I've been a very regular customer past couple of years. Very convenient for me as I'm up till late hours and they seem to be the only ones delivering hot food at those times. The driver's name Shezaad is an excellent staff member. Always calls when outside instead of ringing the bell which is important for me. In many other places, People often forget to call even when you ask them not to ring the bell (for example it's 3 am. Shezaad is also very friendly and very respectful.

I do not recommend visiting this restaurant. I ordered rice with grilled chicken, but the rice tasted like insect repellent, and I also found a hair in it. I didn’t eat the food; I threw it in the bin and will never go back there again. Additionally, they took a long time to prepare my order, and I was charged £15 just for rice with grilled chicken and a medium pizza. The taste of the pizza wasn't good either, and the service was extremely slow.

Had a late burger chips and wings. Tastes ok, cheap meal.

Dreadful food and rude cocky staff. Do yourself a favor and never go. The only reason they do well is because they’re the first place you see out if the station - literally just walk 30 more metres and you’ll get miles better food and service.

taking 80 mins to deliver a couple of chicken wraps to a location which is 15 minutes drive away, is appalling. Ordered at 2.20am, food was delivered (finally) at 3.40am. Wraps are OK but were not worth waiting around for.

FOOD POISONING BEWARE!!! Unhygienic place, loads of random people stood in the kitchen on their phones and touching food with bare hands, chicken is sat there for hours and gave us both food poisoning. Over £7 aswell?? Criminal!!

I made a mistake of coming here since I was craving a pizza and my husband wanted chicken. While walking down we saw this place and went in. We didn't like the atmosphere but saw a sign that said “100% chicken, no processed food”. We thought that's rare so we ordered a chicken special pizza and a chicken combo meal. Unfortunately my husband saw that the pizza was being unwrapped from frozen and then thrown into the oven, the already fried chicken were fried again in old oil and the chips were also just really bad. The food was absolute disaster which we had to throw most away and will not come back here again or recommend anyone coming here.

I order lamb kebab wrap nd a double chicken burger meal so..... my wrap was hard uneatable salad and lamb meat tasted like it had been microwaved wouldn't recommend the lamb kebab wrap but the chicken burger was really good. shame about the salad I I have no comment for the chips I definitely will not be ordering from here ever again !! very disappointed and very upsetting definitely wouldn't recommend ordering from here

Please Avoid this place, it deserves minus stars. You know when you eat the food and you feel more sick and instantly regret eating it. The food is not fresh, the place is just dirty, no hygeine, can't be bothered to clean the tables., How can you make chips and still have really awful ones inside the packet. Prices have gone up, service is really bad like, they stand around on the phones and have that I can't be bothered attitude. Really awful place. Sign at the front is broken, its really run down and they just not making fresh good fried chicken. Paid over £7 for 10 wings and chips and it tasted so bad and uncooked and just awful. Please avoid this place, try chick city, or chesters or anywhere. You will get better service. They really can't be bothered to cook, give good customer service, or even be affordable or competitive in Tooting. They know drunk people will wonder in near the station, why clean the tables. They are too busy on their phones, really awful place to sit and eat in.

Arrived over an hour late. Completely cold. Not warm, cold. Rude driver. Took one bite of the pizza, tasted AWFUL so threw it away. Tried calling the restaurant as recommended by Just Eat and the number provided was incorrect. Over all, totally waste of time and money. Would not recommend!!!

Awful service. I rang & the guy i spoke to hung up before i finished talking without saying bye, he answered my question and then hung up. My order also went past the delivery time then said it had delivered yet didn’t I rang up to ask where it is, & my calls just rang, now it says the number is not recognised

The most unfresh chicken wings I have ever eaten. I got 8 wings from them and the wings were extremely dry. They were definitely selling their batch from morning. I’ve had an upset stomach all day because of their food.

When in with my daughter and husband for food and saw a person clearly struggling to afford food to eat asking for a few wing just something to eat. The two assistants just ignored him and clearly didn’t have an ounce of decency! So we bought the guy some food . When our meals came we sat inside to eat and as we were eating . Me and my daughter could clearly see one of the assistants hands remerging through the cooked chicken wings counter. He assistant was selecting a wing to eat without wearing gloves or using the tool. This happens a number of times I then decided to confront the guy as to how unhygienic his behaviour was and that he shouldn’t be touching the cooked food with his bare hands. I then proceeded to as for a full refund as I was not prepared to eat the food purchased due to what we had witnessed. The guy denied it completely and we said to him that there was no point of lying as I was prepared to take this further. He then owned up and said sorry. I told him that sorry wouldn’t cut it and that I wanted a full refund and would not be eating the meals purchased . With a little difficulty we were refunded. IM WITTING THIS REVIEW TO WARNING OTHERS OF WHAT WE HAD WITNESSED AND THAT THIS PLACE ISN'T HYGIENIC . Would never go there again and encourage others to do the same . We’re not from Tooting area anyway but would never return to that establishment AGAIN !

Would've given it 5*, as the chicken wraps were actually really good (large, tasty, with salad), but it wasn't proper doner and they ignored my request to add chilli sauce. Would happily order again though and glad that I ignored the poor rating.

The service and delivery of the restaurant was good however I got the wrong pizza and toppings. I am allergic to one of the toppings added (which was not mentioned online) and was unable to eat the pizza which is disappointing. I hope something can be done about this.

We ordered our meal that supposedly our dinner however it didnt come and offered to deliver it again when we're waiting for more than an hour. We didn't get a phone right after 2am. Do not order when there busy your food won't come.

I ordered my food at 1.30am and estimated time was from 2.10-2.30 At 2.06 I received that the driver left from the shop and it’s only 2 miles distance which is not more than 10mins even if you drive really slow. However I tried to call the shop but it said “the number you have called is not recognised”. At 2.30 , I clicked where it says I have not received my order yet and then I received a message that Sorry for the delay and your food will be delivered around 2.50 and it came at 3.06 with no apologies. Food was not even warm after 1hour 40mins delayed service. I asked for some refund at least they should return the delivery charges for the delayed service but they didn’t and gave extra cold fries. This was my first worst experience with Just eat and I would not recommend this shop
