The pizzas I ordered 2 cheese tomato and 2 veg gave me all 4 cheese only I ordered 2 cheese and onion pasties and 2 veg ones got one 2 cheese onion no veg ones at all

Food was cold and soggy hope Greg's sorts this out there my sons favourite really enjoyed the new deal cookie and a drink

I'm a regular customer who loves to get some breakfast from Greggs after my night shift. I arrived here hungry and tired from my night shift only to find they were not open yet despite their opening time being stated as 8am! I waited for nearly 20 minutes before they opened at 9.25am! When I got inside there were no hash browns and they weren't making any either! I was so sad and disappointed I wanted to cry. Yesterday I wanted a vegan sausage roll but they were all out of those as well! Not what I needed after a nightshift 😢 Please just make sure there are enough hashbrowns cooked because I love them and they are hardly ever available at this branch.

One staff who clearly didn’t want to be there was extremely rude. I told her my order she didn’t hear it completely and didn’t ask if I wanted anything else when she read my order back I said what else I wanted and she rudely replied you need to tell me everything you want at once. She also messed up my order and charged me for something I didn’t even want and then refused to give me a refund. Another staff had to step in and give me the refund. This is appalling costumer service, I’m not happy at all, due to all of this I was late to where I needed to be. On top of it all she didn’t even apologise and did not acknowledge her mistakes!

Food was not fresh at all. The pizza looked like it was a left over from yesterday. And it was cold

the southern fried wedges were missing and the 4 piece cookies

absolutely useless. ordered via just eat. driver could not find our premises (have ordered for here for the last 5 years). marked the order as delivered when he hadn't delivered it. do not use this place

Greggs have always gone above and beyond. Even on birthdays they manage to put a smile on your face and leave a nice note and a treat :) the best Greggs branch by far!

Recipes have changed a little Good for a quick bite but below average

Hot food came hot and the coffee was perfectly wrapped with an extra lid and sugars etc inside which I appreciated. Hardly any spillage too which I thought was impressive!

Didn’t get any of my sweet chilli and they gave me full margarita instead of half veg. I’ve got pictures too most of it went to waste rly disappointed

Missing 6 items from my order havnt had no response after sending countless emails to repay me back for my missing items, very bad attitude, I do not recommend using this service to anyone, I am very disappointed and upset!!!

This place has been improving in a way as the staff are not allowing anyone to beg outside this shop anymore as it scares a lot of customers off plus customers are not allowed to buy the beggars any items from this shop as encourages them to beg outside as the food they get off customers gives them energy & fuel to beg for extra hours to buy more drugs even though having an addiction to drugs is like being wealthy so winning millions or billions on the lottery is nothing lol compared to being a junkie. As before, these junkie wasteman luns were living like royalty, scaring & intimidating vulnerable customers off..not anymore, plus it should stay like that forever, they are not homeless either. The staff like Saj, Ibbi, Izzy, Fatima , Sobeeha , Helen Samya & the manager herself Tina are all amazing equally as I love them all as they serve me

Really good food. The pizza has changed a lot through the years and this is the best it's ever been.

Order came missing some of the items

20min late from the 1st estimated time And my order was also incorrect with no vegetarian pizza not happy at all after all that wait

delivery time kept changing getting longer and longer and when it arrived food was cold

I came to the shop late around the closing time, but I didnt know that the shops closing times have changed. I ordered a pizza here. The asian girl with glasses behind the counter told me there was 10 minutes left till they close, but she was nice enough to serve me a fresh pizza from the oven. I dont know why they changed the closing times though.

My coffee was leaking - there was hardly any cheese on the pizza and my coffee has come in cups without holes to drink from

Pizza parts in the six slice box were old and hard, very unpleasant. Is there not a limit of time beyond which NOT to sell a pizza part? Gosh.

Everything arrived perfect. All variants and quantities met. Smashed it 10/10 delivery rider found our address too! Keep it up team!

Driver mixed my order up, didn’t even bother reading or using his eyes or putting on his glasses to see who’s order is who’s. The problem is Just Eat drivers! Greggs on the other hand always deliver! I think just eat should tell their drivers to use their brains!

Hi my hot chocolate was spilt everywhere I’m annoyed
