A place that must be visited, not only for its food and excellent service, but also for the heritage of the building. Live activations with a 1920s atmosphere.

Food prices ridiculously high, place was freezing people were dancing in their coats. No hot drinks, only 1 type of non alcoholic beverage available. Highly NOT recommended

We had a fantastic night last night 13/1/24 for my daughters 50th and her best friend s birthday everybody was so friendly the staff were great nothing was too much trouble the in house band were great made our night played great songs and wished them happy birthday came over and had a chat to us we dressed in 1920s style so thankyou for a good night we will certainly be coming back The Flapper girls x

We were there on Friday for food and drinks with work and we had the best time! Food was gorgeous, drinks were flowing for a very reasonable price and to top it off we got to watch the rod stewart tribute! Everyone was dancing the staff were accommodating and a great night was had by all! Next time it’s a girls night with a different turn and we can’t wait! Thanks Bloom xx

Fantastic night and the food was excellent

The food at Bloom is amazing! Great service too. We had a party of 10 and unlike other places we have been to that couldn’t cope with larger numbers they were brilliant at Bloom! Definitely returning fully recommend.

Middlesbrough town centre is certainly struggling these days so it’s such a treat to have a local venue to the standard of bloom. We have just attended a murder mystery evening (third time). Great venue and staff. Such a treat to have this available locally without having to travel further a field.

Never again! And never will recommend that place to anyone! Service was absolutely terrible( we booked the table a month ago, sent them form with food we wanted ( apparently for a company of 9 persons it’s necessary), nothing should be a problem. As the result: three duck meals were awful, row meat. It took ages to get our drinks, restaurant wasn’t fool, there were parties like ours, so they preordered their meals too. Even getting a glass of water took a long time. And then we’d been given a bracelets to have a free shots, when there is the night club time starts, but after 22:00 they said “we know nothing about that”, and manager said “a person, who told you that will be sacked tomorrow “☹️ I’m disappointed as never before

When I placed the booking, I was told I could not have the time I wanted because it was fully booked. The restaurant was empty when we arrived and remained 3/4 empty all night?? The diners were all placed right next to each other rather than being spread out and the set up wasn't thought through. Smaller parties were sat on square tables and a big party of approx 20 were spread out in the booths. There were people from the large party stood up eating and chatting almost perched on the back of our chairs, which ruined our experience - ideally the square tables should have been pushed together for the large party and the other diners should have been allocated the booths for a bit of privacy. The service was shocking, as there was only 2 people serving for most of the night and then a couple more appeared later on, but they spent their time chatting by the bar / kitchen. The restaurant was cold, lacked any festive atmosphere, apart from a Xmas tree by the kitchen the room was not decorated. The food was nice, but overpriced. The entertainment was lacklustre. The £30 deposit was not deducted from the final bill. All in all I had waited a year to go to Bloom and I was very disappointed! Will not be rushing back!

As a booking of 14 people for a works Christmas event we were extremely disappointed. We had a 5pm table booked as we were told the evening was fully booked, as we arrived we were only the second table in the whole place for at least an hour, we were expecting live entertainment/ band however the band didn’t appear till 6:15pm and went for a break after 30 minutes. As soon as the full group had arrived our starter were served, quickly followed by second course, the food was lovely, however we all agreed the Eton mess could have done with some meringue. We were rushed off our table by 7pm and taken upstairs to a dark freezing cold dingy room away from the entertainment and we were told the heating was broken. After asking if we could be seated somewhere near the entertainment they said we would have to wait for a table to be free. Meanwhile the other large group who were seated next to us were still seated downstairs at the same table and hadn’t been rushed off and moved. Staff were attentive but this felt as though it was just to get us fed and off the table. Also to be aware they charge a 12.5% charge on your bill, this was not a problem, happy to pay the local musicians and artists however we only had 30 minutes of entertainment out of the 2 hours! Also as we were a large group and paid for food and drinks separate (pre order) this also meant we paid the charge twice. (Good bill and drinks bill) When we asked about the charge we were told it was compulsory. To be honest it was an absolute let down, they just wanted us in and out, didn’t care that we had a good experience or not. We were expecting a lively fun time and we’re left feeling rather flat. We will not be returning, that’s for sure! We left and went down the road to turtle bay and had a fabulous evening!

