El café y los pasteles, y las opciones de variedad, son excelentes. Sin embargo, las pantallas de orden de visualización visual son un dolor. Hace que el proceso de pedir un café sea unas 10 veces más largo. Debe haber una mejor manera, amigos.

Precioso café y asientos cómodos. Lo que no me gustó fue tener que pedir su bebida en una pantalla como lo haría en McDonalds - difícil de navegar. Posiblemente será más fácil cuanto más uno se acostumbre. Preferiría tener una persona a la que le pida mi café... otra máquina.

Great hot chocolate. Staff were happy to show me how to use the ordering machine and confirmed the hot chocolate is available vegan. Quick service and comfortable atmosphere.

Just get yourself an instant coffee or anything else. Don’t spend money here. Had it delivered last week and it was a brown puddle by the time it arrived, partly my fault for getting coffe delivered (stupid) but even when you go in store it’s just a waste of money.

Fuimos al café Byres Road y pedimos un chocolate caliente y chocolate frío para la noche de Halloween. Ambos eran tan insípidos, que no podían saborear el chocolate en absoluto. Tan decepcionante después de casi 10 libras gastadas

My friend and I have visited Black Sheep Coffee on Sauchiehall Street for the past two days and have thoroughly enjoyed exploring their range of flavored matcha drinks. We've also received exceptional customer service from Terri, who works there, will 100% be back.

I saw this. ‘Chain’ in King’s Cross so I thought I’m never out of coffee shops you can sit outside so let’s give it a go! As an older gay male I’m not always great when it comes to ‘automation’ so I grabbed a couple of cans and went to pay at the counter, does this seem unreasonable so far! I was told “no! You can’t do it like that use (pointed at something) that!” No offer of help or support however another member of staff told me not to do that way to use a soft touch and was well angry! I won’t be back!

First, lets talk about the coffee, the Pistachio Latte is a MUST! The rich, velvety texture coupled with the bold flavour is like no other latte I've tried! From the moment I stepped through the door, I was greeted with warmth and enthusiasm by Connor and Lilly. Despite a bustling morning rush, they handled each customer with attentiveness and care, embodying the epitome of excellent customer service. Connor and Lilly's attention to detail was evident as they meticulously prepared each drink, ensuring every aspect was just right. Beyond their exceptional coffee-making skills, what truly sets Connor and Lilly apart is their genuine connection with customers. They take the time to engage in friendly conversation, making you feel like more than just another customer passing through. Their warmth and hospitality create a welcoming atmosphere that keeps patrons coming back time and time again.

Excellent tasting decaf coffee and very Friendly pleasant staff who served my coffee very quickly. I highly recommend this coffee house. I really enjoy the welcoming atmosphere. Owen

Most unappetising bacon roll ever eaten. Soggy, white fat and didn't smell nice. So bad I returned it. How difficult is it to make a tasty bacon roll. Was told they had no plates so it was put in a bag. Sat by the window next to someone else's half eaten roll for 30 minutes. It has a nice ambiance and people like the coffee but the food is shocking.

I have never done a review before ,but a have to say the staff at the Sauchiehall street branch are just amazeing 🤗 I go in there most days and they are so upbeat and just very pleasant it’s my fav place for my capachino xtra shot caramel they always ask how am doing great place 🤗🤗😳

No inter action with staff. A bit like ordering at MacDonalds. Order on a tablet, pay and write your name down. They call when order is ready. Lack of atmosphere, not inviting to linger. Coffee was average for a chain. Wouldn’t rush back.

Terrible customer service at the Sauchiehall branch . One staff member in particular was really unfriendly - actually I’d go so far as to say they were downright hostile. Customer service is really important - the coffee was actually good ( hence 2 stars instead of one) but my friend and I both left commenting on how sarcastic and rude the staff member wa . With other excellent cafes to choose from we will not be back . Black Sheep Coffee management - sort it out !

Would give 1000 stars but can do that. the very talented and lovely barista got my coffee order wrong and just gave me both of them anyway, absolutely made my day, coffees slayed aswell

LOVE this place. The coffee is GREAT, the interior is trendy and the staff are fab - their chat and smiles really brighten my day. (Shoutout to a slim male staff member with light hair - so friendly!). The only downside is that it can be VERY busy and the coffee prices went up in May. Still, a regular customer who is addicted to their coffee!

Situated along Sauchiehall Street and opposite the Priory Bar, this trendy Coffee shop was lively, selling both hot drinks / food as well as their own labelled produce. I’m not sure if you could pay over the counter, but I did feel the personal element was lacking when I used one of the touchscreen payment machines. However, the staff that served me were chirpy and friendly. Opting for the Cappuccino and Brownie, I felt that the latter was a tad dry however, the Coffee more than compensated for that. Undoubtedly in the top three i’ve tried in Glasgow (to date). Weighing up the pros and cons, I do feel my experience was more on the positive side, given the quality of my hot drink. However, it lacked the cosy feeling that you want when sitting in, which lowered my rating to 4/5.

Love the coffee and the staff are so friendly. This is now my usual coffee shop. Have always had a positive experience in here, decent pricing and a lovely chilled place to sit!

Great place for coffee and cake. The best coffee in Glasgow. All staff are really friendly. Remember they don't take cash only cards.

We stopped here for breakfast. The Norwegian waffle I had was delicious and was much better than I anticipated. Lovely sunny day so we sat outside on Sauchiehall Street. Enjoyed the coffee too.

Pretty sure I've been here before, perhaps not for a few years. The cafe was quiet, students working, discussing books. The staff were friendly adding to the friendly and welcoming atmosphere. Great vibes, will definitely come back here the next time I'm back up in Glasgow.

This place sucked me in - it looked like the new trendy indie coffee shop in town and only later did I find out it's part of a chain, and it shows. Lets be fair, its clean, fresh, new, great location, reasonable prices, interior is visually appealling. The order system is fast - you order and pay via a tablet - great if you want to order quickly, not good if you value human interaction when visiting a coffee shop and arent seeking a 'Maccy Ds' type experience. Then the coffee. It was bad. It was dark, bitter, and offered no flavour whatsoever - I didn't finish it which is rare. It wasn't even as good as fast food coffee. Maybe I got a 'bad one', but, you only get one chance to make a first impression as they say...
