Ordered through Just Eat. Food took 2 hours and 25 mins to arrive having been told it would take 50 mins. You can fly to Rome in the time it took to arrive. Called to complain and was told manager would call but he never did. If you want fast food you are better off cooking yourself from scratch.

The kebab wrap was dripping in grease and the garlic in it was so lumpy it made me ill just after 1 bit I would never eat here again after being sick due to all the quality of the food

The Kebab was ok. Quantity was good but it wasnt very delicious. I will give it 5/10. Staff was friendly but during whole discussion they were paying less attention to my order. Looks like they were preoccupied with other things. Overall it was ok.

This place is a absolute disgrace iv order meal deal 5 which is 2 wraps chips and 12 inch a chicken kieve meat feast pizza what they forgot a chicken tikka pizza by itself a chicken Parmo and a mixed kebab we paid £58 so the pizza they forgot ro give in the meal deal I have to pay for the delivery argued for 15 mins for them to say OK you have to pay an extra £4 for there mistake Id advise not to order from this shop Arguing over. A pizza is a absolute joke

Ordered from here from day 1 food amazing had a bit of a hicop as collected last time and accidently ordered for collection again owner rang and told me what I done and dropped it of personally won't use anywhere else fab food

I ordered a 12 inch kebab meat pizza with stuffed crust and 2 garlics it came freezing cold and didn’t even have stuffed crust it also had burnt kebab tried to call back after already plating the food out and people had stated eating they then turned around on the phone and said do you want a replacement and I didn’t order stuffed crust when I did I also paid for it and I’m a frequent buyer from this place so I know prices of by heart to get a replacement I had to give them a cold pizza witch has already been half eating it’s an absolute joke especially the manors of the staff!!

Delivery is really bad. 1hour and 45mins to wait for food to be delivered to the door is beyond me. The Answer is bilal..don't take too many orders on that your takeaway can't handle!! The food is mediocre not the worst but not the best either. We were grateful for being offered a free meal for the first Delivery being late, Thinking it was a one off late Delivery...got that wrong though!! Come late again, 🤦‍♀️ 1 hour and 25mins. Food arrived warm yet again. Staff need to look at the orders before passing on to drivers. Also need to make sure the drivers are Delivering the bottles of pop as we didn't receive the bottle on the first order, then the second order had to ask the driver to get it from the car.

We are regulars at bilals usually get one every weekend the food is lovely but it seems every week we are having a meal missed off our order then having to wait another half an hour for it to be delivered, it’s really not that hard to double check everything is there

Ordered food and took over an hr to come! When it eventually came the food was freezing! Tried phoning shop but had closed £22 for food and it was rotten, its usually nice aswell from there! Never again

I’ve never had a wetter kebab in my life. I’m not sure if it was the salad or the sauce but it was inexplicably soggy. The donner meat is anaemic. The chicken tikka was just dry sliced chicken breast. I’d say go thin base for the pizza. It’s normal kebab shop pizza, so quite greasy. The chips are nice. Two kebab wraps a pizza, chips and two drinks for £20 (excluding delivery) would have been good value for money if the wraps were edible. Delivery took over an hour.

Thanks for our 'spot on' delivery tonight of chicken tikka with salad and a chilli sauce. We've bn getting food from Bilals now for a while. It's always been a great service and lovely food, great value. 👍!! The salad is always fresh and crunchy. Coleslaw is nice too.The Chilli sauce has just the right amount of heat for me and is the best I've had tbh. The chicken tikka pieces are so tender and tasty, white chicken breast cooked just right. Big chunky pieces, there's a generous amount too Arrived all wrapped with care and still hot and always delivered promptly. Staff are always pleasant and efficient. 🙂 👍 Deliveries always on time, polite delivery staff too. Would definitely recommend it !!

The food was average & there's plenty of bad reviews that paint a picture, not worth the risk.

Delivery Driver Threw, i say again threw our order out the window of his car and sped off. Did not realise it was our takeaway until I saw the milkshake leaking over the road! when I took it up over the phone they hung up. A classic tactic for shady takeaways! A hygiene rating of the 3!! So my mistake. Don’t go near this place with a barge pole! The 5 star reviews look like it was written for a English exam lol

Literally the best special mixed kebab we’ve ever ordered. Absolutely massive portions, easily does 2 if not 3. We’ve ordered this 3 times now because it’s so good! Always piping hot, loads of chicken, nice fresh salad (comes with coleslaw too, bonus) and chips are proper chippy chips, would be nice to have Indian chips but It’s not a complaint. Thanks Bilals you are our favourite in Gateshead!!

