Mislead by reviews. Very small space Pizza very bad quality: cold, too much sauce from the can, not even real cheese for that price. Even my 6 years old daughter didn’t eat !

This is a small but brilliant place! The food is great, the staff are most Italian and great people, it's a pizzeria next to the Greenwich cable car and the area is nice as well. Highly recommend this place, prices are not spicy at all. Just, enjoy!

As a traveler who just arrived late at night, this was one of the last places in the area that was still open. My only regret is that I don't live here, because I'd probably eat there at least once a week.

Great quality across the board. Lasagne was gorgeous. As well as the pizza. Great place to dine in. As you can see the oven and kitchen first-hand. Great staff and fair prices. Also enjoy the cappuccino a lot as well.

Just arrived in London tired and hungry and freezing. Came in here to book table before checking into hotel. Lady was lovely - no problem. Wow! Have just eaten 3 course meal . Each course better than the last one especially the tiramisu. Definitely will be back. Highly recommend

Advertises £10 for full English breakfast outside. What you get is nothing like the picture. Apparently its just a picture i was told by the waitress. For that you get one sausage, one bacon, one egg, one slice of toast, beans and mushroom. No drink, so I ordered orange juice. When I went to pay, they added VAT and service charge (what service). Final bill £16. Con!

Yes it’s a small cozy place, but I have been here many times now, have always been made to feel very welcome! Food is always amazing! My normal choice is calamari followed by spaghetti carbonara then Tiramisu for deliciousness dessert! Highly recommend.

Small Italian restaurant, popular with locals. Everything is freshly prepared in front of you. What we ate - pizza napoli and penne arabiatta - tasted delicious. What we saw looked delicious. Very friendly atmosphere and wonderfully friendly service. The patron keeps an eye on everything. It is so small that the table has to be moved to be able to sit down and you sit very close together like sardines in a can, but that doesn't bother you at all because only nice, cheerful people come there. Top address!

Vegan cheese available! The whole staff at this lovely cosy pizzeria were wonderful and attentive, the atmosphere feels really homely. I ordered a pizza with no cheese since I'm vegan and the owner came to me and asked if I wanted vegan cheese! Pleasant surprise, I was super happen. Look at the pizza! My family also had the tiramisu. And then they ordered another round, while they cleaned the first glasses with their fingers. Safe to say it was an exceptional tiramisu. I had a lovely hot chocolate to finish with oat milk. Can't wait to return here!

Decent pizza (Neapolitan style), tasty Lasagna and Tiramisu (although a bit too sweet for my liking) followed by good coffee and the service

Great place for a pizza if you are in the area of Excel Marina/Royal Wharf/Custom House. Pizza is really delicious and they have vegan cheese, so can make most of pizza’s vegan, the photo is their vegetarian pizza with vegan cheese. Check it out!

Lovely little place in the heart of London excel for authentic Italian food. Their food is amazing and cater for wide range of dietary needs. Customer services is on spot and the girls went above and beyond. Owner and girls checked on us regularly to see if everything was OK and if we needed anything. Prices are bit steep but when you are served tasty food coupled with good customer services, this can be mitigated. Highly recommend this place.

What a surprisingly good meal. We were really hungry. On a great Sunday, We ate pasta, pizza, salads. Everything was really excellent, at a very high level.

Stopped here to have an early evening meal. I had the chicken with a brandy sauce and French fries. Absolutely delicious and the staff were very attentive and friendly. Had a tiramisu as a dessert and it was awesome. Small and quiet place but nice vibe and worth a visit.

A coincidence led us to the restaurant. You can watch how your pizza is made while sitting at your table. Everything is packed in literally the smallest possible room, which made our visit so lovely. The food was super yummy, and the friendliness of the people working here was a pleasure. It was a small trip to Italy...in the center of London.

5 Star's All Day for this Italian Pizzeria ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Popped in here as was staying onboard the Sun born London 🚢 🏨 Ordered 2 pizzas 🍕 and chips 🍟 and drinks for 2 of us and all I can say is WoW Our pizzas was the best we've had in decades, lovely crispy thing crust base with Juicy toppings We did have a side of chips/fries and also the best fried chips in a while and we go out quite regularly so we will be definitely coming back as only live 8 miles away but never knew it was there Thanks for the great food and service guys 😁👍🏻🔥🔥

Owner cares so much about the food and it shows. Amazing traditional pizza and the only place nearby worth eating at!

