Ordered 2 meals got a message food would be reddy at 16 45 went to collect and they hadn't cook my order so didn't get it untill 17 20. I have ordered from here before and its always been reddy. Don't know what went wrong this time.

Ordered for many years nows since it got took over from ginos! Always the same order mixed wrap, can of pop & now working my through every milkshake and cheesecake just beautiful thank you guys!

A complete rip off ordered wraps supposed to be with salad or chips but there was hardly any. Absolutely shocking for £7 each. Will definitely not order from here again!

The chicken parmo was nice but the garlic was grainy almost as if it was off And the salad had soggy onions. Like they were defrosted. Wasnt hapy couldnt eat it

food was delivered late 2hrs and to make the situation worse the food was cold.

Kebab and pizzas here have always been fresh and tasty. Used a new deal and ended up massively disappointed. Kebabs were ok - salad was sat in water with the garlic sauce not how it used to be. Mostly disappointed with the pizza which was completely cold and not sure it was even the pizza I ordered…:

The wraps were absolutely tiny, for £7 you’d expect a lot more. They were mini wraps 🤣

Best place around. Great pizza, food was on time and hot. Item was missing but was at my door within 5 minutes of calling them. Class service.

The garlic bread - too much cheese, - greasy Kebab wrap was not worth the money it was tiny and not much in it and garlic sauce was lumpy and tasted sour wasn’t the best. Not be ordering again

Haven't ordered anything for quite a few weeks, always gave a 5 star review, was so looking forward to the food we ordered, however , all I can say was that it was bland, the wraps were okay,but the pizza tasted synthetic... very disappointed 😞

Ordered through Just Eat. Food took 2 hours and 25 mins to arrive having been told it would take 50 mins. You can fly to Rome in the time it took to arrive. Called to complain and was told manager would call but he never did. If you want fast food you are better off cooking yourself from scratch.

We've been ordering from here for at least the past two years, and the food has consistently been amazing. The burgers especially are top quality! However all the food is delicious, affordable, and always satisfying. The service is second to none; the staff goes above and beyond every time. A big thank you to everyone for all the fantastic meals! Highly recommended!

Needs a option for salad or chips on the masala Nan kebab would of preferred salad with it. Orderd a bag of chips we didn't need after them being some on Nan kebab it never said this on here. Food was lovely. Garlic is lush

Ordered 2.5 hours ago and it hasn’t turned up after being told twice it was on its way.

I called the takeaway 30 minutes after they advised they had sent the food out for delivery. They then advised that they were actually only just leaving now with the food (already 20 minutes late at this point)

The quality of the food was terrible. All went in the bin. Ordered garlic sauce none came. Even if it did it would not of helped how disgusting the food was. The chips where soggy & the kebab meat was awful. The cost of the food was 24 pound & was all binned

The kebab wrap was dripping in grease and the garlic in it was so lumpy it made me ill just after 1 bit I would never eat here again after being sick due to all the quality of the food

The Kebab was ok. Quantity was good but it wasnt very delicious. I will give it 5/10. Staff was friendly but during whole discussion they were paying less attention to my order. Looks like they were preoccupied with other things. Overall it was ok.

Unfortunately the cheese on my burger still had part of the plastic wrapper on. I’d order again, just be a bit cautious especially if it’s food for young children.

This place is a absolute disgrace iv order meal deal 5 which is 2 wraps chips and 12 inch a chicken kieve meat feast pizza what they forgot a chicken tikka pizza by itself a chicken Parmo and a mixed kebab we paid £58 so the pizza they forgot ro give in the meal deal I have to pay for the delivery argued for 15 mins for them to say OK you have to pay an extra £4 for there mistake Id advise not to order from this shop Arguing over. A pizza is a absolute joke

Tasty, fresh, warm and on time! Couldn’t complain about this place, looking forward to trying it again. Masala sauce is lush & kebab meat is very tasty meat!

