Tuve una fiesta de cumpleaños el 14 de enero. Y tenía dos pasteles que recoger ese día. Llegué a esta panadería en Balham, donde los había pedido y pagado en su totalidad, a las 5: 30 pm después del trabajo y se cerró! Nadie contestó el teléfono tampoco. Nadie de su personal me dijo que cierran a las 4 pm cuando pedí los pasteles! Me lo dijo la tienda de al lado cuando fui a recoger. Tomaron mi número cuando pedí los pasteles y nadie se molestó en llamar y decir el día que los pasteles estaban listos o que usted cerraría a las 4 pm! ¡Muy inusual! Tuve una fiesta de cumpleaños para las 10 y nada de pastel. ¡No es su problema o responsabilidad en absoluto! ¡Les escribí la misma noche con la información anterior pidiendo un reembolso! ¿La respuesta al día siguiente? "recoger sus pasteles están listos. no hay reembolso". Este es el tipo de negocios que van a tomar su dinero y luego no podría importarles menos. CERO estrellas.

Not sure how anyone can get away with charging over £5 for a slice of cake. Wouldn’t mind if the staff cleaned the tables and were attentive. We had to clear our own table and received no thanks for returning the cups, plates etc. We noticed some frail pensioners doing the same too. In all the time we were in here (over an hour), we saw no tables being cleared despite 3 staff being present. Standards are important and it feels as though the staff here do not have any! Will never return.

Freshly baked bread, croissants, great snacks and salads. Excellent coffee. All served by a super friendly and helpful team. Make it your regular and you won’t regret it. Carrot cake is especially good and they have the very best bacon rolls in all of SW London.

So we got seated quite quickly which was good but it was all downhill from there. It took 30 minutes for someone to come over and take our order, when she did she said we better get the whole order in as soon as possible as the kitchen was piling up with Deliveroo orders; why on earth they weren’t prioritising seated customers I’ll never know. When we finally got our food which took an age they got the order wrong. We had to remind them half way through our burgers that we were missing the wings, another 20 minutes later they still hadn’t arrived. We asked to cancel the order of wings as it was just getting ridiculous and it felt like it was an inconvenience to them and no apology was given. If this business is going to survive you need better staff

Drivers app logged out and said he was in east London. Order turned up nearly 30 minutes after delivery time and was cold