Visited for the first time yesterday evening for a birthday celebration 🎉 loved the food. Food was delicious very tasty and well presented. Drinks were flowing and the waitress was very attentive. Sometimes a tad too much but we would rather that than no one visit the table. Entertainment was good. Got people up and dancing and singing all night. Range of music was fantastic. Will be back 100%! If you've never been. You must go!!

Such an awesome venue / style / vibe…. Never disappointed. Atmosphere and service are everything you’d expect from a first class establishment. Service from our Kady deserves more than a mention ❤️ A diamond day out.

What an amazing experience. Moulin Rouge night. All the party really enjoyed it. Showgirls and bar were great. The band was brilliant. The hostess/singer was unbelievable. Food was very nice. Would definitely recommend it, and we will be back

Fabulous Saturday afternoon at Bloom. Lunch with Prosecco and entertainment. Trio on stage were brilliant and the talented Marina Gears was a superb singer and very engaging with the audience. 4 hours of fun, food, prosecco and entertainment. Very good value for money. Would definitely book again.

Interesting place. Food was nice, though the choices were a little limited for my tastes. The organisation and service was excellent and can't be faulted at all, fantastic staff all round. Space at our table was very tight (there were eight of us) especially during our meal but that isn't a deal breaker for me as they were utilising space as they could on a busy night. The entertainment was reminiscent of a cabaret at an all-inclusive holiday hotel and a Haven caravan site. It was loosely themed on Moulin Rouge tonight and was heavily audience participative. The night ended with half of the punters doing the locomotion around the place and then dancing next to their tables. The overall experience was certainly not what I was expecting and in all fairness wasn't really my sort of thing, but it was certainly 'an experience' and a lot of the people in tonight seemed to love it. Prices of food and drink were a bit higher than other places and a ticket was required (just under £20). I'd recommend the place if you like this participative cabaret type of night or for a themed Christmas party.

Loved being here. Nice atmosphere. Lovely staff. Shout out to Michael who even thou wasn’t our server still went above and beyond for us and had good banter. Well done Michael for being this courageous on your 2nd shift 😁. Made my first experience worth coming back.

So where do I start me and my sister went to see the rocky horror show here and first we go sat top corner where we couldn’t see as a speakers in the way, they did actually move us which was nice but I think the design of the place is just awful as they had hanging lights in the way so up the top so they effect your view, Next my sister got her Prosecco and the glass was full of lipstick stains, was taken back and we had saw it just get poured into a new glass. As for the food burger was alright but a bit pink and the chips were cold, my sister had a sea food pasta she said it was awful no taste to it! Not to mention my sister asked for a £4 small plate of bread for us and the waitress asked do you mean the main and she said multiple times no but they still brought out a very expensive cheese and bread board they gave it us free and didn’t charge us well they did for the bread but still we didn’t eat it as we didn’t ask for it. Food was way to expensive for what it is and the drinks were not good enough and to pricey. Stools upstairs broken and awkward to sit on. As for the show we had to leave as my auntie passed away so we never got to watch the show so can’t say whether that was any good. So all together I’d say I don’t think I’ll be returning. Hopefully the place improves and maybe takes all the reviews into consideration and maybe re organises the design and management.

Just felt I needed to feedback that the rocky horror show on 26th October was absolutely fantastic! I was really impressed with the performance I didn't expect it to be so good, the singing was superb! It was funny, I smiled all the way through, had a good laugh, dance and sing, the act was amazing! Hope to see them on again in the future! Always a great night at Bloom - food and entertainment you can't go wrong! Will be back again soon for our 4th visit no doubt!

Went last night for the Moulin Rouge evening. The staff is extremely professional, polite and efficient. We really enjoyed the entertainment and there is a feel that they do enjoy their job very much. Their good mood is contagious and the whole room seemed to have a great time. Highly recommended.

Overpriced, stick service charge on your bill. Waited 45 minutes for food. Wouldn't go back.

