BFC in Belfast

I had left a note with restaurant, asking for legs (drumsticks) for my wings and 2 piece chicken and didnt receive a single leg, not happy

Delivery didn’t arrive driver is a scammer and store was absolutely no help absolutely appalling

poor quality of food everything was burnt.

*1/5 stars - Disappointing Experience at BFC* I recentlyvisited BFC in Belfast, and while the atmosphere and decor were nice, my experience was severely let down by the appalling hygiene standards displayed by the staff. The table we were seated at was not cleaned before we were served, and during our meal, I noticed some staff members exhibiting unacceptable behavior. On multiple occasions, I saw staff inserting their fingers into their noses and then wiping them on the counter. This was not only disgusting but also alarming, considering the food they were handling. As a customer, it's disturbing to see such blatant disregard for hygiene and cleanliness. I hope the management takes immediate action to address these issues and provides proper training to their staff. Until then, I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone.

1/5 stars - Unacceptable Hygiene Standards at BFC Restaurant I recently visited BFC Restaurant last week and was appalled by the unhygienic manner in which the staff handled food. Unfortunately, none of the staff members maintained proper hygiene standards, which was alarming and disgusting. What's even more disturbing is that some staff members were picking their noses with their fingers and then handling food with the same unwashed hands. This is a serious health risk and unacceptable in any food establishment. The staff urgently needs comprehensive training on hygiene protocols to ensure a clean and safe environment for customers. Until then, I would not recommend BFC Restaurant to anyone. Management, please take immediate action to address this critical issue and ensure that your staff follows proper hygiene practices.

As me and my family member walked in there was only one person ordering, when we ordered and sat down lots of people came in Long story short 7 people came in at different times from when we ordered One guy got his food and physical vomited in the garbage bin inside the store took his food and left, everyone else got served while we got left to very last. When we got our food, it was Oily but that’s to be expected started feeling sick after 2 chicken wings then I gave up on eating it, noticed the oil at the bottom of the chicken box tilted it to the side and was Running down side to side in a big clump. We both DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Shite new indian menu Burgers n all used to be 5/5 I dont know whats changed the chefs to what but no longer the best burger place

Food was really hot. Order the meal for two only received one chips small portion of chips everything else was really good.

Food was good, however one of our drinks were missing. Make sure to check order before driver leaves.

Visited here while in Belfast and was not disappointed. As a family of 5 it is sometimes hard to find somewhere where everyone is happy but everyone loved what they ordered. We would definitely go back.

The courier never delivered my order, i didn’t see my order, i didn’t get any call or message from the courier as regards my order, I paid 30 pounds and I never received any order I need my refund

Unusually sketchy place to dine in during the night, food is bland, chips are not even seasoned, and atleast the roast chicken should have some sort of dip.

I ordered a mixed doner with chips and chilli sauce. Requested garlic and bbq sauce. Got the garlic, no Bbq. Is a squirt of bbq sauce worth the risk of a medioka review? Seems so. No bbq sauce. Portion is meh, small. Price is that of a large with the sauces I want. Chips good but about 15 in total, I shouldn’t be able to count them. To small. Bang on average kebab but small portion. Do and be better kid.

Today I had my lunch in BFC .Anjum the guy who took the order was very friendly and supportive. The food was very tasty specially the peri peri chicken and lamb chops.Besides,there is a drink mango lassi which is too good. Recommend for any body.

Used to be great but next to mo chips with there meals now won't be back used to be generous with there portions to expensive for what you get now

Tried their double meat burger which was really tender and juicy for just £6.5. I guess it’s a fair deal. Above all it’s an halal restaurant.

Not tasty. Perhaps easy to fix with some salt, but perhaps uk rules don't allow it, but at least salt and/or some more flavours were really needed

my partner and I have been here a few times and found the food good but last night I ordered 6 pieces of chicken and a chicken wrap and the order came in two boxes which I didn't check as I was in a rush , but when I got home the chicken was split between the two boxes ( 3 in each box) with some chips , and no wrap...no big deal as we ate the food anyway but just a heads up for people to check their orders before leaving the premises and maybe a bit of extra training for the counter staff on taking orders wouldn't go amiss ..oh and yes we were charged for the full order , half of which we didn't receive .

