BF SUSHI in Bedford

It was my first time ordering from BF Sushi for collection as I live quite far away. At the restaurant I was greeted with the food ready to go as they really kept to their estimated times. When I got home I had a big disappointment and found that my meal was missing from the order. Upon calling the restaurant they went above and beyond! Despite it getting close to their closing time they delivered the remaining of the order to my house with two additional complimentary treats. Overall the sushi is really good and at a good price and customer service is beyond perfection! I will definitely be going there again and recommend to those who haven’t. Thank you ☺️

The food was really good! I wasn’t expecting the ramen to be spicy as I had ordered that for my daughter so she couldn’t eat it but it tasted so good in any case. Next time I will ask them to hold off on the chilli

Delicious, fresh food arrived piping hot. (Hot and cold food packed separately) The fried gyoza were great as were all the dishes ( Teryiyaki, Katsu and Maki box) The extra Katsu curry sauce and sweet chili dip were lovely. Thank you BF SUSHI !!!

Just found out about them recently. Hard enough to find decent sushi place in Bedford. BF Sushi gave me a glimpse of hope. One of the best sushi place in Bedford in my opinion. Freshly prepared, well seasoned sushi rice and reasonably priced. Will definitely be going again.

I am beyond impressed with this place! The quality of the food is amazing and the staff are always friendly and so nice! Honestly this place has been the best part of my day. If you are wanting to give it a go absolutely do as everything on the menu is absolutely delicious and you know you will be greeted with a smile!

I didn't think we'd get decent sushi being a fair distance from the coast but BF has achieved a very acceptable level of freshness and authenticity. Had the tuna sushi platter but forgot to take pictures.

Amazing food! I have tried to find ramen that is tasty and not filled with oil and until I ordered from here I had no luck. Very tasty chicken ramen and the chicken gyozas were very good also! I will be back again for sure🙌🏼

Sushi is good, everything else is quite poor. Ramen with really bad noodles, teriyaki chicken with the same noodles as ramen and the chicken breast was cut in 3, you get 1/3 of a chicken breast that nicely covers your noodles, so it looks bigger from the top. Disappointed, never again.

Incredible food. Fresh, tasty and such good portions. Delivery driver forgot our sides and came back straight away so was very grateful and impressed by this. Can’t wait to order again

Pretty decent food and super value for money. Nearly upto the mark in terms of wanting Japanese food. The staff are wonderful and very friendly!

Brilliant service and fantastic fresh food. The kitchen is spotless and staff are very friendly and welcoming. Only issue is. It says on their website collection orders receive 10%-15% off but this wasn't applied when I went in for whatever reason. But regardless, I'll definitely be going back there. Plus everything is Halal there

Was nice but the cold food got warm from the hot food. I even read reviews saying it was separate but mine wasn’t for some reason. Apart from that my son really liked it just maybe keep hot and cold food separate as no one wants warm sushi that’s not meant to be warm 😊

This is our 7 or 8th order for BF Sushi. Food is always on time, fresh & hot (or cool if its sushi!) and delicious. We only order veggie/vegan, love all the fresh bits that come with the Katsu curry. Special mention to the veggie spring rolls, they are superior to any oily/brown fried number I've eaten before. Thankyou 🌟

By far the best Sushi in Bedford, been looking for somewhere for a while and now had two brilliant take aways. The Sushi Boxes are brilliant. The sushi varieties are as expected, and comparable to any good sushi place we have been to before. They also have adjusted a dish, through leaving a note on the booking. Thank you.

Ebi tempura was nice, good sweet chilli dipping sauce. Asparagus nigiri was lovely, chicken teriyaki was ok but the maguro futomaki... no. A Japanese chef would NOT serve gray coloured tuna. Either paid for tuna and got a cheap alternative or its on its way out. Delivery time on point, was early so thumbs up for that, still shocked by the 'tuna' though. Sort that out please.