Food was not worth the money. They forgot side orders , they came when people had nearly finished there meal. We payed deposit and thought this would come of the bill at the end . No we were told that was for entry. And they charged us for the entertainment on the bill over £70 . They ran out of one of the gins and they were on the bill at the end. The entertainment and staff were good. Feel like they have ripped us off. None of the charges were mentioned when we booked.

Amazing night at Bloom Moulin Rouge last night. We were shown straight to our table and the staff were fantastic all night. Our food came quickly and was delicious. The entertainment was first class, brilliant atmosphere and the singer was outstanding. Can highly recommend.

We thought the food was expensive as there was a show on but they charge extra on the bill for the show and the extra service charge goes up the longer you stay . Food nice but pricey. They didn't take deposit off bill until we asked. Bad drain smell near where we sat. They forgot to cook one of the meals so had to wait longer . Told to move from our seats even though they weren't booked after us . Still no one sat there after we left. Singer and musicians were great. Serving staff miserable.

This place is fantastic the atmosphere is so relaxing great entertainment the staff look after you so well. Jordan and Josie were so accommodating and the rest of the staff were really friendly to will definitely recommend and going back

Went for a pre match drink and some food which I had seen advertised previously. However had to sit outside as there was a Private Function taking place!

I am a person who loves good food and wine and worked in many hotels and restaurants over the years. After walking by Blooms last Sunday l decided to pop in and ask if they have a table for two. I am so happy they did as for the first time In Middlesbrough l thoroughly enjoyed this Sunday lunch and the service was spot on. I will be returning and will tell all my family and friends about Blooms. It’s nice to see this kind of service and good food is still around.

Visited here last night for Moulin Rouge as a group of 4. After an initial slight setback of finding out our booking being cancelled, within minutes we were seated at the bar while the amazing hostess arranged a table for us. Food was amazing, drinks delicious and the entertainment was very good. The place is beautiful, decorated with the finest furnishings. Food delicious and the staff are so attentive. I would highly recommend here to anyone looking for something different with a touch of class! Thanks again Bloom Team - you done us proud 👏 ❤️

Fantastic night at Bloom watching the Moulin Rouge show. Great entertainment from all the performers and the staff were lovely too. The food was absolutely delicious, I had the calamari to start then the tuna for main. We enjoyed a few tasty cocktails and were up dancing by the end of the evening with a proper party atmosphere. Can’t wait to go back!

We changed shows due to Lionel Ritchie cancelling? So my party swapped for Whitney. We weren't impressed with being seated next to the bar in the corner as you couldn't see the stage. Upon asking, a cancellation had appeared so myself and 4 friends were seated in a booth. We had a fabulous experience with the food and show, and we loved watching how behind the bar staff get involved. The service was friendly, but payment was a little disorganised. Overall, it was a good experience.

Gorgeous inside, lovely food & amazing tribute of Taylor Swift. Staff forgot our drinks & one of our food orders, but they apologised and the problem was solved.

Disappointed with the food not what i expected

First impressions lovely. Meal for our party good. The bill we were over charged for extra drinks and food but what we then found out we had to pay £50 towards the entertainment they'd hired for the evening. This definitely put a downer on our family get together. So if you are booking for Bloom check your bill and any extras before hand that you have to pay for.

Had Sunday lunch with friends and we thoroughly enjoyed the meal, we were surprised to find live musicians but they were fab with great easy listening songs to join in with. Would recommend going along

Gorgeous food and drinks. Staff are very accommodating and friendly. I would definitely recommend this place!

Lovely venue, however not well suited for large groups. The good- Quite an expensive menu but with some really nice options. Staff were very friendly. The not so good- The live music is lovely, but way too loud for the venue size, if you have a table with more than 2 people, you may struggle to hear each other, especially if you aren't sitting right next to each other, so I can't recommend it for groups. The really disappointing- So the venue used to have an optional tip when paying the bill, which they have now stopped doing and you now pay an entertainment fee. So be expected to pay even more than what you eat and drink.

The place is beautifully decorated, the food was amazing, and the atmosphere was incredible. The Sunday dinner was beautiful, the sirloin beef was the best I've ever had. The singer and pianist were amazing. I honestly can't fault anything about this place.

Amazing food, service and atmosphere!

