Bilals in Gateshead

Always used bilals as our takeaway choice untill recently got bad food poisoning from kebab! Not sure if it was left to long or not, but disappointed.

Waited 2 1/2 hours food never arrived, shop said they would refund my money but that never happened either. AVOID THE PLACE WILL NEVER USE AGAIN

food fabulous as always but soils it when you order sauces amd get the wrong ones or all the same.

Got a message saying it was being delivered at half 7. Gets to half 8 still no food but I get a message telling me it has been delivered. I live 1 mile down the road. It doesn’t take over an hour to drive 1 mile. Delivery is shocking here. Can’t judge the food though since I rejected the cold late delivery.

ordered pizza for 8pm, arrived at 8.45pm

Pre booked. Arrived exactly on time. Food hot, great quality and tasty. Staff and delivery driver polite and professional. 5⭐️’s all around 😊

Order chicken wrap and jalapeño bits, both came cold and soggy, found small bones in the wrap. Frankly put me off and the price of delivery is shocking

usually love the food from here and always give the best reviews and recommendations but it arrived late and freezing. The pizza was all over the box and missing half the cheese of the slices. Couldn't even eat the chips as they were cold and most of it went in the bin.

No food was delivered yesterday at all

I never normally fault bilals however the sauce exploded in the bag and the driver completely ignored the instructions.

food as usual was good, but how it took the best part of an hour to be late when the venue is only 5 minutes away. shocking, especially when I normally order with delivery is usually 10 minutes eaely

It was squashed and not very hot never had any problems before not happy when I’ve spent over £18

My kid loved the Pizza Hut the milkshake wasn’t nice, it had half a frozen snickers bar in it 😂

Ordered was good but forgot deserts. Rang and she said she would send them out. Deserts got sent out but still missing 1. Overall very good.

I keep forgetting to leave a review but this place is lush. the pizzas are so good. I get from here a few times. it's the best tika massalla pizza money can but. the garlic sauce is divine and the garlic bread so good I could eat till I burst but always so much food for money I eat fir days. just full stars. always delivery nice and quick and food still lovely and hot. Great place to get food from. give em a try they are great and meal deals soooo cheap fir the amount of food you get.

Amazing quality of food has became my regular don’t think I’ll order anywhere else came earlier than expected the deals are also great value for money could not recommend this place any more thank you

Food arrived stone cold, had to bin the whole lot

Food was very bland no taste and to dry. Nan was too thick and tasteless as-well. Never buying again from there again. Chips was old you can blatantly tell. Not the money worth

Chips decent, pizzas nice. chilli sauce not too spicy but spicy enough. just a shame food was lukewarm tho.

I love this takeaway and use it all the time. It's probably the best in the area, but recently the pizzas haven't been cut properly.

we orders 2 wraps and a pizza then wraps were lovely but the pizza wasn't cooked long enough cheese wasn't even melted properly would order again just not a pizza

Masala mixed naan kebab was absolutely amazing!!! Fed 2 for tea and dinner next day, box was jam packed, chips are chippy chips and are soooooo good! Salad fresh and has coldslaw which makes it 10/10 for me! Chilli and garlic really good! I have had every kebab in Gateshead and I can’t fault this place! Would definitely recommend! Thank bilals

after placing In the notes no jalapeños on pizza the first pizza arrived with them on, called the shop waited another 45 mins to received another pizza this was stone cold, waited 2hrs for nothing had to order from elsewhere.

The chicken parmo was nice but the garlic was grainy almost as if it was off And the salad had soggy onions. Like they were defrosted. Wasnt hapy couldnt eat it

Kebab and pizzas here have always been fresh and tasty. Used a new deal and ended up massively disappointed. Kebabs were ok - salad was sat in water with the garlic sauce not how it used to be. Mostly disappointed with the pizza which was completely cold and not sure it was even the pizza I ordered…:

Haven't ordered anything for quite a few weeks, always gave a 5 star review, was so looking forward to the food we ordered, however , all I can say was that it was bland, the wraps were okay,but the pizza tasted synthetic... very disappointed 😞

The garlic bread - too much cheese, - greasy Kebab wrap was not worth the money it was tiny and not much in it and garlic sauce was lumpy and tasted sour wasn’t the best. Not be ordering again

Ordered through Just Eat. Food took 2 hours and 25 mins to arrive having been told it would take 50 mins. You can fly to Rome in the time it took to arrive. Called to complain and was told manager would call but he never did. If you want fast food you are better off cooking yourself from scratch.

We've been ordering from here for at least the past two years, and the food has consistently been amazing. The burgers especially are top quality! However all the food is delicious, affordable, and always satisfying. The service is second to none; the staff goes above and beyond every time. A big thank you to everyone for all the fantastic meals! Highly recommended!

Needs a option for salad or chips on the masala Nan kebab would of preferred salad with it. Orderd a bag of chips we didn't need after them being some on Nan kebab it never said this on here. Food was lovely. Garlic is lush

I called the takeaway 30 minutes after they advised they had sent the food out for delivery. They then advised that they were actually only just leaving now with the food (already 20 minutes late at this point)

yet another great meal!! we had the bolognese cheese burger and it half pounder cheese burger and they never fail in how nicely done the food is

The quality of the food was terrible. All went in the bin. Ordered garlic sauce none came. Even if it did it would not of helped how disgusting the food was. The chips where soggy & the kebab meat was awful. The cost of the food was 24 pound & was all binned

The Kebab was ok. Quantity was good but it wasnt very delicious. I will give it 5/10. Staff was friendly but during whole discussion they were paying less attention to my order. Looks like they were preoccupied with other things. Overall it was ok.

Best kebab and pizza in Gateshead

This place is a absolute disgrace iv order meal deal 5 which is 2 wraps chips and 12 inch a chicken kieve meat feast pizza what they forgot a chicken tikka pizza by itself a chicken Parmo and a mixed kebab we paid £58 so the pizza they forgot ro give in the meal deal I have to pay for the delivery argued for 15 mins for them to say OK you have to pay an extra £4 for there mistake Id advise not to order from this shop Arguing over. A pizza is a absolute joke

Tasty, fresh, warm and on time! Couldn’t complain about this place, looking forward to trying it again. Masala sauce is lush & kebab meat is very tasty meat!

Ordered from here from day 1 food amazing had a bit of a hicop as collected last time and accidently ordered for collection again owner rang and told me what I done and dropped it of personally won't use anywhere else fab food

waited extra 20 mins for missing garlic sauce to come the main item for the food