Came for pizza and pasta the service was so fast. In and out with 20 minutes. Pizzas cooked fresh. Soggy in the middle so need to use knife and fork. Little boring. The Mrs has pasta which was pre cooked and left in ice cream tubs then heated back up on the stove. Like a cafe. Garlic bread is cooked left up high for the flys to eat and heated up.

What a beautiful place..the food is authentic, good portions, tasty and the service is amazing. Travelled far and wide and especially in London not always easy to find tasty pasta worth the money. Well done Dino, Ana and Fernanda your service is exceptional! We will definitely come back when we are in the UK again. On Saturday evening, my husband and I decided to visit this restaurant. Despite the fact that there were many people, they quickly found us a table. We ordered a margherita pizza and a traditional chicken burger. Of everything we got, only the burger was tasty, unfortunately. Margherita pizza tasted like some kind of not tasty tomato paste (we didn't feel any other taste). The fries were very hard and not tasty. We didn't complain and paid our check, but only at home we saw £0.80 cheese in the check, which we didn't even order😅(for some reason we didn't pay attention to it on the spot). The service was average, the waiters looked very confused. While we were sitting, one waitress took spices from our table and did not even return them. I also work in a restaurant, so I know what the service should be. Therefore, I definitely do not recommend it!

Deano asked for a review, but I would have done one anyway. We enjoyed it so much we went twice! Although very busy the first night, staff went above and beyond to get us a table. Very pleasant and cozy restaurant, the manager (owner) is very attentive, I've been there a few times (almost every week) the pizza diavola and quattro formaggi, they are the best, I also recommend the pasta carbonara and the caramel salt chesscake, and the price and very good compared to other restaurants and the quality.

We had the chance of experiencing this restaurant. The food was very poor quality, specially the soup I ordered. My daughter ordered a chicken but she couldn’t finish as it was not tasty as well. Customer service was not satisfactory as well. Will not return in future.

Went in for a pizza at 10:30pm last night and the staff were kind enough to let us still order. Definitely worth the all day wait for food. One of the best pizzas I've had in London. I had the vegetarian with added olives and artichoke. And I was so happy as they had vegan cheese. Really lovely staff. Very kind even though we were late comers. Will visit again if I'm in the area.

Why is Lasagne always a disappointment? Compared to the other main dishes for the same price, the Lasagne was TOO SMALL. It is not worth £15.50. No layers, in a flat little dish, hardly any meat! You need to make this dish cheaper or give a bigger portion!

What an absolute diamond of a restaurant. Staying in the hotel across the road and the onsite restaurant didn’t suit the tastes of our family so decided to check this out on night 1 - so good we returned on night 2 & 3 as well. The staff are absolutely sensational, the pizza and pasta dishes we enjoyed were all absolutely fabulous. Highly recommend if you are in the Docklands area!

We came across Bonnane after an event at the ExCel. There are a few pizza places around the area but this seemed to be the only Italian place with a broader menu (pasta etc). The kids and I had the pizza, while the rest of our party had the lasagne and carbonara. While the carbonara was average, I was really impressed with my pizza and the lasagne was also a hit. The kids also had smoothies which were freshly made, and the adults enjoyed a bottle of white wine which was 👌. We ended up staying for dessert; the tiramisu and homemade apple pie with ice cream were both incredible. The staff were excellent and I personally felt very welcomed with my family of small kids. All in all we really enjoyed this place and I would highly recommend after an event at the ExCel.

As Italian food and pizza food lovers, we spotted Bonnane Pizzeria Restaurant just outside our hotel, Crown Plaza and did not hesitate to have dinner there twice. Definitely the right decision - Excellent pizzas/Lasagne, atmosphere with friendly and efficient staff and the owner who we met too. Highly recommended.

Good and efficient service. Food is average. They have gluten free pasta and can adapt a few dishes. Their risotto was gluten free, but disappointing, as it didn't look or taste anything like a risotto, it was just watery rice. As a coeliac though, I always appreciate when places can accommodate for me, so thank you.

If you're at the excel center Bonnane is well worth the short walk. It was nice to visit an authentic Italian family run restaurant. We sat on the tables outside were the staff were very attentive and friendly, making sure to give special attention to our young baby. The food was prompt and very well cooked. It was also very reasonably priced especially for the area. I had experienced another restaurant nearby that charged twice as much for less quality food. The pizza was tasty and the lasagne very nice also. So thanks Bonnane Restaurant Pizzeria we will be coming back.

Went there Sunday evening and probably had the best meal in a long time. The restaurant whilst small inside has a great lively atmosphere and you can watch the chefs cooking your meal. Staff really friendly and attentive. Food was wonderful and prices ok.