Have been to bloom on a few occasions for food and drinks. The food is always gorgeous and the service is amazing. Attended the comedy night and it was brill, great acts and a lovely atmosphere throughout the night. Looking forward to the next one.

Bloom is by far the best entertainment in the north east for as long as I can remember. This place is like from a lost era where you can literally be transported to a time where entertainment and great food and a friendly service come together to make the best atmosphere you could imagine. If you haven’t been, then you have to go and see for yourself. Well done bloom, the north east is lucky to have you.

Delicious food, best I've had in boro. The decor is vibrant and atmosphere is great. Rack of lamb is wonderful and the chips were delicious. Absolutely stuffed myself!

Absolutely an amazing find. The band was incredible, food was great, drinks were excellent but the service was the best part. A truly fantastic night.

A disappointing experience at Bloom for their Burlesque evening. The burlesque show itself was entertaining however the food and dining experience was sadly lacking. We arrived at 7:30 to be told that they had given our table of 6 away to another party so we would have to make do on a table that was only suitable for 4. Not sure how this could have happened when it was a ticketed event with a set number of people expected. The next disappointment was being told that one of the mains we had selected was no longer available. Again quite surprising as all the meals had to be pre-booked in advance so surely something like this should not have happened. The choice of a replacement meal was severely restricted because of the fact that they had to be pre-booked so only enough to satisfy these bookings were available curtailing the selection of a replacement. The starters arrived in a timely manner however the mains did not get served until 9:30 and as two of our party did not have starters it was a long wait for any sustenance for them. When the mains arrived the disappointment continued. A dry and very salty burger and rubbery duck being the low points and bizarrely an entire unchopped carrot as part of the vegetable sides. The dessert course wasn't much of an improvement on things with the cutlery arriving 15 minutes after the desserts, even after they had been chased up. All in all we had a bit of a disastrous evening with a continuous stream of disappointment on the food side of things. I think the lesson to be learned for bloom is to stagger the dining aspect of any ticketed event so everyone isn't arriving and wanting their food all at the same time. That way maybe more attention can be paid to the quality of their offerings

Had such a fabulous mate date last night at bloom.. Cameron was just amazing with his cocktail knowledge and food recommendations. The customer service was excellent. He made our night very special for our first vist. The cocktails and food where all very well presented and absolutely delicious. The house band where also very talented and interacted well with everyone. So entertaining. I would definitely recommend x

Went here for the first time for Sunday dinner and it is absolutely amazing couldn’t fault one thing! The dinner was the nicest I’ve ever had everything was literally perfect and so delicious! The place is so beautiful inside, such a relaxed atmosphere and the comfiest tables and chairs to sit on whilst watching the shows. Can’t wait to return already! Definitely recommend!

I complain about most things but not this time ! Had a great night at the Adel tribute night. Lovely atmosphere and great food. Bit expensive but service, staff and food all great and probably worth the money !

Food and entertainment was great. Just would have been faster service at the tables if staff had own tables to serve so not waiting as long for drinks instead of all staff serving lots of different tables at once when it’s busy.

We've been here before and I rated 4 stars, but tonight on our second visit it was absolutely fantastic. Originally we were only going to stay in the lounge area, but the (attentive, charming and welcoming) staff managed to negotiate us in with a prime view of the stage! The performers were all spectacular, both the Q Music featuring Deon, James and Tom, and the dancing duo! They included the crowd and had electric charisma, even bringing up my Fiancée on the stage to sing a song! Food was incredible as always, so the kitchen staff are also killing it and deserve recognition Absolutely wonderful night! Can't recommend enough

Food was lovely, place was lovely, the only thing I could really fault was when we arrived we were sat down in the back area (which we didn’t have a problem with as it was still nice) but there was a table of five women who were downing wine, shots and were all leathered and shouting and swearing. I asked if we could be moved as there were loads of tables. When the staff member asked why I explained and they then went and told the table that we had complained about them which was pretty embarrassing. I don’t have a problem with people having a drink but it was a bit much for Mother’s Day Sunday lunch and I think it could have been handled better. I would come again but probably on an evening without kids.

