Supernatural service, lovely staff.

During a very busy period, I received my food quickly. Lovely lobby staff, maintaining the premises clean and delivering table orders despite the hectic situations. Lobby staff deserve all of the recognition.

my order was not delivered to me, it was apparently delivered to the wrong address or something but they didn't even think to ask for the code

Juice had spilled into ice creams which ruined the ice creams

Food was freezing didn’t get sauces I asked for complete joke

Waited well over an hour and a half for my food I ordered a hamburger which was so scribbled up it was unbeatable. The chips were stone cold the double quarter pounder had no onions absolutely shocking.

that's 2 delivery s in a row they McDonald's workers can't even get a small package right pure absolute joke they're doing this on purpose

Over half an hour late. Food was cold, greasy and stale. Ice cream was totally meted and juice flat. Absolutely nothing was fit for consumption and went straight in the bin.

I ordered 1 large 6 chicken nugget meal (strawberry milkshake)as drink and 1 chill double cheeseburger. i received no chips 1 strawberry milkshake 1 single cheeseburger 1 chilli double cheeseburger. 1 chips 6 chicken nuggets were missing .

Ordered 2 galaxy mc flurry. I got terrys chocolate one. Not caramel

Food arrived without a Big Mac and no juices!

This is a busy mcdonalds, as it is close to the bus station, Buchanan street , and the shopping centre. It has down and upstair seating. It has a disabled toilet on the 1st floor, and others are upstairs. The food is your typical mcdonalds, and service is good

didn’t get my balsamic dressing and tomato of salad was tiny I wasn’t given a fork or knife for my salad ether. They don’t know how to make salad. Not recommended at all 🤬

The delivery driver was great. He contacted me when he arrived and waved at me before he left. It was a good experience. It was my first time using this App. I was kept informed all the time. I was very impressed.

There are nicer restaurants now, but the food and service was very good 👍

Had McDonald’s last night and asked for large chips and cheese buger the chips where tiny snd felt like I only had 1 portions it’s not good they where half the size they normally are but I was away from the place by the time I released.

Waited 30 mins for a meal. Was number 2 and number 9 with a similar order was given their meal before me. Ordered double sausage mcfuffin, given only bacon and egg. No napkins either. Plus to add the order number 9 was given 3 extra hash browns just because they complained. Goes to say if you stay polite you truly receive nothing. Food was cold and they fully focused On Uber eats and complaining customers. I will complain next time thanks McDonald’s

First time ordered the McRib meal First time try the mcrib burger I don't why this got so much hype for what a boring meal the Mcrib burger is tasteless I won't be getting the McRib again

Irn bru spilled all over the food so couldn’t eat it.. not blaming the driver but who thought of the idea to put a paper cup of juice not secure on the back of a bike I has be pictures and want a full refund

There no problem with the McDonald's it's self just outside it at there doors seen huge rats and mice run all around outside the doors it puts you off going in sadly

Busy , not really clean for dinning inside

Very busy for 3pm and not even enough room to move and most the tables were full and had to wait 10mins before we could get a table. Food was spot on.

This McDonald's is exactly what you expect from a McDonald's. Service is quite quick. The quality of food and drinks is good. Free sauces are available at the counter. The staff is always friendly. The only problem I've encountered is that many of the touch screen machines don't always print receipts.

One of the worst branches it’s actually so funny atp,like the McDonald’s itself is nice but I once asked for a 9 piece nugget meal and the worker was like we don’t make 9 piece meals lollll+ the drinks never have ice and they’re never full. I asked for a McFlurry with chocolate sauce they gave me caramel ?

The bag was wet, one of the drinks fell through the bottom of bag and exploded all over the carpet, item was missing from order which was paid for

If I could add zero stars I would, every single time I order something is wrong and it's the 3rd time my juice has went everywhere, they put zero cheese on my philly steak burger, the chips are solid and freezing it is getting beyond a joke, put the monopoly game on just to make up for your absolutely abysmal food and service because clearly you are hiring people who can't even put together an already made processed bloody burger. Last time I'm ever buying anything from here.

This is a bit of a chaotic McDonalds location on Sauchiehall Street. It perfectly is able to service the customer but if busy it can get noisy. Plus, it appears to attract local characters.

I didn't like the drivers attitude kept saying the word card at the door and my daughter was telling him it was paid for a and he kept saying card he was getting cheeky with her then walked away with our food and wouldn't give her it terrible attitude and my daughter was upset the way he was talking to her to find out he was ment to say code number he couldn't understand. Not happy with they way he spoke.

Coffee was burst and cold. food was cold and driver was rude and hung up the phone to me.

I received no order and waited over 2 hours

(taking away previous 1 star review) This store used to be really bad for keeping you waiting, but something changed in the last year - 2 years and the queues aren't bad at all now for waiting, even when it's packed full of people so good job mcdonalds.

Food when arrived was cold the buns for burgers were burnt none of it could be eaten also the drinks were not full either

The driver was at the store for over 1 hour. Food had no heat init whatsoever. 18 pound spent for nothing because I got nothing to eat. Plus it’s far too late to order it again and no doubt wake an other hour and abit for cold food.

I love McDonald's but the one in sauchiehall street is not very welcoming. All the staff are behind a wall.
