Bodrum Kebab House in Colchester

Order a large pizza last week they got the order wrong so said they would pen me in for a free pizza next time I order them I call up there completely oblivious and don't know what I'm talking about order from them all the time time for a change

I had the wrong order. I ordered chicken and it was pork, which I do not eat. Really disappointed as I usually order from this establishment and it’s always good normally.

Good food but delivery slightly longer than stated.

I personally wouldn't order from here again, the only reason was because all the other places were shut at 1AM and we needed food for someone who hadnt eaten all day. For the price of a burger at £9.50 and lamb shish at £9.90 i would expect the food to not taste hard or outdated. The burger itself was too hard and the burger bun tasted out dated. The kebab contained about 4/5 meats and the rest was salad that tasted outdated as well. We ended not eating most of the food.

Ordered meals but didn’t receive any drinks with my order and burgers were completely plain, the chips were reheated too

The chicken burger has no sauce or nothing on it ,was missing a whole portion of chips from that meal the regular chips I got may aswell have been extra small tried contacting the restraunt them self but no replie yet hopefully we can sort the issue bc I like this place besides that other stuff was fine

Delivery was delayed and then still late. Food on arrival was cold and chips uneatable. Sorry this has been the worst experience with Bodram who are normally great.

They took more than hour to deliver. And I call them when app saying order delivering. But at that time they are still preparing my order. They giving wrong msg to customers. Disappointed.

Absolutely gorgeous food, . I have been ordering from bodrum kebab shop for quite a while now, the burgers are 10/10 . I've never had a bad meal or late delivery so I would highly. I'm just gutted I'm moving hotels next week so will need to find somewhere else to eat 😭😭😭

We’re using bodrum Kabab more and more often as they are constantly being on time always hot and ready to eat not a bad word to say about them

Had chicken donnor wrap, most of the chicken just had fat all on it, and if there was no meat it was just fat, i didnt even eat it Chips were good though!

The food arrived cold, one of the kebabs had very little meat, was chewy and poor quality. also parts on the order were missing. Avoid this one, way better alternatives out there. I have opened a dispute but no reply yet - poor!

Asked for chillies on kebab with garlic sauce. Ended up with chill sauce which ruined it for me. I'm a regular customer with the same order so this is disappointing. Usually spot on

I’m sorry but our food had no sauce it was so dry. We were hungry and it was a massive disappointment. We have had ordered lots of times before and this was the worst meal ever.

Staying in a local hotel for a business trip. Order via just eat for delivery. None of the notes put on order even looked at. Only wanted cutlery and a receipt. Neither. Asked driver and he just said no. Food was so salty I couldn’t eat it. I messaged the takeaway to give them the option to collect as only had 2 mouth full. Not chicken doner in the special either. How they still in business? Awful.

The chicken wings are tasteless. The lamb was somewhat okay.

I've lived in Colchester for over ten years now, and can honestly say this is the best kebab in town. Every time I go in there the staff are very polite and service is always excellent. The food is top quality for a kebab shop, their portions are generous and the meat is always delicious. The meal deals they have in store are also very good value.

The mixed shish came missing its salad and the meat was so over cooked and burnt tasting it was not edible

They forgot an intem from the other and the quality of the food was not the best.

Driver sat in his car outside for 20 minutes. Made no effort to call or knock on the door. I had to approach him for our food. It was then cold and chewy

This place should be shut down, Just eat should not be in business with this joke. I’m seriously considering leaving just eat because they happily endorse this awful food! Disgusting, do not order from this place!

Amazing! I had a chicken donner wrap and hash browns. I LOVE their hash browns. The wrap and the hash browns tasted just great.

the potatoes were hard, the meat too burnt, in the salad there was only a small file of not fresh tomato and 1 slice of cucumber

Ordered at 12:00 waiting till 2 am still no food, the food was never delivered and never answered the phone after over 200 calls.

Ordered at 12:32, estimated delivery 1:45 and didn’t turn up even though on just eat it says enjoy your food , then changed to delayed and for it to be delivered at 2:45 then also said enjoy your food after the delivery time when is again wasn’t delivered , now 3am and still no food have screen shots of it all with screenshots of the over 400 calls sent to them where all calls went straight to answer phone. I wish I could leave less than one star because they don’t even deserve one with this horrific service.

The rice and donner was the driest most outright over dated I’ve ever tasted and I’ve always come to you for my donnor and rice even my shiesh this is diabolical

Doner meat was good, chips were alright but the chilli sauce was just out of a bottle, consistency of ketchup. Not homemade which let this place down

Don't go there portans are are getting smaller . Asked for two large donars looked like small lost a good customer. And the staff was rude when I told them.

Delivery was bang on £3 delivery fee and I’m Ardleigh one of the few places that delivers here….the lamb and rice was nice (lamb tender decent flavour) need to work on sauce front though as the chilli is the basic store stuff, no real flavour just tangy heat.

Food was delivered early yet somehow our pizza was cremated and the chicken tikka kebab was very dry. Having worked in hospitality for 20 years I struggle to understand how food can be burnt yet early

I can’t enjoy food that hasn’t been delivered. Was it delivered elsewhere? Never received it! I would like a refund please if this got sent elsewhere or whatever.

Bodrum Kebab, Quality As always 5 star from me.

Not great, this used to be my favourite takeaway, but sadly prices have gone up and portion sizes have shrunk significantly. It was very nice but not enough considering the price.
