Hotel located in the stadium for a football fan I enjoyed staff we're friendly room was clean and the restaurant looks out onto the pitch

This is brilliant! Stayed in here to watch Birmingham city vs Blackpool on 30 April 2025. The staff was really nice, the rooms was clean. Well there was some chips in the wall but it was clean. I would rate 5 but the balcony was shut but it was fine. I had a good sleep and breakfast was good. Also darts and pool and FREE DRINKS AT BREAKFAST For 5 pound for child and 10 pound for adult if you do want to see my full match day experience go on YouTube and type @Noelbcfctv and find a video where it’s the hotel Bye and thanks Blackpool.

Stayed here for my sons birthday & got a room overlooking the pitch. The only downside was the pitch lights being on all night however this didn't end up being much of a problem as the beds were comfy enough that I slept really well & the light wasn't an issue. The rooms were really clean, as was the bathroom. At first I didn't think we had drinks facilities but they were located in one of the cupboards & had plenty of options for hot drinks. Lots of choice for breakfast and the staff were all very polite & friendly. I booked directly with the hotel so parking ended up only being £5 per night which I thought was great value! I'll definitely stay here again if I return to Blackpool!

Good but parking is a problem,you have to drive through Broken barrier in the wrong direction and park in any space with an H, and if Blackpool are playing at home you can move your car to car park across the road to get the rest of your 24 hour booking otherwise you have to wait until after the game to get past the temp barriers.

Fabulous hotel in an excellent spot

I never leave reviews. Can’t believe some of these reviews, must be fake. If you want to stay here, don’t. Taps don’t work, you change rooms, then the hot water is lukewarm so you can’t bath. No cleaning or towels changed in 2 days. Rooms are old and tired, peeling paint. Restaurant is poor, food inedible, toaster hasn’t been cleaned in weeks, pastries are stale, tinned fruit for breakfast because no one can bother to chop up a pineapple or a melon, and scrambled eggs are floating in a bowl full of a yellow watery substance, plates are old with ingrained stains. Lobby entrance from the street smells like a car park stairwell filled with vagrants. Windows filthy. Leave 2 messages for a manager, no one comes back to you. Save your money, maybe it was 4 stars when it was built, but now don’t expect anything close.

Lovely hotel, didn't have breakfast as lots of cafes near by. But on the whole I rate this place as a hotel, a little bit different.

Once booked hotel given wrong room I ask for... Ask for a two single bed room and give a double bed (lucky we could spit them up) ask to pay for breakfast before i stayed (and i had paid for breakfast told i had paid for it already)

Great stay, facilities are basic but well maintained, the breakfast was very good.

Good accomadation. Abit of a maze finding things . Late access difficult. Otherwise ok.

The room was clean and comfortable and Sarah was very helpfull in the restaurant whilst we were having breakfast. The parking was not great and it was an experience trying to get back in the hotel after an evening out.

Best ever...What more can I say... Excellent evening game...

Stayed here 25/31 July 2024. Check in at the reception was quick and efficient. Rooms were clean and had everything you needed. Breakfast was excellent. Staff friendly and excellent, especially Sara. The bar staff were friendly, service excellent and a special mention to Jordan who served us a number of times. Would definitely stay here again. Location of hotel excellent.

Stayed for the may bank holiday for 3 nights... Football tournament.. Breakfast was the best thing by far about this hotel, lovely bar staff, I would not recommend or stay here again. Definitely not a 4 star hotel... Shabby

What a nightmare! I’m writing this at 2.09am having had no sleep so far! Booked the Bloomfield Suite for an event we were attending in Blackpool as a treat, it wasn’t. The room is tired, there were no glasses, except plastic cups in the bathroom, we rang for some and were told to go to the bar. We did, they were not very clean. No bath mat in one of the bathrooms and only two bath towels, no hand towels or face cloths. No bottles of water. When you pay £250 for one night, you expect something for it. We got in around midnight, to hear the most awful racket in the double room, like someone drilling, the wall was vibrating, the noise so loud, it is impossible to sleep. There was no number for reception, no info at all, so I rang the hotel from my mobile, a lovely security guard came up and said it was the air con and quite normal. Yet I had turned it off to see if it made a difference, it didn’t. But no, apparently it is the air con outside the room and how the building is built! I have recorded the sound from the bed, it’s crazy. In the corridor, the noise is even louder. What a disaster! This is not at all what expected, very very disappointing, there is no way I will be sleeping tonight. I wish I could add a recording. Edited to add that before 7.00 am there were a group of children running up and down the corridor bouncing footballs. A kids football team apparently!

Although I was at the hotel I was actually at a meeting in one of their meeting rooms. Staff are very friendly and very helpful the part of the hotel I saw was very clean . View from the meeting rooms was a direct view onto the pitch Food was ok but not outstanding.

No daily maid service, no new clean towels, no milk for tea or biscuits, warm air conditioning, not good for asthmatics, for £309 for 2 nts in january, very dissapointing!!
