So good we visited two days running, scampi & chips one day and fish goujons & chips the 2nd day. Both days we had coconut and blueberry cake which was amazing!!! Ladies are lovely, would not hesitate to recommend. Situated at entrance to camp site, at end of campsite is wee carpark for yet another beautiful beach.

We where coming back from a day in Tarbert back to horgabost campsite and stopped here before heading back to the pitch. We had the homemade beef burger and pork and apple burger both with chips. Absolutely delicious! If you are in the area this place is a must visit for food. Lots of other food and drink options available. Great service from the ladies in the van.

There is no words to describe how good food is served there - all home made - burger (must try!) and soup were delicious. Nice surprise on a long day of cycle

I had seen many recommendations for gluten free and had made contact before hand to ask about seperate fryer and gluten free options. Communication was great . The welcome we received was so friendly and the gluten free knowledge and options was great and so reassuring. I had gluten free fish and chips, so and so good we returned the next night and had a great lasagne and chips. Food is cooked fresh, which was great. Friendly service with great gluten free options , and amazing food made this great. The location was stunning and truely a great place to eat , especially if gluten free. No hesitation in recommending.

I was supporting my friends rescue mission to Stornoway and back in a day. Left Stornoway southbound, knowing nothing much was to be open. I found the ladies open on one of the coldest days of the year. A warm lovely welcome cups of tea and soup to keep me going. One of the beat Cullen Skinks I've ever had. Ive been to Cullen so I should know. Thank you ladies. Stop there. It is a little gem.

Stopped for lunch, huge choice of food made to order. We had 3 different types of wraps, all of which were crammed full and very tasty. Wish we had found this gem earlier in our week.

We really enjoyed our lunches from this mobile catering takeaway by Horgabost campsite. The food is freshly cooked to order and catered for our group's omnivore, vegetarian and vegan requests. The homemade gf blueberry and coconut cake is highly recommended, as are the chips, the hot panini and the full breakfast. The chefs are friendly and helpful and happy to chat while they cook. The views are great too and it is only a two minute walk to the beach!

What a brilliant place to enjoy refreshments! Absolutely stunning views! The food and drink is of top quality too. It’s open from April to end of September and defiantly worth a call when on North Uist

Inspired by the “EatDrinkHebrides” trail map, popped in to collect a picnic lunch during a Hebridean road trip. We had the most amazing toasties and hot chocolate. Handy for the ferry. Worth a detour!!

Tucked away on the other side of the pier, this is a fantastic takeaway, the taster box was delicious and so fresh. Loved the scallops which were perfectly cooked. Thank you.

Conveniently located on the car park opposite Leverburgh village hall, this van serves cones and tubs of very special ice cream most afternoons. A delightful young man took our order and money, and a very nice lady made up the ice creams. A little mental concentration is required; you have to decide 1) what size you require, 2) whether to have ice cream or frozen yoghurt as the base, and 3) what flavour to choose. I had the blackberry, which was fabulous. Just one suggestion; could you site a waste bin near the van, for used paper cups?
