This place should be shut down, Just eat should not be in business with this joke. I’m seriously considering leaving just eat because they happily endorse this awful food! Disgusting, do not order from this place!

Amazing! I had a chicken donner wrap and hash browns. I LOVE their hash browns. The wrap and the hash browns tasted just great.

Ordered at 12:32, estimated delivery 1:45 and didn’t turn up even though on just eat it says enjoy your food , then changed to delayed and for it to be delivered at 2:45 then also said enjoy your food after the delivery time when is again wasn’t delivered , now 3am and still no food have screen shots of it all with screenshots of the over 400 calls sent to them where all calls went straight to answer phone. I wish I could leave less than one star because they don’t even deserve one with this horrific service.

Words simply cannot describe how much I love bodrums. They always more than look after me, treat me with so much respect. The highlight of every night out is going in there to enjoy their delicious food. So many great times in bodrums, I cannot recommend more! 5 stars is not enough! Get their chicken shish with chill sauce and salad, you won’t be disappointed.

Rilly bad chips were very undercooked and the burger was burnt. The curry sauce was very lumpy and had no flavour. It was very unhygienic they had no gloves on and there was a lot of ant's at place's.

1st time I ordered from here and I must say it was amazing. I had a falafel wrap and the taste was perfect.

The place is an absolute joke don’t order from here waited since 10.30 for my food 11.20 I called them who told me it was 2 minutes away called them back 10 minutes later to be told the food not in its way but will be sent out and I’ll have to wait another 30 minutes

Missed items off order them accused us of making it up , then had a phone call to say it was being delivered , very poor organisation and service , customer service training required!

It was lovely tonight. The boss was there. Any other time you get a late middle aged rude drunk Turkish immigrant with a fortnights stubble slamming subhuman dog food into a box.

So I have been ordering here for many years now. The food has always been absolutely amazing. Service is awesome. I love there wraps and the Tikka wrap omg that's lovely! Recommend!

Delivery. Food was cold. All of it. Chips powdery and soggy. A barely edible Special chicken kebab was dry with scraps deep fried vegetables. Doner kebab was ice cold and salad was on its last legs. Wouldn’t mind if it wasn’t for the high the price we pay for ‘cheap food’ kebabs these days. Shocking. Don’t go near this place. Too variable to ever be certain of a good meal.

The only good thing about this place is that I could get my food and leave quickly. Overpriced for the quality…Terrible food, terrible sauces, terrible salad! If you want a funny tummy, this is the place for you.

I always order here (for a late night meal) Whether you eat meat or you are vegetarian or vegan they have something for everyone. All good quality, all good portions and super fast delivery

Used to love this place but there always missing things off orders.. i ordered a pizza called them them say order wrong they said to late was in oven .. food arrived 60 mins later so they cooked a pizza knowing it was wrong .. don't think I will go back now

Used to be good, now absolutely horrible. Chips seem to be cooked twice from the night before. If you pay cash expect to wait up to an hour if you pay card 10 minutes. Don't buy from here. Go to rose kebab much better

First order did not go through and this site said “there is a problem our end, please try again” so I tried again. Then I get an email for two separate order!! I called to explain and the man said “both orders are on the way” I tried my hardest to explain to him but he explained it’s too late. I said well cancel the orders and I just won’t pay. He then Called me a c**t, told me to f**k you bloody b***ard and never use them again. Telling me it’s my fault and I’m wrong, no sir I am the customer and you are in the wrong. Used to love a bodrum years ago but every time I’ve gone recently they’re just rude and ignorant. Nothing like how it used to be.

Ordered a kebab arrived with meat only no salad no peppers terrible. Chips also terrible dry and tasted old. Last of all garlic bread its not garlic bread its plain garlic bread without the garlic. It was hard and dry. So hard I probably would have broke a tooth on it terrible I had to throw it all away. i do not recommend this takeaway Very disappointed.

I was taken the Mickey out of for being deaf. When I explained that I couldn’t hear him he proceeded to make fun of the fact I couldn’t hear him. Even when I started crying he still made fun of me. Unacceptable behaviour.

Ordered usual takeaway - two items were missing. Called to let them know - rude man said I had not ordered the items - I insisted that I had - he said ‘hold on’ and a minute later said ‘I’ve checked and we sent it’ (after telling me previously that I hadn’t ordered it at all!!). He said he would send ONE of the items and I asked who his manager was - he hung up on me. I called back, the phone rang and then he cut me off. We have used this kebab place for years (with the odd wrong order - human error) but we will never use it again and advise the same to anyone thinking of doing so. Utterly appalling behaviour.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. Our order was missing 2 items. When I called up to complain I was accused of lying because it was "impossible" that they'd made a mistake, then I was hung up on. Didn't get my money back or the missing items. Absolutely disgusting service.

