This is an excellent restuarant. It has got everythig that one need dine out with friends families. Beautiful interior, marvellous garden overseeing the golf course. The food is amazing in terms of the athenticity & taste. You know what made my experience even better is the topping of the cordial service that I got from "Manish & Team". Top people, Top service, Top ambience & Top food ! Will vsit there again !

We organised my Son's 21st birthday celebration at Bombay Chow in Northwood, the team were quite helpful prior to and during our event. The private function room was suitable for about 40 people, this was perfect for our requirements. Great food with good table service provided, they even adapted the recipes to have less salt and chilli. Views of the golf course are very pleasant and there's plenty of parking on site, we'll definitely be coming back here again. Thank you to Digi, Manish and rest of the team for all of your efforts, we had a fantastic evening!

I only go for fish curry. Overpriced for portion size. Poppadoms £5.50! I asked for onion slice..was charged £3.50 for 2 rings of onion....ridiculous Drinks rip off....especially cocktails. And not made well at all..

Went to celebrate friends birthday. All vegetarian, one person Jain. Limited Jain menu. Starters all overpriced, small portions and tasteless. Crispy bhajia were nowhere near crispy, totally flaccid. Not a good experience, cannot recommend to anyone. Daal bhukara was awful, I can and have made better at home. Crispy cauliflower was tasteless.

OMG why I didn’t find this place earlier, its gem of a place. Awesome food with nice gold course view. Panner main dishes and starters are really rich in taste. Indian Chinese is also too good. Biryani taste was out of the world. And last but not least, deserts like mango kheer ans halwa was too good in taste as well. Its now our go to place once in every month.

I was recommended to come here, and have been several times. It is easily the best Indian restaurant in the Northwood area. It is the restaurant for the Haste Hill golf club, so in summer has an excellent view of the course, and comfortable outside tables. The menu is interesting, and quite Indian, and varied. Not just standard Chicken Tikka, etc. Friendly staff. Good value. Comfortable dining room. Toilets a bit basic, but one can cope!

I was a guest of the Lions who meet here monthly. Lovely food that I didn’t pay for a pint of Stella is£5.50. Used to play golf at Haste Hill till the Council stopped annual memberships and this place is there Clubhouse.

Had high expectations unfortunately left disappointed orded starters and the oil had gone off. Very small portions for the price you pay. Service was poor, staff not attentive had to wait ages for main course. Overall, the food was below average, big let down.

Lovely place to have dinner! I would say the starters are better than the mains we had. From the starters the must haves are the chilli garlic mogo, kolkata chilli paneer, and the chilli soya. I would say the starters are on the smaller side.

Really nice lunch at Bombay Chow, during a nice heat wave, overlooking part of the golf course. Manish and team were very accommodating, and the food was tasty! We all had a great time, including our <6month baby. We’ll be back soon.

What a little gem! Wonderful relaxed old school vibes and excellent service. To top it off the food is just DELICIOUS! Really lovely to have a local Indian restaurant that understands authentic flavours and offers some unique dishes over the standard offerings around. Hats off to the chef (from my VERY picky mother!). Above all they were able to recommend and whip up a special lime soda for my dad who has dietary restrictions without hesitation - and on top made their menu dishes for him with no added salt to an impeccably high standard without a seconds thought.... We started with the lotus starter and chicken tikka... both were divine - perfect flavour and level of spice, the chicken tikka was so well marinated and melt in the mouth succulent it actually suprised me 🤣 - also had the assorted poppadoms which are generously portioned and equally yummy. Mains were a perfect veg dum biriyani 👌, a mind blowing Malabar fish curry and the softest butter naans I have had in a while! Finshed with a very special, delicately flavoured Mango Kheer.... a must try in my opinion! Highly highly recommended!

Manish is a top waiter, great guy and surprised us with a Kulfi on the house in the end, after a running joke on the table. The lamb chops initially came out overdone/too well done, but they swapped it immediately.

I have been here a couple of times and I always loved the ambience and the service. Food is decent and you'll love the service here. Today, Manish and his team took good care of us and went over and beyond, and offered complimentary food for our little one. It is a nice place to hang out and I highly recommend it to anyone who wants to have a nice time.

Had an amazing lunch at this new spot! If you're into Indo-Chinese cuisine like me, I highly recommend. I've been a fan of their restaurants for a while, especially Fatt Pundit and Bombay Chow - Wembley. This new branch totally impressed me, set in a renovated pub within a golf club located in a quiet and serene neighborhood. The views are stunning, with lush greenery all around. They even have great outdoor seating. Great food, friendly service, and also plenty of parking. Can't wait to try more dishes from their extensive Indian menu!

We went to Bombay Chow for my birthday and it was a great experience overall. We ordered Paneer Tikka, Okra Fries, Spinach Chat (highly recommend) and Biryani (a must try). Everything was super delicious and service was excellent too. It had good vibes too, definitely recommend this place, do give it a try

Food was really good, Pratik was very helpful. Atmosphere is okay - furnished well and good music, but the entrance and restrooms are run down. Overlooks the golf course which is a plus.

