Extremely rude horrible staff, especially the male manager. I live very locally and have been a few times due to convenience. Each time I’ve had the most appalling aggressive service. It’s almost laughable. Food is average and overpriced. Regrettably returned a few times as it’s so local but I won’t be doing so again, the last time I went the male staff member made my friend cry. The chocolate shop next door is miles better , just a shame they don’t serve food.

I ordered a portion of scrambled eggs - no toast, nothing else. It wasn’t actually properly scrambled more like a gel to three egg small omelet. It was £9:25!!!! Outrageous. No way should this be the price.

We always love coming to Bonjour Brioche. The quality of the ingredients - Smoothies, Turkish pide bread, poached eggs, avocados, hung yoghurt & pancakes never disappoints. We’ve been coming for years (probably about 25 times in total) & have never had a bad experience. It’s nice to find a place that serves such tasty food. The staff have always offered us good service. Keep it up. :-)

Came here for a late Sunday brunch with my family expecting a lovely experience. The food was okay, but the overall experience left us wanting. Staff were acting a bit funny, shouting to each other in their own language and not attentitive to customers. First we were told that our eggs could not be poached and that they had to be scrambled, which we accepted. However, when the food finally turned up, the eggs were all poached, without any explanation! We were also told that there might not be any pancakes available and then they just arrived! It was a hot, sunny day and the ice coffee arrived without enough ice so wasn't cold enough. I won't be returning.

£11 for a pretty average bagel with not even an attempt at a side salad or anything whatsoever other than the bagel? £6 for a smoothie or juice? Double espresso twice the price of a single? And yet this place is pretty packed out. Can’t say I get it at all tbh. Bagel would have been decent at, say, £6.

Came to have some breakfast but was highly disappointed with the service. I understand covid means there are certain rules but we had to leave our breakfast and drinks half way through as got caught short but were not allowed to use toilet. Surely from human to human you can make an allowance for someone who is desperate and will waste the rest of their breakfast. Especially when they let a family in to us it just before us. Will definitely not be returning.

Such a cute place! good menu, and they also have kids menu as a option for the little ones. The kids loved the brioche with Nutella & banana. My husband had the Boston beans breakfast which he loved it! And I tried the Turkish eggs, what a combo with that yogurt and poached eggs!! Food was very fast too!

Amazing brunch Found this little cofe and try the blueberry pancakes and wooow, although very busy staffs were friendly and nice, we will comeback.

Hate to give a bad review in trying business tines, but the manageress of this place needs to learn some basic manners and how to treat customers. No greeting to customers on entering the shop, terrible rude tone and angry comments to reasonable questions. No smile and just angry presence. Why this person works in hospitality I have no idea. I’m writing this as this is the second time, out of two visits that this has happened. Thought maybe the first time may be an off day. But no, seems every day is an off day for her. You may be a busy cafe now, but continue to treat your paying customers in this awful manner and soon, you’ll have none. Oh - and £11 for a salmon bagel is excessive in anyone’s book.

What a disappointment. I actually went to this place a week ago and loved the bagels so I took my friend with me this morning. It’s a shame the owner was so rude. The staff members talk to each other in their own language out loud, some don’t speak English at all and they don’t care if there’s a costumer in front of them. Service is bad, manager was rude to a customer when he came in. Staff were sat at a table indoors (bare in mind there are only 2 tables indoors so people had to wait for a table to be available). Ordered a pancake. What a disaster! It was MICROWAVED! And the owner, instead of apologising for the hard and cold food, came to our table to say it was fresh and that she only put it in the microwave to warm it up. What good chef on this planet cannot make a fresh pancake to order? I’ve never heard of a pancake being warmed up in a microwave and I’ve worked in this industry for over 20 years! Also, they were 3 TINY pancakes with a half cut soggy banana on top. It’s such a shame. This place is near to my new home and I was quite excited when I saw it. If the staff had apologised and made us feel welcomed I would have given another try. Because of the arrogance of the manager/owner, this will never happen. Advice to the manager: word of mouth is what makes a place successful! It takes many attempts to succeed but only one to fail. Be nice to costumer. Treat them well! Accept feedbacks because without them things can’t change for the good. Be open and less arrogant to people. Thank you

Driven past it for ages - looked great and was!!! Outside in the sun and wonderful food and coffee - will be visiting again

The food here is nice and it’s been good to have a takeaway service during lockdown. But the staff are incredibly rude and treat their customers like a nuisance. They seem to prefer lounging around inside, talking and laughing among themselves and looking aggrieved when a customer asks for something. I came with my friend and my son in his buggy and we sat outside (Covid restrictions continue). It was a sunny day but started to rain suddenly and one of team came out to us. I assumed he was going to offer to move us out of the rain, but no, he was just coming to complain about the buggy saying it was on the next door shop’s land. I had just put it as near to me as possible, out of the direct sun before the rain started. He continued to badger me about it and suggested I move it to the narrow doorway, which would not have been socially distanced as that’s where people were walking in to order. I told him I didn’t want everyone breathing all over my child. He shrugged. In the end I had to leave it in the middle of the pavement. Later I asked to use their toilet. Another staff member simply said “it’s closed.” No sign, no apology. I thought it was illegal to serve food but not provide toilet facilities. As we were leaving, the guy who accosted me about the buggy was having an intense debate with another customer about where they were allowed to sit. Seriously, don’t bother. They don’t want customers!

Really good to have a local cafe open again; a mostly positive brunch was enjoyed although not sure how fresh the pancakes were as one of them was hard (stale?). Alas it’s not quite as good as I remember it used to be (2019), and sadly more pricey.

Very disappointed that Brioche Bonjour was not open as advertised at 7.30 am this morning. My friend and I walked to the restaurant from home to be there for breakfast at 7.30 am there was no sign of life or lights on waited until 7.45 am still no movement. Very disappointed as we were really looking forward to it as it had rained the previous morning and we had to cancel as I have to sit outside. Just because it is a Monday does not mean they have to be tardy with their opening.

It’s such a shame the staff are so unfriendly and miserable as it ruins the experience. Not worth it.