I have ordered today 23rd of December 2023 using just eat after reading raving reviews of this place. I have ordered one duck teriyaki with noodles and a maki box of 32 pieces. The website says that the minimum order is £15 and it offers free delivery. My order was a total of £31.57 and against what it said about free delivery I have paid £1.49 plus a service charge of £0.5. I cannot understand how this has happened. I have taken a photo of the maki sushi tray with a pound coin for size reference, so you can see the true size. It would be nice if the sushi were advertised as Hosomaki, as it is the smallest kind of maki made, about 1", 2.54 cm. so you know what you are ordering. Flavour wise it was not of my liking, the amount of tuna or salmon makes almost impossible to taste it and for the colour of the tuna, palid brown, is telling me it is not very good one. I happen to be from a region in the south of Spain where tuna has been fished for centuries, Cádiz, and Japanese buyers come to purchase high quality tuna, so I know what I am talking about. I have half enjoyed the duck, but with tasteless noodles and scarce teriyaki sauce it felt disappointing. I should have checked that most of the five star reviews are from reviewers with just one and only review, and it happens to be from this place. I am starting to feel cheated and disgusted by fake reviews. I am not going to recommend this venue and it is without saying that I will not order again from this place.

We waited for over 2.5 hours, I called three times, the lady explained that they didn't have a driver, I placed an order at 6:17 p.m., at 8:50 p.m. there was still no order. The food was very good, but the waiting time was too long...

Really speedy delivery and nice friendly guy too (we expected to have to go down to the lobby but the guy even came upstairs before we could get there)! The food tasted great, clearly nice and fresh, and really good portions for a decent price. Would definitely order again! :)

California rolls were amazing and the quality and quality was good. The sushi was nice and traveled well and nothing was messed up.

Absolutely AMAZING chocolate Mochi, to die for! Duck ramen was also lovely, lacked greens though. But made up for it with the gyoza it came with! Nigiri was lovely but it came in separate packaging to avoid the rice getting warm from hot dishes. Overall 100% coming back here! Lovely food

Just what Bedford was missing. And at affordable prices. I have ordered quite a few times from BF Sushi now. They are absolutely amazing!

Popped in here to get a mixed tuna box, sashimi, and sushi were all great. Couldn't fault it at all. The staff were lovely and I could watch all my food made right in front of me. The menu is vast and the quality was excellent, good value too.

Beyond impressed! My new fave sushi place! Excellent customer service, and they serve the most delicious food. We ordered the dragon roll, crunchy tempura, chicken katsu, and chicken katsu curry. Many halal options which is great! Everything was 10/10 and they even gave us complementary apple gyoza 🥟 was delish! Highly recommend and will definitely be going back for more!

I recently had the pleasure of dining at a small sushi restaurant/takeout place, and it was amazing. The food was fantastic, with fresh and delicious sushi rolls that left me craving for more. The staff members were exceptionally friendly and attentive, providing lovely service throughout my meal. I highly recommend this hidden gem for sushi lovers seeking not only great food but also a warm and welcoming atmosphere.

Order arrived almost an hour late with no information given while waiting. Fish is fresh, but the sushi rice is unseasoned and there's far too much of it compared to the fish. Inauthentic and undercooked takoyaki served with just a pot of sweet chilli sauce, owner insists that it's better this way but it was very underwhelming. Won't be returning.

The food was very nice. I took the Chicken Katsu Curry. Very fresh made. The staff was also veryvery kind and helpful. The next day I came back for the chicken Katsu Salad. Thats was also very nice.. I would definitely come back to this place.

Had the Chicken Katsu, Chicken Teriyaki along with the Vegetarian Box set and Fried Salmon maki. The staff were lovely in preparing our order. I definitely recommend buying the Chicken Katsu, it was very nice. I really appreciate the amount of vegetarian options in both the sweet and savory categories. The store is placed right in the hub of the bus station, it's the perfect place to get takeways on the go.

Ordered from Uber eats, sushi tastes nice compared to other places of similar price in London, order came late but I was called by the restaurant to inform me they are a bit behind, so all was well, prices are also decent for the amount of food.

Amazing food, tasted great, filling portions and made with love and care, the food is really really good. Now my favourite spot in Bedford for takeaway food. Everything is nice and healthy and worth the wait as it’s all made fresh. Try the Duck Teriyaki!

Had the duck teriyaki hot dish with rice, tempura prawn sushi and special crab roll earlier today. Delicious food for a small take out shop! Looks like it is a new business too. It was all made fresh so be patient with the food! Lovely presentation as well

Lovely to see a new business competing. You can see everywhere that your food could come into contact with/be prepared on and it is spotless. You can watch your food prepared fresh. Value for money is there, the salmon and tuna was excellent quality and considering everything was prepared fresh while they took other orders and online orders the wait was reasonable. Will definitely go again. Lovely couple who run it as well!

Great sushi from a great couple of people. You can taste just how fresh and high quality the fish is. All prepared right infront of you. Fish to rice ratio was on point, well worth the price!
