Bianco Lounge in Leeds

This is one one the best in Leeds, we really enjoyed out time there, specific decoration, great vibe, babies entertains like coloring… ,yummy foods and coffee, very beautiful place to take gourdes photos 😍

Loved the look of this place. Very quirky, lots of pictures, lampshades and sofas. Staff were friendly and obliging. Ordered the tapas which was delicious. I would recommend. You can order at the counter or scan. All the dishes were delicious and good value for money. Tap water is available, help yourself at the counter.

We are regular customers of Bianco and always bring our dog. Usually we had good experience especially because Bianco is a dog friendly place, and the owner and staff are friendly. However we had bad experience today. At breakfast time, we’re just ordering, and I would like to order dog sausage for my dog. I asked the lady with a flower tattoo on her arm if the sausage is friendly/ safe for dogs but her answer is very appalling “Don’t know!” And I asked if she could ask the chef to make sure, and she just said while she walks away, “well we gave it to dogs before” and she went back chatting with her friend at one of the high tables. What she did the whole morning was just sitting and chatting with her friend. I even noticed the queue to get table becomes longer and it took her a while to stand and attend to those customers. If the place states that it’s dog friendly why can’t you treat our babies the same. Most dog friendly restaurants/ pub that we visited always inform us if the sausage for dog is not good for dogs or if it’s alright. At the least is to try to find out and have some concern. Not the best experience at Bianco.

Beautiful vegan food, really tasty make an effort to add taste and nutrition. Will come again.

We have just enjoyed one of the best vegan meals in a restaurant we have ever had. We had the Vegan Budha Bowl and the vegan Bang Bang Cauliflower, both full of nutritious tasty food and plenty of it. Would highly recommend for the healthy conscious eater.

Lovely woman on the door was so friendly and welcoming. But we ordered two cocktails from the bar from someone else which took 30 mins to arrive and the Margharita came with ice in and tasted like tequila and water, not impressed.

Waited ages for our drinks to come and when they did my coffee was lukewarm. Food was overcooked and the portions were small. One member of staff was extremely rude and surly. Other staff were lovely. Obviously understaffed and it's costing them business. I actually broke a tooth on the chicken it was so well done. Nothing about the food stood out. I did read the reviews before eating here and expected better. Maybe it was just a bad day?

whole thing shocking. 25 mins before drinks turned up and had to chase. food average at best. 50 mins for food to arrive. wrong order, items missing, poor quality. clearly short staffed, but was a shambolic experience. I’m hoping this isn’t the norm!

Me di cuenta de que antes de recibir nuestra comida había algunos platos en la escotilla de servicio durante bastante tiempo, desafortunadamente esto resultó ser nuestro, lo que resultó en que nuestras dos comidas eran frías y de mal gusto. Experiencia encantadora en Bianco Lounge. Amplio menú incluso para celíacos. El personal es experto y amable. Preciosa comida para mí y mi marido. No hay mucha diferencia entre el GF y las comidas normales. Aunque había un adicional de £ 1 añadido a las opciones sin gluten, que no estoy de acuerdo.

Food was ordered and arrived cold as well as a vegan brunch with a egg on it. Phoned resteraunt but told us to get in contact with deliveroo and order again. Shocking service

Far too much money for small, cold food and one order being inedible... Ordered 3 meals from Bianco Lounge (takeaway), one of which was the vegan brunch. The vegan brunch had an egg on top of the food, which is obviously not vegan. Also because of this, we were unsure if the butter on the toast was vegan friendly. Phoned the restaurant to see if we could be sent or pick up a fresh vegan brunch, but was told we would have to place a new order then claim back the money through deliveroo. We already spent £40 for 3 meals so we weren't prepared to give this restaurant even more money without the guarantee we'd get the money back or a vegan brunch not contaminated with animal products. All meals arrived stone cold and the portions were very small. Very unhappy and disappointed with this experience, especially as this restaurant markets itself as dietry requirement friendly. Unfortunately will not eat in or order from here again.

Been a number of times and it is our go too for food inside white rose.

5 stars isn’t enough for this place it’s so stunning the customer service was absaloutly stunning food came out in under 10 minutes the staff took the allergy very seriously even tho being a nut free environment we got a check- back in 5 mins the atmosphere was top tier the staff where walking about with smiles on thier faces and it’s just an overall good place to be there’s no pressure of eating your food and staff really make it so you feel you can enjoy your time

I had buttermilk chicken breast with fries and I was hugely disappointed with the portion size especially given its £12.50 price tag. There is major room for improvement as the portion of fries should've covered half my plate not a quarter, as with the chicken breast I was NOT served the whole breast more like half of the breast. The portion size I was given should've been worth £6, I'm never going there again I feel ripped off and not in any capacity did I feel refreshed - one of the worst restaurants I've been to in this country. The meal was that bad I never took a photo because of how appalled I was and I'm now requesting for £6, seriously!