Ordered on-line and arrived very quickly. However the food was cold and not nice. Within a couple of hours we were in agony with upset stomachs. DO NOT ORDER!!!

kebab with very little meat and very greasy. the salad contained lettuce a small amount of red cabbage and 1 slice of cucumber (that's not a salad) the chicken very dry and probably been there for hours. awful

Ordered 2 x chicken diner kebabs & chips Only x 1 had salad Had to throw in a salad of my own minus the cabbage I did call to report missing salad and was told next time to ask for extra salad to make up for the error. Order from here every week for the girls i support. Every week there are mistakes. They dont listen to ur order and rush you by talking over you. This will be the last time i ever order from here again! Should have read rating and reviews beforehand.

Spoke to myself like absolute scum and then hung up. Disgusted with the service the man was shouting at myself down to phone wouldn't listen to me and kept making excuses claiming it was all my fault when our address couldn't be found and I was trying to work around this. Even offered to collect but he just hung up. No manners or courtesy in the slightest. Absolutely disgusted.

Absolute joke. Sent me the wrong food. The staff said he wouldn’t have accepted my order because it was too small, why was it accepted then? Said I had to wait over 2 hours for my order and he wouldn’t hurry it up because my order wasn’t worth a lot. Absolute joke customer service. Proceeded to tell me he wouldn’t refund me I have to wait. Unreal. Got my money back from just eat. Scum

Food turned up over half an hour late. Was delivered by a taxi driver?!?! Food was freezing cold. Very poor quality. Definitely would not recommend, and will NOT be using again. Feel like I have been robbed.

Really bad place to order from, kebab was tough. He told me he made it from fresh but he was clearly lying as it was like cardboard. I would rate this zero star.

Ordered a small lamb shish kebab, it had 1 full size piece of meat and 2-3 bits cheap tough ! Never again! Even the chilly sauce is from a bottle and not authentic Turkish! Worse kebab I’ve had , the only decent thing was the salad.

I can hands down say this was the worst meal I have ever attempted to eat in my life! The chicken was DRY and did not look healthy inside, the burger was cheap processed mush, the kebab I had just tasted of charcoal where I’m guessing they don’t clean their grills and the garlic bread was a thick dough base that you couldn’t swallow with a hint of garlic on top.

Quality of food collapsed extremely. Doesn't listen to customers. Portions made bigger with salads( ordered 3 different sizes there was no difference in amount of meat) , garlic sauce doesn't taste garlic. Pizza seems like being made from frozen one. Not recommended anymore.

We ordered a chicken kebab, fried chicken, chips, pizza, garlic bread and baclava. Arrived quickly and excellent food. Plenty of chicken in the kebab and all perfectly cooked.

It was 2am and they were the only place open at the time... starving; me and my partner ordered a pizza and a chicken kebab. It took around 50 minutes to arrive. I was playing Mario kart so wasn’t too bothered by the TOA. Not to mention I was very apprehensive to order from here as I see there ‘2 star health rating’. It was too late to back out now. Once it was delivered the packaging of the pizza box looked promising. On opening I can’t say as much... looked sloppy and all the same colour. Already knew it was going to be bad. As we tucked into our food we quickly realised it just tasted VILE.. my kebab was like someone had microwaved the meat that had been frozen forever then stuck it on a warmish pitta bread. (not to mention our food was on the colder side) the pizza was gross, missing toppings and just inedible. I quickly gave up eating and decided to try the pizza which we then both gave up on.

They couldn’t get an order right three weeks in a row. When you complain, it’s shouting and Arguing amongst the staff. I wouldn’t bother!!!

So ordered a burger meal, donner kebab n 2 drinks. My chips were forgotten from the meal, I then call them up and he tried saying you sure they ain’t there. Then I literally had to swear that they wSnt here but delivery guy tried saying they were definitely there when they weren’t. He was just arguing n being rude with me won’t order again

Not sure all the reviews reflect what this place offers, which are kebabs. I would not order anything else from a kebab shop other then kebabs. If you are after something other than kebabs, go somewhere else (though the chips are decent). When it comes to Kebabs (the clue is in the name of the establishment), they serve good kebab’s. And they have always done so. I have never had a bad meal from here.

Absolutely terrible rude service! Dry over cooked rank cheap meat. Chewy stringy lamb.Burnt pitta bread. Cold food and overcharged! Order before hand so get it on time and nearly a hour late why bother . I thought Bodrum was the name of the place not were it was coming from. When I phoned up to see how much longer was spoke to by a rude arrogant man. Never again lost my custom .

So we spent £45 on take away for my friends and I and the food was vile and the delivery driver still demanded £5 delivery charge I’m disappointed in this as we are only six miles away. Please don’t order from this place what a massive letdown.

