Never received the second double quarter pounder and chips

I was disappointed with my order. The burger was cold and tough, the fries were also cold, and the soda was flat with no carbonation. I expected better quality from McDonald’s.

Order has came up as being delivered when nobody turned up to the stated address so I don’t know where it’s been delivered to!!!!

Food was thrown together. Luke warm. driver was nice guy. luckily we were starving nurses and cold mcdonalds was better than no mcdonalds. but mcdonalds staff need to pull their socks up in terms of placing food together in a stackable order

My order hasn’t been delivered and it is mentioned in the app that the food is delivered so it was a waste of money

The driver gave me two bags. Upon opening there was no food and just a drink and dips. Joke. Not the only person to order from here tonight and not get all. Can’t even call the driver to return but all is well cos you offer a part refund. Well done.

Food could do with being warmer

Staff were trying their best but when the area is so run down, the restaurant seemed greasy, and you don't feel safe sitting in because of the crowd it's not great

I am absolutely in a shook that have thay deliver the food. It’s horrible the delivery driver he left the food outside the door. All the drink and food was outside. The drink was all around the floor and the food was so cold never again. I’m gonna order from that place.

The cheese philly burger is horrific and left a sour taste in my mouth. I couldn’t finish the wrap since the aftertaste genuinely made me gag. The fries were so soggy that it’s sure to form a clog somewhere in my digestive system. The nuggets were sub-par as usual and the drink was okay. Worst part is i paid 30 including tip. This is not okay.

In here at 12.15 very busy with hundreds of students coming in and out .

Items missing and what came is Luke warm

Ordered 20 chicken nuggets but only received around 12. Dopey and distracted manager suggested that we should have individually counted each chicken nugget before starting to eat, and upon recieving pushback from us, refused to speak any further. All the while she was on the phone to her boyfriend. She could not understand that if we ordered 20 chicken nuggets, we should recieve 20 chicken nuggets.

This mcdonalds is one of the better ones. It's clean and the service is fast.

They kept shouting my number but the machine didn't print my ticket and I got the number wrong. They needed to say what the order was to save me standing there waiting on what I thought was my order, still being made. Poor that the printer was broken and poor they didn't think to shout out what the order was, especially as they shouted loudly multiple times and no one reacted until I needed to.

I tried their Chicken sandwich. Much thinner than that's shown in the picture.

Mcdonalds never disappoints. Decent food, reasonable prices, great burgers. Big Mac is the best burger on the planet. Anyone who tells me that gourmet burger or five guys is worth the money is off their meds..

Sauces and drink missing every single time!!!!! I left a not asking them to remember sauces and they still didn’t include them. Never using again!!!!!!

Food is typical of McDonald's. Self-service and then you wait ages for your number to be called. A lot of hungry people milling around waiting for their FAST food

Driver spilled drink all over my food, didn’t even say sorry

McDonald's is the same old food burgers and floppy chips even the milkshakes have gone down hill and Wen it comes to the staff they should be trained better because they always get it wrong or miss things out but I put that down to the higher dogs that are not dot there job right and training them properly

Cold Food address is 5mins walk from my address. Delivery time kept changing. Driver went to 2 different streets and stopped for 4mins & 6mins. Then driver was at the wrong entrance to my address so i had to go out and collect my order in the street.

Excellent food delivered fast, was missing one item but it was refunded immediately.

Where to begin? It had been bagged incredibly carelessly all spilling out of the bag, items were missing and the driver went to the wrong address so by the time i received my meal it was inedible. I fully expect a refund for this terrible service.

I have tried to contact to arrange a refund, I ordered this at 12 o’clock which was meant to be delivered before 13.05 and I had to leave the house at 1.50 and the order has shown up getting delivered at 14.08, I need a refund.

During a very busy period, I received my food quickly. Lovely lobby staff, maintaining the premises clean and delivering table orders despite the hectic situations. Lobby staff deserve all of the recognition.

Over half an hour late. Food was cold, greasy and stale. Ice cream was totally meted and juice flat. Absolutely nothing was fit for consumption and went straight in the bin.

I ordered 1 large 6 chicken nugget meal (strawberry milkshake)as drink and 1 chill double cheeseburger. i received no chips 1 strawberry milkshake 1 single cheeseburger 1 chilli double cheeseburger. 1 chips 6 chicken nuggets were missing .

This is a busy mcdonalds, as it is close to the bus station, Buchanan street , and the shopping centre. It has down and upstair seating. It has a disabled toilet on the 1st floor, and others are upstairs. The food is your typical mcdonalds, and service is good
