Stopped on the motorbike for tea and cake, lovely. Great to sit and watch the planes and skydivers. Plenty of seating inside and out. Recommend

I love this place. Great place to drop in for a coffee while motorcycling, not least because it turns out that flying freaks are petrol heads.

What an amazing stop off for breakfast or lunch. What an atmosphere see the skydivers while having a bacon roll and a mug of tea.

Jamaican Grill House makes the best food in the area. It's our favorite local restaurant. The grilled fish are off the charts good. The oxtail, ribs, and curried goat are all outstanding. So is everything else, really. Our staples are the fritters, plantains, a beef patty, and then whatever main dishes we're getting with rice, peas (bean), and cabbage-based salad. (Add lemon and olive oil to the salad.) It's a small restaurant with only outdoor seating, so we usually get takeaway, but it's outstanding, and the guy who runs it is really nice. We go about once a week. Highly recommend. (Note: I don't usually review restaurants here, but I think most people don't know this place and it's worth drawing attention to. It's our favorite local restaurant, they're super nice, and I hope they flourish so I can keep eating their great food.)

I went to Windmill bakery for breakfast halfway to my destination. I decided to go to this place because of the good reviews it had. I must say that it did not disappoint me and I had a very good breakfast. We were 3 people and we ordered 2 bacon rolls, 1 sausage baguette and a scone with strawberry jam and cream. The bacon rolls were very good in flavour, soft bread and perfectly cooked bacon, neither overcooked nor raw and well filled, although it is still something simple that you can have at any bakery. The sausage baguette caught my attention because of its size, quite long, and also very good in flavor although I didn't expect it to be on soft bread instead of a French type baguette, in the end it was a hot dog but big. And the scone was the best of all and made it a great finishing touch to my breakfast. It was a cherry scone, homemade, at the right point of firmness without falling apart or being hard and the cream was also homemade that remained without melting for a long time. The treatment of the staff was very pleasant and close. Without a doubt a recommendable place that I will definitely return to on my route through the Fenlands.
