Hats off the best restaurant in Uddingston. Amazing food, lovely service! We go here at least once a week just now and never have a complaint. Staff are always so lovely (Mia the manager is always so helpful and chatty.) The food is dynamite also!

We were a group of 7 tonight. Including 2 from the East of Scotland and 2 from down south. All agreed that the service and food were superb. Will return next time in Uddingston.

All the food looked wonderful just a shame there was no mushroom ravioli & penne was used as a substitute. Expensive wine spitzer. Service was good Atmosphere, restaurant size is perfect

Visited last week of May on a Thursday evening. The service and surroundings made for nice friendly atmosphere. One of party was going to be late, the staff couldn't have been more helpful. The mains of different pastas were great, cooked properly 😋 over cooked pasta is terrible. The polo milanese was great. Would definitely recommend visiting.

Decent food but over priced for what you get , city centre prices in uddingston Main Street. Service was poor and slow that was the main reason I wouldn’t return , for a small restaurant you would expect better service being possible- could do a lot better

The food at this place is amazing. The lava bread is one of the best things I have had from resturants in scotland. We also had the garlic doughballs which were amazing. The pastas that we had was also great. I echo the earlier review that says that its not ideal looking at bins when you are eating dinner but the resturant cant help that. The service wasn't outstanding but it wasn't terrible. There was two waiting staff on shift and to be honest the resturant probably isn't big enough for 3 waiting staff. We have been a few times now and will be going back. Would recommend this resturant to anybody.

Great food, good atmosphere and brilliant service

Fabulous meal , all the food was delicious and excellent service. Very busy when we arrived and had to wait for table , small restaurant so not a lot of room to wait . Kindly given beautiful lava bread to make up for our wait and it certainly did. Seafood pasta , lobster ravioli and chicken milanese was our order and we all cleared our plates. Perfect portion sizes and the service was great. Will return soon .

Lovely experience at this restaurant thanks to Mia. Lovely member of staff who is so helpful, courteous and professional. Food was fabulous but it’s the staff that makes this a lovely place to visit. Thanks Mia, you managed to rescue our Friday night - inadvertently booked Saturday instead of Friday but Mia managed to resolve it. We’ll definitely be back.

Mother's day lunch, chicken Milanese breadcrumb coating was soggy and chicken overdone with lemon. No toilet roll in ladies.

Food was lovely. Atmosphere was nice. Service between courses wasn’t particularly fast, but we were out with family for dinner so wasn’t any need to be rushed. Waiting staff were pleasant but unfortunately their service wasn’t great. They quite clearly need training. No dessert/coffee menus were offered. Our plates were taken and then we watched the waiting staff standing chatting (with their backs to the restaurant) while drinking cans of monster, doing their make up and taking selfies. They didn’t event look around at the tables for about 10-15 mins at one point. Overall the experience was pleasant enough but could have been better with more attentive serving staff.

Went on Sunday for lunch and it was our first visit. The restaurant is smaller than I thought it was going to be but was nicely busy with a good atmosphere. The food was to a good standard although I was a little disappointed with the steak as it was a little on the small side but the chips and pepper sauce were excellent. The cheesecake was absolutely amazing as were the side of chunky chips with parmesan....in truth I should have opted for the Sunday roast which looked great. Well worth a visit if you're in uddingston.

Fantastic meal at Boh last night, we opted for the small plates so as to leave room for dessert. The restaurant was lovely , service fantastic the girls are on point we were never left looking for a server and the food was top notch not a bad word to say about the place. Look forward to another visit sometime soon.

Hey everyone , boh can probably optimise the phrase italian restaurant, being classy and explosive from the front you could think at first that it's all bang and no buck ! Ohh how you would be forgiven for thinking that all their (buck) has been invested in the class that they ooze . This is an establishment that dare and exude the ambition to be the rustic yet modern Italian food that they produce. I ordered the seafood linguine, pollo milanese ,burrata caprese and a selection of side dishes to savour the experience . I have a high standard for Italian food , my go to is lalanterna in hope Street Glasgow, and to say boh is on par would be the highest honour that an authentic Italian could receive .

Home delivery service is a total disgrace. When it eventually turns up at 10pm after waiting 2hours half the order is missing and you can't contact them as there now closed.. Never again!!!!