First time eating here lovely staff and great food

Visted here yesterday. Was very disappointed. To begin with we were told food was taking about 20 to 25mins, which was fine with us. Taken to our table where we sat & sat & sat. Finally being able to contact a server to say we knew food was taking a while but no-one had even come to take our drinks order. The server apologised & said we should have been told we need to order at the bar & to compensate he gave us free drinks..... OK apology accepted. We ordered our food.... at the bar, which arrived quite quickly & was good. We then decided to have tea/coffee & cake..... which we ordered at the bar. Our drinks came quickly but we waited & waited for our cakes to arrive. Having all but finished our drinks which we did stall over to have with our cakes my friend went to the bar to ask about our cake order - bearing in mind nothing needed cooking here - the cakes were on display, she was told quite abruptly by the person behind the bar "yes, yes they will be 2 minutes", & she then proceeded to carry on drying glasses. Overall the food was good but the service wasn't & it wasn't even busy!!! After the "don't care attitude" of the person behind the bar we have made the decision not to go back there again.

Not a place I’d of picked to go, but the food was outstanding. The tapas dishes were tasty well presented, I also had the prawn Thai noodles it was outstanding. I will definitely be returning x

Me and my friend went for a meal tonight and it was great as always. The food is always good but the best thing about here is the friendly and welcoming staff. It is always such a good atmosphere. We were served by two lovely gentlemen. One of them even helped me with my questions about the ketchup 🤣 can’t wait to go back

Decoración y ambientación encantadora... pero ahí es donde termina. Relación calidad-precio absolutamente impactante. Tamaños de porción minúscula y totalmente sobreprecio. Las tapas salieron tibias, pero debido a que solo había una boca llena de ellas de todos modos, no valió la pena quejarse. Atún fundido y patatas fritas aproximadamente £ 10 , venía con una capa delgada de oblea (si eso) de lo que parecía ser pasta de atún, sin cohete en el sándwich y apenas queso. No volveré a visitarte.

Great food, the waiting staff were very pleasant, I found the portions a little small but that could be me, but it tasted great. The one thing that slightly tainted the experience which had nothing to do with the staff, or venue was the extremely loud drummer outside the door. If I managed the place I would be having a word with the White Rose management.

Llamamos a White Rose después de una visita muy estresante al hospital de mamá anciana. Hice un lugar de compras y luego decidimos probar Bianca Lounge. Muy ecléctico interior me encantó la decoración. Tú decides lo que quieres pedir y luego vas al bar a hacer tu pedido y pagar. Personal agradable, decidimos tomar una copa de vino cada uno. Tenía una rosa francesa que estaba bien fría. Mi marido tenía un Merlot Rojo que dijo que era muy bueno. La comida llegó muy pronto. Tenía Atún derretido y patatas fritas mi marido tenía una hamburguesa sala de estar completamente cargada y patatas fritas. Cambié lo que venía con el derretimiento de atún, que no era problema.

The staff created the most welcoming warm atmosphere, they were very attentive always present and so bubbly and positive from the young girl who greeted us (who you would've thought had been working in the hospitality industry for years) and the food runner. Food was delicious and cocktails were also! Would definitely return and recommend to a friend, if you are looking for a family meal, a place to catch up with your friend or even for some dinner on your own this place is perfect!

Excellent place for food & drinks anytime of the day. Who ever and when ever even your furry friends are thought of with water bowls and doggy snacks.

A very good experience, nice staff. Good quality food and service my wife had the Chicken Burger the chicken was cooked to perfection. I enjoyed the Nasi Goring. I have lived in Malaysia and always enjoyed this Indonesian fried rice. I cannot compare it to what I experienced living in Malaysia however outside of Malaya it is the best I have had. The chilli's should be chopped and mixed in with the rice, never had a chilli sauce on the side in Malaya there are pea or string beans in this dish. overall it was enjoyable far exceeded my expectation.

Our very first visit Bianco Bar. The bar staff are very friendly and helped in the placing our food-drink order. We opted for a full English breakfast. The breakfast was well presented and all produce were A star plus. The restaurant was very clean throughout so another A star plus. A must place to visit if you are at White Rose Centre Leeds.

Called in for a quick bite to eat for brunch. Staff were friendly on arrival. Absolutely loved the decor inside. You can order either on your phones or at the bar. I had the watermelon iced tea which was very tasty! Would recommend. We had our food in 15-20 mins. It was tasty, good quality and fresh. I would definitely visit again as I throughly enjoyed the experience.

On the expensive side for me. We got 6 plates of tapas and 2 cocktails for £50ish. The food was nice but a lot of it came cold. The cocktails were nice, but again, on the pricey side. If they did 2-4-1 cocktails I'd be more willing to go back.

