A good night out drink on the steep side .

I went on a Tuesday evening. Very quiet so atmosphere rating is low. Food was very nice and service was not surprisingly quick!

Amazing food and fantastic service! Best steak I’ve had in ages!!! Highly! Highly recommend! Staff are highly attentive and the food is absolutely delicious!

The Sunday Roast at Bolero is beyond good! We had the short rib to share and it did not disappoint! For the same price as your average pub roast too… we were blown away by the produce and just how delicious it all was! We love the food here from the every day menu but this really is a treat if you are fancying an unreal roast! The service was 10/10 and is consistently 10/10 on every visit.

Great atmosphere, food lovely and music was excellent. Really good r&b tunes from the dj. I have come with a group of girlfriends a few times over the year for this reason we love the music. Only drawback was the last time, my friends and I were told rather abruptly by a very drunk, stumbling lady that the dj was her husband and she made it clear she wasn’t happy that we were dancing next to the booth near him. We were just dancing having fun like you’re supposed to on a night out. Was very awkward. Other than that experience, we will return again.

As always a delicious breakfast! Today I had vegetarian and my husband had the boxy black pudding. Welcoming and friendly staff, the drinks are the best too, hot chocolate and coffees

We addressed that they had serrated knives in the straw box, which could be dangerous as customers could easily have access to them and as a female I felt uncomfortable. Me and my friend tried to talk to the bar staff but we were approached by the bar manager who would not listen and aggressively confronted my friend. It was very uncomfortable for everyone and he tried to throw a cocktail shaker in my friends face. 0/10

This place is fantastic. I highly recommend going if you ever find yourself in worcester. The service is lovely and they are very welcoming. Food is to die for and not stupidly expensive. 10/10 lovely place xx

I had the pleasure of dining at the beautiful Bolero restaurant this week whilst working away. The excellent service and exceptional food quality really impressed me. Although I opted for a glass of Syrah red wine instead of sampling one of their fine cocktails, the environment gave an air of sophistication that offered an impressive drink selection. My main course was so delicious. I recommend this dining spot for its refined ambiance and delicious cuisines.

We were looking for somewhere to eat close to the Swan Theatre before the show and came across this. It was very clean and tidy, the menu has a good range and was nicely presented, tasty and filling and the staff were friendly. We are not from the area so can sadly not return anytime soon but would recommend it.

Service was awesome. On the ball and great fun. Made us have a great evening and we ended up staying a lot longer.

Had a great meal with my family. The waitress Zek was so attentive always made sure our drinks were full, the food was delicious!

Just what you expect from this end of town, wine bar style establishment with a food offering. During the week it’s busy with the legal types, being opposite the court and close to all the lawyers offices. At the weekend, much quieter. Takes your choice, and all that. Good menu at mid prices. Well worth a visit…

Excellent food. We ate here before Christmas and wanted to try the food again as it was excellent. It did not disappoint, infact it was better than we remembered. We will definitely be back.

Probably one of the best Sunday lunches we have had in a long time. The service by Zekiye was marvellous too! We will be back!

Went today in Bolero Bar and Kitchen with my friend and ordered some lunch. The waitress who seemed nice took our order. I don’t know whether she’s trying to be smart or just plain lazy. She tried to memorise our order and left . After about 45 minutes, I’ve called her and ask why my main took so long to arrive while my friend is about to finished her meal. She looked so suprised and she said I never order my main food. Dear oh dear 😢😢😢 Hopefully, that waitress will be able to read this review. Next time, when you get your customers order, get some pen and paper and write it down, don’t try to squeeze everything in your little brain because you got a lot of things to do and you MIGHT forget what you’ve been told. You just spoiled my 1 hour time .

Great food. Good atmosphere. Lovely evening. Until the DJ came on who was playing music for his own entertainment ant was extremely rude when politely asked to play some festive songs - lots of people were there on Christmas get togethers, but he just wanted to play obscure rubbish and bop behind his decks like a teenager

Never been in here before, had the hot mezze sharing platter, wasn’t very warm. Portions a bit stingy (only 1 tiny pot of tzatziki). Waitresses were polite but had no customer charisma. Both our drinks and food were brought to the wrong table initially. Platter was plonked down without even a look at us (had turned away in a split second). There really is no need to charge (on average) nearly £10.00 for a large glass of wine. Hence, no tip….

Great food, full plates and very tasty. I had a roast beef and trimmings with delicious 😋 gravy. There were 8 of us in the party and all of us cleared our plates! Service was very good. Quite pricey but the meals were excellent 👌

Great place to go. The staff, food and ambience of the place was second to none. Fantastic experience all round. There was a great vibe to the place. The DJ who arrived at about 9.30pm played some great music, he just added that something extra. The whole place transitioned from a restaurant into a trendy bar by about 10- 10.30 seamlessly. A great place, we will be back.

Food was outstanding, would definitely come again and try some other dishes off the menu. Service was very good, all drinks arrived promptly too. Disappointed that they chose to add a 'tip' to the bill before presenting us with it. Takes away from us giving it personally to show our appreciation

We have eaten here several times but decided to try out the Sunday lunch menu this time. A great decision. My wife went for the roast beef and I the lamb. Both were excellent and we’ll certainly be back.