Ordered from here from day 1 food amazing had a bit of a hicop as collected last time and accidently ordered for collection again owner rang and told me what I done and dropped it of personally won't use anywhere else fab food

I ordered a 12 inch kebab meat pizza with stuffed crust and 2 garlics it came freezing cold and didn’t even have stuffed crust it also had burnt kebab tried to call back after already plating the food out and people had stated eating they then turned around on the phone and said do you want a replacement and I didn’t order stuffed crust when I did I also paid for it and I’m a frequent buyer from this place so I know prices of by heart to get a replacement I had to give them a cold pizza witch has already been half eating it’s an absolute joke especially the manors of the staff!!

Delivery is really bad. 1hour and 45mins to wait for food to be delivered to the door is beyond me. The Answer is bilal..don't take too many orders on that your takeaway can't handle!! The food is mediocre not the worst but not the best either. We were grateful for being offered a free meal for the first Delivery being late, Thinking it was a one off late Delivery...got that wrong though!! Come late again, 🤦‍♀️ 1 hour and 25mins. Food arrived warm yet again. Staff need to look at the orders before passing on to drivers. Also need to make sure the drivers are Delivering the bottles of pop as we didn't receive the bottle on the first order, then the second order had to ask the driver to get it from the car.

It took over 2 hours to arrive after I ordered it. That's over double the expected 50 minutes. In fairness the pizza really was delicious but it's appalling I had to wait that long.

Massively late normally like it from here food was just warm enough but a mate whos a neighbour ordered similar time on same night and came 20 minutes earlier we had to wait over 45 minutes after delivery latest time 🤷🏻‍♂️🤷🏻‍♂️🤷🏻‍♂️

I specified for my food to be delivered for 00:05 and it turned up at 22:55. I told then it is no good as my girlfriend was at work till 12 so I had to place the food in the oven to keep warm. When I rung, they said they close at 23:30. DO NOT accept orders if you can't fulfil the time requested, cap your delivery times. Also got basically a quarter tray kebab meat and chips (same box) for £7.10 when it says tray of kebab meat (with chips). Honestly shocking and I won't be returning.

Got chips just 20 mins ago with garlic sauce chips were barley warm and rank and the sauce is no better £4.50 what a waste. Probs the worst takeaway in gateshead

Music is quality so is the food. The staff are also spot and will always make you laugh

we have ordered here a few times and it's usually really nice but the last 2 times they have forgot dips and the chicken has been chewy so we haven't finished the food

We are regulars at bilals usually get one every weekend the food is lovely but it seems every week we are having a meal missed off our order then having to wait another half an hour for it to be delivered, it’s really not that hard to double check everything is there

Ordered food and took over an hr to come! When it eventually came the food was freezing! Tried phoning shop but had closed £22 for food and it was rotten, its usually nice aswell from there! Never again

the wraps are tiny, even the extra large ones you ask for garlic and there's so little on that you cant even taste it. not good.

Ordered the food at 6pm for delivery at 8.40pm. It hadn't arrived by 9.20pm so i called the shop and the lady said the driver was out with it now. It got to 10pm and still hadnt came. Called again and the bloke said she must have been mistaken and the driver has it now. Finally arrived at 10.23pm. If you pre order that much in advance the order should not be nearly 2hrs late. Just tell the truth when people call! Not happy to pay full price, awaiting a reply from Just Eat. Chips were half cooked & soggy. Regularly order from here but won't be anymore.

I’ve never had a wetter kebab in my life. I’m not sure if it was the salad or the sauce but it was inexplicably soggy. The donner meat is anaemic. The chicken tikka was just dry sliced chicken breast. I’d say go thin base for the pizza. It’s normal kebab shop pizza, so quite greasy. The chips are nice. Two kebab wraps a pizza, chips and two drinks for £20 (excluding delivery) would have been good value for money if the wraps were edible. Delivery took over an hour.
