Unfortunately it seems to be a running theme with Bills especially on busy days is that the good is tepid as it stands ready to go out . This was brunch and have experienced it 4 times now !

Horrible service at bills Kingston I took my elderly mum for lunch today and the experience wasn’t good. We booked a table at the Kingston branch for 345pm. When we arrived we were left standing at the “wait to be seated sign” for 15 minutes) nobody even came and greeted us. It was a very hot day and my mum had a walking stick being 84 years old you would have thought they would have offered us a seat but when the lady came over to us she said ok let me see and left us standing for another 10 minutes it was shocking because there were seats, but she just ignored us and continued taking orders. So it looked to us like the front of house was missing today. In the end I went inside and asked again can we sit there please pointing at a table, I was told ok. We ordered and the food came quickly but no drinks came We asked for ice water and the water came half way through the meal and no ice just a jug To top it off my mum ordered a chicken burger and asked the young waitress please could you ask the Cheif to cut it in 2 or 4 pieces because I’m partially sighting. Without even considering the request she said no and looked at me and said can’t she do that. Whenever we have visited Bills in Wimbledon this has never been an issue. I am very dissatisfied by the level of service received today we won’t be back

My son and I visited Bill’s in Kingston and were looked after very well by a lovely staff member named Weronika. We were very pleased with the service—everything was on time, and we didn’t have to wait long at all. The atmosphere was welcoming, and the experience made our visit truly enjoyable. Highly recommend!

Maria and Andreas were fantastic. So welcoming and accommodating. I have been twice in 2 weeks and keep telling my friends as I really want them to see what good food and good service looks like. Fantastic atmosphere and brilliant prices please don’t change anything

The service from Shai was amazing and friendly. The food was brilliant for most of us, unfortunately the halloumi burger didn't live up to the standard of the rest of the meal.

Yesterday, we enjoyed a very good lunch at Bill's. The food was exquisite, and our server, Alisha, was incredibly kind. To top it off, the prices were excellent, especially since our two kids ate for free!

Great atmosphere and delicious food. This was my first visit to Bill’s, the service was great and the food arrived piping hot. I had the roasted aubergine and parmigiana dish which was full of flavour. Busy but relaxed atmosphere. Lovely spot by the river.

When I went to Bills on the 21st May Atilla greeted me at the door with a warm welcoming smile. As it was quiet he gave me a seat of my choosing and walked me through the menus, not forgetting to mention new and exciting dishes. After taking my order he ensured the rest of my stay was perfect offering me water, drink refills and a dessert menu which I was sure to take him up on! He is an asset to Bills and really helps achieve a positive and welcoming atmosphere.

Nice place located along the kingston riverside. Me and my friends ordered Avocado florentine but The amount of avocado was too small and bit saucy for me but the atmosphere was good.
