Fantastic locally made coffee should be a nationwide coffee company. In my opinion it deffo would compete with the big boys

Me & a friend visited on a bank holiday Monday. - Service was polite and timely - Cake was nice - We found our coffee bitter - Tables felt sticky

I use higham ferrers be bewitched every day and the staff .( Aga. halle .Chloe . Calum Maddie ) And all the rest . forgot names .sorry but the staff are wonderful Xtremly friendly and helpful to all customers.the atmosphere is so much like being at home .the service is the best .a Realy friendly place to visit ..........The best staff and coffee July 2024 The staff today( Hallie..and the lovely Florence are excellent they are very helpful and they look after you .they are very pleasant and greet you with a big smile and a hello how are you ..they make you feel at home. I always love going into bewitched higham ferrers every day . This is the lovely Hallie and Florence service with a smile.................walked in to bewitched higham ferrers shop today Friday 9 th ..the staff had a lovely smile and a warm friendly greeting As they always do for me and every other customer,my coffee was served to me by the lovely Florence. ..what a job she did (pic)...also the lovely AGA.was her happy smiling self and always greets her customer like family.your always made to feel at home.the surroundings are timeless .the food and the coffees are wonderful, always just perfect .who ever is working on shift keeps the place spotless and clean .the staff work hard and never stop .I give the higham ferrers staff and shop 10/10 for everything . My favourite place to go ..... Tuesday 13th my usual trip to higham ferrers bewitched.the said as usual always smiling and warm welcome ..the staff always make time to chat to you ..love going in every day ..keep cool in this heat lady's ..have a good day ...sat17th. visit to my favourite place.the girls as always,having a laugh. my mocha was perfect as usual .Chloe made it this time , just perfect ..thank you girls I went a way with a smile as I always do from bewitched higham ferrers. ....

Very slow service was waiting for ages. Not the best coffee ever. Sorry won't be coming again.

Always a friendly atmosphere here . I often meet my friend and her dog in there and Calum always remembers the dogs order first 😁 and goes above and beyond to help us .

Mates date at this cute cafe in Higham. Lovely atmosphere with very kind and friendly staff. I was served by a chatty girl in glasses who made me a delicious latte and milkshake. I would highly reccomend.

The best coffee made by Aga, always top service and plenty of smile for customers. Very friendly and polite. she is doing the best coffee.

I've not been in Bewiched for a while. Nice drinking chocolate and chocolate twist. Sadly, as my last visit, I am moaning about dogs. There were 4 or 5 dogs in this afternoon, all barking at each other. That's not what I wanted!

Not keen on the Industrial inside & everything is expensive.

A lovely cafe that allowed dogs inside. We had coffee and cakes .....the coffee was hot and the black americano was served as requested. The cakes were warm and fresh. Staff were very helpful. In all a very pleasurable experience.

Coffee is nice and ideal for a quick stop off when shopping. Service OK, maybe a few more smiles might be nice but efficient.

First visit to this bewitched and as ever it's good. Five star ⭐

Love this little place chai and baby chino yummy , very handy for school drop offs , I’m modern young at heart , grandmother , only points are not a lot of staff atmosphere , little flat and lifeless , also the sound of the milkshake / smoothie maker was irritating , noisy distracting , couldn’t hear yourself speak , 1 mix wouldn’t have been so bad , but four in one order then another and another , perhaps this annoying noise could be done out the back through the staff door area , I moved from my seat to get a better experience but this did not help , I don’t want to go back in now …

Potentially a nice place but spoiled by the noise emitted by the milk shake machine or something similar. For that reason alone wouldn't visit again.