I cannot say enough about this place. The food was beautiful in both flavor and presentation. The service was friendly but not overdone, you never felt bothered but didn't feel ignored either. The drinks are fun, classic with twists. The entertainment was talented and fun. I truly enjoyed the experience.

Utterly fantastic evening. Bloom catered a mini wedding for me and my wife and the attention to detail and the helpfulness of the staff was exceptional. The food was top drawer and the cocktails were superb, if dangerously moreish. Entertainment was brilliant, the singer very talented and was told in advance of our event and catered playlists to suit. Wife and I now celebrating anniversaries here. 10/10 would recommend.

Booked this as it sounded like something different and was advertised as - 'What better soundtrack to a Sunday feast than live soothing Soul Classics; get ready for a dynamite afternoon of show-stopping performances with all the hearty hits you know and love. It doesn't get much better than Sundays at Bloom.' We arrived at 12pm. Asked at 12.50 when the band would be starting, we're told 1pm. They came on at 1.35pm and sang 4 songs before taking a break. The table slots are only for two hours so we left before they came back on. 15% entertainment charge was added to our bill which as far as I can see is not mentioned anywhere in advertising, on menus or on website. A disappointing experience and certainly not what is advertised. Felt really sorry for the hen party and large groups who were in celebrating. Wouldn't have minded paying the 15% if we'd had the entertainment we expected and was advertised as a dynamite afternoon of show stopping performances. Food and cocktails were amazing, service was OK but nobody seemed to be in charge of the very young staff who were doing their best but obviously very inexperienced. We'd give it another chance just because of the food but we'd book a later slot and hope for a decent and longer live soul experience.

Came here for my friends birthday with our daughters .. Saturday brunch .. great food and fab entertainment. .we loved it .. The band got us all involved and we were all up dancing . The staff were super friendly especially Cameron ..what a lovely fun lad ! We are definitely coming back in june . Will recommend highly ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We went for the Saturday afternoon brunch for a birthday. Such an amazing afternoon, Cameron our server did a fabulous job ! I would recommend this to everyone.

Better than the Mayfair supper club at the Bellagio in Las Vegas. Staff, food, drinks, decor and entertainment were all incredible. A must try for groups, families or couples who want a fun and friendly atmosphere with great entertainment and food included.

Six of us booked we were placed in a small booth. Table wasn’t big enough for 1 round of drinks and food and we had to place drinks on the ledge behind us. Food ordered and brought within 5 mins was very nice. The service was great as it was busy but the staff attentive along with great entertainment. What let’s the place down is the smell from the toilets. The smell of sewerage (we were seated furthest away) and it was overpowering, not what you want when eating. The ladies had a leak that was identified on the toilet check and left to leak all over the floor no attempt to mop it or even close the door and put out of order. Put me off returning to the venue.

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! Went here for the Brunch club for my birthday with my friend and our two daughters, everything was perfect from start to finish. The entertainment, well all I can say is WOW! The singer , show girl dancers and the band were just brilliant so talented, they had the crowd so involved, The venue and decor is stunning too. All the staff were so friendly especially CAMERON who we all just loved he was the perfect waiter. The brunch was very very tasty and obviously the cocktails went down a treat. Anyone who is thinking of going here really must, you will not be disappointed. We didn’t want to leave. I can’t wait to take another group of friends to have another great experience.

Booked well in advance for Sunday Lunch. Arrived a wee bit early but only waited 15 minutes until our table was ready. Venue was very busy, well-staffed and the entertainment was well matched to the setting. Lots of families and large groups all dining, which was great to see. The Sunday Lunch was amazing, great value and good portion size. Our son was happy with his two-course meal and soft drink which was about £10. Cocktails were lovely, great choice and even better service. Didn't catch the waiters name, it didn't matter that they were clearly busy as they were all fab, nothing was too much trouble. Highly recommended.

Visited with my friends back in October and it was an unexpected fantastic surprise. Gary and his staff were friendly and efficient. I will definitely be visiting when im next back in the north eastm

It's the 2nd time we have visited Bloom, first time was great. Today was a different story. We placed our order for sunday lunch. then waited over half hour for our mains to come looked very nice but it was lookwarm at best the veg was cold. The cutlery arrived ready for the desserts but again we waited well over half hour. We gave up asked for the bill. They said the desserts are on the way but we didn't wait any longer, we paid the bill and left.

