Omg I think that’s the best burger I ever had, crunchy juicy 10/10

Me and the wife really enjoyed the burgers here. We had one of the smash and one of the chicken, could not fault it at all! Customer service was also excellent, very fast, friendly and great recommendations. Will be coming back to explore the menu!

I had to wait over 90mims for my food… this is ridiculous on Middlesbrough.Won’t come back here anytime soon.

Carf burger is simply the best, had some burgers 🍔 with Donner meat, cheese,fries, was so tasty and filling, the whole environment around it so clean with very friendly staff. 👏 👏 👏

Really great food and I always enjoy their smash beef burgers whenever I go there. Their spicy donner kebab and loaded fries with mince meat is very good option to eat. Lovely and friendly staff. Since it's opening , I've been there many times on regular basis and I must say , their freshness and quality of food been top notch. Everyone should definitely eat there.

The hunt for decent food in Middlesbrough continues, unfortunately Craft Burger was not the one. From the outside it looks nice enough, inside isn’t too bad, although stacks of drinks in the public areas is never a good look. We went to order, “it’s cash only”, the cry of far too many Teesside businesses (I can’t imagine why) and myself and my partner ordered an Oklahoma Burger and a Heatwave Chicken Sandwich, both with fries, cheese sauces and a drink as meals and an additional portion of Tater Tots. The burger was soggy, and bland, it tasted (very) cheap and the onions were awful. Very very poor, and definitely disappointing. The chicken sandwich was better, it had more substance to it, and maybe even more oddly, it tasted a little like a Fillet o’ Fish from McDonalds, which I didn’t hate, but was unexpected. The fries were solid enough, quite powdery inside, not really hot, but crisp enough. Wouldn’t go back for them, but would eat them again. The tater tots were a disaster. They were crispy, but they just tasted of grease and oil, not potato. Unpleasant. The cheese sauces weren’t as hot as you’d expect either. Overall, very poor and impossible to recommend. The chicken sandwich was the best of the lot, I’d give that a 6/10, but everything else is much lower. Also the seat my partner sat on, the booth opposite the counter, was broken. Whilst it’s cheap, it wasn’t cheerful, and I’ve had better burgers off a match day van (sober!) so save your money and go somewhere else.

I recently had the Triple Smash Burger from this takeaway, and it was absolutely fantastic. I tried the Terry’s Chocolate Orange milkshake, and it was spot on—perfectly balanced, not too thick or too runny. I also noticed they serve ice cream and churros, which I’m definitely saving for my next visit.

Horrendous customer service ordered food missed 4 items that I ordered so phoned up and they said they’d send them straight out waited over 1 hour and still didn’t turn up would not recommend ordering from these unless you want to pay well over what you receive

Honestly beautiful and owners a sound lad, 10x better than any other fast food service that has less portions and is less fresh and nice in general for the same price.

Tried this place on opening and their organisation was awful. They then fixed the organisation but messed food up . Ordered again burgers spot on , special instructions followed , forgot the sauce tubs ( not important to me , but still missing ) pretty cold on arrival .but burger improved and that's what it's about really so put food score up from last review . Worth a blast on 2-4-1

We ordered a boss box and after 1:40hrs of waiting they told us there unable to deliver and have not been given a refund yet.

First time ordering from user eats as I live in a village and have very little choice and just eat are limited and extortionate delivery fees .Now the food is awesome we got a share box for 2 and there was plenty of food and the best tasting burger I've had will deffo order again

Didn't match my expectations... I had the Bacon Smash Burger which was nicely cooked. I enjoyed it but it didn't blow me away and I've had lots of much better smash burgers. I also had Honey BBQ chicken tenders. These were very disappointing. Overcooked so quite dry. They had a generous coating of the sauce but even that wasn't as good as I hoped. It just tasted like plain Heinz BBQ sauce really. I probably should have complained but I was very hungry and don't like to make a fuss anyway. I'll likely try the other locations and hope for a bit better quality.

Tried this place after being recommended by a friend, and wasn't disappointed. Fully loaded Qaud burger was my order. OMG this was one of the best burgers i have eaten. The quality of the ingredients were first class! Angus beef!((NO FROZEN MEAT HERE). met one of the owners and the manager, great company. Will definitely visit again real soon. Fully recommend!!

Ordered here over 50 times since it opened. We’ve noticed a massive drop in quality and delivery time over the past 6 months (I’m guessing due to the volume of orders). Had several cold orders. One order had half the food missing. They dropped it off an hour later and it was freezing. I’ve had them forget the chicken strips 3 times now and every time they say to refund and re order but you then have to pay the delivery and service charge again. They need to reduce the number of orders and get their quality back. I won’t be using it again for the foreseeable future.

Very poor service today. Craft burger have lied saying order is with uber driver, and the uber driver is sat at home. He is only now on his way to pick up the orders. Still haven't had my order delivered after nearly 2 hours! Craft burger have truly disappointed with their lack of service.

