Freshly cooked fish to order, great staff and prices.

Prompt delivery and a courier that actually followed the instructions on how to avoid getting lost in my building; what more could I ask?

missing pickled onions and pickled egg and gravy but got extra fritters and curry sauce grateful food as usual lovely

Panko bit pale but delicious none the less well recomend

Ordered fish x2 and chips and potato fritters x4 and a portion of curry sauce all packed into the one container looked like something the dog wouldn’t have eaten and the curry sauce I’m still waiting on absolutely awful won’t be ordering again

second time they forgot the sauce on the rolls which was disappointing but food is great

I absolutely love Blue Lagoon, never had a bad meal in their restaurant. However, delivery not so good. Food cold, waited over an hour, and missing chips also.

went to collect 30 mins after order was placed (and at the advised collection time) and not one part of the order was ready.

sadly it could have been warmer , never had a problem before

They Definitely dropped the salt 🧂 in my chips they we're awful, fish overcooked

The opening hours are not correct, the staff are very rude, would avoid if you can

the fritters had to be binned as they were put in with the fish and the person who was having the fritters is alergic to fish, they have always been put in different containers, why not tonight?

I bought a roll n fitter, its the only decent thing they sell. The rest of their food is rotten. They are one of the worst fish n chip shops I've ever eaten out of

The chips tasted bitter. They were black around the edges but quite hard to bite into. Won’t be buying from here again.

Never Got Right Stuff Short Stuff As Well And Also Went To Wrong Address As Well..

ordered food and was missing a supper so phone and get told to pick it up my self so everything else would be cold and i had paid for delivery and person I spoke to said they had put it in when the niver as I didn't receive it and wouldn't be phoning if it was there

Food was delivered 2mins early lol really tasty, hot and fresh, only tiny thing is you need better sealed boxes for chips n gravy, it leaked!!

Ordered large fish and chips, looked good on the warmer, unfortunately and to my dismay it was inedible the fish batter was soggy and tasted stale , the chips were soggy and really tasted bad. I paid £10-05p for a dinner that was not eaten and ended up in the bin, l phoned and complained and was offered a replacement made fresh next time l ordered , there is no chance of that l will avoid them as l hope others will do the same

Simply the worst fish and chips I ever ordered, smelled awful and the chips were chewy. I just threw everything in the bin.

I just wanna know how often the frying oil is changed! The whole chain and the food served from there are full of awful smell like it gonna be rotten…Never try it again. I am about to puke and I will definitely throw away the rest of what I got

Food was stinkin. Ordered curry cheese chips and got cold chips with a load of unmelted, luminous orange grated cheese on them. No salt or vinegar on anything. Didn’t finish it at all

They cannot read! sent 2 chips, cheese & curry instead of 1. Should have been 2 chips, cheese & gravy. My son had no food because of this. It is not the first time this has happened and a shame the only time they get it right is when you collect food yourself and check it before you leave

Probably the worst chips and cheese I have ever had in over 40 years. The chips I bought at around 7pm for just less than £4 tasted like re-heats... The day before chips.... Not crisp, just chewy..... The cheese was like grated plastic cheese with no flavour at all. I asked for ketchup.... It was like a watered down vinegar mess. I would love to know how often this "chain" changes their cooking oil and what oil they use. I don't even think the Partick Seagulls would eat this muck. Avoid!

Sausages were very bland, they’re usually so tasty. Delivery was early, driver polite. Chips and smoked sausage nice.

Wrong food delivered. Mince pie and chips came as 3 fritters and 2 sausages and no chips. Macaroni came but no chips. Now all stone cold as blue lagoon not answering their phone.

The food was disgusting, no where in the menu does it state the pizza crunch had onion on it!!! And the pickles where put in with the food not separate blue lagoon are very lucky that person wasn't allergic every other takeaway service I've used the pickles are in a separate bag!! Just awful wouldn't recommend

Just half ate a rotten fish supper, working since 8am lunch after 3pm but despite owner chat the worst chips and horrible guey batter both reheats and the fish was NOT Haddock but Whiting! Disgusting, if I wasn't at I taken it back! Avoid

Only still operational because its 'famous'. No idea how it's managed that's Status. Its waaay below par for a chippy. I've only ever had a bad experience. Old fish and old Chips.

The chips were hot and well cooked and tasted nice, but the fish texture was strange and mushy,and had a very weird smell & the batter was quite solid, clumpy and I just couldnt eat it!

Said it was delivered but never got our order! Shop don’t answer their phone and no way to get in touch with the driver.

Staying in hotel west end, craving fish and chips, curry sauce dip.... it arrived on time, piping hot, absolutely delicious, and well worth the money, cheaper than fancier chip shops near by, but tastier than any of them, got a few more work days left in hotel, this will be my to go place now, thanks guys, delicious.... Only thing is if I knew curry sauce would be that small I'd have ordered 2 or larger, maybe put different sizes and prices on so people know, but I'm blown away, didn't expect to be so good.... cxxx....

The chips portion size considering price I don't think was very fair! And the onion rings .. just soggy batter!.. No thought towards the customer at all!.. 👎

Steak pie was burnt and inedible. One of the fish was dried to a crisp. Black pudding was stone cold. Hugely disappointing.

Driver got lost and ended up in Mary hill or near there then when eventually got to me he couldn't find the place I was staying Ronald McDonald house and I had to go and find the drive food was freezing cold by this time .

The fish was freshly cooked as requested as were the fritters. Absolutely delicious. Smoked sausage was very tasty. Chips not so good this time. They were dark brown and dried out, so we only ate a few. But the rest of the meal made up for it.

I do disappointed with this food I waited over two half hours and happy to wait because I like the restaurant but for two half hours my food has been left in the hot plate it so dry the sausage turnt to crisp the burger bun is bread crumbs and chicken is the dry ,raging 20 order

Fritters were greasy burger was not nice the batter on it was solid chicken must been re heated or sitting all day disappointed all round.

Ordered a large fish supper. 2 pieces of fish were huge but the batter wasn’t the best. The edges were very chewy. Chips lovely. Single fritter had the same batter problem. Chewy on the edges. It’s a kind of a hit and miss. Think it must depend who is frying that night.

I ordered fish supper with two fish and when it arrived it only had the one for the second time in two nights even tho ive been charged for the two ! Not happy atall dint think I will be ordering again.
