Big B's Burgers in Flintshire

Useless. Placed an order an hour ago and I get an email just now saying the order had been cancelled. No reason. What a bunch of 2 bit cowboys. Don't waste your time with this sham of a takeaway

I’ve ordered folded kebab with onion, lettuce and tomatoes (I didn’t have any of the vegetable). Meat was old and dry like nobody use it last 3 days. That was the worst kebab I’ve ever eat. I also had nuggets with chips and drink. Nuggets ok, chips like from microwave and I didn’t get my drink.

Very nice people and also there is this one guy that is really kind and once he gave us a free drink on the house I recommended this place

I brought 14-in pizza says in the shop £11 50 and brochure as well and online and they charges us £14 . We picked it up. It was a pepperoni pizza and onion trying to charge me more for the onion. Not happy Byers beware, do not buy from this place. Rip off

Just had delivery, poor. Large kebab... ffs had a bigger sneeze. Avoid at all COSTS. Believe me......

(Reposted as it was deleted)Thought I’d try the food as I always go for the shakes ordered a pizza with pepperoni spicy beef and a bbq base got the pizza had pineapple and onions nothing on it that I had asked for then I gave the pizza back then the guy at the counter gave me a fiver back which doesn’t even cover half the pizza one of the worst takeaways I’ve ever had

Chester soggy chips un seasoned soggy burger just not nice all food just wet and limp ordered special burger .. its just donna meat in the middle of 2 burgers . Disappointed

The Best Bugers🍔 & milkshakes🥤 in North Wales for sure💯👌🏼 I never order anywhere else now when I want that Quality takeaway flavour. Service is always polite & perfect with Delivery times no longer than 45mins sometimes half hour even when there really Busy. So if you want a really tasty treat then call Big B's Burgers Queensferry Deeside. Also the prices are so good beating anywhere else saving you up to £10 or £20 on Big orders compared to other local places and you get free cheesy garlic bread or pop as a thank you from Manager Ibrahim. Order came to £15.70 9.50 food 6.20 large drink When the delivery came the driver claimed to have no change and said they would drop the change off later, once looking through my bags they give me a small drink instead of large so I called and explained what happened with the driver and drink. He claimed I ordered a small and ended the call, once looking back at how much I was charged it was definitely a large so tried to call back several times and no answer. Food wasn't great either

Buy one get one free on pizza! Food was Streaming hot even though i was a bit late collecting it. literally couldn't wait to eat it so we devoured ours in the car. Taste sensation. Menu is huge! Definitely will be trying the milkshakes next time

I'm doing like 4 and 1/2 star literally cause extra cheese costs 7quid on the delivery app. but I don't care too much about that, at least they never messed up my orders. And their food is actually hot and tastes good.

Not worth the risk unless you want the next day off with the runs will be contacting them today for a refund £20 for a chicken burger with no chips halloumi fries that weren't fries but bits and a 6 or £7 pound ice cream from a Mr whippy style machine with 2 pieces of Buenos on it and barely any sauce of any kind full on robbery!!

My kids loved the oreo milkshake would definitely recommend 👍👍👍👍

I walked in and before I could even look at menu staff were asking what I wanted after looking at the menu i ordered large fries with cheese £4.70 and had to ask for the change no salt or vinegar not happy with service

Absolutely terrible place to get stuff from chips undercooked if you can’t cook chips what hope do you have the milkshakes you can’t even drink them way to thick terrible for the money

Always mess up orders and put things on items when you ask not to, would not recommend

These burgers are amazing, my little daughter said these are even better than McDonald's or burger king. They should be a brand, these are as tasty as you can get, superb! I can't wait for my next one!

Chips were cold and dry as if they were sat around for a while, the burger bun was soggy.

Absolutely awful!! Took a very long time to arrive. The chips were completely inedible....hard dry warmed up chips that had been in the microwave far too long. Burger bun was soggy from all the fat that had dripped out along with probably standing so long. Wont ever be ordering again

BEST BURGER EVER! Forget the big fast food chains - these are THE best burgers on the market. Our order arrived early, burgers hot and ice cream cold. The burgers have a destinct flame grilled taste and the bacon used is generous and thick rather than overly thin and crisp. The ice creams are sooo creamy and quite different to your usual tub. I'll only be going here from now on. Top value for money, top quality and fantastic customer service.

Ordered for the first time yesterday, pre-ordered at around 4pm ish and requested the time for 6pm, in the mist of everything that is going on we were ready for at least a hours wait from requested time...it turned up 6.05pm! Food was brilliant, chicken wrap was packed! Chips slightly cold but nothing to complain about, the only thing i would probably say is the ice cream tubs they do are £5 which is pretty steep, really tasty, but still pricey. The kids burgers are BRILLIANT value for money! Will be using them again.

Just had our first and last delivery from here. Spent just under £50 and the food was absolutely disgusting!!! Chips were like cardboard and cold, not even warm, the burgers tasted cheap, lettuce was brown and baps were soggy, the chicken wings were dry and over cooked, as were the onion rings and cheese bites. And an hour and a half wait. Wouldn’t order again or recommend very disappointed.

Food awful 🤢 wont be ordering again!

Took over an hour to arrive and one item was incorrect. Called to ask for a refund on the incorrect bit and they just hung up! The other items were edible, but only just.

Food was good... ordered red salt on my chips didn't quite understand why I had for salt but I paid 30p and there was no red salt.. also a black marker is a good way to tell who's milkshake is who's ;)

we seen this place on facebook and tort we would give it a try OMG i will never go back to my old takeaway worth every penny will be telling all my friends and family about this place well done people the best food i have had in a log time give it a try you wont be sorry

Told me food would be 1 hour, been sitting here for over 2 hours now and food still has not arrived, even called when it hit 2 hours and they told me 10 15 minutes. Im still watiting.

DO NOT USE. added 10 minutes to delivery time. 30 minutes after that time and sat here still waiting. phone lines down and no response from feedback ticket on their website. appalling customer service.....

Still sitting here nearly two hours after ordering awaiting the delivery after phoning 25 minutes ago and them telling us it will be another 15 minutes. This isn’t the first time delivery has been terrible either. Food is great but the delivery time is always really poor.

I would say the food is brilliant exceptional portions but why the 1 star due to delivery times all well and good having nice food but if it takes half an hour longer if not an hour like last time than promised by your selves to get to me is it really worth it i understand times a busy but why add 5 mins on an order and wait for me to ring up 20 mins after stated to then say to me ohh we will send the driver now be another 15 mins max as we have been busy is soo annoying i dont normally write reviews but this is the second time this has happened and it is such a disappointment as the food is gorgeous and portions are brilliant but you really need to sort your delivery times out as its frustrating to be told a time then having to call to get another time come on aimees please sort it out i will try one more time in the future if it happens again i will write another review and i will not use you again

Can be hit a miss but when it's a hot it's awesome

Great food and they always have promotions on for money off which is a bonus.