Food was average - ordered loaded fries with grilled chicken on top but it seemed someone was being stingey with the cheese sauce and the jalepenos. Dipped burger was average - would be nicer with caramelised onions rather than raw red onions. Overall average but considering the price is so high it would be poor. Service was fine, food was ready quickly.

Genuinely the worst burger I’ve ever had. So fatty and gritty. If your burgers are so greasy and slathered with the bottom of the grill that the bun can’t even hold them with any structural integrity then you really need to rethink your selling points. Burgers are rank, bun was just soggy and deteriorating 🤢 The cheesy fries had 0 cheese on them and was just a soggy disgusting cheap cheese flavoured sauce and didn’t even look like they’d been cooked so they just looked an anaemic orange mess. Down £30 just to order from McDonald’s anyway in the end instead. Disgusting! No refund yet either. Avoid here if you can and order from yum yum instead of you want a decent burger!

Burgers are probably best in area, melt in your mouth smash patties are to die for! Had the cheeto burger, unreal and ordered from here another time before and got another burger and that was also lush.

Nice clean restaurant/takeaway. Although absolutely freezing in the cold weather today, although new heaters have been added now. Friendly and helpful, the food was prepared relatively quick, were busy. My order was good, really enjoyed after a long day. I would have preferred a single chicken fillet in my burger instead of strips. Could do with turning the extractor fans on, the smokey fatty smell is quite over powering at times, definitely sticks to your clothes Great service and great meals

Went here for the first time. Got a share box, staff were really nice and friendly. Food was really nice and menu explained to us. Really good value for money, really enjoyed it. Got two choice of burgers, choice of loaded chips, doner and two drinks for £23

Wouldn't bother ordering again, Shame because it used to be Spot on food , the last few times there's always been something missing like drinks or chips but we've let it go ,this time they sent the wrong burgers and no drink again, phoned ,to be told we had to pick a replacement up when we'd ordered for delivery, no thanks I'll pass,and remember to go elsewhere next time ,portions see getting really small aswel

Craft Burger is one of the best places to hang out with friends in Middlesbrough. They have mouth-watering burgers and other foods to fill the tummy. Tried a few times during the last couple of months and every time I got the satisfaction of a great meal.

So my boyfriend, my sister and I ordered from craft burger as we have ordered from there before and it was nice, however this time it was not, there was a STAPLE in my sisters burger which could’ve cut open her mouth if she didn’t spit it out, there were black hairs in all of our meals, at least 2/3 (we all have blonde hair so we’re certain it didn’t come from any of us) and not only that they overcharged me for cheese on my chips when I didn’t even order cheese on my chips nor did it come with cheese on my chips and when I’ve went to discuss it with someone demanding a refund for the terrible experience I’ve had they took days to even get back to me! Almost £40 I wasted on only three meals with such terrible service I would not recommend this to anyone!

Best burgers I’ve ever tasted and that pure grass fed Angus meat is top notch. The service is amazing and staff are friendly. If you enjoy a burger then this is definitely a must try! Easy 5 stars from me 👌

Horrible food and service - ordered many times from here and was disappointed but overlooked but this time I can’t. The food took over an 45 minutes. Came in collected, brought back to the house and was very cold and granular. Cheesy chips are cold and sloppy, chicken was hard and wrap was even harder, it’s like having a fight with the food. not enjoyable at all especially the chicken burgers were cold as well. Never expected this with a place that charges a high price but there food Is low value and is not even adequate. This has happened before many times but I turned a blind eye but today took the mic.

Food arrived missing the garlic sauce, which is no big deal, the burgers were tasty but I was put off by a long hair found in my burger, then unbelievably I found another one, it doesn't matter what it taste's like, this is basic food hygiene & at nearly £40 for 2 burgers & a couple of side I did expect more, sadly I wont be ordering again.

A bit of a mixed review. Delicious food but very small portions. I ordered a takeaway on JustEat and got the Boss Box with the bacon stack burger, beef chili fries and gourmet Donner meat. I was actually disappointed when I opened it as it looked nothing at all like the images shown, the portion sizes for £15 were very small. I had used a discount code so didn't pay full price which made it better. However, the food was really delicious, cooked perfectly and I can't fault the quality, the kebab meat is amazing and so are the burgers. I have ordered since and will probably do so again but only when I have a discount code, as delicious as it is, the portion sizes are just not worth the price. The 1st 3 photos are from my 1st order.

Got a variety of different burgers and some stir-fry donner and I’ve got to say it’s been such a long time since I’ve experienced such well prepared and tasty food. The naga burger was so juicy and bursting with flavours but the hero of the day was the stir-fry donner, it’s was on such another level that no one in Boro can even compare. The burger sauce was another winner (even the fries tasted class). Food was that nice that I had to hold back the urge to go and knock on the door at 6:00 am to get some more ….. thanks guys I’m gonna struggle to keep my weight down with this level of quality food
