I had a birthday dinner at Bills in (Kingston) with my husband and we loved every minute of our time there. The food, the vibe was so good 10/10. All the staff were super friendly and helpful, we were served by Jordia and she was so lovely. She took great care of us from start to finish. Will definitely be a regular

Love going to Bill’s Kingston! Had the best time for my birthday on a bank holiday, it was busy but Shai was really attentive and made the whole experience fun! Her banter and charm made the meal and she was very helpful and accommodating.

Outstanding service. Myself and my partner attended for a booking, i have a severe nut allergy and they catered to my every need, making sure what i was ordering was safe, apart from that the staff were lovely, a gentleman and lady looked after us for the time we was there and we was met with very nice people whom were chatty also. Would highly recommend, food was also top tier.

Been to a few of the places along the river here and often slightly disappointed so I wanted to come and write that Bill's was excellent! We went for a weekend lunch, it was pretty busy but service was fast, the dishes were original, thoughtfully presented and really tasty (I had duck salad and some chicken dumplings), the staff were attentive and personable, and the interior decor was smart and fun. Very enjoyable experience.

A brilliant service and the food delicious. We were seated outside, but there was heating and blankets if required.

Beautiful location right in front of the Kingston Bridge, I was here between 6.30pm and 8.30pm, the perfect time to enjoy the sunset with a nice aperitif and dinner! I ate some delicious dishes, all accompanied by the smiles and kindness of my waitress Maria and the Hostess Silvia. Thanks also to the manager Belo, for having satisfied my small request to have a coffee-drowned ice cream (not on the menu)! Highly recommended if you are looking for a nice location not crowded with tourists!

Very happy with brunch and customer service with Margarita. Polite, quick and professional.

Took my son for lunch during the Easter hols. Very friendly welcoming team and my son loved the calamari and sweet potato chips and was defeated by the Easter pancakes. Sadly by avocado on egg toast was a disappointment - cold poached eggs and toast and the avocado smash looked like it had been out for a while. I’d ordered a mixed side salad and had to remind staff a couple of times for the dressing. To be fair the manageress did not charge me for the avo toast but overall I was disappointed as I’d been looking forward to lunch at Bills. In the past the portions have been generous and the food was delicious but sadly this seems another example of chain restaurants cutting costs and dropping their standards.

Dined here 3 times recently during the past two school holidays as the kids eat free. The prices are reasonable too considering great service and a nice view if the riverside. Thank you!

Good food and good service. Very noisy though as they turned the music up to drown out the various phones being used to entertain little kids.

The service for Bills is always very good, its just a shame the menu hasn't changed in a long time, come on Bill!

Booked a table, large queue to get in. Once seated the restaurant was quiet but we got sat by what felt like a storage corner with boxes of stuff. Food came out after 20 minutes of ordering and was freezing cold. No apology just okay, it got changed, 5 min later arrived again. Plus, I ordered the Easter pancakes, the dish had seeds on the chocolate outside which wasn’t in the menu picture or description. I didn’t like these seeds and they were NOT advertised. At the end their online pay system wasn’t working. Waited on a member of staff; who took payment with a service charge. No compensation for the long wait and cold food. Will not be returning.

Food was excellent and we were well taken care of when it began to rain and we were moved inside. However, splitting our bill was exceedingly difficult. We asked to split our bill based on items instead of splitting evenly (which should not be the expectation when splitting a bill, as people often order based on how expensive an item is), but this proved difficult for our server. We also weren’t informed that there was a QR code we could scan to split the bill ourselves. Perhaps Bill’s needs a till system that allows servers to easily split the bill based on item or servers should ask if guests will be together or separate at the start of service.

Brilliant experience. Terrific with two small kids who devoured the very good kids’ menu. Tim in particular was lovely, but everyone else working there too.

£39.60 for two massive all day breakfasts with drinks and they replaced the black pudding for another sausage each!

Very welcoming even though we were late for our booking, really helpful helping us choose our menu, drinks brought to our table almost immediately, all waiters had a cheerful smile, meals served to our table within 15 minutes of ordering, meals were hot and exceptionaly tasty, all in all an excellent eating experience. Well done.

Every time I’ve been to Bills there has been friendly welcoming staff, who are always greeting you with a smile no matter how busy they are, and calm under pressure. And I never met a Bills dish I didn’t like! My go to if I want to go out for a meal. Great view of the river too.

Shai’s customer service was excellent, had a lovely time from the get go from how nice and welcomed we were. The food was delicious and we had a lovely lunch! Definitely recommend :)

Was disappointed with my classic burger. The bun was burnt and the bacon was crunchy. My friend ordered a chicken dish and said the chicken was bland and dry. Will not be recommending.

Great! I got a tip and came all the way from Paddington to have breakfast here. The furthest journey is worth it. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is really recommended! If you're lucky, there's a table available where you can have a view of the Kingston Bridge while having breakfast. You can't have a better or nicer breakfast in London. Thank you very much for the pleasant stay in your restaurant.

SHAI IS AMAZING GIVE THAT GIRL A RAISE, PROTECT THAT PRINCESS AT ALL COSTS. I just met her today and she stole my heart, best service ever, amazing in every way, a true queen!

The most enormous double espresso I've ever had! A nice place with efficient staff. It was a welcome stop whilst walking along the river.

Food is regular but this Bills in particular has great views to the river. Service is really good too.

Pre plated reheated foul lunch. Avocado on sourdough. Soggy sourdough toast topped with certainly on its way out avocado, topped with warm reheated precooked poached eggs. Bill's Big Brunch Cold baked beans, sausage luke warm and overcooked, bacon was cremated, eggs had been reheated and were luke warm. In fact the meal had all been plated a long time prior to service. The sourdough toast were like bricks. Very very disappointed. Waste of money. We won't visit Bill's again.
