Good filling food at a good price, open late and ample parking.

We decided to call for food after finishing a job. Looked for somewhere on Google and this came up. The place is spotlessly clean, plenty of seating to even eat in. The staff were all great and all the food was cooked fresh. My wife had chicken shish kebab and I had a quarter pounder with cheese and a portion of chips. The food was amazing. We will definitely be calling again and would highly recommend.

Always have an amazing experience at Big Bite, the staff are very friendly and the food is lovely.

We go here very often at least once or twice a week. Food is second to non. Fast service food is always hot and always fresh. Service with a smile and always chatty staff

I've been going to big bite for years, always enjoy my food here, large menu with plenty to offer, quick friendly service, can't fault it.

Don't know what's happened to this place, a simple order. Big bite breakfast and a breakfast baguette. Totally forgot the baguette had to remind them 3 times. When it eventually turned up I'd finished my meal. Asked for a replacement coffee as had been left waiting, this was then slammed down on the table. No apology, nothing. Just attitude. We weren't the only ones this happened to this morning. A group of builders also had half their meals forgotten too and a family group. Staff are so rude, will not be back which is a shame as we use to come here pretty much every Friday on our days off for a breakfast.

Stopped for breakfast, couldn't fault it. Plenty of parking. Staff very friendly, food was very good. Would definitely return when we're down this way again.

We are regularly customers but as for tonight meal we were very disappointed, we ordered two chicken burgers, a mixed burger and cheese chips, one chicken burger was missing sauce the other was missing lettuce and onions, the mixed burger only came with chicken no beef patty and the cheese chips came with no cheese, phoned up and the person on the phone was helpful but could here the workers in the background say they were aware of the mistake before they sent it.

Placed an order.. they said 40mins to and hour.. OK waited. Phoned back an hour and a bit later staff sid will be with u in 10mins. OK fine... again waited. Phoned up again said the driver was not back yet!!!! 😒 so after nearly 2 hours. Food arrived no apology from driver. Nothing.. food was OK.. not the best. Don't know what going on but big bite needs to more precise..yes there busy and all. But used to be much better..

Got overcharged £2 for food, and it was extremely cold inside. Food was nice though, and cooked breakfast was nicely portioned and warm. Had to leave quite quickly though as so cold

We went here because local. The parking was really easy and conveniently outside the cafe. The cafe has plenty of space between tables and is a large area. The staff were very friendly and customer service was excellent. The food I had was one of the many specials on offer and I was impressed by the amount on the plate and the flavour was GOOD. As for the quality of the food, I was more than happy with the price.

Misses went in to grab food, checked the menu when we got home and we were charged £5 too much. Food was tasteless!! Definitely don't recommend and will not be coming again

Unfriendly owner. Staff have limited knowledge of English, they have difficulty understanding their own menu. In the end I just ordered 2 coffees and went elsewhere to eat my breakfast.

Order placed at 19:34 for a extra large doner and cheesy chips, delivery was quoted at just 45 minutes! I called after 55 minutes and was told that I was still 2nd in line due to the 20mph speed limit and only one driver working. Meal finally arrived at 21:05. Food was nice but wait was far too long.

I would just like to thank big bite for the food poisoning I received tonight! At 40 quid for a pizza, a kebab and some chicken nuggets, I really wasn’t expecting the added bonus! ‼️AVOID AT ALL COSTS‼️I had to give 1 star as it wouldn’t let me give less! DO YOU REALISE YOU COULD KILL SOMEONE WITH FOOD POISONING??!!!

The food was great, but the coffee was terrible, was told it was nescafe either cheap substitute or something that tastes just as bad like maxwell House.

Absolutely amazing place to eat, the food is cheap for the portion size. As the portion size is huge. Such friendly staff, did table service. Drinks are a little pricey but I'd be happy to pay a tenner this place is amazing!

Always spot on for a breakfast but they do everything from toast fingers to a massive take away menu. Grab a kebab or a pizza, they're always good quality and fresh.. the salad are always fresh and crisp. I go fairly often and I'm always happy

Haven’t been here for a while so thought I’d give it another go I don’t normally do reviews but at £47 for four kebabs I’d expect them them to be nice I asked for well done which they weren’t chips were hard I’m not sure if they are new owners but they would have to improve a lot if they are to stay open in the current climate and maybe a bit better customer service wouldn’t hurt sorry to say I won’t be going back

Not a bad little restaurant/takeout, can take a while for the food and it's cash only at the moment, and that is the only reasons for 4 stars. Great food, decent price, not exactly Michelin star, but best of luck finding somewhere in crosshands that is, refreshing food options, and the service tops it all, friendly staff with door open untill late. 8/10

Good service. Good food. Good value. Cash only at the moment, but if you haven't got cash on you they can send a link to your mobile for payment. That occurs an extra charge of 50p. There are two disabled parking places in front of the building. There is a ramp, a little steep, but very do-able with a little strength. The parkinglot is also for users of other shops.

I had Sunday lunch there yesterday 15 may 2022 what can I say, it's the worst dinner I have had in my life, it was horrible, funny taste with nearly everything the meat was invisaple one small piece the size of a match box, roast potatoes I don't think they haven't seen the oven, they were white and hard, the gravy was like jelly, what a wast off money, I will never go there again, my advice to you is stay away and keep your money, a pack of crisps is more filling.

My wife and myself didn't have a breakfast we picked them up for my 2 daughters and their friend what a breakfast they all failed to eat it all it's was a big 1 and well worth the money looking at it when they were putting in a tray for us i seriously wished I'd ordered 1 myself it looked and was very tasty 😊 😋😋😋

Been having trouble with there web site so have been phoning orders in and this time when I phone he got very rude in the phone over the fact I'm phoning in my order instead off ordering online and wasting his time. I've been a customer for years and to be honest the food has gone down hill as well as customer service over past year

Food is lovely and cheap as chips...my only bug bear is that on the occasions I have visited, staff are really slow to serve..they don't acknowledge your there so your unsure if its table or counter service. They only accept cash payments. This is the first time visiting that i actually got served. I've walked out several times after being ignored...

Run down in appearance and relatively expensive, but wow the bacon roll saved it

1st visit. Very reasonable prices. Food was freshly made in front of us. We only ordered simple food, but it was cooked and presented appropriately, and served quickly. Cannot find a fault.
