Bombay Bites Express in Bradford

The food came cold and items missing (not the first time) when called to advise got asked "do you still want it" obviously i do iv paid for it!....no customer service.... delivered without utensils (poor). pakoras were hard as rock. this place has gone down the drain, portions have gone smaller too, everything seems pre cooked and warmed in microwave. no apology from member of staff. Dont waste your time or money on this place,

Just been for lunch today, I got a Lamb Balti and 2 Rotis. The Lamb was very small portion and to make matters worse it was 60% bones. The curry was absolutaly swimming in yellow grease (I think it is called Ghee). I used to enjoy coming here, it hasn't been here long and they have reduced the Curry prices from £7:95 to £4:95. It appears the portion sizes and quality have also reduced. Thats one loyal customer going to another curry restaurant. Sorry!

Decided to try this place, the staff were so helpful when deciding what to eat. The freshly made kebabs were delicious and the Oreo cheesecake is to die for. Will definitely return again here.

I ordered the meal at 15:00 hrs on Sat 18th March 17, to be delivered at 18:30 hrs. It actually arrived only 10 minutes late which to me is very acceptable. Unfortunately there was one item missing from the order and the food was only just warm and needed heating up. Trying to phone the restaurant was not successful as the phone was constantly on answer phone. I then contacted Just Eat, whom with, we had ordered, and they contacted the restaurant, direct through their system and a suitable recompense was sorted for me. Despite the fact that one item was missing and the food was only just warm, after it had been heated to a satisfactory temperature, all the food delivered was of a high standard. It was well presented and very very tasty, well spiced and authentic. There was plenty of it and I look forward to using the establishment again, as I'm sure the problems were because it was their first day of operation from this site and they will be able to sort out the problems. I hope so I will also definitely be visiting to purchase food to take away.