Absolutely brilliant, great music and atmosphere, wonderful food and our servers Sienna and Jay were exemplary! Charming, polite, funny, welcoming! Wonderful staff 😃

Went with my two friends on Saturday evening, just sat on a high table with bar stools by the bar and were quite happy to sit there all night, could see the entertainment whilst having drinks and food. The food was lovely, a good range of drinks to choose from. Billy who was behind the bar was a really great lad.

First time here and will be the last went with friends shown to table good view of the singer but wobbly table so Staff changed it To Start i ordered the crab only to be told 10 minutes later they didnt have it Also told no veg no one should run out of veg could of got some from tesco To start had to make do with garlic bread for main had burger pretty average chips not great either Very expensive for what you got they need to up there game so much competition these days also kept the crab x2 on the bill we noticed but how many people would of just paid when they was none The staff were good did there best But if you fancy a burger avoid here and go to McDonalds

Extremely disappointing and sadly has a long way to go if it is to meet the standards of other restaurants in Middlesborough. Upon arrival we were in a short queue (4 of us ) but a couple walked in and went to the front and were shown to a table whilst others looked on slightly bemused. Our table was immediately next to the main door which on a cold night was not great given that people were queuing and holding doors open.Waitress took the drinks order including 2 large bottles of water and when they arrived after 15 minutes there were only 2 glasses for water not 4. The waiter seemed bemused, then apologised before bringing 2 more glasses. One of the glasses was chipped which suggests it had passed through 2 or 3 peoples hands but no-one had noticed. 3 starters, scallops which were fine, calamari which were served on a pile of green shoots, the calamari was warm at best and duck "filled" beo buns in which the filling was rather scant. For mains we ordered a mushroom pasta,lamb rack, beef rib and sea bass. We also ordered 2x side dishes of vegetables. 3 of the mains arrived, the lamb came 5 minutes after the others, with another apology but amazingly we were then told that there were no vegetables! After about 5 minutes, someone came to the table with 2 small pots of dwarf green beans, " did we want them or not?", "we won't charge you for the missing veg." The pasta was cold and sent back to the kitchen, the sea bass was luke warm and the skin slid off the fillets in a slimy mess. It got no better with dessert when creme fresh was replaced with vanilla ice cream without any explanation and the amaretto cheese cake was seemingly strawberry. The problems were obvious to see but no one took control. Waiters almost running into each other, food left sitting on the pass for several minutes because the"right waiter for a table wasnt ready" Most of the staff were like headless chickens and they desperately needed direction. Chefs at the pass seemed to be arguing amongst themselves with lots of arm waving. Even when issues are identified there was no management intervention.The restaurant has an interesting set up with live singing etc but the singer understandably needs a break and the stage was empty for periods. If that is its USP then it needs more continuity. Overall, with a bill in excess of £200, it simply isn't worth it. If the staff were better trained and they served food as described on the menu with a musical act on stage then so be it , but sadly they fell well short. I will not be booking a table again any time soon .

Lovely venue, lovely service, lovely food..... but £28.50 for a bottle of house wine is not acceptable. Also £3.50 per person for a platter of pieces of bread and butter, well..... Just an add on- Management have refunded the over charging of the wine and have dealt with the matter very efficiently. Thank you BLOOM and we will be seeing you soon.

We booked a table well in advance October 10th for our Christmas girls meal on December 23rd. The day before my booking I got a call to ask me to make sure we arrived on time and let me know we would only have the table for two hours. When we arrived at bloom at 7pm we were told that our table wasn’t ready. There is nowhere to wait so we had ti awkwardly stand near the door. After about 15/20 mins we were taken to the side room to be seated. Our table was two circle tables pushed together with 6 chairs round, clearly not a table made for 6 people. We couldn’t see any of the entertainment from where we were sitting which was disappointing. We ordered drinks which came quickly however our food didn’t arrive until past 20 past 8. The waiting staff were lovely and really attentive in this time but no one around us was eating either so i’m not sure why there was such a delay! The food itself was mediocre at best. My friend and I both ordered the pulled beef burger, but they were served differently. The menu states it is on a hand made brioche but it definitely isn’t and was nothing better than cheap pub grub. We asked for the bill before our table had even been cleared as we had another booking at 9pm. When our bill arrived we could see that we’d been charged a service charge and entry fee. 1 star for the lovely manager who kindly removed this charge for us, listened to our feedback and did his best to make up for it. We got the impression he has been given an impossible job, not his fault but sadly it was a terrible experience and I wouldn’t go back. Such a shame because it’s a great concept but was way too busy for them to handle.

