Brilliant Takeaway pizzas are the best

Normally best in darlo but last night the chips were inedible, raw, different chips used defo

Been going here for 16 years! Yes orders have been messed up at times but who hasn't messed up? We've tried ordering from other takeaways over the years but nothing compares to Benos! And the fact it's only open untill 10:30 speaks volumes.

Usually order from here and the last twice we have ordered have messed the order up

Quite happy to serve disgusting food to regular customers then bosh them off when they call to complain.

i ordered chips and garlic, however when they arrived at my home i was deeply disappointed and upset due to the amount of garlic that was placed on the chips, there was a ratio of about 10:2 of chips then the garlic. When i called again to see why there was such a devastating amount of garlic on my chips the man on the phone rudely spoke to me “ what do want us to do about it”i will not be ordering again because of the lack of garlic and the way the service has rudely handled the situation.

Forgot drinks and didn't send again,second order a week later food was stone cold and they wouldn't answer calls, never again !

Love binos the lady who takes orders always pleasant delivery driver spot on i mistakenly paid an extra £10 and he came straight back with it so very honest i recomend binos to everybody.keep it up .thanks again driver

Tasty and probably the best Parmos in Darlington

Ordered for pickup. Got home and they rang me up and said they gave me the wrong order and would I fetch it back for the right one. Drove all the way back and exchanged orders but never got an apology for their mistake or even a thank you for using my time and petrol. All I got was food that was lukewarm! Plus the order I took home was opened (just one pizza) and I could have tampered with it. Then they would have given that order to the right person not knowing if I had put anything in . Not good.

dirty horrible attitude from staff especially owner sent freezing cold food refused to replace said 1 hour took 15 minutes for a parmo never use again

Lived round the corner from here for 3 years….why oh why have I never been before, got delivery, seriously one of the best pizzas and kebabs I’ve ever had! 100% be going back, probs tomoz haha!

I go here all the time, £1 delivery and some of their special offers are incredible value. Only 4 star as sometimes they get the order wrong when I order on the phone

Asked for cheesy garlic bread got a garlic bread with hardly any topping

It is briliant my friends said but I have never tried it
