So...my order was late and I also only got 1 portion of mint dip to cover 4 poppadoms

Really enjoyed my food. Perfectly cooked mouthwatering and great portions. As ever we will have another visit to this reliable restaurant soon

Very pleasant staff & best food

Ordered a donor kebab on naan and a chicken tikka with chips, my partner went to collect it. When she got home we discover the kebab is in a box, no naan. Phone the shop and they proceed to argue that we didn't order it on anything, at which point my partner pointed out that he asked her if it was in naan or chips. At this point he agrees that he wrote it down so he'll make us a naan but not remake the kebab and there will be a £1 charge for the naan. Meaning the kebab will be cold by the time we get home again and have to put our dinner together ourselves. The chicken tikka contained 8 pieces of chicken just to cap off the experience.

food was piping hot and very tasty, the chicken dopiaza is amazing, i would highly recommend Ayat Spice

I always get from ayat spice and the food is always fresh and delicious, tonight I ordered a bit closer to the closing time that I would have liked and to my surprise the chef himself cooked and delivered my food. I'm really sick at them moment so it really made my day, he was so kind and lovely at the door as well 🥹 thank you!! (Ps the cinnamon chili fish is fantastic)

The lads do a great feed for a cracking price. No complaints.

Got a delivery from here. I got the meal for one (rogan Josh), doner kebab, hot wings and a few separate sauces. I asked for no coriander or mint in the rogan josh however, on arrival it was in the rogan josh. As for the sauce, when it arrived it was plastered all over the food containers within the bag due to it being incorrectly sealed. I phoned and asked for a replacement, the shop confirmed they would replace the meal for 1 and the sauce, I expressed would it be the whole meal for 1 as the rice and chips would be cold when the replacement meal comes, he said yes. 15 mins later the food arrives. Only the rogan josh, no fresh rice or chips. Terrible costumer service, you expect to get what you paid for. If I could give a 0* rating, I would. I wouldn’t recommend and definitely wouldn’t be ordering again.

It was okay. Chicken was very soft, boiled/mushy. Sauce was inoffensive but watered down and sugary. Nan bread was 10/10, rice cooked perfectly. Dips lovely.

Consistently good food and quick delivery. We order from these guys every Friday night because the food is really tasty and delivery is always earlier than predicted. Excellent service, highly recommend.

Missing one food item, HOWEVER, the food delivered is delicious and made many sailors happy. I would order from them again assuming the missing item didn't become a regular occurrence.

We were regular customers from here, but unfortunately tonights food was far from good, tasteless watery curry which seemed frozen, also the chicken was frozen, I got a piece of chicken that was inedible was very slimy. We got 1 popadum which were broken into tiny pieces, normally they would have been delivered broken but we didn't say anything. The dips also frozen and watery. We would never order form Ayat spice again tonight's delivery was the end. Frozen tastless watery food, We paid £4 for samosas we got 3 small unfilled samosa which were mostly filo pastry, complete rip off £4 for 3 small samosas rip off at that we were regular customers I couldnt believe we got ripped off. This is an honest review, find yourselves a quality takeaway like we will do next time, do not order from this place, frozen tastless watery food, the onion bahjees had water in the middle, they were probably frozen also. Never again ayat spice. Food quality has went down from the last few months, this is the worst we have had from here, last time we though just a bad busy night as quality wasn't good but tonight really was bad quality, only good thing was the naan and even that was hard to chew through, dough was probably over worked. Never again.

Awful. The no1 WORST kebab I have ever had in my life. Some sort of cheap meat combination no lamb whatsoever and tasted exactly like school writing paper. disgraceful effort at a doner kebab worst by a country mile. I’m just a punter no connection to these guys and not even in the food industry it was just plain awful.

When inside it looked a little grubby being honest. Donner Kebab (I didn't have) I'm told was alright but wouldn't get again. I'd chicken pakora, the bread wasn't fresh and whilst lots of chicken it wasn't that warm. Salad was lettuce and onion. Would be alright after 5 pints but would choose elsewhere next time.

Food was beautiful, very impressed.

Curry was lovely, delivery was rapid. However, I was only given a can when I ordered a bottle. Had my order been correct it would be 5 stars all round.

My son and I ordered takeaway from here during our brief stay in Belfast and I have to say it is THE best Indian we've eaten anywhere including our very good Indian restaurents on the Gold Coast, Australia

Great value for take away food, especial if you find yourself near the Sydenham/Belfast City train station. Pizza was good and Thursday is 2 for 1 pizza night where a family of 4 could eat for 12 quid. Didn't get to try the Indian food, but the owner Rashel was very nice so I hope to be back and try it out soon. Thank you, Ayat Spice :)

Salad was missing and dips and they didn't read the notes .the bhuna was very basic needs more flavour .but the rest of the food was very nice thank I will order again hopefully it will be better

Chicken Pakora was delicious. Chicken Balti is always lovely, good quality, good quantity, cooked well and tasty. Delicious naan bread and possibly best! Very reasonably priced.

Ordered from here twice now the kebab whilst lovely was small but the jalfrezi curry was fantastic , very fresh, authentic and hot and to put it straight hit the spot! Will continue to buy from here

Kebab decent nann bread lovely and fresh salad fresh too. Portion could be better if I'm honest. In my opinion you shouldn't easily be able to finish a kebab in nann lol

Food arrived soggy, likely because very hot food was immediately placed in a closed container. The biryani and vegetable rice lacked flavor and the curries/sauces were all super oily. Perhaps good to eat in person but not great as takeaway.

Asked for a meat box (Donner meat and tikka in a hamburger sized container) and the driver had to explain it to him. Was charged the same price as a special kebab. Also, they fill it with chips, put a small layer of Donner on top then add some chicken to make it look like there's more meat than there is. They will put very little sauce on forcing you to buy separate sauce. Before it was sold, it was great. Now it's about charging as much as possible for as little as possible. Used to be my favourite place but I would rather travel to the shore road (20 mile round trip) for a much better kebab. Not sure I'm allowed to mention the name but it starts with charcoal and ends with grill. Thank me later!