Never again food wasnt even worth asking for them to change it because to serve that food in the first place is bad enough

Rotten the Parmesan I got from here is the worst I’ve ever seen. Looked like someone had been sick in a pizza box, had a taste and it was like rubber, forgot the garlic sauce aswel. Won’t let me post a picture ya lucky 😂 Girl on the phone offerd to send another one but I’ll pass cheers 🤢🤢

Chips had been refried from dinner time. Kebab was absolutely disgusting and salad well cabbage and a bit onion. Parmo disgusting. Well have to say that was £30 in the bin. Will never eat anything from there again.

2nd time the order has been beyond late, cold yet again also missing the extra sauces I asked for with the pancakes, also got told when i rang asking how long the order would be, got told it was with the driver and driver had been out delivering 10mins and should only be 5 minutes away prior to me ringing. Manager was apologetic but still poor experience again and unfortunately wont be ordering from them again.

I've started using this place now for my takeaway and it's absolutely fantastic The menu is of excellent choice and value for money The Food is always fresh ,hot and of good quality and big portions The staff are always friendly and welcoming and nothing is a problem to them ,they even let you add to the meal deals if you want something adding just brilliant allowing you the choice to make your own meal deals

Best bit of scran I’ve ever tasted,ate a waffle as my family were trying to speak to me and didnt hear a thing it tasted that good i lost my hearing,the flavours were absolutely amazing its a 5 star for me and i will honestly order from there as many times as i possibly can just for that perfect taste that makes me feel like I’m in heaven

I ordered a kinder Bueno sundae, it arrived quite quickly and it tasted good but it was TINY- literally half the size it was when I'd ordered it previously. It was basically a kids sundae at an adults price. Will not be ordering again, very disappointed.

Hung up 3 times on us was arcy about delivering to my address yet never had any issues other time, rang back few times wenr voicemail waited a long time for delivery kept making excuses and not had my custard was freezing cold they forgot my ice blast waited ages for it ! Happily took a pregnant lasses money though , never ever order here again , no should others worst ever and soo rude for ignoring and hanging up

Garlic sauce is mayonnaise, kebab wrap looked like it had been kicked around the floor , salad was non existent, tasteless and certainly won’t be ordering again ! Wouldn’t serve it to a dog !

Had to be one of my favourite takeaways in the north east. Always very fresh, food is very tasty, chicken tikka is marinated really well and the chicken is juicy, I really like the garlic source it’s not to much of a hit has a nice garlic taste, salad is always fresh and tastes really good. The updated naan bread seals the deal, fresh, fluffy and crispy on the crust.

Ordered food for home delivery. We ordered Chicken tikka wrap. We selected the salad and an order of chips and onion rings. Once the delivery arrived it was very disappointing. The salad was mixed in with the wrap not seperate like last time.The wrap was soggy and everything was luke warm.. It arrived half an hour early so I wasn't even in from work so had to be warmed in the oven. Definitely not worth what we paid, won't be back and we were regular customers

Thoroughly disappointed. Ordered on Uber eats, it said it would be here within 5 mins of ordering which I knew was a mistake so tried to call the shop on several numbers as the one on Uber eats didn’t work so had to find their Facebook (there was 3 different numbers from google Facebook and ubereats) only to have no answer despite trying to call for 30 minutes. The food arrived about an hour later to our surprise, expecting us to have been scammed based on other reviews (we only saw this after we ordered while trying to find the number). Then the food; Again disappointing and borderline disgusting. We bought milkshakes both seemed to have been made with water not milk literally tasteless The nachos looked and tasted cheap and there was hardly any sauce at all so very dry The strawberry and nutella crepe was okay, but definitely not Nutella, the chocolate was almost watery Overall just disappointing I’m only giving it a 1 because I can’t put a 0 and the driver was nice

First and last time I order. Ordered fish and chips and they forgot the fish. Mistakes happen wasn’t going to complain. I rang to explain. 30 mins later I get a phone Call saying no one answering door. They sent my fish to wrong address, eventually it turns up, I now have cold chips and a fish that looks like it’s been used as a punch bag. Wish I had toast.

Previous review edited due to the fact that I've been short changed twice in my last two visits. Yes, I know I should have checked immediately, especially after the first time, and definitely after the second, where the woman serving me took an inordinate amount of time to get my change and then just plonked it in my hand all at once. I'm certainly not implying it was done on purpose to bulk out the tip jar.....oh wait, yes that's exactly what I'm implying. For that reason, I definitely won't be going back, which is a shame, as I used to use them about once a week.

Large portions but fayre was pretty standard.

