

Stevie Lee was amazing with the service. The new Beyond steak was really good for me and I’m not even vegan or vegetarian, gave it a taste said that one is for me!

Great, but wish there was a bit more of a non alcoholic drinks selection and wish the food was kept a bit hotter. Also wish there wasn't an extra charge for items such as guacamole, especially since on all the tables they're clearly trying to sell it.

Staff member serving my food was very friendly and ensured to inform me of all of my available options. It was my first time eating here and the lovely staff informed me of how to sign up to their loyalty programme which also offered a free side of chips and dip.

Got the tres tacos with a mix of fillings they were nice but lacked the real punchiness and flavour I would hope for. Nice spot, with a pleasant ambience and vibe. Service was what you would expect, but there is much better offerings out there for something similar.

Went in for my first time the other day. Absolutely amazing experience. Food was lovely. And a massive thank you to my server Daryl, couldn’t have been nicer and was so patient, being autistic it’s difficult to talk and order but he was patient and helpful throughout the whole process.

Before I get into the cream of the crop(the restaurant experience of a lifetime) I just want to thank tortilla for this absolute grandiose performance, bravo bravo and viola! I had a little stroll around the wicked city, Belfast of course! And as per the usuae I was starving, deprived of my essential nutrients (e.g. Vitamins and minerals) I had pondered wether I should relieve my cravings at either the great yellow maccies or Kentuckys best fried Lidl chickens but then I saw the bombastic, vibrant, neon spray of the potent colour RED released in the form of presumably LEDs “Torilla” it was beautiful almost psychedelic, like the page of a comic book had leaped out and yearned for my name. I set foot at the counter and was meet with the pleasant surprise of two beautiful ladies, I asked their names as I was infatuated with their beauty, almost star struck “Alba and Illiana” was what I was provided, but I can never be sure, ladies are also conniving particularly towards me. I ordered the biggest burrito on the menu something that could really fill me up, and there it was right in front of me wrapped up like a gift under the Christmas tree, but in this case it was my belly. I used both hands, tight grip and took my first bite, like a supernova the potent flavours of avocado grazed across each molecule of my tongue like a paint brush to a canvas. I slid my tongue side to side across the inner walls of my mouth making sure I maximised the potential flavours, making sure I taste every nook and cranny “mmm” finished in one bite just like that. On my way out I Winked at both the beautiful ladies and waved goodbye, thank you Alba, thank you Illiana. Good food was ticket service was fkin lethal 💯highly recommend to all yous out der 👍🥷🏻🥷🏻

I recently visited Tortilla and had an amazing experience! The food was delicious, and the atmosphere was fantastic. My servers Alba and Iliana were incredibly friendly and attentive. Highly recommend this place for great food and excellent service!

Absolutely gorgeous Burritos, nice and quick service. A little tiny minus I would give that most of the toppings were extra charge, I understand they more expensive but I would probably rather have the starting price for burrito higher and then anything I want included in that price. It was a bit funny when I said I want guacamole and was told that’s extra £1 then I said I want beef and was told the same, then something else and so on. But as I said everything was absolutely perfect that’s just my bit of advice. Love x

The food here was lovely, I had a burrito and it tasted super fresh and was well priced. Alba and liana served me and they were friendly and efficient.

My first visit to a Tortilla and won't be my last! Marta was very helpful and patient when explaining, allowed us to taste some ingredients to check we had made the right choice, restaurant clean and tidy, prices reasonable and got a freebie for downloading the app.

Purchased 24/12/2024 via UberEats, went with the Chicken Asado Burrito 🌯 two regular and one large, and if you’ve not eaten yet that day, I’d definitely recommend the little you pay extra for the go large option! The options of toppings has a lot of customisation and I went with: - Mexican Rice - Romaine Lettuce - Black Beans - Pinto Beans - Grilled Seasonal Veg - One portion of Chicken - Monterey Jack Cheese - Sour Cream - Iceberg Lettuce - Sweetcorn Salsa (Mild & Sweet) - Salsa Verde (Medium & Tangy) This flavour combination from me was outstanding, would highly recommend! The burrito itself was not stodgy, it wasn’t heavy even though the size, as the contents listed before made it thoroughly light and enjoyable ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Visiting Belfast my girlfriend and I popped into Tortilla Belfast for the first time and we left saying we would be coming back to Belfast more often just to have the Tortilla burritos (and burrito bowl) again. And my girlfriend found a new best friend in Marti who was so kind and funny, she couldn’t stop smiling for ages after ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Ordered delivery never came yet tortilla marked the order as delivered after 3 hours of waiting. Tried to phone and they didn’t bother answering. AVOID heard the food is stinking anyway I should have read the reviews before ordering seems they do this a lot

Got the quesadila for £7. Very few ingredients and was tiny. Didnt fill the gap at all. Was tasty though and the staff were nice.

Not great, very expensive for the portion, rice was mushy and chicken was inedible. Although the cheese sauce was nice. Not for me.

The food was good but the driver got lost and it was difficult to communicate because he didn't understand English very well and I couldn't explain to him that I was somewhere else. With the time wasted and the terrible weather, it seems like a terrible service to order by delivery through this app.

Well, without further ado. Some somewhat clueless waiters forgot about the tortilla chips, the bathrooms were dirty and had an unpleasant smell, they didn't have guacamole, the tables were dirty, and the garbage cans were overflowing. Sloppy for what it could be.

Burnt rice and a stingy serving of your protein, salad and salsa for £9??! A good adaptation of a more popular franchise but this was just mediocre.

The quesadillas wouldn’t feed a mouse… tiny portion for £11 and the tortilla chips were stale.

