Went out to have lunch here, great service, really wonderful atmosphere. Got the Bill's classic burger and it was so tasty! Thank you so much Radina for looking after us!

I always come here if I have time. The service is so on point all the staff are kind and always smiling. Especially CATHERINE, she make sure that we enjoy our food and service she provided. I felt comfortable with her, and very kind.

Great location, atmosphere and service. The pancakes had the wrong ratio of pancakes to toppings (too many pancakes), and the coffee wasn't to my liking (to me it tasted badly extracted). The garden plate was delicious and generous, with some halloumi, beans and great hollandaise.

My daughter has a nut allergy and our server, Margarita, was amazing, she went through the menu, double checking everything, we felt very confident to order. Very attentive and would check in regularly even though it was busy during half term. Thank you!

Dora is a wonderful manager, welcomed us with a smile and took care of our family promptly. We were also informed, this week kids eat free so that’s a bonus which will entice us to revisit this week. Great service👌

Catherine was very attentive and has provided great customer service. Food is also great.

We were a big group of 10. We all felt the food was not up to our expectations. The two chicken burgers we ordered had a few undercooked pink parts. The manager was kind enough to offer replacement and removed it off our bill. We don't agree that it's just a vein though as claimed. The eggs florentine and royale came without the hollandaise sauce and we had to send them back. The florentine barely had 2 leaves of spinach. Anyway, we were not satisfied with the overall food quality and speed of service, but the manager and our waitress were respectful.

I loved my dinner experience at Bills in Kingston, it was a perfect experience watching the sun go down by the river and the food was delicious. Anna who looked after was really friendly and was fantastic. I would highly recommend as a place to eat!

My coffe was weak, when I sent it back it took 20 minutes, my pancakes came late and the second ones I ordered were cold and stodgy. The waiters were understanding but I think it's understaffed.

I went for the bottomless pancakes, we were given the wrong information and were very confused but catherine very quickly cleared everything up for us and made us feel comfortable and welcome. She answered our questions very well and gave us very very good service. 10/10 recommend