Grilled wings are my favourite on their menu. Donner was not nice had a weird taste. Beef burger was just a standard burger nothing special. All halal menu.

The fried chicken burger here is delicious, and they have student discount😍.

Sunday 30 June 2024 around 6 pm, I order double meat burger about 6,5 pounds I pay by Visa card contactless, the cashier said my card was decline end didn't show the decline in the machine, she asked me to do other tap end approved,what happened my bank charges me two time , I complain but what they said you bank is wrong end call your bank , no solution end no responsibility even i show my proof my bank account, I will not come here again end better pay cash in this restaurant .

I found the food to be very greasy which put me off. The house dip was gorgeous and there is a great variety of options on the menu.

This is one of the best eating houses in Belfast and service is great .don't know how they keep their prices so low for the quality and quantity of food you get .also do a great family meal deal that will not be beat for price and quantity and quality anywhere

Food was cold and soggy .. but I guess thats what happens when it's delivered 45 minutes late.

The food was immediately delayed when the order was placed, but still didn’t arrive until 1 hour after the initial delivery window had passed (2 hours after being ordered). One worker said the food was with the driver upon the first call. I rang back 35 minutes later and was told the food only left 20 minutes ago. So was lied to about my order, which then arrived cool with soggy greasy inedible chips. The 6 chicken tenders didnt fill me after the 2 hour wait.

Arrived shortly after delivery time , drivers sat outside my house then phoned me to open the door cuz obviously they didn’t know what house it was . The fries were barely warm and the chicken wasn’t the greatest. The salad was lovely tho . Don’t think I’ll be ordering anything anytime soon

Was looking for grill food in Belfast found BFC and staff did explain good and they were very friendly and most importantly food was delicious and good environment all over I would 5 stars on it

Always come here after work for a quick bite on my way home staff are always friendly and understanding giving some situations they have on late Saturday nights. Go there so much me and my friends don't have to order tget just know what we want and we get to have a quick chat with the staff. Over all a great place with great food just the customers can ruin the mood a bit on a late weekend

A miserable experience receiving my order, the JustEat app really is designed to not be helpful especially to track late orders. The mobile app, the web app both make it deliberately impossible to contact JustEat in any way possible regarding a late order. Upon contacting the restaurant itself, i was told that somehow they were unable to contact me on the cell phone number given and were waiting for me to contact them to deliver my order

We've been there a couple of times and the service was good just once. There is one person there who always have a Crampy face for no reason. And mainly it's a fast food place which serves NO MAYO and the tomato ketchup is too bad. Please do not order Chicken wings, wasn't cooked well.

Perhaps it was the late hour I arrived, but the chicken tasted only of oil and was tough to eat. The others in my party ordered the Donner meals and they seemed to enjoy it so I would recommend that instead of the chicken.

Please do not be tricked by the appearance of BFC as your standard late night kebab and wings & chips place. If you make the pilgrimage, take the time to venture past the run-of-the-mill offerings and instead indulge in one of their fresh grilled platters. The family platter here is easily the best mixed grill platter I’ve ever had the pleasure of scranning. The delectable donner meat was perfectly moist and had a slight sweet sauce to it, pairing perfectly with the chips and rice offered on the side. The grilled chicken was Nando’s rivalling, with the wings being spicy, saucy and falling off the bone with the lightest touch, the half chicken being just as flavourful and tender under the crispy skin. Rounding out the platter were the lovely savoury sheekh kebab and lamb chops, both as you’d expect by now are mouth-wateringly seasoned as the rest of the platter was. A family platter was more than enough to feed 3 strapping young men, post splitting several Gs. If you find yourself fortunate to find yourself outside BFC on any occasion, do as the kids say these days and Let. Them. Cook.

Ordered to eat-in, waited 25 mins (no problem to wait if I know I'll be served fresh food) turn out the fried chicken wings were served cold, chicken fillet burger with a drop of mayo and some cuttings of lettuce. Very disappointing £24 not worth it!

Not impressed at all, chicken was very greasy and chips had a strange taste to them. Most of it ended up in the bin.

Nice food really tasty if a bit greasy

They messed up big with my order. There were missing items but all they said was there's nothing they can do about it. Poor customer service. This happened twice already. Had I not been looking for halal chicken I won't order from them. This is not it halal when it involves cheating your customer?
