Booffi in West Dunbartonshire

Went with Husband and 2 kids on a Tuesday at around 4pm. Had never tried Booffi before but heard all the adverts on the radio and decided to give it a go as sounded really good. We were welcomed by a lovely member of staff, who explained how things worked and pointed out where all the dishes were. That was the best thing about the visit!!! My Husband and son used the toilet before getting any food and when they came out said it was terrible and not clean at all. Then we walked around the buffet looking at the dishes to make a choice. Most of them looked as though had been lying for several hours and did not look appetising at all. Kids refused to eat anything and must admit I was struggling to choose too!! Really disappointed as we had been looking forward to it!! Have been to other buffet restaurants and quality much better and continually putting out fresh dishes!! The price was also a bit much when considering the state of the food. We decided to leave and thanked the lovely server for her attention, as felt bad as she had been lovely.

A lot of the food was lukewarm and congealed…most unappetising! The lady who greeted us was very nice though and others seemed to enjoy it. Would we go back? Eh a great big NO!

Went Last night for the first time and was blown away by the choice of food and the friendliness and speedy service of the Staff,Food was absolutely amazing will definitely be back Thank You Boofi you have a new fan, 5 stars from me

Great selection of freshly cooked food. Fast efficient table service also. Kids loved it aswell, especially the stocked fridge with cakes and sweets. Definatley will return

Absolutely disgusting. Wish I read the reviews before I went. Tasteless even the juice has no taste to it. And for the price you pay per adult is shocking.

Charged me for an adult for a 10yo because he was taller food was pink and staff were rude over priced and now have the shirts and sicks

Dont waste your time or money worst place we have ever tried .Food was disgusting staff were not interested I have never left a review before now but feel I have to before wasting your money

Plenty to choose from Starters Mains and deserts very good selection They Have a great deal on a Thursday 2for 1 Book for Thursday as it can get very busy

after looking at this resturant,s website it advertised two dine for £25.99 which seemed reasonable so we went for dinner (food was good) when it came to pay the bill we were charged full price for food which was£37.98.when i quiered the bill i was told that the deal ended a few weeks ago but when i got home the website still stated two for £25.99 so be careful and check before you go here to eat on thursdays

Staff unwelcoming, seemed like they didn't want to be there. For a boofi you'd expect a better selection than there was, yoghurt and mint sauce tasted funny. Churros were rock hard. The nicest member of was the lady taking our payment at the end and smiled. Maybe other staff should spend time with her for customer service training. What we had was ok apart from the above.

Sorry. Disgusting. We had been there a few times before and the food was OK., but this time blugh Curries congealed chips freezing. Cakes....we tried a few of the them ..each cake had the same taste. " no taste.... but try the ice cream that was lovely the vanilla tasted like vanilla.

First time trying booffi was alright but wouldn't rush back to go again staff were lovely food was fresh but limited to what I could have due to food allergies. I'm not a fan of buffet style foods when it comes to world buffet places but thought give it a try and was nice just to try something different, and being able to experience it for myself instead of just seeing it on social media platforms.

This was our first time at booffi me and my husband and it was great selection of food which was lovely and we would go back again. We come from Coatbridge. I would rate 10/10.

The fresh plates were all dirty and there wasn't any cutlery in the trays so had to keep using same cutlery even thou we asked 3 different staff members for fresh cutlery to be brought for us and the other customers in the restaurant who needed it and also not once did any of our finished plates get taken away even thou the staff constantly just wondered by our table slow as anything...really bad service ...I heard a few tables saying the same as us it was dirty and service was terrible

The food was disgusting, first and last time visiting here, all 4 adults felt the same. Chicken looked and tasted like rubber. All in all very very dissapointed 🙁
