Great food , had a smash burger and a chicken katsu wrap and was amazing, will be back for more.

The service was good. Only a little late which was expected because of traffic and all the food was hot but it had absolutely zero flavour. I ordered 2.mains and 1 side and all were extremely bland and the texture wasn't great.

Amazing delivery and amazing food

I was missing a portion of chips which was disappointing as the rest of the family then had to share theirs. I originally ordered 4 burger meals. I got the burgers and drinks with the correct amount. I use Big b's regularly and never had this problem before.

One of the tastiest chicken burger I ever had, the fries were spon on and even though it arrived late, everything was piping hot and delicious. The samosas were really good, crispy and realy made to perfection, but their size could be a bit bigger (6 of those = 1.5 normal size samosa). Driver very polite and courteous, although the restaurant's customer service could definitely be improved. Overall, one of the top 5 in Reading for me - taste, size, presentation. I will definitely order again!

Food was dry and the worst part was both of our food we ordered (chicken udon and beef udon) had pieces of muddy sand/ tiny rocks for every bites. Had to threw most of the food in the trash. Wouldn’t order here anymore .

We order 2 double beef burger but we tasted lamb meat, not beef meat.

Simple menu, tasty and a good price... and they work from 12 so I can eat something warm while in the field... And guys are really kind... nothing to complain about...

I can’t recommend this place highly enough. I eat the same wok dish (udon noodles, Chinese chicken and sweet chilli sauce) at least twice a week. I also tried the new burger recently and it’s fantastic. The owner is a really friendly guy as well. Easy 5 stars!

Food was awful, so cold the curry sauce had congealed. King prawns pale in colour, wings tasted funny and even the salad garnish has an odour. Not good at all. The only plus side was the delivery driver was polite. Ps called restaurant, there was no answer!!!!

Tried the falafel wrap, it came with rice and veggies, onions and it was spicy but not too much so flavour was amazing! Delivery on time, Recommended 100%.

Saw this place in Twyford and thought it looked good. To be honest the noodles were a little dry and the curry sauce that came with them was too thick. Perhaps it would be better to pick up straight from them but I wouldn’t order that dish again.

Shocking! ask for beef got chicken. Egg noodles where bland and the veg and sauce was appalling. All cooked by a gentleman with his just eat jacket still on. When cooking? The whole place filled up with smoke and I had to open the door to breath. Only reason this got a star was because I felt sorry for the eastern European gentleman spinning many plate...

Very nice tasty food...ordered for a party at my house...came within stipulated time...milkshakes are amazing... definitely will order again sometime

Really delicious, fresh food and excellent service.

The restaurant is out of area but someone from the restaurant called to advise that my order would take longer to get to me, and that they accepted my order in error. The food was still hot when it arrived, and tasty. The driver was also kind and kept apologising for the delay. I would highly recommend.

Truly delicious (and filling) food at a very decent price compared to what one would pay for a main dish and noodles/rice at a Chinese takeaway. Big B himself is friendly and accommodating, always quick to resolve queries and check on quality.

Our delivery driver is always either on time or early, he is very friendly, personable and always seems happy. He is an asset to the company!

Food was fresh & tasty, even though I was out of their delivery radius (just eat error) they still went above and beyond and delivered my order. Most impressed!

i got my order and i had ordered 2 prawn crackers however they didn’t come so obviously i got my refund on them. about 30 mins later the delivery guy came back with the prawn crackers and also gave me a free fanta which was very kind of them highly recommend :))

Terrible. £9 for a tiny portion of microwaved rice and chicken. Place has dust all inside over all the napkins and plastic forks. Really needs to disappear as a business.

Very very disappointed. We used to love ordering from big B's as the food was so freshly cooked, full of flavour and yummy. Last night we ordered and was very disappointed. A pot noodle would have tasted better. Where have all the ingredients gone. We will never order from them again.

I'm sorry to say this was a disappointing first order from Big B's Wok. The delivery time was good and the person who delivered it was lovely but unfortunately the food was poor quality. The fried chicken was dry and overcooked on the outside and undercooked by the bone. The curry sauce was the same for the katsu as it was for the curry meal and was so thick that it did not run but rather sat on top of the food. Besides that the food was too salty to eat and luke warm on arrival. Unfortunately, when we called to discuss this, the person who picked up was defensive and made the process of giving feedback unpleasant. There are many good reviews of this restaurant and I hope that our experience was a one-off.

Tried this last night. It was ok but would not go again. The rice bowl with prawns was tasty and the prawns were good,but there was so little rice with it. The chicken bowl portion was good but the noodles were oily, tasteless and cold No flavour at all and the chicken was dry....shame it could be so good.. the side of samosas were undercooked and inedible.

Very unhappy with my order. Paid extra to add prawns but had a teeny amount. The food was not seasoned, maybe they ran out of salt. I also went for the super hot version and again there was no sign of spice. Maybe they were having a bad day, but unfortunately this was a big let down. Hopefully this was just a one-off as I really don't want to give a bad review

We were very disappointed with the food. Ordered a beef curry and rice. Rice came with chewy cooked beef on top and a separate container of curry sauce. Which I buy and make my own from the Chinese supermarket but cook it out so its not powdery. My husband ordered upon noodles medium heat with chicken . The portion was generous but there was no flavour again as it was all separate. Such a shame as we were really looking forward to trying somewhere different.

Very good chicken noodles and dragon wings. Proper wok, good spice level (both mild and sweet chilli). Dragon wings were heavenly (never tasted as delicious as this before)…. sauce was yummy. Definitely worth repeat ordering.

Food arrived earlier than expected which was good. Shredded beef burgers were very nice and the chips that came with them too. The fried halloumi was also quite tasty especially with the accompanying sauce. The crispy squid however was not as good and was the only thing that really let the food down to be honest. Would definitely order again but avoid the squid.

Absolutely delicious, and the team are so friendly and lovely. We ordered the beef noodles and the chicken katsu...the katsu was a little small but the noodles were a good size and both were delicious. We also tried several sides, all were really good. We'll be ordering from you again very soon.

Great food, fast service and great staff with reasonable prices

Honestly one of the worst meals. An item was missed off the order, 1hr20 delivery when we live a mile away, soggy food and threw the wrap away as it was falling apart and cold. Apparently the noodles were ok but luke warm. Not happy for a £30 order. Have tried to phone to rectify but impossible to get through.