I ordered a large kebab wrap. The food cane within the specified time and was hot but the lettuce inside was all brown and slimy. Put me right off and kebab wrap went straight in the bin. The food from here is normally beautiful but this time I was left very disappointed so much so that I won't be ordering from here again.

Waste of money !! Ordered 3 burgers which all went into the bin as it came raw luckily I checked and didnt let my 2 year old didn't eat it !

This take away is by far the best in Gateshead. Lovely food well presented and a fast and reliable delivery service. Their doner kebabs are tasty and not as greasy as some that I've eaten in the past with a fine selection of fresh salad including coleslaw and their pizzas are absolutely delicious with ample toppings. You know as soon as you pick the pizza box up that they have not skimped on toppings just by the weight. This is a very busy shop as their food is very popular and shops do make mistakes with deliveries, I know as in my younger days I worked in the take away business so please overlook negative feedback for missing items as I know this shop will try their very best to fulfill your order. Highly recommended

Just received a takeaway from this place which was to say the least disgusting. Couldn't even get the order correct after repeating the order twice.

Cannot fault this place. We have a takeaway once or twice a week, and if it’s pizzas, kebabs, burgers or chippy we always order from here. Fast delivery - really polite and pleasant delivery staff - food is always piping hot and great value for money. Never had a bad meal from Bilal’s. We love the mixed kebab wraps, loads to eat and it wont make a dent in your wallet. Highly recommended.

Beautiful food served and great service, would highly recommend to anyone if you want some hearty food or a sweet as can be desert it has it all. Staff are so friendly over the phone and also the delivery guys 10/10 for overall service

Used to use this for all my takeaways as im so close to it and never had a problem until recently, for the past few orders stuffs been missing stuffs been wrong now on numerous occasions so im now using elsewhere unfortunately

In the Wreckington and surrounding areas I've found this takeaway one of the best in terms of quality and portions. Reccomend you give them a try 👍

Ordered from here about 5-6 times now after moving to an area which they delivery too. Each time has been really nice and have had excellent service. The kebab meat is really nice. The salad is always fresh and I like the the fact the salad comes with coleslaw. The pizza is cooked right and had a good taste for a takeaway style pizza. However I would not recommend the chicken kebab. It was very dry and it mentioned it is cooked in a marinade. However the chicken was pretty much still white. Apart from this everything else has been very nice. The chips are great and as they are chippy chips they make the kebab wrap amazing. Definitely one of the best kebab wraps I have had. Sometime the garlic source can be to strong or to runny. You don’t have to worry about this here. The garlic source is spot on. Recently I tried to the kabab chicken tikka + Donner on a naan bread. This is the photo attached with this review. It’s great for sharing or solo if you can tackle this. It’s was very nice and best chicken tikka marinated chicken I have had from a takeaway. Would highly recommend.

Kebab wrap was disgusting and had about 2 strips of meat in it and the chips in it were all mashed up disgrace for the price and the pizza was ok but didnt seem like there was any tomato puree on it when i lifted the toppings up. Really disappointing as first time ordering and i will not be ordering from here again

the last 5 weeks from here have been fantastic but I have to say tonights food was absolutely rubbish we ordered.. A meal deal 2x wraps 12" pizza chips and sauces.. We ordered a extra portion of chips too.. The chips were all scrags and had little hard bits inside like bits of stones.. also the pizza was tasteless.. The worst meal we have had... Won't be back Shame...

We ordered for the first time I'm soo sorry to say for the last time...food came on time but was cold we had to reheat it hardly any chips and was really greasy.... not impressed but you look forward to a good takeaway but wont be re ordering

Couldn't fault the pizza, the garlic cheesy bread was lovely and moist (they are normally dry from other takeaways) the pizzas were tasty and nice and thin, we will defo go here again

Amazing food. First time tonight there was an error with order but they dealt with it so well and so quickly it was brilliant service. I'm new to area but I won't be going to any other takeaway. Bloody lovely food and customer service is excellent.

Tried here with previous owners and it was terrible now it's been cleaned with a new menu.I chose the chicken kebab because kebab meat is not a fav. Ok I waited for it to be cooked no prob ordered it with salad .The meal was better than under prev owners and would try again maybe fish chips next.

Just ordered and devoured the best chicken tikka nanbab with balti sauce ive ever had. Delivery was spot on and even the lad that delivered it was very polite and gave tips on how to save 15% by ordering from their site rather than justeat. Couldnt fault it and highly recommend it to anyone.

Just had a Bilals special naan kebab with balti sauce. One word Fantastic ! Meat was fresh flavoursome and moist. Balti sauce lovely , Spicey but not hot. 10 out of 10 . Wound definitely recommend.
