We had a wonderful meal with our family. The food was delicious, enjoyed by the adults and children alike. Full of flavour and good portions. Our server Kiran was great, attentive and very helpful. We all had a great time!

Bombay Pavilion became the highlight of my stay in Copthorne hotel. Found myself counting hours and waiting for the restaurant to open. I tried two of the chef’s lamb dishes in two consecutive evenings. Very balanced and tasty food with simple yet elegant presentation. Friendly environment, mellow Indian music in the background adds to the experience. I can’t wait to try different dish there!

We ate here as we were staying at the hotel above and we were too tired to go somewhere else, when we are eating out with the kids we avoid Indian restaurants and they both don't eat spicy food however we were really impressed at how friendly and accommodating the staff were that we decided to avoid the kids menu (available by the way with kids staples like pizza, nuggets and chips etc) and let them experience how delicious Indian food is and it was a success! The staff help us choose super mild dishes for them and looked after us. I was also impressed with the strawberry ice-cream as it was delicious and had real pieces of strawberry in!

If you are staying at The Copthorne Hotel, make sure you have a meal at the Bombay Pavilion. Really excellent Indian food, with an amazingly friendly and helpful team led by Rahul. They made my wife's birthday dinner so special with their little touches and attentive service. I honestly cannot speak more highly of the. Top quality, freshly prepared Indian cuisine, which they will tailor to your taste. Really lovely, fresh nan breads too!

Worst place I’ve eaten in a long time. Food was bland, out of a packet. No flavour. Tasteless & basically cheap & nasty. Staff seemed surprised when we complained. Very tired decor. Below average experience, would never go there again.

I recently visited this restaurant with my family, and while the food was decent, I found the pricing for the kids' meals quite unreasonable. They charge £6.99 each for children aged 2 and 3.5 years, which seems excessive given how little young kids actually eat. At that age, they might nibble on a few items, yet we're paying nearly the full adult price of £8.99 per person. Moreover, the selection for kids is limited, making it feel even less worth the cost. I expected better value for the money, especially for such young children who hardly eat much. Not a great experience if you're dining out with little ones.

Make sure to always check your bag because they ‘forget’ to put in hash browns or fries. It’s probably not on purpose but always best to check because they consistently miss things

We had a takeaway. Noodles well over cooked, everything else was not cooked. Bloody dreadful. Whole lot went in the bin. Absolutely rubbish!
