food was cold on delivery, my order was late and also the ban offer pie I ordered was smashed all around the box and unrecognisable and had to be thrown away, very unsatisfied and wouldn't recommend buying from here again and I will almost not be reordering again

Absolutely gorgeous food, . I have been ordering from bodrum kebab shop for quite a while now, the burgers are 10/10 . I've never had a bad meal or late delivery so I would highly. I'm just gutted I'm moving hotels next week so will need to find somewhere else to eat 😭😭😭

Had chicken donnor wrap, most of the chicken just had fat all on it, and if there was no meat it was just fat, i didnt even eat it Chips were good though!

The food arrived cold, one of the kebabs had very little meat, was chewy and poor quality. also parts on the order were missing. Avoid this one, way better alternatives out there. I have opened a dispute but no reply yet - poor!

Asked for chillies on kebab with garlic sauce. Ended up with chill sauce which ruined it for me. I'm a regular customer with the same order so this is disappointing. Usually spot on

I’m sorry but our food had no sauce it was so dry. We were hungry and it was a massive disappointment. We have had ordered lots of times before and this was the worst meal ever.

Staying in a local hotel for a business trip. Order via just eat for delivery. None of the notes put on order even looked at. Only wanted cutlery and a receipt. Neither. Asked driver and he just said no. Food was so salty I couldn’t eat it. I messaged the takeaway to give them the option to collect as only had 2 mouth full. Not chicken doner in the special either. How they still in business? Awful.

I've lived in Colchester for over ten years now, and can honestly say this is the best kebab in town. Every time I go in there the staff are very polite and service is always excellent. The food is top quality for a kebab shop, their portions are generous and the meat is always delicious. The meal deals they have in store are also very good value.

The mixed shish came missing its salad and the meat was so over cooked and burnt tasting it was not edible

Driver sat in his car outside for 20 minutes. Made no effort to call or knock on the door. I had to approach him for our food. It was then cold and chewy

Ordered at 12:00 waiting till 2 am still no food, the food was never delivered and never answered the phone after over 200 calls.

Ordered at 12:32, estimated delivery 1:45 and didn’t turn up even though on just eat it says enjoy your food , then changed to delayed and for it to be delivered at 2:45 then also said enjoy your food after the delivery time when is again wasn’t delivered , now 3am and still no food have screen shots of it all with screenshots of the over 400 calls sent to them where all calls went straight to answer phone. I wish I could leave less than one star because they don’t even deserve one with this horrific service.

The rice and donner was the driest most outright over dated I’ve ever tasted and I’ve always come to you for my donnor and rice even my shiesh this is diabolical

Doner meat was good, chips were alright but the chilli sauce was just out of a bottle, consistency of ketchup. Not homemade which let this place down

Delivery was bang on £3 delivery fee and I’m Ardleigh one of the few places that delivers here….the lamb and rice was nice (lamb tender decent flavour) need to work on sauce front though as the chilli is the basic store stuff, no real flavour just tangy heat.

Not great, this used to be my favourite takeaway, but sadly prices have gone up and portion sizes have shrunk significantly. It was very nice but not enough considering the price.

Chicken wings were very crispy and delicious (as always). But the hummus and pita with salad was quite disappointing- was expecting hummus with pitta and salad on the side, but the one we received was pitta stuffed with extremely plenty of salad, but very tiny, thinly spread of hummus would not recommend that one. But all their other dishes that we’ve tried so far from this restaurant were great (chicken wings, pizza, kebab & shish).

Scrumptious and scintillating food at a lovely kebab shop, customer service always fantastic when old matey greets you with a smile and gives you fresh fantastic food in no time at all, go every week, and will continue to go every week as it’s the best place in town.

Best kebab place I have ever been too, the chicken sheesh chilli sauce sala is the best, it will make you orgasm, they are amazing geezas and will make your night

Words simply cannot describe how much I love bodrums. They always more than look after me, treat me with so much respect. The highlight of every night out is going in there to enjoy their delicious food. So many great times in bodrums, I cannot recommend more! 5 stars is not enough! Get their chicken shish with chill sauce and salad, you won’t be disappointed.

Jacket potato was stone cold, and the donner meat was cold, too

We order from here frequently and have used this shop for years. I will not order again. We had three doner wraps and the grease was dripping inside the kebab and on the outside. They were inedible. Really disappointed and a waste of money.

Wot a pleasant surprise the chicken tikka was spot on and delivered in 25 mins and definitely recommend and it was delicious compliments to the chefs

Rilly bad chips were very undercooked and the burger was burnt. The curry sauce was very lumpy and had no flavour. It was very unhygienic they had no gloves on and there was a lot of ant's at place's.

Chips over cooked, burger had no salad or sauce just thrown in a bun and sheesh was just over cooked. Usually ok tonight very poor :(.