Booked this evening with mixed reviews from friends, however we were prepared with an outlook and understanding of brand new businesses and unavoidable teething problems may have been other customers issues. This evening though I was faultless, upon entry to exit our whole evening was impeccable. Service 100% ( special thanks to Max ) our excellent waiter. Food was phenomenal, and entertainment was marvellous! Can’t wait to to visit again 💛

The staff need some training..no one is clear on what to do... no host at the host stand when you enter. . Blank faces staring at you isn't welcoming. When we asked what "Cauliflower wings" were the reply was...."I dunno"... the place has potential but staff need to be properly trained in hospitality.

Gorgeous setting. Fabulous food and drinks which came out quickly. Service very very slow and unattentive with a couple of mistakes. Waited 45 minutes to give desert orders which we had to ask for. More training required unfortunately.

It's fine. The food is fine. The place is fine. But there is nothing special about it. Came here as part of a work do and was surprised that we did not have one large table for us all, but instead had multiple small tables crammed into a corner room away from the performances. They also rush you through. We had pre-ordered our meals and they came pretty much as we sat down. The set menu changed just a couple of days before the dinner, but even on the day the waiting staff were bringing completely different items to what was on our menu so some people had to make do with things they didn't order. Perhaps the food improves if you order à la carte? The performances were entertaining, but they happen in very short bursts. I had an espresso martini that tased very syrupy, though it could be because the bar staff was still undergoing training so I can forgive that.

Lovely interior. No drinks served at the bar. Cold inside. Not all tables can see entertainment. 20 minute wait after drinks service. Food good but nothing special. Entertainment is good. Not enough staff. Cocktails delicious. Seating for large parties is poor as round tables are pushed together and you don't look as if you are all together. I wouldn't rush back based on my experience 😦

Where do I start?... We paid over £80 for 3 Sunday roasts, which arrived cold, twice! The entertainment was good but is far too loud, my ears hurt after the meal. The staff only came over to check on us when the table needed clearing, which was bad because we wanted more drinks and were never given the option. The service charge is included in your bill, so check this in case you want it removing or end up double tipping, they don't tell you when you're ordering or even paying that it is included. They've crammed far too many tables into the hall and some people had to stand up to let others past to get out. Overall the experience was rubbish and I will not be returning.

First visit to Bloom. Lovely place. Myself and my friend had a late lunch and drinks. Food was really nice and reasonably priced. Had Prosecco to drink which is a little pricey a bottle but nice and chilled. Lauren was our server and looked after us well. Live singers on stage were great. I’d definitely recommend a visit to Bloom

I was really excited to try Bloom but I was a little disappointed. We were seated on the balcony which was lovely and had a great view of the stage. It was very loud and we could hardly hear each other so we barely spoke throughout our meal. 3 of the starters weren't available so we ended up with prawns and a bread board. Prawns were very bland and the sauce had raisins in which were strange. Main meal we had the shot rib which was absolutely delicious. However, such a tiny portion for £21. There was no veg with it, literally beef and mash. My husbands was majority gristle too so he finished his within about 3 minutes. Desert was lovely too, sticky toffee pudding and choc brownie. However most of the way through i chewed down on something in my cake which almost broke my tooth. Turned out it was a date stone. The manager was really kind and took it off the bill. Overall we thought staff were great and really attentive, the atmosphere was fantastic, decor lovely but the whole thing let down by the food. I personally feel like the main room is too small for the type of entertainment and someone it didn't quite work as a concept for me. The lady singing was trying to get audience participation but people were there to eat and catch up with friends so she wasn't getting much back unfortunately.