Got the new quesadila. Was in shock at the tiny portion size for the price of it. For £6.95 you get half a spoonful of meat with some cheese and either Pico or sweetcorn. No other toppings or sauces. I mentioned to the girl working could she leave my feedback about the size/portion but she just said she didn't make the prices and was very unhelpful. While I was in store eating my pitiful meal, another customer ordered a quesadila as well and asked the servers to put more in it of everything (proving it wasn't just me expecting more for this price). They have obviously been told they have to stick to strict portion sizes and so refused the customer. It was basically just cheese and a tortilla. The servers are lackluster and unenthusiastic at the best of times, never mind when trying to solve an issue. Probably won't be back. Too expensive for what it is.

The food was good and the price is ideal. There was a person who served us who was very friendly, he spoke a little Spanish, but we don't remember his name, thanks from here. If you order the large, it is very big and fat, we recommend ordering the medium hehe

The food here was decent, pretty tasty, but the beans look dried up and unappetising which is unsurprising given that I was waiting roughly 40 minutes to order with only 4/5 costumers in front of me. Possibly training new staff, possibly several orders for delivery, but without doubt the longest I've ever waited for fast food and a local competitor would have served 50 people in the same time. The staff were helpful and friendly when it came to service but the wait was criminal and did also lead to people leaving.

Ocupado ya que tenían una oferta de 2 por 1, pero no me gustaría pagar el precio completo. Tamaños de porción pequeños en comparación con la competencia local y no se sentía fresco. La carne parecía poco sazonada. El personal también estaba impaciente con aquellos que no entendían el menú y tenían un servicio escarchado y antipático del personal. ¡Nadie parecía feliz en absoluto! Lamentablemente no volverá.

Nice enough food but really expensive for the little food I got.

I visited for lunch today and unfortunately my experience was somewhat spoiled by the initial customer service. The older gentleman at the counter was quite rude and didn’t inform me about an additional charge for cheese sauce until I was already at the register. However, the younger staff member was lovely and the blonde-haired woman provided excellent service which turned out to be a bright spot during the meal. Unfortunately, the chicken was dry and overcooked, which was sure a disappointment for the meal.

Burrito was delivered on time and it was delicious, however, it arrived cold.

We cannot recommend this spot. Disappointing food and service.

Food on my end was great, slightly stale tortilla chips but burrito was lovely with chorizo. Service was nice and fast, Antek at the till was friendly and great to talk to as he put through the orders. Atmosphere is nice with nice music and a calm environment, a little cold in places but good other than that.

One of my favorite places in Belfast for a quick bite. Chipotle-style food with a cafe-esque atmosphere. Staff are extremely friendly. Great rewards through the app and fast Wifi!

An interesting take on my home state burritos. I definitely enjoyed the meal and felt better for it.

Delivery driver never delivered it. Says delivered but it isn’t. Restarting closed, It seems to be a running theme with these reviews so probably shouldn’t have placed an order. Probably best to consider getting another courier.

Ha bajado mucho. Un viernes a las 7 de la noche: 30 para dos tazones. Solo otras dos mesas en el restaurante. Para empezar el mostrador estaba cubierto de salsa y comida que parecía muy sucia. Nos dieron los últimos raspados de arroz y solo suficientes frijoles para un tazón. Conseguí el último bocado de carne de res y luego la única otra opción fue pollo para mi pareja ya que no les quedaba cerdo. No había queso tampoco y el joven fue a comprobar y nos avisaron cocina había dicho que esto sería otros 15 minutos antes de que estuviera listo. Habíamos terminado nuestros tazones antes de que esto realmente saliera de la cocina de lo contrario habríamos subido y pagado por la porción extra para poner en nuestros tazones. Una vez pagados nos entregaron nuestros cuencos y bebidas ya que no les quedaban bandejas... para ser justos el joven se ofreció a llevar nuestras bebidas a la mesa ya que teníamos un cochecito con nosotros. Él se disculpó mucho y parecía avergonzado por la cantidad de cosas que no tenían disponibles, aunque la supervisora parecía que no quería estar allí, más centrada en los pedidos de aplicaciones en lugar de los que estaban delante de ella o la calidad del restaurante. Vertiendo la mayoría de las salsas en todo el mostrador que en sus tinas reales para un pedido para llevar, de nuevo aumentando el desastre para que todos lo vean. Papeleras rebosantes y poco atractivas esta noche. Realmente decepcionado como solíamos ser habituales aquí y debido a una mudanza de casa que no habíamos estado en un tiempo, así que realmente lo perdimos, pero basado en lo que obtuvimos / la experiencia no estoy seguro de que nos apresuremos a regresar.

Really small portions, 10.10 for medium box half empty salad bowl. No queues for a reason

Has really went downhill. Went on a Friday night at 7:30 for two bowls. Only two other tables in the restaurant. To start off the counter was covered in salsa and food which just looked very dirty. We were given the last scrapings of rice and only enough beans for one bowl. I got the last bit of beef and then the only other option was chicken for my partner as they had no pork left. There was no queso left either and the young guy went to check and we were advised kitchen had said this would be another 15minutes before it would be ready. We had finished our bowls before this actually came out of the kitchen otherwise we would have went up and paid for the extra portion to put on our bowls. Once paid we were handed our bowls and drinks as they had no trays left.. to be fair the young guy did offer to carry our drinks to the table as we had a pram with us. He was very apologetic and seemed embarrassed at the amount of things they didn’t have available, although the supervisor just seemed like she didn’t want to be there, more focused on app orders instead of those in-front of her or restaurant quality. Pouring the majority of the salsas all over the counter than in her actual tubs for a take away order, again adding to the mess for everyone to see. Bins overflowing and just very unappealing tonight. Really disappointed as we used to be regulars here and due to a house move we hadn’t been in for a bit so really missed it but based off what we got/the experience I’m not sure we will hurry back
