I always go to the Chinese if I am fancying a takeaway! The food is always delicious and could never fault it, staff are extremely kind and will admit if they are in the wrong and will even ofer an alternative! 10/10 ,would recommend

Fantastic food, had 1 dodgy meal but was rectified with a whole new meal.

This used to be the place to go for a good chinese takeaway . It's gone downhill , will not be using this place again

Delivery took over an hour for a 15 min journey and food wasn't hot when it arrived, but warm. The veg was undercooked in the chow mein. The meal was very expensive but delivery was a good price. Lady who took our order was nice. But £4.80 for warm, plain egg fried rice that lacked egg, soy sauce and salt/pepper means that I won't be ordering from here again. However, some of my family love it.

My usual Chinese was shut for holiday. Tried to order over the phone here and the person on the phone was just rude. Didn’t listen to anything I was saying just going on like a robot. Asked for a usual Chinese dish and her reply was “we don’t do them”. She could have at least offered an alternative. Terrible telephone manner. I will never order here and never recommend them to anyone.

We came to collect our food & they accidentally left out the pancakes for our duck pancakes. I phoned up and the boss went out of his way to drop them to us free of charge. The food was stunning too. Little things like that go a really long way, we really appreciated it! Amazing business. Well worth ordering from. Xx

Decidedly average food, but with a very healthy price tag. Edible but instantly forgettable.

Food is usually great but awful customer service. Called to ask about delivery times and was told 45 mins to an hour. Just over 2 hours later still no food. Partner rang to enquire and was told it was being looked into and to expect a call back. No call back so rang again to be told that the driver had left and should be with us shortly. Asked politely for some discount because of the delay to be told quite rudley, no as it was an approximate time and that they had been busy. Understanble but a little compensation for the long delay would've gone a long way. I told the lady if that was the case then cancel the order only to be told "ok fine no problem" and have the phone put down on me. Driver turns up minutes later. Explained the situation to him and asked him to find out if the food was free or discounted and if not to take it back. Driver leaves to make the call only to return to say sorry no discount. Approximate times are one thing but over an hour late with no compensation is something else. Had we been told otherwise I would have gone to collect instead, as their collection times are usually excellent. Zero customer service skills. We only asked for a little compensation and only escalated it because of the rudeness. For reference food was ordered at 18.10 and didn't arrive until 20.30.

Just what you'd expect from a good takeaway. We always order too much - generous portions. Love their crispy beef and free prawn crackers.

We had the best Chinese we've ever had as a takeaway a few weeks ago. Duck pancakes Beef in black bean Chicken with cashews Crispy beef Singapore Noodles Egg fried rice The beef was very tender and all hot and tasty. About £40 in all (ordered for 3 people). Ordered exactly the same now and hoping it's as good again.

Waiting for food in the shop and the delivery driver literally reverses into my car and goes to drive off thinking no one saw her. When she was stopped she was verbally abusive. Absolutely shocking.

Save your money and walk 3 doors up to ponty chippy they may not have as much on the Chinese menu but the Chinese food ponty cooks is a massive step up in quality

Was recommended this chinease takeaway by a colleague so thought I'd give it a shot even thought there are probably 10+ closer. Called the order in and got told it would be ready in 30 minutes and how much I owed. (I wrote it down on my notepad) The food was ready when I got there half an hour later but £1 had been added to the bill. I wasn't 100% sure at the time so decided not to say anything but when I checked my notepad when I got home, I did confirm the woman had charged me £1 more than the price she had given me over the phone. Shame really because the food was quite nice. I couldnt eat there again though knowing that the place is allowing staff to rip off its customers. (I have seen other similar reviews ).

Used to be a very good service but will never use this place again. Food is average. Delivery service is shocking,its a lottery when you'll get it. Twice been let down for delivery,never again. Let down by poor staff and even worse delivery drivers!

Absolutely fantastic food, I would rate them as one of the best Chinese I have ever had! Only downfall is waiting time, at times you can be told 1-1.5hr but can come considerably later than that on occasion

I always go to this Chinese, Great food and service. But last night was bloody fantastic food.Always a wait for delivery, But not so if you want to collect in person. The lady on the phone who takes my order is aways polite,And talks to me as if she has known me for years. Highly recommended

Ordered for the first time and the food was disgusting. The curry was watery with no flavour. Chips seemed to be old and chow mein lacked flavour. Driver charged £2 extra which was a different price to the one given over the phone and the menu prices. Will definitely not order again!!

Terrible service, receptionist is absolutely vile! Second time she's tried to give is the wrong change! I would always double check that your order is correct and also your change! Won't be going back!

I think more info is needed on the menu's every thing seems to be coverd in bbq sauce So the whole dish taste of the same sauce will.be trying other takeaways a change is as good as a rest

Horrible food, resulted in food poisoning to me and my partner. Would not recommend.

Ordered duck in plum sauce tonight and basically, it did not taste anything like it. The duck, if that's what is was, was so dry, almost like dog food!! In fact, I refused to give it to my dogs. I think it was left over crispy duck thrown into a sauce of some sort. Sorry, but I will not recommend and not being funny, but nobody was Chinese as I remember the last time I ordered 😏

Really, really, really slow delivery. Took over two hours, they then stopped answering the phone when we tried to find out where our food was. Won't be using this chinese again

Chinese take away in Pontyberem Village. S. Wales. Food choice of Chinese food but mostly Hong Kong style. I would say a bit expensive. Order and pick up or have food delivered within 2 miles ( check). Charge of £1.50 for delivery. Good choice of takeaways nearby. Fish and chips and Indian.