Both me and my fiancé eat here as often as we can. I’ve always eaten off the normal menu and been incredibly impressed with the food. However, after recently becoming gluten free I was worried about how much I’d have to compromise on my food choices. As it turns out, not at all! The gluten free menu in this place is absolutely fantastic and sooo delicious. So much choice and I didn’t feel like I was being “difficult” for having an allergy. Thank you Bianco lounge for doing what many other restaurants are yet to accomplish and creating a whole menu for those who are unlucky enough to have a gluten allergy 🙏. Will always come back as much as possible as it’s convenient and cheap for us 🙂

Was really pleasantly surprised with how lovely the decor was when I went in. Also had friendly staff and lovely food - especially the fritters 👌🏻 - and a book swap.

Arrived and it was very quiet, first time visit and was really impressed with the menu and the decor was just lovely. We were seated and ordered via the QR code as instructed by our waitress. I ordered the buttermilk chicken breast but three quarters of the way through the chicken I thought it looked pink and because of the dim lighting I couldn't be sure. I called the waitress over who said she'd have a word with the chef. She came back and told me because it was a chicken thigh you should expect darker or pink meat in places! The menu clearly stated chicken breast and when I pointed this out she just shrugged her shoulders. Thighs are much cheaper than breast meat and I wouldn't have ordered chicken thighs. The chips were gorgeous though! Sadly, will not be returning nor will I be recommending this place.

This place is fast becoming our favourite restaurant. They have an extensive menu which is great for me because I don’t eat meat. We have just been for breakfast and the food was delicious (as it always is) What made our visit extra special was being attended to by the lovely Sam. He’s a joy and a total asset to the place. He’s friendly and efficient and makes an awesome latte ☕️ we shall return again and again 😃

Unfortunately a very disappointing visit. We visited a couple of weeks ago, myself, a friend, and her child, and all 3 of us ordered pancakes. They took over an hour to arrive, and honestly may have been microwaved supermarket pancakes. The sauces that came on top were dolloped on with no thought of presentation, but they were the pancakes saving grace as they actually tasted decent. You do not expect to wait over an hour for food for it to then arrive in that state - especially with the cost of everything considered. It isn’t the cheapest place, you could get pancakes from McDonald’s which are nicer and way cheaper. The actual inside of the restaurant is decorated well but I’ve been twice and both times it’s been boiling hot and music way too loud, doubt I’ll bother revisiting.

After recently becoming vegan, finding any where nice to eat locally isn't easy. After seeing what the White Rose had to offer, I was pleased that Bianco Lounge had a decent vegan menu. We were greeted by a lovely young lady who asked if we were vegan and were given a separate menu which made it easier than scanning a menu to see if there was a V anywhere. Ordering by scanning the table code and ordering online was easy. I went for the vegan Lebanese falafel flatbread & sweet potato fries and my son had a Korean chicken burger with a fries egg and chips. The food was served quickly and well presented. I was so happy to have a decent vegan meal that tasted as good as it looked. My son also enjoyed his meal and we will definitely be going again soon 😉

Really nice atmosphere and something different which was needed at the white rose centre. Sam and other members of staff were really accommodating to me and my family.

Amazing from start to finish. I came with my mum as she came the week before and loved it! From the instant I walked in the staff were friendly, welcoming and smiley and made us feel welcome and happy to be there. We were sat down on a comfortable table where the staff working were joking around with us and had lovely conversations. The table had plenty of room and did not feel overcrowded. Service was extremely fast and excellent with every staff member being super helpful. Our drinks came within 2 minutes of ordering and our food came out quick too! The food was delicious and piping hot too! Overall I would definitely return, not only for the food but for the wonderful staff who were exceptional.

Love this place! Happy smiley and helpful staff. Superb food very reasonably priced, and fabulous decor all make for a terrific place for families, friends, heck I'd even feel comfortable eating here alone! Can't fault it!

Really nice addition to White Rose. Went for lunch today with my wife and we had Tapas. Every dish was cooked to perfection. Really impressed. Will definitely be heading back.

This place is really nice inside. The staff are super friendly and welcoming. The cocktails were OK but they need to be aware of the offers you can get 2 cocktails for £11.95 Sunday to Thursday but when I asked the girl obviously didn't know because the board said Valentine's offer and she didn't know it was all the time. I brought it to their attention and they were very apologetic and said about sorting something out but we were leaving so said it didn't matter. The food was mediocre a bit tasteless and not alot of it for the price. I would definitely go back though because the staff being very nice and the ambience. We had breakfast a couple of weeks before and it was nice but still quite small portions.

