Bill's in Reigate and Banstead

Went to Bill’s Reigate for my birthday brunch with colleagues and we all had such a great time, and it’s all thanks to the amazing Lubi who went above and beyond to make it so special! From the moment we walked in, we were made to feel so comfortable and his attention to detail and care was next level. The food was fantastic but the service was even better. I can’t rave enough about how well we were looked after. Honestly, I’d go back just for Lubi and the team alone! Can’t wait to return! 😊

Very unimpressed with Bill's in Reigate today, took my daughters for dreakfast to celebrate their birthday, the staff were unbelievably rude, despite one of my daughters working at Bill's, refused to honor the birthday email offer of free bottle of processeco or my daughters staff discount..We left after just having drinks, due to the repeated attempts by staff coming to our table to query validity of email offer, and being made to feel so unwelcome The waitress was really kind, but the managers were very dismissive and rude in response to my daughter wanting to bring her sister to her place of work for her birthday. #DoBetterBills

I just don’t understand how this place is so popular. The service is hit or miss. The place is noisy and feels cluttered. The food is abysmal. Clearly all microwaved - eggs inedible, bacon rubbery, toast (well bread really) cold and sausage anaemic. Only saving grace were the mushrooms, but you cant really get those wrong out if a tin can you?! Coffee ok but all in all not a nice brunch.

What a great place to enjoy a relaxing evening with friends. The food is delicious and beautifully presented, with a great menu to choose from. The staff are friendly and attentive. I would definitely recommend Bills for a wonderful night out.

I went there with my family who came to visit..we were given a very warm welcomed with nice smile from Belinda and James to our best waitress/ Assistant manager Iulia who is definitely great acquisition to the team, the atmosphere was lovely as usual and the food delicious..the santorini salad was really delicious with fresh watermelon made by Christina and the chicken burger with double patty which my husband really enjoyed made by lovely Luca, Arthur and Josh. Iulia made sure we had everything we needed and the service was the best.

My family and I had a really lovely brunch at Bills Reigate. The food was lovely and the staff were very friendly and helpful, especially with our little one. Big thank you to Fern who was super friendly and reminded us to get the ice cream for our daughter for dessert. Which she loved! Thank you.

Fabulous birthday meal for my son’s 9th birthday. They even gave his meal for free apart from singing birthday song. Our meals were good and so was the service. Fern took good care of us.

Unusually poor service,chaotic despite not being overly busy, order incorrect, food cold and clearly nuked going by texture. Will avoid for foreseeable future.

We visited Bills (Reigate) as a family of four. We wanted to take advantage of the kids eat free deal. Having visited for a work event a few weeks back, the service was not up to the usual standard that we receive when we visit Bills. Previously, Belinda always goes above and beyond to ensure our experience is second to none but she wasn’t around when I attended with work. Because of this experience, not to mention the cost of eating out as a family, this naturally made us anxious about returning. When we put money into a business, we want to get the best possible experience. And on this day we did! We were served by Fern throughout the duration of our visit and explained our anxieties. She was amazing! She put us at ease, kept an eye on our food to ensure it was brought out as soon as it was ready so the children weren’t waiting too long for their dinner. She checked in with us to ensure everything was ok with our meals and she made the effort to interact and communicate with our two children - age 2 and 4. The rapport she created was lovely and comforting. I wanted to mention her by name so she gets the recognition and praise she so deserves. Thank you Fern. You restored our faith in excellent service again and we will be sure to return!

Advertised on line as breakfast menu arrive at bills at 8.30am to be given a brunch menu waitress. Said we don’t do a breakfast menu. Clearly they need to change there online advertising. Ruined breakfast certainly ain’t brunch time.
