Waiting over 2 hours for my order. The app just changed to say that my food was delivered. I phoned Greggs, told my order has been sat ready since I placed the order. No delivery drivers available but they took my money. Do not order from this place

delivery and driver was great however my order was wrong and if it was due to being an alternative surely I should have been told. my child is allergic to the chocolate muffins. and I was given one and hadn't ordered and was given two crossaints and didn't order them. and didn't receive what I did order. cheeky when I've spent £20

The pizzas I ordered 2 cheese tomato and 2 veg gave me all 4 cheese only I ordered 2 cheese and onion pasties and 2 veg ones got one 2 cheese onion no veg ones at all

I'm a regular customer who loves to get some breakfast from Greggs after my night shift. I arrived here hungry and tired from my night shift only to find they were not open yet despite their opening time being stated as 8am! I waited for nearly 20 minutes before they opened at 9.25am! When I got inside there were no hash browns and they weren't making any either! I was so sad and disappointed I wanted to cry. Yesterday I wanted a vegan sausage roll but they were all out of those as well! Not what I needed after a nightshift 😢 Please just make sure there are enough hashbrowns cooked because I love them and they are hardly ever available at this branch.

One staff who clearly didn’t want to be there was extremely rude. I told her my order she didn’t hear it completely and didn’t ask if I wanted anything else when she read my order back I said what else I wanted and she rudely replied you need to tell me everything you want at once. She also messed up my order and charged me for something I didn’t even want and then refused to give me a refund. Another staff had to step in and give me the refund. This is appalling costumer service, I’m not happy at all, due to all of this I was late to where I needed to be. On top of it all she didn’t even apologise and did not acknowledge her mistakes!

Food was not fresh at all. The pizza looked like it was a left over from yesterday. And it was cold

absolutely useless. ordered via just eat. driver could not find our premises (have ordered for here for the last 5 years). marked the order as delivered when he hadn't delivered it. do not use this place

Greggs have always gone above and beyond. Even on birthdays they manage to put a smile on your face and leave a nice note and a treat :) the best Greggs branch by far!

Hot food came hot and the coffee was perfectly wrapped with an extra lid and sugars etc inside which I appreciated. Hardly any spillage too which I thought was impressive!

This place has been improving in a way as the staff are not allowing anyone to beg outside this shop anymore as it scares a lot of customers off plus customers are not allowed to buy the beggars any items from this shop as encourages them to beg outside as the food they get off customers gives them energy & fuel to beg for extra hours to buy more drugs even though having an addiction to drugs is like being wealthy so winning millions or billions on the lottery is nothing lol compared to being a junkie. As before, these junkie wasteman luns were living like royalty, scaring & intimidating vulnerable customers off..not anymore, plus it should stay like that forever, they are not homeless either. The staff like Saj, Ibbi, Izzy, Fatima , Sobeeha , Helen Samya & the manager herself Tina are all amazing equally as I love them all as they serve me

delivery time kept changing getting longer and longer and when it arrived food was cold

I came to the shop late around the closing time, but I didnt know that the shops closing times have changed. I ordered a pizza here. The asian girl with glasses behind the counter told me there was 10 minutes left till they close, but she was nice enough to serve me a fresh pizza from the oven. I dont know why they changed the closing times though.
