Got a delivery, Food absolutely dry as a stick and also wrong.Over priced crap.never again

Food was delivered on time and cold, burger buns were wet, loaded fries were so cold the cheese didn’t melt, the chicken wings were hard like they had been re-warmed and still arrived cold with a thick cold sauce. Awful food to send out at the prices charged.

Shame we thought this was our new favourite takeaway but food was cold and items were missing

Order a delivery a On two different apps as had a promotion on the apps Z driver agent to collect was refused to collect both as on different apps but going to the are address food now cold as waiting for the friends order to arrive . Very poor customer service

food was hot, drinks where sealed and overall the quality of the food was amazing, would highly recommend it for a quick bite to eat if you like peri peri.

Ordered food for delivery and half the items were missing. Phoned and asked about the missing items and was told to come myself to collect it which defeats the purpose in ordering a delivery. Food arrived cold and unfortunately we all struggled to eat it. We ordered the mild chicken and it tasted like someone had poured half a litre of lemon juice all over it. Loaded fries were also not loaded - simply just fries with some chopped chicken on it. Would not recommend at all.

Kept delaying delivery time just to have a missing bit of food and 2 items where lemon and lime instead of mild

Item missing from my order called the store who said I have to come collect the missing item when I had already paid for delivery? The food which did arrive came cold very disappointed and now have to go through just eat for a refund but would of just preferred the missing item.

Just been for lunch, lovely lunch special. Chicken burger with lemon herb sauce, 2 sides and soft drink and a dip only 7.90 each. Bargain for delicious meal

ordered a click and collect tonight and when got home my partner went to eat her lemon and herb chicken wings and when she opened them up she noticed they were pink in the middle she phoned up to be told “it is marinated in peri peri so it goes pink” which we knew wasn’t right she then went to go back to it to pick up one that was clearly raw!!!! ABSOLUTE JOKE any excuse not to take countability definitely won’t be back here

Food is very affordable and good! This morning I had ordered a panini with peri fries and a drink which was only £6.00! Polite staff and great customer service. It was moderately busy when I chose to order some food, Great experience / will be returning.

Order was missing the drink, restaurant unwilling to deliver, didnt cinta t to say they didnt have or offer an alternative, suggested that i drive and collect, so why did i pay fees for delivery and why should i let the already luke warm food go cold

Not a single adult, employed children with no experience. Very arrogant and ill-mannered. Impudent service. I witnessed how the driver came to pick up the order, politely asked to put the drinks in the bag because they were loose, they called him names and threw him out of the restaurant. I personally will not come here. It's a kindergarten with children. Lack of professionalism.

Black rooster is my favorite restaurant of all time but yesterday when I ordered it for delivery it just came to disappoint, the portions were comedic for the price I couldn’t believe my eyes, bare in my mind I don’t need much to feel full at all, the sauces are my favorite part but there weren’t even near full, last nights order made me want to order don pollos next time unfortunately

DO NOT EAT HERE, I ordered a chicken burger and when I bit into it the burger was pink, I told the staff who were really nice and gave me a refund and apologised and made a new burger, when the new burger came I then cut into it with a knife to make sure it was ok to eat and it was also pink and when I told them again they said the burgers are premade and can’t be raw but they were both genuinely pink, the first one was very pink and the second one was slightly pink, now me and my friend are ill and defo won’t be eating here again!!!

We came from out of town and visited this shop and were very pleased with the service from Chloe and Jay. They were patient with our order and were kind and friendly to my kids. Good service goes a long way and made this a pleasant visit. The food was good value especially the lunch menu meals. The shop inside is nice and big with plenty of seating and is clean and tidy. We ordered take away and when we had the food it was well packed and tasted very nice. The peri fries were very nice. Very pleasant experience overall.

Great place! The staff Shannon and Paige, were very friendly and helpful. And the chefs were very friendly too. Food was great too, I througly recommend this, to any one who is a fan of spicy food too. Michael

After trying Black Rooster in Dunfermline a few times gotta say this branch feels very bland in comparison. Got there with my mate and immediately noticed the restaurant was entirely empty and the music was extremely loud and there were four kids (members of staff) behind the counter doing nothing but speaking out loud to each other and having a laugh (pretty much behaving as school students by playing with each other). Due all that loud noise and what seemed lack of interest to take our order we just went to return the menus to the counter and went somewhere else with a less eccentric environment. Maybe management should keep them in check.

Usually order every other week. Would highly recommend usually. But today the curly fries and normal peri fries were inedible, was pure salt ruined the rest of the meal it was that bad.

Usually great, only issue this time is the wrong flavour came with the chicken and rice. hot lemon and herb ordered, extra hot delivered and it was just to spicy. Everything else was spot on though so not a bad review but human error unfortunately.

Quick delivery. Hot. I always think the rice is a bit too over but that’s because it’s precooked then reheated. Still enjoyable though.