I'm only leaving 1 star cause I have to leave something to leave a review. Where do I start. After waiting an 1 hr anyway. Which I dont mind . But parts of the order was missing. Something as simple as the top of a burger bun. But also a large keebab. When I called the guy found it funny about the bun top. And actually laughed. He was rude. I had already paid for the order and now had ti wait a second time for the rest of it. It was the second time I'd ordered after given them this because they messed up the first time. (Stupidly) I will not be using this place again. Oh and we had to warm the up before eating it.

I’m not from the Colchester area but parked in front of their premises to go see a show at the Arts Centre. When we got out at 10PM, two of us fancied some food and wondered out loud to find a McDonald’s or this kebab place. One of their customers that had just came out, yelled a cheeky ‘go here, it’s better!’ across the street and that was that.I got a a small chicken shish meal, small chips with garlic sauce and a coke (0.5L), which came to £9.90 in total. Doable!The chips were standard frozen chips but they were cooked well. Not fatty, rather crispy, generous portion.The chicken shish came in a pita bread and salad/sauce of your choice. Opted for more garlic sauce (particularly delicious, not sure why but it’s probably one of the best garlic sauces I’ve had in a long time).Bit horrified by the older remarks on here, I checked their food hygiene rating. 2/5 in September 2018. I think they should revisit the premises as it’s been a year and I watched my food being made - couldn’t fault the two gentlemen at all.TL;DR - a good kebab place. If I come back to go out in Rubix, I’ll definitely stop by again.

I don't even want to give one star. Ordered some food watched them handle raw meat. Rub face and handle buns used for my burger. Told them I wasn't happy Same food prep guy carried on apparently doesn't understand English or the complaint. So I guess that makes it alright if he can't read about basic hygiene

Just watched them prepare a burger for. Handling raw meat. Not washing hands. Then wipe sweat from brow and handle the bin for my burger. Not a chance I'm eating here again. Especially as I pointed out its basic hygiene standards. Because the staff Preparing food doesn't understand English. I guess it makes it OK if he doesn't understand why it's so important.

Surprised to see all the negative reviews. Having moved back to colchester after a brief spell away I was out of touch with the kebab scene. I was recommended this place by my food friend Leeroy - who I consider to be a connoisseur of fine kebabage. I’ve been eating here ever since (usually every Friday night) and find the service, delivery time and standard of kebab excellent. I usually go for the Lamb Tikka Shish with donner meat, salad, garlic mayo, jalapeños (which are fantastic and come whole) and then chilli sauce- now the chilli sauce, wow! That’s something special! Just eat always says an hour for delivery, they are usually at my door in half that! And the delivery drivers are polite and I give them a tip. I won’t go anywhere else for my Friday night treat!

Have had some lovely food from this takeaway but tonight we have been sent chicken that is raw please see pics.....I will be sending chicken and pics to environmental health officer and see what they say....missus bit in and has been gagging ever since bad bad in fact disgusting

Thoroughly enjoyed my kebab tonight... Again...bodrum is always the same. What they do, they do well! They offer a variety of kebabs, some greasy and some not. All are as expected. I cook... Lots! I know!

The prices are far to high for what food they give you! I ask for a large chicken dinner meat and chips I pay 7.90 the amount of food he gives me I wouldn't even say it's a small one! He was rude! Wearing shorts! Health and safety

I ordered from here this evening (24.7.2018) the chicken we orderd was raw in the middle. The chips were raw. The kebab meat was rancid and the chicken burger was cold and under cooked.Please do not eat here as the hygiene standards are atrocious and the food conditions are dangerous.

I am just enjoying a pizza, hummus and Fanta. I work nights, so to be able to get a very tasty delivery after midnight is greatfully received. Also the person doing the delivering couldn't have been nicer.

Last two occasions ordered same kebab came with microwaved meat at least 3 days old and salad that was already going bad. Been steadily going downhill for the last couple of years, R.I.P. Bodrum Kebab

1 hour 20 for a delivery and no apology. We like the kebabs but the delivery service has always been shocking! Not using them again.

Their chilli sauce is not very good and tastes very nutty and powdery!!

Just ordered large Kebab. Asked if I could have mine fresh from the grill. Guy advised it was fresh. Well after diving in to it I see kebab in bits and chilly sauce did not taste like it. Towards the end I had grease pouring out and I could not eat the last bit. As you can see lots of grease in the photos and I would not advise anyone to trust these for a fresh kebab with no grease.

ordered early at 7pm but long 75min wait. Chips were soggy and chicken kebab in particular was very greasy, outer paper wrap was soaked in grease by time of delivery. Disappointing.

Delivery was exactly on time, I had one mouthful of the chicken kebab and it was foul. Ended up in the bin
