Food is nice, but twice I've ordered on Ubereats now and you've messed up my order. First time you gave me salt & pepper chicken instead of caramel drizzle... then 2nd time you forgot to put my chicken balls in the bag. Both within the last 14 days. Won't be ordering from yourselves on ubereats anymore unfortunately

Manager was super lovely, food is great prices reasonable!

Although the food was okay, when placing the order, it stated delivery time was 30 minutes, this instantly begun to increase in time. My order had been an 1.5hrs from ordering and was unable to contact store. I was on way to store to find out what was happening, when notification said my order was now on way. This still took another 30 minutes. Meaning my delivery time was over 2hrs. Will not be ordering again!

Wrong order received (two chicken and one vegetarian) where we are two vegetarians and one meat eater. So had to share one meal between two people and it wasn’t really edible anyway as cold, oily and no flavour whatsoever. Really disappointing as spent £36 on one of the worst meals we’ve ever had.

Awful! Received the wrong order (one vegetarian and two chicken when we are two vegetarians and one meat eater), so had to share one meal between us. Food had no flavour, was oily, cold and really unpleasant. I am not a fussy person but paying £36 for that mess was unacceptable.

All my other experiences at Chopsticks have not been so great. So today I decided to give it another go and I was not let down the food was exceptional 🤌🏼 So much beautiful seasoning and so perfectly cooked mmm. The chef made my rice box for me as I’m not too sure what goes well together and he did not disappoint! (First time I’ve ever finished a chopsticks with enjoyment 😋😋😋

We turned up twenty mins early from our collection. They did make the food very quickly but gave us the wrong box and this contained something my girlfriend was allergic too. Terrible

Lovely Halal food, i drove 1and half hour on my way didn’t stop anywhere else just to have food from here which is a very regular thing for me. Waitress Jackie was lovely and very helpful. Highly recommend this place specially for those who struggles to find yammi halal food on the motorways.

Food was presentable and tasty. But the rise had some overcooked stone dried bits mixed, which wasn't great at all. Drinks wasn't the same as we ordered.

Chicken items and noodles were all good, but fried rice was one of the worst taste wise. Portion size was smaller than expected. Substituted sweet chilli prawn with sweet and sour chicken. They should just remove the prawn option from the menu as others have complained the same about substitution.

A truly exhilarating dining experience. I approached the stall at 10:15, and the staff informed me to return at the opening time of 10:30. The suspense was killing me. I waited and waited, watching people walk along, imagining their own stories. But this was my story. The quest for chopstix. 15 long minutes, and I returned to the stall, welcomed by the warm and open smiles of the two women who ran the stall. 'Hello!' one cried to me, 'what would you like?' 'What have you got?' 'Everything you ever needed' I walked out of the stall as a new man. With a broadened pallette. Two toppings and spring rolls for an exceedingly low price. But most importantly, I had made a new friend; a companion in a huge world. The chopstix lady had told me to leave a review, and offered me a bottle of water for £1 only. The way she would not settle until I had the full experience (meal side and bev), reminded me of my Chinese family, in my hometown of shi shou; they pile food onto my plate until all possibility of finishing it is lost. Truly authentic. The service was so delightful that a nostalgic tear threatened to escape my softened eyes. The meal was so great, that I had to download the app to claim my free 5 spring rolls - a deal I could not resist. Once again, I ran towards my new friend, who already knew that it was done. My spring rolls were in the bag. This review is an expression of gratitude and appreciation for the chopstix ladies, and their beautiful cuisine. I love chopstix, and I love life.
