Really nice vegan burgers! Great fries

Visited a few weeks ago and was impressed by the excellent, personable service. The dirty beef fries, spicy birdy bites, and pulled pork sandwich were nice dishes. Note: the loaded fries are a meal in themselves, so consider your appetite before ordering additional mains. The music selection was unusual but the premises are charming, small and character-filled. Although we went during a Sunday when it was a little slow, the place seemed popular with regulars. Looking forward to a return visit to explore more of the menu.

Just went here with family, we had a little baby and dog with us. We was accommodated when we arrived greeted by a friendly member of staff (Billie) who gave us the best seats and brought us over a high chair and water bowl straight away. We ordered ribs, 2x steak sandwich, big guy burger and pulled pork sandwich. All were great with loads of flavour and the portions were generous. Would 100% recommend this, service and food was spot on and we will be returning next time!

Super nice service. We were there before opening hours and it wasn't open yet, but we were still allowed in. The service assistant was always very attentive and courteous. The fries, burgers, sauces, everything was great! The portions may look small, but they pack a punch. You'll definitely be full! There were five of us as a family. Two adults and three children.

We went here to get a takeaway order last night and the food was delicious (We had the sandwich of the day along with corn on the cob and the amazing lime and pepper fries). The service was quick and friendly and I'd definitely recommend although if you plan to eat in be aware that it's a tad cramped.

We love coming here! My daughter especially. The food is so so good and well priced. Love the vegan burger! The halloumi fries are such a hit for our family too. We could be eating in or out which makes this an easy place to visit as a family. Love it!

Best pulled pork sandwich ever, excellent service, really good chips, very warm and welcoming atmosphere. Little but tough though for big groups as there is only one toilet.

A wonderful place, exceptionally delicious and fresh food, with generous portions. Delightful atmosphere, lovely stuff. Went there on our one night in Rye and had a great time, exactly what we were looking for.

WOW! An amazing hidden gem in Rye. A warm welcome from Dvora and great food recommendations! Pulled pork like you've never tried before! Soft, tender, the perfect combination of sweet and salty. The menu is diverse, there's something for everyone with some great vegan options too and very reasonably priced! Make sure to try some of the homemade dips, they're to die for! Thank you Big Guys, I <3 you!!!

Had a take out from here at the weekend, food was great - everything was well cooked, well seasoned. Mozzarella sticks were great and the burger was just right!

Highly recommend this restaurant. We visited here with a group of friends a couple of weekends ago. I had the Po Boy instead of a burger and it was delicious. Very nice prawns and a squid ring in a flat bread. Generous portion too. The rest of the table enjoyed burgers and feedback afterwards was that they were all excellent. Staff were super friendly and accommodating. 5 stars

What a nice place. Certainly one of the best burgers I've had. And a great service too. Loved it and definitely will come back. Also, liked a nice variety for vegeterians and vegans. Really good option for anyone.

Fairly priced “American style street food” Big guys French fries offers, American Street, Food, rustic style food, with a good selection of options, there is plenty of things to choose from. It is fairly price however the items on as special as it seems for street food. It is a good place to eat. If you want a quick bite or something more relaxed style. Overall the food and service is decent, not bad I would say, it isn’t a place I would say OMG or WOW to, as they have big shoes to fit from the previous Resturant Tatners originally being here. I would say it’s worth a try. I had the Ribs Sandwich which was very stacked and generous portion, tasted great, everything did seem to fall out while eating it. Definitely a place where you get stuck and in and messy, I think Big Guys French Fries is a decent addition to Rye to fill in that “American Style Cuisine” missing in Rye.

The place to eat in Rye, everything about big guys French fries is amazing. The food is so delicious, the restaurant is clean and beautifully decorated and the staff are just so wonderful. Weather you are eating in or taking away you are greated with a smile. The menu has a great selection and even some yummy deserts. If you are visiting rye you must pay big guys French fries a visit!

Visited here today whilst on a staying in rye. Ordered big guys burger and the steak sandwich,fries and poppers honestly great food, cooked beautifully and lovely owners and staff. Lovely menu and nice decor. Keep it up guys and hopefully see you next year 😉

We ordered a burger and the piggy wrap, with fries to take away. The burger was huge and very delicious and the piggy wrap also went down well. Fries came in a good size portion and were piping hot and crispy. We will be back!

Popped in for a takeaway, so SO delicious. Really great flavours and textures, really fresh ingredients and the fries were perfectly crispy, fluffy and salty. Highly recommend.

Great french fries and very nice ribs! We were in Kent for the long weekend, we dined in a posh gastro pub the day before and it was overpriced and tasteless. On the last day we found this little gem and had great street food for very reasonable price. If we visit Rye again I will try their burger:)

Food was good, waitress was brilliant, really helpful and super friendly. Asked what our first impressions of thw food were and it was a great a way to ask us how the food was. Portion sizes were very good and I would definitely return.

A great new place in Rye. Amazing food (highlights wonderful fries, piggy wrap, fantastic burger and crispy fish roll). Delicious street food. Good value portion sizes are generous. Kids meal is excellent. Staff lovely and helpful. Highly recommended - will be back!
