Went to Bills last night for dinner and had a lovely meal. The service was amazing we had Pragna helping with our table. Will definitely be back!

Met two friends for lunch today and the only negative I have is that I was not greeted at the door although there was staff milling around who definitely saw me. It was very busy in the restaurant but that doesn’t excuse not being acknowledged. In the end I just walked in and saw where my friends were sat. I’ve deducted one star for the service because of this, otherwise it would have been 5 stars. Other than that it was very positive. The food was delicious. We bought a sharing platter plus some small dishes which was ample for the three of us and one of my friends was given a free dessert for her birthday. Our waiter’s name was Parsa and from the moment he greeted us at the table his friendly, helpful and humorous nature made it a lovely dining experience. He even jokingly asked for ID when we ordered prosecco which was hilarious as we are well past the legal age and actually thought he was serious at first. It’s the little interactions with people that can make your day and being served by Parsa today certainly made mine. Exceptional customer service was provided by him and he deserves a pay rise!!

The food was average, had the eggs Benedict which were nice, but nothing crazy. The service was really good, all the staff are extremely nice and sweet and the atmosphere is very cosy. Nice convenient place to go for a brunch

Dora was great. Looked after us really well. Found us a seat by the window. Accommodated our breakfast needs by bringing extra plates and cutlery etc. really quick service and great food.

Went for bottomless pancakes, they were really good and filling! Our favourites were the fruit and the bacon and maple syrup pancakes. Really good service and lovely staff, always ready to fill up drinks or get us a refill. Quick service too!

Went to Bills not a great experience service was not up to standard, asked if we wanted any sauces we said yes and nothing came. We went to pay with cash to be told only cards were taken though nothing to suggest this when we went in as would not have bothered Won't be going here again.

Great location, atmosphere and service. The pancakes had the wrong ratio of pancakes to toppings (too many pancakes), and the coffee wasn't to my liking (to me it tasted badly extracted). The garden plate was delicious and generous, with some halloumi, beans and great hollandaise.