I visited the shop recently and left not wanting to return. I’m a mother of a young baby girl and once placing my order for a cold coffee and paying for the beverage, I unloaded the bags of shopping on the armchairs to then prepare to breastfeed. Once I was called up to collect my drink, I did so and on the way back to the table, admittedly through no fault of the servers, trying to juggle a baby breastfeeding under a muslin and walking back, the drink’s lid slipped and the contents emptied over the floor. I profusely apologised, the servers were quick to clean up the mess, and asked ( I thought kindly) if I wanted a replacement. I said yes, to which they then made another coffee. I will add it wasn’t a fancy order, just a cold americano. Once I had finished the drink and breastfeeding my little one, I got up to leave, caught the eye of the server and smiled, and said sorry again. She promptly walked over to the till, and proceeded to process another payment for a second coffee, and asked me to pay. I understand this is a business, but was shocked that seeing a struggling mother of a small baby, a kind goodwill gesture of simple coffee wasn’t offered. what should have been a treat turned into a nearly £8 visit. I won’t be returning.

Called in today As weather was good had an Iced Frappe coffee, it was delicious. Very good service

Had a lovely Relaxing lunch with friends. I'd never been there before; but I will definitely be returning. The location is extremely accessible with plenty of convenient parking close by. The shop itself is light airy and very clean. In these uncertain times, it's refreshing to find somewhere to meet friends and feel safe . This coffee shop is that place. With lovely friendly courteous staff serving quality food and drink. I had a pot of tea! Can't get a pot in many "coffee " shops these days. My toasted sandwich was hot and delicious. Hi just like to say I had a very relaxing and chilled time today here with my son , I had a delicious hot chocolate with all the trimmings and my son tried one of your amazing milkshakes which he really enjoyed Thank you to all the fantastic staff there ,very helpful ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

As I walk in the atmosphere is disgusting. The place is dusty, walls are dirty the staff are average. The most horrible thing is that the tables are sticky like it’s a bar ( I don’t think they clean them regularly) The milkshakes are runny and sometimes don’t have a flavour. I don’t recommend this bewitched in Higham but other bewitched cafes are perfect.

Haven’t been to a Bewiched before. Ordered an oat flat white and it was made beautifully. Shall visit again if I’m in the area. Lovely lady behind the counter.

I can’t believe in 2023 ANY place does not have disabled access. We finally convinced my grandma to come out with us in her chair and we couldn’t get inside once we got there. We were assured this would be fixed by Monday but hey ho

A real gem in Higham. They never fail to make us feel welcome. The coffee and hot chocolate is always great. My daughter loves the kids hot chocolate and this is her favourite "hot chocolate shop" 🤣❤️

I love this coffee shop, especially the fact I can take my dog, get fantastic milkshakes and they have the best millionaires shortbread ever!!

A lovely place to come and sit, staff are nice and friendly who of course make lovely hot drinks. Lots of dairy alternatives and I often come to sit and keep warm during the week whilst doing my work. Definitely recommend!

Lovely friendly coffee shop, my little girls and myself pop in all year round, great for summer iced drinks also the hot chocolates and coffees for the colder months. The food is delicious I like the hot sandwiches and my girls adore the cakes. Plenty of choice all round. 5 star on cleanliness! The staff are great, we always have a warm welcome.

Me and my boyfriend went to Higham Ferrers Bewitched yesterday and the experience was unmatched. I was served by Maddie who was sweet and kind. We had great conversation with Kimberly who is bubbly, helpful and kind. Great experience!!!

A little bit disappointed with this one - the strawberry milkshakes tasted exactly of Nesquik! We could buy a whole tub of Nesquik for the same price at the Co-op next door.

Best little coffee shop in higham ferrers. So friendly and welcoming. Best place to come after the school run to chill.

My partner and I popped in for a coffee this morning as it was my birthday. The staff were lovely and friendly and we had the best flat white coffee that we've ever tried, and we've tried a lot! We'll definitely be back again soon.

We love this place. Friendly staff who get to know you, great coffee and relaxed atmosphere. I loved that they did takeaways all through Lockdown - walking into Higham and buying a takeaway coffee made life worth living in those difficult months.

I am always greeted with a smile by the friendly and helpful staff. I love the way they make the milkshakes and the toasties ( which the staff tell me are made in house) are heavenly. What a great independent coffee shop. Thoroughly recommend.
