Amazing burritos and the staff were lovely

Been a few times foods always great and quick. Was great as usual hut had a 8minute wait on pork as well as a few minutes on sauces which isnt a good look.

Top class burritos wrapped professionally so they don't immediately fall to pieces when opened lol, friendly staff and great value for money!

Good place for a quick and tasty Mexican bite.

Costly my burrito wasnt the best in my opinion though not much taste to it my kids and wife loved there food though

The food was fantastic and the server Kate was just so lovely. She was very accommodating towards my husband and I who were fasting for Ramadan. Outstanding service!! All of the chicken is Halal. I would highly recommend Tortilla!

Regular Tortilla customers but our first time here and our first Tortilla since my son was diagnosed as coeliac. Staff were brilliant - everything wiped down and clean gloves used before serving. Everything on the menu is gluten free apart from the wraps and further allergy information available online. Thank you!

Went in originally wanting a beef taco, they let me know they had none left. When I was unsure what to do as I'd never tried the chicken or pork options, a member of staff immediately offered me to sample both. Another member off staff also let me try the sauce before I picked it. Staff were absolute gems and the food was really good. Edit: went in again for a second time and yet again the staff were phenomenal, my only critics would be there should be a decent bit more meat per serving and coriander should be an option, other than that great wee spot

JD was the person attending us and make us feel very welcome as a Spanish couple visiting Belfast. The food was spot on and with the price. Would recommend 10/10 We had 2 burritos and nachos to take away. The nachos topping were given in different containers for the nachos but to be soggy and the burritos on their own are enough to feed an adult.

Food was FREEZING. Driver didn’t share his delivery location. Originally told me it would be delivered at 11.55, didn’t arrive until 12.10 and was so cold :( annoying because a burrito can’t be reheated. First time trying tortilla and will definitely not be rushing back - will stick to boojum!!

first order not delivered although it said it was. next order left note saying disabled guy wouldnt leav his bike to bring it up delivery service??

wrong food delivered. ordered vegan bowl but got non vegan burito instead.

Excellent service, clear, polite and to the point explaining everything very effectively for a first time customer, made sure about any dietary requirements and checked in about spice preference and made excellent recommendations based on, warned about the spice in case as well and cashier was very polite and continued the fantastic service. Food was delicious very well made, portion smaller than a boojum but the taste was wonderful, spices all came through like an explosion of flavors, pork was slow cooked beautifully and rice was soft but chewy and packed with flavor. Superb experience with excellent service and very friendly staff. filled me up perfectly for lunch, definitely recommend.

We have been here twice on our trip to Belfast. We didn’t know if we would find any decent Mexican food in Belfast but we love Tortilla. We tried the carnitas burrito and bowls. They were pretty big and definitely filling. Toppings similar to what you’d find for a burrito. Chips are good but the nacho/queso cheese “sauce” didn’t quite match what we’re used to in the states. However the salsa was good. Marti was so friendly and made a delicious burrito. She even helped us download the app for all the perks. Definitely recommend if you are looking for a burrito. Also good selection of beer.

That burrito was PACKED. Quality food. Genuine and friendly service. Relaxed, enjoyable environment. I order online and by the time I walk round, it's ready. There is much more love in this food than other "bigger", possibly better known burrito places.

We arrived at this establishment and as soon as we walked through the door i was met by a beautiful aroma that made me even hungrier. We waited in line and when it was our turn we where greeted by and lovely staff member called Martha she was very polite and accommodating as it was out first time being in the restaurant and we had loads of questions about the food. When we sat down and had our food we couldn't stop talking about good it was would highly recommend this restaurant 👌

Was visiting Belfast and nipped in here for a quick lunch. Food was nice enough but service was amazing! Iliana served us with a smile and was able to give us recommendations as well.

Burrito place that won't sell you a burrito? But will make you wait 10 minutes in line and make 4 in front of you. I would understand if they were out of wraps but there was a huge stack of them, makes 0 sense and just awful customer service.

Rock hard chicken and burnt veggies. The only good thing was that the medium serving portion was so small I didn't have to suffer too much. The box wasn't even half full.

Great, but wish there was a bit more of a non alcoholic drinks selection and wish the food was kept a bit hotter. Also wish there wasn't an extra charge for items such as guacamole, especially since on all the tables they're clearly trying to sell it.

Got the tres tacos with a mix of fillings they were nice but lacked the real punchiness and flavour I would hope for. Nice spot, with a pleasant ambience and vibe. Service was what you would expect, but there is much better offerings out there for something similar.

Went in for my first time the other day. Absolutely amazing experience. Food was lovely. And a massive thank you to my server Daryl, couldn’t have been nicer and was so patient, being autistic it’s difficult to talk and order but he was patient and helpful throughout the whole process.

Before I get into the cream of the crop(the restaurant experience of a lifetime) I just want to thank tortilla for this absolute grandiose performance, bravo bravo and viola! I had a little stroll around the wicked city, Belfast of course! And as per the usuae I was starving, deprived of my essential nutrients (e.g. Vitamins and minerals) I had pondered wether I should relieve my cravings at either the great yellow maccies or Kentuckys best fried Lidl chickens but then I saw the bombastic, vibrant, neon spray of the potent colour RED released in the form of presumably LEDs “Torilla” it was beautiful almost psychedelic, like the page of a comic book had leaped out and yearned for my name. I set foot at the counter and was meet with the pleasant surprise of two beautiful ladies, I asked their names as I was infatuated with their beauty, almost star struck “Alba and Illiana” was what I was provided, but I can never be sure, ladies are also conniving particularly towards me. I ordered the biggest burrito on the menu something that could really fill me up, and there it was right in front of me wrapped up like a gift under the Christmas tree, but in this case it was my belly. I used both hands, tight grip and took my first bite, like a supernova the potent flavours of avocado grazed across each molecule of my tongue like a paint brush to a canvas. I slid my tongue side to side across the inner walls of my mouth making sure I maximised the potential flavours, making sure I taste every nook and cranny “mmm” finished in one bite just like that. On my way out I Winked at both the beautiful ladies and waved goodbye, thank you Alba, thank you Illiana. Good food was ticket service was fkin lethal 💯highly recommend to all yous out der 👍🥷🏻🥷🏻
