the food was cold and it wasn't even cooked properly the meat was hard

the chicken burgers were 10/10, the meat was beautifully cooked. i had the korean burger my partner the normal bbq, both tasted great, chips were a bit stale, but had they been hot they’d have been great. 9/10

My now got to chicken place! The wings are cooked to perfection and the maple mustard sauce sit nicely on top .

Bang on time, all there, fresh and tasty. Too often things are missing from these big chains and they are never prepared to put it right, but this was spot on, thank you

Certainly worth paying a bit more for quality like this.

For the amount it’s worth is VERY disappointing. Half cooked oven chicken on the “doughnut” burger.

The chicken is some of the best I’ve had from a take out. Food was hot, and good quality. The tiger cry sauce is not for the faint hearted! It starts alright then sets everything on fire! My only comment is that the donut burger would be better with a glazed donut rather than a “dunkin donut”.

Quite greasy sickly burger which was listed as buttermilk chicken but it didn't say the batter was flavoured with alot of sage and for someone who doesn't like sage that ruined it for me.. chips were also dry, wouldn't order again

Nice burger, really tasty. Fries were cool on arrival, we did microwave them but they didn’t taste great.

Nothing special. Everything was excessively covered in sauce unfortunately that sauce was incredibly bland and flavourless. Even the cookie dough had absolutely no flavour which is impressive considering the amount of chocolate sauce on it. Nothing tasted bad it just had no taste.

Restaurant accepted our order, we got a notification to say the food was ready and being picked up by courier, order was then cancelled. 25 minutes after first accepting our order. Waste of time. P.S Tried them again and they forgot my partners burger and there’s no way to contact them, avoid.

Taste great and arrived on time, definitely recommend.

Ordered online, when food came it was still warm which was good. However, the waffles on the special were soggy and because of this they were not good. Overall good food and would order again.

Just had this massive burger “The spicy N’duja & Maple Bird” It was very tasty 🤤 I highly recommend this place

To get a 6/6 is hard work but Birdbox definitely proves to be a bar setting restaurant, the price may be steep but the quality? comparatively second-to-none in the area, if you love chicken wings the Southern Fried wings are perfect, I had a Aioli dipping sauce and it paired brilliantly with the wings, I also had an additional helping of Cajun Fries with still prove to be beautiful in their own right.

Fries were cold. Cheese was cheap quality and like hard plastic. Chicken was dry and tough. To expensive for the quality

The main food item I ordered was not sent. I ordered the All American classic breaded bird box and was sent the mac n cheese bird box. I don't like mac n cheese :(

I got sent donuts instead of fries so didn't have a meal

The chicken wings are exceptional compared to other local restaurants at the same price point, the Cajun fries along side the wings is just absolutely beautiful, the fries themselves are amazing, decent thickness and bite, the spice is just right too, all in all, a great meal if you’re looking for something filling at a decent somewhat steeper price with greater quality.

Food was delivered late cold. After checking tracking it mentioned waiting for delivery driver for over 10 minutes which explains why food is cold. Not happy at all!!!

ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTED WITH THE SERVICE THAT I RECIEVED TODAY. THE DRIVER WOULDN'T DELIEVER TO THE DUDLEY TEST SITE. REFUSED. POINT BLANK. HE WAS RINGING ME TELLING ME TO LEAVE TO GO AND GET THE FOOD. ALSO WANTED MORE MONEY FROM ME JUST BECAUSE HE WAS DELIVERING TO A COVID TEST SITE WHEN YOU DON'T EVEN HAVE TO COME INSIDE. WHEN HE DID FINALLY ARRIVED HE LEFT MY FOOD ON SOME RANDOM PERSONS CAR THAT WAS IN THE CAR PARK. FOOD IS STONE COLD

Got order wrong. Missed off 2 lots of food. No way of contacting them and was 205th in the just eat chat. All food was stone cold by the time I gave up trying to contact them. Will not be ordering from them again

Usually great food great service. Only this time i ordered 10 flaming hot missippi wings but they sent bbq whiskey wings wich i dont like so very dissapointed im left hungry.

The quality and size of the food was disgraceful. The food was also vastly overpriced, and whilst the service was alright at best. We are left hungry and extremely disappointed. We will not be ordering from here again

Exactly what i have been looking for a while now the combinations are amazing , food was delicious and how i imagined it. The dunking mini dohnuts aswell to die for. What a great place. I highly recommend Birdbox i think its better than kfc or mcdonalds. Good quality fresh food.
