Big Bite Take Away in Darlington

Used to be a great takeaway this 😢 gone down hill since changing ownership. Last kebab I order from here I’m afraid unless they have a change in their culinary skills. My last order was mainly thrown in the bin, dinner meat was dry, hard, cold in places too

Ordered a large mixed kebab by phone, it was ready for collection in ten minutes. The staff, service and quality of food is brilliant.

Ordered from here 1st time few weeks ago and pizza was delicious.Ordered again tonite and again pizza was excellent.Pizza shop is 5 star hygiene.Staff are very polite.Keep up the good work.Please keep up with high standards as definitely one of the Best pizza shops in town.One of your Happy Customers 👍🏻

Used to be the best pizzas in Darlington but they’ve changed the dough recipe to a bog standard fluffy white bread type of affair. Such a shame as I always used to recommend big bite to everyone. Please go back to the old recipe!

Just has chicken and shish keebab. Lost my teeth trying to chew it. Rotton. Will not go back. Very poor food.

First time tried this pizza shop and got a margarita pizza and a Parmo and a portion of kebab meat and a special kebab it was the first time we tried it I recommend anyone to try this no fault in it at all and it came within the hour on time

This place does the best chicken Parmesan I have found anywhere around. It is delicious and exactly what I look for in a parmo. Thank you big bite!

Ordered kids pizza with two toppings (donner&garlic) came and was margarita ans no sauce at all . was still nice though, burgers nice too . arrived in 25 mins aswell.

Small & large portion of kebab were same size, pitta soggy from kebab sat on top & chips half full & barely warm. Called to complain & extra chicken kebab was delivered but overall the order was really disappointing.

Well impressed with delivery time, was here in 20 mins and piping hot. Defo recommend.

Ordered tonight expecting it to come in 45 minutes but came in approx 15 minutes which is amazing. The chips were perfect, crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside without being soggy. I got the sish wrap and it was really good. My partner ordered the chilli burger and said it was great - except for the salad portion given with his burger, he would of preferred it to be a bigger portion but didn't bother him too much. Really good food, quick service cant fault it

Good job it didn't cost much because the food was terrible. The burger was like cardboard. The "chilli con carne" was a bit of mince. The onions rings were budget frozen onion rings. Won't be ordering again.

Unfortunately the driver couldn't find where i was after going to the wrong place on the other side of town first. Being half an hour late he said he would need to go back to the shop as it was all cold. I rang the shop and cancelled the order, they sent a driver out with the money and were very apologetic. Seems to have been a poor mix up by the driver. Couldn't comment on the food.

Disappointed with the kebab and salad meal, salad was limp. Childs pizza was good

Food was lovely and hot, chips tasted a little old and some very hard. But wrap and salad lovely.

Usually very good but tonight it was cold and the Parmesan was burnt and tough. Very disappointed! Hubby and I use Big Bite frequently so I was very surprised. Usually come in and wait after hubby gets back from a work trip

Delivered to the correct address.... check. Delivered within the allocated time.... check Know how to read an order... don't count on it. Wrong order two times in a row going with this take away. How hard is it to read a screen? What's the point in calling up when the other food will be stone cold, you can't win with this shoddy attention to detail. If you want what you ordered I suggest you try somewhere else.

We ordered a London pizza and a Parmesan, both were extremely tasty and they delivered to us within around 35 minutes which I thought was excellent. Would order again.

Arrives in half the expected delivery time and is very high quality and value for money. Can't complain at all, this place is fantastic!

I ordered two wraps they arrived cold and the meat didn't seem fresh. Was disgusting. The chips also appeared to be soggy and reheated and the salad was definitely off. Would not recommend, worst takeaway I have ever had.

Reason I order with big bite is I like the thick crusts Last 3 pizzas I've ordered First came with a thin crust Second came perfect This one even thinner than the first! Time to try elsewhere!

Big bite always deliver earlier than the 40 minutes allocated, always within 20 minutes. The quality and quantity of food is superb and well worth the money. We haven't found anywhere within a 5 mile radius that matches up to big bites delivery service, quality and quantity of food and also at really good prices. As long as all the above don't change, we will continue order from big bite

Food was hansome.. but thought the portion of donner meat on a mixed kebab was very poor i wouldnt pay 50p for the portion and they forgot my salad but cant fault the food quality

Excellent service, reads special requests box unlike other takeaways. (We swapped chicken for pepperoni on a pizza, no problem.)Food was prepared and delivered extremely quickly. Great quality of food kids loved their pizza's as did we. Free bottle of pepsi is a great bonous. Thankyou for a great tea time.

I often order from big bite and highly recommended it but tonight's order was horrible. I ordered a London pizza which was really burnt underneath, my little boy couldn't even eat it which resulted in me cooking something else for him. It was full of sauce to and not enough cheese. Don't think I will return anytime soon
