The experience of anticipation, waiting for great tasting food, explaining to your visiting friends and family that the best take away will blow you away!!!.... only to be delivered after hearing a car pulling up outside. Something completely different!!. Either the passion has gone or profit has overtaken pride!!!... I've been a little bit embarrassed after my recommendation of your fantastic food!..... Come on Guys!!.. for two .£40? .. For a family visit £££££ For a friends visit £££££ Who would you recommend?

Food was nice however the driver was an absolute tool when he pulled outside to deliver the food at 11:30pm he had his music blasting really loud when I confronted him about it he said show some respect I don't mind people driving with their music loud as long as they turn it down when they come to a stop, I also had kids in bed so won't order from here again unless I pick it up.

The service was disgraceful asked for a simple receipt which they should provide and met with a blunt response from some random women very rude and if I realised she worked there I probably wouldn’t have ordered food from there. The food on the other hand was god awful couldn’t even eat the chicken kebab from the grill it just tasted burnt. The fry’s were ok asked for ketchup in a dip and the guy put it all over the chips so he just literally didn’t listen. Please don’t waste your hard earned money hear go some where descent looking at the reviews I have made a mistake eating here shame I have to give this place one star!!!!!!

Food used to be great gone downhill the last few times and on last 3 occasions no extra sauces (that are paid extras) and drinks and salads not delivered. They are rude on phone and don't bother giving refunds or bringing missing food back.

Been coming here for years when i go on holiday in caravan, really nice food and even did me a kebab that's not on the menu, a 4 meat mixed kebab on 2 nans that was so DELISH Mmmm

The kebabs here are the best in the area but unfortunately the burgers have bone chippings in them.

Well one of the best kebab swops In rhyl I always order from but tonight food turned up 45 minutes later than what they said it would chips like rubber stroke rock hard kebab was horrible no sauce best thing out of all was salad really dissapointed

Collection ready in 10 mins and the food was amazing !! One of the nicest mixed kebabs I have ever had. Meat, salad & pitta all separated. Recommended 😊👌

Worst pizza! Do not recommend! Ordered a margarita and a meat feast, the food was cold and the pizza was undercooked. The chicken Strips are nuggets and you got 5 for £6, also soggy. Not even edible. Will not be going here again. Disgusting!

Ordered Pizza from them and absolutely disappointed with food and customer service! Literally COVERED IN ABSOLUTE GREASE!! Was told my order will arrive within 45 minutes! Arrived after 1.5hr, pizza was cold in a pool of grease, somehow it was so oily and soggy, pizza dough was uncooked, and was extremely salty with barely any toping I asked for!!! Called them to complain, he was extremely rude saying, “we don’t put oil in pizza”? Like ok fair enough! Then kept saying bring it in takeaway we will replace it, whereas he could’ve just sent a new pizza straight away, without making it a deal! Told me it would be another 20 minutes for new pizza to be delivered, and it arrived after 2 HOURS!!! Terrible - Avoid them!!!

i’ve been loyal customer 4 8 years and i never complain i’ve had problems in past but never said anything coz 90percent of the time it’s amazing but i ordered a shish kabab and didn’t get a pita bread but at the moment things are expensive

This place has gone downhill. Sent out two totally burnt pizzas to us. Phoned to complain and the woman that took the call (stole accent) couldn’t care less. Do yourselves a favour any try someplace else…. Literally anywhere but here and this is from a (ex)regular bodrum customer!

Still giving 5 stars as the food is always great, but really work on your salad trays, tonight I got a tray of onions and cabbage. Don't ruin a good cooks dish by serving it with onions and cabbage. Other than that ❤️ this place, fresh,clean and tasty!!

Ordered from here normally okay but tonight came wrong, girl on phone language was inappropriate told us we are taking the pi** which came from the manager in the background but relayed to us as we asked for it to be corrected, a 6 year old child (our granddaughter) is now upset As she knows that language is inappropriate and was listening to the phone call!! Order if you want to be abused !!

Stopped ordering from bodrum after getting disgusting food & when I complained was treated horribly, it's happened to many times they are not having no more money out of us!

Absolutely shocking service on numerous occasions after trying to give them chances to see if they would improve they don't read the comment section on your order so food comes with items you didn't want delivery is always late and then cold upon arrival.

Collection ok but delivery abomanable. Orderd food for delivery, specified address and time. Food didn't turn up, rang Bodrum, they said it was for.collection (even though we specified.a delivery addres) Said they would deliver as someone in the background shouted"they had better not complain if its cold" No food arrived rang Bodrum who called driver who called me. He had gone to the wrong address. Finally got food 45 mins after original specified delivery time. Cold, Dry ,Tough. 3/4.went in the bin. Shocking service. No apology for there mistakes. Tried to blame it on us. Will not use again.

Worst customer service i have ever had very rude women on the phone talking about me to another worker while I can still hear them on the phone would not recommend she definitely needs sacking.

Come home expecting a delivery, son informed me that he was spoken rudely my the woman on the phone suggesting he did not know where he lived. Phoned to see what the problem was as we have ordered before, the woman oh your address is now showing. Asked for the order again asked for about salad and sauces, asked to beware as we want separate sauces. Started telling me you can't have separate salad, didn't listen had to interrupt and explain that, just wait whilst I ask what we want. She then said to one her colleagues on speaker phone I had an attitude! Asked for the manager, told not in, asked for her name, refused! Will not be ordering again which is a shame due to we have enjoyed in the past but there is no excuse rudeness!

There is a few places in the area but I called in here after seeing the reviews. I love my kebabs so i know what i expect. This place lives up to expectations from the feedback. Meat NOT greasy its perfect. With a nice salad. Chips were perfect too. Both generous size portions for the price. Anyone who is looking like i was, i can't see you being disappointed with food here, it was like my favourite kebab house at home. Almost identical Hope this makes up your mind 5 stars from me *****

Appalling service got made out to be a lier about an orderd placed. Was a regular customer but never ordering again! Staff were very rude.

I ordered 2 large kebabs and was served hot and fresh. The salad was fresh and crisp. I may only eat them a couple of times a year. When I do I am pleased to say that this is the shop of choice. Excellent fast and friendly service.