Food was excellent as ever, customer service left a lot to be desired. On ordering a recent takeaway, I was overcharged and had one item which was not included in the order received. After contacting, I was assured the issue would be corrected, sadly it wasn't. Whilst the food is good, customer service is important too and this area has let Boh Cucina down. Last time I will be visiting, too many other great options to choose from in the Uddingston/Bothwell area to be accepting of poor customer service.

Solid pizza, if small for the price, and occasionally stingy with toppings. Sides not great value for what you get. The food is all tasty, but definitely overpriced, and can be inconsistent.

Without a shadow of a doubt out of all the lockdown take aways these guys stand heads and shoulders above the rest . The pasta is off the scale ... visit the best top end Italian in Glasgow ( when they open !) and you won’t experience any better than what Boh offer. Someone in that kitchen really knows what they are doing .... don’t change it ! Never has a restaurant been more worthy of my 5 star review ... ever !

Best pizza in the area. Depending on your preference put in in a screaming hot oven for 30 second when it arrives or you get it home but that's just personal preference.

Just had a takeaway from these guys and actually, just had to leave a review. WOW! Pizza was outstanding. Perfect base, flavour was outstanding, fresh ingredients delivered hot to the door by a lovely lady from Just Eat. Most certainly will be visiting this place when I can but until then I will certainly be ordering again. Would highly recommend

Have eaten here around 3 times now and had takeaway pizzas several times. Every time been excellent. Great service, very friendly staff and delicious authentic Italian food. I'd say easily my favourite restaurant of the many in the Uddingston and Bothwell area and I've been recommending it to friends who live locally since. Pizzas are freshly made in a real pizza oven and with a really nice crust and not soggy like another popular restaurant in Miller Street I could name. Haven't had a Dominos once since we discovered this place. Very family friendly too - my daughter (4) loves it .

This has now been our second visit this month. Its quickly become our favourite place for eating in Uddingston/Bothwell.Let's start with the staff & management - Friendly,warm and happy to serve you. You would think that should be standard, however we all know that's not the case when going out for a bite to eat. The chefs are not hidden away and keen for feedback on the food. Keep doing what you are doing, it works for us.Food - Bloody brilliant! So tasty and very well presented. We had pizza, chicken goujon's and chips with parmesan cheese and truffle.We could eat those chips all day, the kids love them.Restaurant - The place is warm and friendly.It has a wee buzz about the place without being really noisy. Just a nice relaxing place to be and kid friendly.We would recommend you give these guys a go, you won't be disappointed. If you cant make it in get a delivery from them.

Visited mid wk and the restaurant was busy and once we had our food we could see why.. The service and food was 1st class so well done to all involved will certainly return..

Honestly, l was quite stunned by this place. For starters, l messed up the booking and it wasn't a problem - couldn't have been more pleasant. The food was beyond expectations. Love the little plates! Italian tapas.... Recommend the Monkfish starter and the pizza was one of best l've had outside Italy. The chef knows what he's doing in here. Very relaxed vibe, even though the restaurant was busy. If lm being picky, my only negative would be the cold at the big window. It was a chilly night. To add to all that good stuff, the waiter ( whose name l forget ) was top drawer. Very amiable type but efficient. Top marks for this place. :)

First time in this small and atmospheric restaurant/Italian tapas bar. . .if won’t be the last! The food was so tasty, especially the Cajun Chicken pasta!?!?! It was sooooo good!!! Staff were helpful and friendly! As Arnie said, ‘I’ll be back!’

Perfect. Every little detail was perfect. Warm welcome, ambience galore, comfortable furnishings and easy on the eye and touch. Nice mix of modern woods and leathers. Great music, laid back funk to tap the time away too. Staff more than happy to help go the extra step to ensure you have what you like. The name Boh is Italian slang for akuna matata’ as far as I can translate it. Kind of the culinary equivalent of que cera cera but grounded in, ask for what you like and we’ll serve it up with our best effort. For example when asked for my drink order I said I fancy something non-alcoholic and tasty, maybe ginger based. Chris said let me have the bar staff make something for you. They came up with a zingy winner of fizzy orange ginger ale. Perfect. As for the food, the pasta dish I wanted was on the starter menu but they happily let me have a main course portion. Delicious chili pasta with meat ragu. Garlic bread was fresh, warm, soft but crispy enough and mmm soaked up the ragu oil perfectly! This was my last meal before flying out tomorrow to work and I enjoyed a final little bit of headspace here so much I’ll be recommending to all my family and friends. Check this place out for great food in smashing surroundings and top notch staff. Have a chat with them, pass some time, tell them Ally sent you ps despite being empty when I walked in alone Chris the family member/manager had no hesitation to show me to the best table in the house. Visited Boh for the first time.I opted for the Tagliatelle with garlic bread and triple cooked fries my soon to be wife chose the pizza. The food was delicious the meat in the pasta literally melted in my mouth . The pizza was as light as air hand made in front of us In the oven . Staff were always checking we had enough drinks and how our food was.The desert menu was class I had the chocolate tart with popcorn ice cream it looked and tasted like something from Masterchef , the good lady had some sponge With Glayva ice cream and a coffee sauce.Price of the food was brilliant aswell !Definitely be back