The Indian cuisine was the best I've tasted in Watford.The atmosphere was wonderful, and the service was exceptionally welcoming. Thank you, Manish and team; we look forward to visiting again soon.

Very nice food, amazing Indo-Chinese. Tried Veg Manchurian, Kung Pao Lotus root, Hakka Noodles, Methi Makai Malai and Butter Naan. Everything was delicious, but the quality of corn in Methi Makai Malai was not up to the mark. Great service by Minakshi. Atmosphere was a bit dull, could have played better songs.

Horrible food, atrocious service. Possibly the worst Indian restaurant i have eaten from for as long as i can remember. The chicken in our main dish was stale and the flavours and overall taste was appalling. Won't be back. Seems like restaurants these days are more concerned about being instagrammable than focusing on the crux of what really matters - i.e. the food they serve. Unfortunate!

First experience with family was disgusting at this restaurant. The staff was utterly rude, and very arrogant and continuously argued against us for a minor situation. The Customer service was horrible and very unpleasant. They ruined our birthday celebration. I do not recommend this place at all. Very ridiculous.

Bombay Chow Haste Hill Golf Club, The Dr, Northwood HA6 1HN Average spend per person £40 I recently visited this new brasserie next to golf course in Northwood...with three of my friends It was not that busy for a Friday night.. Car park was empty and only 4 tables were in use still we did not get table for our choice... What's good about the place is serves good food and in timely manner..and that's the only good thing about the place Average decore..and apart from serving staff the place can do a refresher on customer service... For the average spend per person there are many other options locally where you may get value for money But I have to say the chilly ice-cream is one to try try there and what will even elevate the dessert is if they can add a sweet chilly syrup on top have tried it elsewhere and it was delicious.. Overall a good place but may not go there again just for the reason been value for money...

The food was just a perfect balance. Not too spicy and not too bland. And the staff was very friendly, it made me feel comfortable.

Called to make a booking and was told they were fully booked Happened to come across their website minutes later, and their online booking service allowed me to make a booking Called back, and asked the staff if I was speaking to the person who said they were fully booked. He couldn't tell me if I was. I then asked to make a booking and he said he would call me back. 3 hours later, no phone call Awful, incompetent service, won't be visiting

We had my best friend's 80th birthday party. Digi the manger /owner accommodated all our requests. Food was excellent and service in our private party area was excellent.. We are hosting in March another 60th birthday party. Well worth the visit Thank you Narendra

Thought we would try takeaway from this new place. The mogo chips and the paneer tikka were flavoursome but not a very big portion which was a shame for the price. Also Rajiv ignored order notes as we had guests eating with dietary requirements. After calling me back to say this after it was delivered we were told there was nothing they can do. That was very disappointing

We did not have reservation for two people and we just turned up on Friday evening but we're offered seating immediately. Very cosy & comfortable chairs. We ordered kadhai paneer which was good. I ordered for the first time Kung Pao Lotus Root I quite like the Indo Chinese flavours and crunch to it. Tandoori roti was really nice one of the best ones. Green lentil halva with Pistachio Ice cream was suggested by one of the female staff members and I would like to thank her for suggesting. It had very authentic traditional flavours it did remind me of India MUST TRY. Will definitely go there again.

Wonderful place to Dine. View is definitely worth the visit. Warm and welcoming front of house staff. We were attended by Viraj who was really attentive and took care of our table till we left. Coming to the food, we had cod pakora, Bombay chilly chicken, chicken lollipop, samosa chaat . All the starters were top notch in taste and well presented. Cod was a brilliant choice by chef for pakora as it was crisp on outside and wonderfully moist inside. Bombay chilly chicken was also a highlighting dish with perfect balance of spice and savoury. For Main course we had barra Lamb chops, chicken karahi and chilly garlic butter naan ( recommended by Viraj). Everything was prepared in a very balanced taste. Lamb chops were cooked to perfect medium doneness. Definitely recommend this place and we are definitely visiting again soon.

We had a pleasant experience at this place. The vegetarian options we had were lovely. The servers Minakshi and Meet were polite and professional as well. The only two things they could improve on are the couches which I felt are a bit low and uncomfortable. With regards to the beverages, the quantity of the buttermilk could be reasonable for the price. Apart from this all was well. Do visit this place, I’m sure you won’t be disappointed 😊

Pros - Nice place. Good food and drinks. Lovely Indo-Chinese menu. Plenty parking. Cons - Fish was not as fresh. Service could be better, but probably they were too busy as they were hosting a private Christmas party in the same restaurant.

Outstanding and authentic food. Lotus wrap was particularly delicious. Service from Minakshi was perfect too. As parties are held in the same premises although in a separate area, it becomes a bit chaotic with people coming/ going

Loved It! Great Atmosphere. Tried to suffocate my dog with a bin bag and owner son kept stealing my food. Tried to force feed my aunty a SIM card. Great day out, I thoroughly recommend this place!

We had a lovely family gathering for 20 people and the food and service, was impeccable. All dishes for vegetarian/Non- veg were so delicious. I cannot recommend this place enough.
