Well what can i say, you need to stop here and grab a bite to eat, you will not be disappointed you're be wanting more, Quality service with a smile, outstanding food, you will want to be going back for more...

Chicken items and noodles were all good, but fried rice was one of the worst taste wise. Portion size was smaller than expected. Substituted sweet chilli prawn with sweet and sour chicken. They should just remove the prawn option from the menu as others have complained the same about substitution.

Lovely staff, fast service and tasty food

A truly exhilarating dining experience. I approached the stall at 10:15, and the staff informed me to return at the opening time of 10:30. The suspense was killing me. I waited and waited, watching people walk along, imagining their own stories. But this was my story. The quest for chopstix. 15 long minutes, and I returned to the stall, welcomed by the warm and open smiles of the two women who ran the stall. 'Hello!' one cried to me, 'what would you like?' 'What have you got?' 'Everything you ever needed' I walked out of the stall as a new man. With a broadened pallette. Two toppings and spring rolls for an exceedingly low price. But most importantly, I had made a new friend; a companion in a huge world. The chopstix lady had told me to leave a review, and offered me a bottle of water for £1 only. The way she would not settle until I had the full experience (meal side and bev), reminded me of my Chinese family, in my hometown of shi shou; they pile food onto my plate until all possibility of finishing it is lost. Truly authentic. The service was so delightful that a nostalgic tear threatened to escape my softened eyes. The meal was so great, that I had to download the app to claim my free 5 spring rolls - a deal I could not resist. Once again, I ran towards my new friend, who already knew that it was done. My spring rolls were in the bag. This review is an expression of gratitude and appreciation for the chopstix ladies, and their beautiful cuisine. I love chopstix, and I love life.

Horrible service when I said I was vegetarian and only told them to put potatoes and no chicken and then when I said they put chicken they told me that I was lying and that she had put potatoes when 3 of my family members tried it and they also said it was chicken and I told them to change it but they said I was lying again and took the food back they also charged us extra for sides when they said it came with the meal.

Have had food from this place twice now and both times I've been violently sick the next day with diarrhea. Would never eat this food again it's cooked outside in shipping containers 🤮 no wonder I'm sick!

Atmosphere?.... it's a highways services so 2 is generous. I really don't think you should bother asking about "Atmosphere" for a highway services branch. At a highway services, you make your own atmosphere, whilst trying not to breathe in other people's. The staff are really really lovely, friendly and patient, so definitely deserving of a 5. The food is yum but would say that the sweet and sour is a little too sweet (could be more tangy rather than sugary sweet). A little pricey but a very satisfying meal.

Food was amazing, the workers in question which I believe were Hannah, Ali and Sue are an asset to the team! The music was a tad bit too loud but other than that it was was worth it.

The portion size of the toppings is actually disappointing. You get 2 pieces of chicken and 2 tiny prawns. The staff is totally ignorant when they’re asked something. One of the worst Chopsticks sites i have ever been. Peterorough

I don't make the rules I just follow them abd the rule is if you happened to be near or stop here at the services you have to get a chopstix never a bad experience quality abd staff 10/10 everytime

I regularly go to the chopsticks in stanstead services, one cause it’s near to my home second cause it’s halal… but me and mY wife came to the Peterborough services and were greeted by the loveliest staff here. Sue, nishat, and Sara….they are an asset to this services so kind. Thanks guys.

The food is nice but, I noticed that everytime I buy a takeaway I'm given very small portions. Last time I had to ask for some more chicken to be added to my portion of rice but the staff wasn't friendly.

It was our first time at Chopstix in Peterborough Xtra. We ordered 2 bags of TooGoodToGo and the really kind ladies that were working last night put a lot of food in them (no human would eat all of that in one sit!). The food was varied and warm when we collected it, which is very much appreciated. We liked it a lot and would definitely repeat.

Been at chopstix today and the service is horrible, he filled up the box with noodles and barely put any meat in the box(extra large box) asked him if chine curry is coming with curry sauce and he said yes but didn’t put any sauce. Didn’t realise this until home. They don’t like to mention about any extras ordered a large box with £9.99 and updated with £2.99 for a drink and a small side and it came out to 13.98 and i got confused. - extra for the drink in the fridge also they ask what sauce you want for the side and adding extra cost to the order without mentioning that its extra also removed the best thing that they had in the menu the chicken katsu. Will not visit again.

I have been to Chopstick noodles bar today, firstly the woman working there practically “harassed” my group of friends and came across very hostile. She told us to give a 5-star review of the place. It was quite the opposite. They gave us 5 spring roles in return for the free review we gave. The Spring Roles were horrid, they were barely cooked and quite vile. The way she acted around was very disrespectful and quite anti-social to say the least. We DID NOT give her consent to touch our phones however she quickly snatched it off us and started giving 5 stars to the restaurant. It was completely unacceptable and incredibly rude. They are quite frankly “mocking” the system. Any 5 star review is false as the service, the food, and the atmosphere was quite the opposite. Please DO NOT come to this restaurant. Edit: a couple hours after eating the spring roles; I now have explosive diarrhoea

Today I had an amazing experience of having delicious Fire cracker chicken with noodles. Food was extremely fresh and hot. Customer service was tremendous. Front staff was very polite. Over all i will give 5 stars to this setup. Will come back as well. 🥡🥢

Missing almost £10 worth of order. Phone number didn't work. Went to the store 20 minutes before closing time. Refused to give a refund. Refused to give us missing items. Wouldn't even give us the curry sauce left on the side (part of missing order). Claimed the manager was not there and nothing they could do. Told to come back in the morning! Luckily just eat gave us credit back. Ruined our night.

Got an all leaf no beef teriyaki and it was really nice best fake meat I’ve had 😭