Been back several times and it keeps getting better. Subtle twists to menu with old favourites still there- calamari to die for! ( I try calamari everywhere, and these are the best!) Friendly relaxed atmosphere. Friendly staff headed by excellent Chris, and a chef who will grin and wave.Go and enjoy....

First time in this restaurant and have got to say it is first class. Service excellent, food absolutely superb, great atmosphere. I had king prawn starter, my husband had fillet steak starter, we both had monkfish followed by biscuits and cheese. We'll definitely be back.

Just celebrated my husband's 60th birthday at Boh's as it had been recommended by a friend. It was our first visit but certainly won't be the last. The food was delicious, very reasonably priced, with a very varied, interesting and tasty set menu (not boring pasta/pizza like in many other places) . The à la carte menu has all your standard Italian classics and a lot more. The service was very good too. They do 2 pizzas (or pizze!) for the price of 1 on Tuesdays. We had a lovely time. I recommend the place.

Food and service is amazing. Enjoyed it and will be returning with family and friends. One of the few places that know the serving temperature of red wine, very impressed.

Nice looking restaurant. Really enjoyed the food as did the kids. It's rare they actually finish their meals but there was nothing left. Monkfish, prawns, pizza, pasta - all delicious. Booked to come back....

Second time eating here and both times the food and service have been excellent. The aranchini balls are delicious and the monkfish is phenomenal. Looking forward to my next visit.

Warm friendly atmosphere. I was there with a friend for a catchup and we had plenty of space round about so felt free to blether in peace. We had the Christmas Market Menu which was reasonably priced and the food was delicious and beautifully presented. Staff very efficient and friendly but not intrusive at all and I will definitely be back.

What a diamond of a place. Warm friendly staff from the moment we walked in. Front of shop very welcoming and decor perfect. Ordered the tiger prawns to start which were out of this world. As it is near Christmas time went for the festive menu. Turkey with all the trimmings and it was the best I've had in Glasgow. It even blows the christmas meal from the likes of miller and carter, the restaurant bar and grill and Corinthian away. Turkey was lovely and not dry at all. Plenty roat potatoes and gravy. The veg was cooked perfect and to top it off the pigs in blankets made it. Will definitely be back this week to try some of the pasta dishes.

Fantastic food, lovely setting and very good value for money. Service was great without being invasive. We opted for the 3 course lunch menu and myself and my 2 friends were very impressed. Will definitely return.

Driving through Uddinston looking for somewhere to catch lunch and stopperd here.

My friend and I attended for a midweek catchup. We decided to do the Pizza/Pasta Combo. We agreed on a Pizza and Pasta, as is usually the requirement for this option. However when the waiter came to take our order we were advised we could have selected different Sauces/Toppings. Rather than keep the guy waiting another 10 minutes while we looked at menu again, we decided just to go with what we had chosen. We'll know better next time. The restaurant was lovely, nice relaxing meal and a great catchup. Courtesy check during our meal but not in the least intrusive. We'll be back!!

Found this whilst working away on business. Great little restaurant excellent service and great value food. Highly recommend a visit will be back next time I am in Uddingston.

My favourite restaurant ever. The food, service and ambiance is 5star. Nothing is ever too much of a hassle and the staff always go the extra mile to make your experience 1st class. It's the only restaurant I've tasted pizza as good as italy. This hidden gem is a must!!

Went here based on the trip advisor reviews and was not disappointed. Every course was fantastic as was the drinks and service. Particular highlights were lemon meringue pie and the mojitos.

This was our first visit to this restaurant. The staff were polite and speedy with service. We were surprised at the range of choices on the menu. Our starters were delicious, the mains were superb and the chef Brian came out to see if we had enjoyed our meal. Reasonable prices for a first class meal. We were so impressed we booked again for the following month. The restaurant has a lovely atmosphere and we weren't rushed to leave the restaurant.
