Me, my partner and best friend went the other evening the food was to die for, the service unbelievable and truly so amazing!!

Great cosy atmosphere. Fixed price menu a bit limited for choice but excellent value. Much more choice on the a la crate menu. Food served quickly and hot. Service above and beyond. Joe our waiter went out of his way to recommend wine and couldn’t do enough. Would definitely recommend . Will be going back soon.

A lovely bistro style restaurant. We just happened upon it while looking for a place for dinner. We were very fortuate in our choice. Joe our waiter was excellent. The bouillabaisse my husband had was one of the best ever and my sea bass was excellent. Highly recommend this place.

I went for lunch yesterday with my husband and we chose 3 courses for £17.50. We really enjoyed our meal, it was tasty and good value. Our waiter was Gregory who was so friendly and attentive. It's a great venue for lunch.

Really great service, super attentive and friendly. Conor and Joe took care of us well! Mussels had some grit in them but the sauce was really rich and tasty. The sea bass main was excellent though! Overall really nice evening here, would visit again.

We went to the bistro Jacques 15 years ago when we visited Liverpool, we had wonderful experience and great food. However it has closed after all these years. But two of restaurant out of the three Bistro Pierre and Bistro Franc are still open doors. We came to Bistro Pierre and it wasn't disappointed and we tasted the same food again. Great food , warming services , best potato gratin ever Big portions of Beef stew red wine and potato mash. Pan fired sea bass was fresh and wonderful. We will comeback again

Fantastic restaurant. Very friendly staff. Excellent food. The fixed price menu is fantastic value for money. £25 for two delicious courses plus a yummy cocktail. Definitely recommend.

The venue is pleasant, service is excellent and the food was superb. We left happy and full! I had the soup and the chicken and my friend the pate and fish, all was delicious. My friend ordered extra chips and there was enough for 4 people. Highly recommend!

My daughter selected Bistro Pierre for her birthday dinner as she always enjoys the experience. As usual the food and service were very good. They made a special effort for my daughters birthday celebration. Only complaint would be the noise from the bar below.

Fransk bistro på engelskt sätt. Eftersom den ligger i partidistriktet i Liverpool var det mycket hög ljudvolym på lördagskvällen. Speciellt som bistron ligger över en bar med livemusik. Menyn består av typiska franska rätter, och pilgrimsmusslorna och ankan jag åt var riktigt bra. Äppelpajen var väl mer medelmåttig. Bra viner på glas och trevlig personal. Välj hellre en annan tid än lördag kväll för ett besök.

Here on a trip to Liverpool with my sister and daughter. We found this absolutley beautiful French bistro! Amazing food, amazing value and equally amazing servers. Nowhere else was of this standard. Most highly recommend!

Another excellent meal in Bistro Pierre. The Chateauneuf Du Pape is one of the best examples of the wine that we've had anywhere. Great service from Joe and Joao and nice to briefly meet the chef at the end of our meal. We'll be back again!

Went for meal with friends, staff were very attentive at all times, we were served by Joe, Ella and Gregory and they couldn’t do enough for us, we told them we were out for a birthday meal and they gave us all a free desert. The meal was excellent all three courses, I would recommend this lovely restaurant to any one. We are going back on 29th April. Thank you Pierre Bistro.

Meeting a group of retired work colleagues we had what can only be described as not the best experience we have ever had at Bistro Pierre. The wife ordered the navarin d’agneau which arrived luke warm, they happily warmed it up for her. I opted for the hake which was cooked perfectly however the samphire was like munching on privet clippings and inedible. As a group we had opted for the menu deal of two course plus a bottle of wine each, yes each! However upon receiving the bill we were told that we would have to pay extra for the wine? We are now looking for an alternative venue for our next get together.

Booked a table for Saturday 7pm. Took nearly 1 hour 30 mins for our starters to arrive. We asked for daupinoise potatoes with our mains told when they arrived there wasn't any. Instead got over boiled veg and potatoes with no seasoning whatsoever . The steaks which arrived were blue to rare rather than the medium we asked for. Asked for extra bread with our starters as an apology for the long wait. They didn't bother to bring it. They were apologetic after our meal and we didn't have to pay for our starters or the bottle of wine. All In All a bad experience . The place is a bit a of dump too needs a refurb. Avoid.

3 of us walked in without reservation on a Sunday evening and got a table. Food was tasty and good in portion but didn’t quite hit the spot. Many dishes ran out so we were left with limited options for dinner. Service was very good, prompt and attentive, they were always on the feet. Interesting deco but was noisy from the pubs downstairs.

Very disappointed. We were a party of 10 for lunch being on a day trip. We had pre-ordered and paid in full including service charge. I had to wait for my main course at least 5 minutes after everyone else which resulted in some having cold food. We had told the waitress that we had to be back at our coach on Albert Dock at 3.30. We had to ask a couple of times for clearing and to order desserts. I asked for cheese board which they didn't have. So,I chose Christmas pudding. As it, eventually,came the waitress said that it should have been flamed but didn't work?? It was swimming in brandy and freezing cold. The waitress said sorry the microwave wasn't working properly. Really?? As an alternative I chose creme brulee and a coffee. By this time I had gone off the idea but I had paid. By the time my coffee came we were getting coats on.