Excellent lunch where my dietary needs of gluten and dairy free were catered for with minimum fuss and confidence. Parsnip soup to start which was delicious followed by the salmon. Very pleasant staff and good value for beautifully presented food. So why is there a BUT — because sorbet was the only option on the menu for dessert that was suitable for me. Well done to everyone though.

Not impressed. Chose a starter and main from the two courses for £14.95 lunch menu. The calamari was cut into chunks and breadcrumbed. I'm guessing frozen and deep fried. The chicken with the linguine was chewy and so much oil left in the bottom of the bowl! Should have taken photos! Won't be returning for a meal.

What a lovely spot on the edge of Worcester. The cocktails are fabulous and the atmosphere is second to none. The staff are very polite. Joe the guy at the bar was exceptional. As a person who goes to bar to bar alone it sometimes can be quite daunting. Lovely chatty chap that made me feel at home and I will certainly be coming back.

Lovely venue, but a bit quiet for a Saturday afternoon (I don't understand why). Food was very good. Seabass was perfectly cooked and the chicken salad was very tasty. Good wine and cocktail list. Decor is very smart. I would definitely recommend a visit.

Venue is OK. Toilets were not the best and pretty smelly. A few of us ordered an old fashioned but it was very disappointing. They arrived very quickly which is never a good sign for a decent old fashioned and tasted like a glass of brown water.

Chaos at the bar, staff seemingly not trained. Didn't feel like a customer with staff member rolling her eyes. Cocktails massively overpriced, basically a short with a glass full of ice.

Lots of fun. Good food. Great drinks. Always a fun time! Definitely better sitting in the front rather than out the back but that is down to personal preference. No faults to mention :)

Exceeds Expectations, PERFECT Jan 2023 FANTASTIC After having been let down last minute by another venue, we booked an 18th Party at Boleros and from the minute we arrived to the minute we left, everything was perfect. The staff here are brilliant, they have a great team, from the security to bar staff to the waitresses. A special mention must go to Molly and Serena who were looking after us at our table, nothing was too much trouble they were brilliant constantly checking if we needed anything without being intrusive. The food was superb, we had a massive selection of dishes off their menu and all plates were clean afterwards The starters were fab, from the scallops to the mushrooms, to the chicken and lobster just excellent.The Lamb just melted in your mouth, and the steaks were cooked to perfection and of an excellent quality The burgers, Salmon, vegetarian dishes pasta dishes just everything was perfect. Thank you so much for making our sons 18th so special There really is no reason to go anywhere else in Worcester as Boleros has it all, fantastic cocktails, superb food, brilliant staff and owner, and DJ so you can have a dance Thankyou we will definitely return and highly recommend this venue for a special occasion or just a fab night out xx

Booked for new years day on the website, drove 30 minutes and wasn't open. I'm not from the area, stayed near for the new year period, found restaurant online and the Sunday lunch looked lovely. Booked a few weeks before so the reservation would have definitely come through on their system, didn't receive an email or phone call to inform me they weren't even open. Shame as only travelled in to Worcester for this reason. Completely wasted time on new years day.

Very elegant classy place to enjoy high quality drinks

We went for our works Christmas meal. They were very well organised considering there were about 50 of us. Many places can't cope with such large groups (sadly experienced this in the past) but they took it in their stride. The food was truly scrumptious. Good variety of options.

Went here for our works Christmas do. Great atmosphere, lovely bar at the front and restaurant and tables further inside. A DJ desk as well so great for the feel of the place. Good selection of drinks and mocktails for us driving but want something different to branded soft drinks. Really polite and friendly staff and made sure a colleague who had glutten free food was looked after with the right dishes. Small things go a long way tk a good impression... I had the lobster starter, lamb for main and brownie for pudding, I could just about finish it! The lobster was perfectly cooked, the lamb fell apart and was really filling and the brownie was chocolatie rich and an amazing way to end the meal. The only thing I'd say is the music was a little too loud as you couldn't hear the person next to you, but great music. I don't go to Worcester very often but I now definately know where to go for a friendly welcome, a drink and good food if I do go there in future. Well worth a visit!

I stopped here with a friend after a meeting. It was only a quick visit, but it was a great place. Clean and tidy and welcoming. Not your everyday pub, a bit classier (which I like). You can have a drink outside. The only draw back is its on the main road.

Dreadful!!! Sunday lunch at its worse!! Service shocking, screaming child with family who did nothing. Staff did not care!! Food awful, salty and over priced. No one asked bothered to ask for further drinks. Booked here as a treat, wish we hadn't bothered. This place has gone downhill. It looks tired and unkept. Won't be returning or recommending.

Came a few weeks ago food average came this evening and said bar was full then let in3 scantily dressed ladies whilst telling us my middle aged friend and I we weren’t allowed in no idea why think too old 😂 well there are many bars in Worcestershire and you just lost a customer think carefully before you pay people

It was our first visit here and it didn’t disappoint! Cocktails were fab, and the 3-course meals all 5 of us had were delicious All the staff were lovely and attentive, even surprising us by singing happy birthday to our daughter and treating her to a shot of baby Guinness which was a lovely added touch to our night out. Will definitely be going again!
