Tried to visit here in July but a local told us it closed after lockdown so don’t go here as there is a very limited choice in Stanley. The Stathord Inn serves good food at an excellent price.

Had a wonderful birthday lunch here. Service was attentive but not obtrusive. The food was just wonderful, especially the Mushroom Cappuccino and the Gressingham Poussin. In fact, the whole meal was memorable. Totally relaxed atmosphere. We couldn't have enjoyed ourselves more!

We have just spent an amazing Sunday afternoon at Blasta eating the most delicious tasting menu prepared by David. This was a return visit for us but new to our guests who were all delighted with everything😊 Thank you very much, we will be back.

Have been twice to Blasta in the past fortnight, first for the tasting menu and the second visit was with a private party. On both occasions we had an excellent evening. David's food was absolutely delicious and Rachael did a fantastic job of looking after us. Would highly recommend a visit to this lovely intimate restaurant providing first class service and food.

We went there with a crowd of our friends. The meal was wonderful and the hard work they put into it certainly paid off. You could not fault anything and they were very helpful and friendly. Will definitely be back. Thank you for making it such a great night. 10 out of 10.

When my 10 year old girl said lets cycle home from perth i decided this would be a good stop, and it sure was i had the fish and chips a good sized portion and good fish, my wee girl had the sausage and chips and said it was the best she had ever had, so great food a tad on the expencive side but you have to pay for quality, we did have a half an hour wait but it was the busy time, plessent staff,

Have now had 4 carryouts from the Chip shop. Fish Suppers every time and they have all been excellent. Nicely done Fish with really nice chips. Phone in the order and the suppers are ready when you go to collect. Very happy that they have opened in Stanley.

Absolutely wonderful take away fish & chip shop. Lovely crisp batter on the fish and perfectly cooked chips! We’ll be back! Thoroughly recommend.

Delighted that this gem of a place opened. High quality, locally sourced produce. Beautifully made with attention to detail. Varied menu which changes frequently. Small but well laid out restaurant with a cosy, intimate atmosphere. Have had a number of blasta @ home during lockdown, as well as breakfast in the restaurant itself. Currently sadly closed due to tier 3 restrictions but I hear hopefully opening again once restrictions ease. Happily in the meantime the owners have opened a takeaway in the village serving fish n' chips, pizza and other expected chippy food- again fantastic fare. Looking forward to our next meal!

I went to the Lalique to celebrate my engagement last week. Louise and Hannah in the reservations team were fantastic, really helpful organising a very special night including recommendations for a nearby hotel and taxis. On the night, the food was absolutely fantastic, all very interesting and delicious. The staff were so friendly and that really contributed to a great night. Highly recommended!

We had dinner at Pashas and it was wonderful I had a vegetable pakora starter which was beautifully presented and my husband had a seekh kebab which also looked great. It was the best pakora I have had in a long time. My only comment would be that it could have had more sauce. We then shared a chicken passanda which was also excellent. We will definitely be back A true hidden gem!

Had a lovely steak dinner in the terrace area, food was lovely but peppercorn sauce a bit too runny and hand cuts a bit over done. Husband had fish and chips said it was lovely. Staff very friendly and attentive.