Disappointed. This was my 3rd visit to Blanco Lounge since it opened. The past 2 visits the food has been good but service very slow. Each time I have returned I was optimistic the service would have improved but no. Each time the drinks arrived after the food, and that took longer than it should for a restaurant that wasn't busy on any visit. Today the service was once again slow, in fact our drinks had been forgotten. Plus when the food came even that wasn't up to the standard of my previous visits. And the oil needs to be changed!! When chicken arrives the colour of 'burnt fake tan' then it's been cooked in oil that hasn't been changed for too long. I'm disappointed, 7 months ago I wrote a glowing review with only a note on the service for which I had a reply to bear with them it was early days. 7 months on and the service if anything was worse and so was the food. I love the menu choice and decor but won't be returning, 3 strikes and you're out!

This looked like a nice new restaurant. I ordered a few drinks and some tapas. But then reality set in. The tapas was poor, cold and no flavour. Don't get the buffalo hot wings. They have never seen any seasoning. We were going to order a mains after tapas but decided to leave and eat elsewhere.

Visited last night, had an issue with steaks but it was sorted out by the FOH staff very well. All staff were very welcoming, polite and attentive. The rest of the meals were perfect. Will definitely return. Great price aswell

Fab tea after a few hours shopping at White Rose: vast menu lovely dishes from brunch, sandwiches, flat breads, mains with a twist, tapas. Could not fault the service and quality of food. Really enjoyed my tapas 3 for £12:75 excellent value and hubby enjoyed his burger: we will be back and can highly recommend

Came for food and a drink, had never seen the place before so thought we would give it a try. On arrival we were greeted by a young man who was very polite and clearly explained how to order and was super helpful. We sat down and ordered through the QR code on the table. Really simple ordering process. Our drinks took 20+ minutes to arrive and our food was around 45 minutes + when it arrived the same guy apologised profusely for the long wait. Unfortunately by this point some of the food was freezing cold. The chicken wings and the squid was very cold the rest was luke warm. The server was really nice and I have nothing bad to say about him. I just think there wasn't enough staff. Only one person on the bar and one person to run all the food and drinks and greet everyone and check that everything is okay with people's meals. It was a shame because the food itself was really tasty and well presented just cold. I would probably visit again in hopes it was a one off with staffing issues.

Jo Jo and team provided another great welcome yesterday and worked really hard to ensure a great family celebration brunch for a party of ten . Attentive yet discreet service delivered with genuine warmth and fun and of course lovely food. Rio’s natural engagement with the youngsters aged 3-9 was an unexpected gift to the birthday boy ( himself only 75 ) and was a joy to experience by all. Many thx to all in the wider team, we’ll be sure to visit again!

Extremely disable friendly! They had leg extenders for the table; in order to make the table high enough for my wheelchair to fit underneath. This makes my dining experience so much more comfortable and enjoyable. I’ve been twice in the last month and between us we’ve had: coffee, cake, cocktails, tapas, salads, main meals and vegan options. Everyone was happy with their choices and the portion sizes. There’s one young lady (light brown, long hair) who has great customer service skills! A few of the others could learn from her! The decor speaks for itself and makes the place charming and intimate. The Bianca Lounge is accessible, good value for money, with a great ambiance!

Found Bianco Lounge to be a nice setting for some lunch whilst out shopping. Staff were friendly and approachable. However, they did seem to be a little all over the place & difficult to identify staff members with no uniform or name badges in place. Ordering food was simple with the QR code although more attention is needed in the kitchen as I ordered my burger with no gherkin and it came with gherkin. We ordered a Cappuccino & a Coke and thr Cappuccino arrived a good 10 minutes before the Coke which seemed odd but that doesn't bother me. Can see why it would upset other people though. Food arrived in a reasonable time and was correct other than the gherkin. However, I couldn't help but think the burger was of similar standard to Wotherspoons which would of cost a whole lot less. Despite that, my partner said he ciabatta was nice and the chips were lovely so cannot complain. Brownie was good but the smallest dollop of Ice Cream on the top, it looked like someone had tried scooping out with a spoon and couldn't get through it so gave me a "dug out" spoon end of a scoop. Wouldn't rush back but its by no means a disaster. Quite decent for abit of lunch whilst shopping.

There were six of us but they made room or us dispite being busy. We did have to wait a long time for our food but they did apologise.

Went for lunch for late celebration for my sons birthday, lovely place and staff are brilliant. I ordered the Greek flat bread and it was very disappointed, flat bread was rock hard and covered in a sickly barbecue sauce, nothing like the Greek variety, we also had the tapas which was nice and tasty, but not value for money. Shame as this is a lovely place with good atmosphere.

Good location in the White Rose Centre, Leeds. Good menu and good drink options as well. Staff very friendly and helpful as well. Tapas and main meals very good and tasty. All for o under £30 for 3 of us. Would recommend..
